В ходе мониторинговых наблюдений за потоками парниковых газов на участке лесо- восстановления карбонового полигона в Чеченской Республике были получены новые экспери- ментальные данные об их сезонной изменчивости, а также оценена их чувствительность к изме- нению условий окружающей среды. Лесовосстановление и рекультивация нарушенных земель являются важными элементами стратегии низкоуглеродного развития и декарбонизации рос- сийской экономики. Наблюдения за потоками парниковых газов проводились на рекультивиро- ванном участке «Карбоновая ферма» Чеченского карбонового полигона, засаженного саженцами древесных растений. В качестве основных методов измерений потоков использовались метод турбулентных пульсаций (eddy covariance) и метод экспозиционных камер. Результаты пульса- ционных измерений показали, что для исследуемой экосистемы затраты тепла на турбулентный теплообмен превышали затраты на испарение в летний период из-за малого количества осадков при высоких температурах воздуха, способствующих значительному иссушению верхних слоев почвы и снижению скорости эвапотранспирации. Также на протяжении всего периода измерений (за исключением мая – начала июня) эмиссия СО2 в атмосферу превышала поглощение СО2 рас- тительностью. Максимум эмиссии СН4 на исследуемом участке был отмечен в середине мая на фоне активного прогрева почвы после зимнего периода. Начиная с конца мая экосистема служит преимущественным стоком СН4 из атмосферы. Анализ результатов измерений потоков методом экспозиционных камер показал хорошее согласование результатов с измерениями потоков ме- тодом турбулентных пульсаций. Измерения показали, что диапазон изменения потоков СО2 на участках полигона в зависимости от атмосферных условий и наличия травянистой растительно- сти изменялся от -1 до 6 мкмоль/(м2с). Потоки СН4, N2O и NH3 значительно варьировали по вре- мени и в пространстве от отрицательных к положительным значениям, определяясь преимуще- ственно температурой и влажностью почвы., In the course of monitoring observations of greenhouse gas fluxes at the reforestation site of the carbonic landfill in the Chechen Republic, new experimental data were obtained on their seasonal variability, and their sensitivity to changes in environmental conditions was also assessed. Reforestation and reclamation of disturbed lands are important elements of the strategy for low-carbon development and decarbonization of the Russian economy. Observations of greenhouse gas fluxes were carried out at the reclaimed area “Carbon Farm” of the Chechen carbon polygon, planted with saplings of woody plants. The turbulent pulsation method (eddy covariance) and the exposure chamber method were used as the main methods for measuring flows. The results of pulsation measurements showed that for the ecosystem under study, the heat costs for turbulent heat transfer exceeded the costs for evaporation in summer due to the low amount of precipitation at high air temperatures, which contributes to a significant drying of the upper soil layers and a decrease in the evapotranspiration rate. Also, throughout the entire period of measurements (except for May - early June), CO2 emission into the atmosphere exceeded CO2 absorption by vegetation. The maximum CH4 emission in the study area was noted in mid-May against the background of active soil warming after the winter period. Starting from the end of May, the ecosystem serves as the predominant sink of CH4 from the atmosphere. Analysis of the results of flow measurements by the exposure chamber method showed good agreement between the results and flow measurements by the turbulent pulsation method. The measurements showed that the range of changes in CO2 fluxes in the areas of the landfill, depending on atmospheric conditions and the presence of herbaceous vegetation, varied from -1 to 6 μmol/(m2s). The problem of using nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) is now important because young people often prefer this kind of entertainment. Regular short-term inhalation of nitrous oxide increases the risk of developing vitamin B 12 deficiency, which is an essential cofactor of important metabolic processes. This article describes 2 clinical cases of neurological disorders in young adults who had used nitrous oxide. We demonstrate difficulties in the diagnosis, therapeutic tactics and prognosis.

Для ряда отраслей промышленности требуются более чистые, чем обычно, продукты разделения воздуха. При их производстве с помощью криогенных воздухоразделительных установок необходимо учитывать поведение и возможность накопления закиси азота (N2O) в адсорбере, основном теплообменнике и ректификационной колонне. В установках большой производительности N2O может накапливаться также в аппаратах, концентрирующих такие газы, как Kr и Xe. В статье проведён анализ проблемы веселящего газа в приложении к процессам и элементам криогенной воздухоразделительной установки. Показано и обосновано, что наиболее эффективный способ удаления N2O из продуктов разделения воздуха – каталитическое необратимое разложение веселящего газа на N2 и О2. Рассмотрены характеристики каталитического преобразования N2O на палладиевом катализаторе, подтверждающие возможность эффективного разложения веселящего газа., In a number of branches of industry the products of air separation are required more pure than usually. By their manufacture with the help cryogenic air separation units it is necessary to take into account conduct and an opportunity of accumulation nitrous oxide (N2O) in an adsorber, the basic heat exchanger and rectifications column. In tonnage plants N2O may to accumulate also in the units which concentrating such gases as Kr and Xe. The analysis of a nitrous oxides problem in the application to processes and elements of cryogenic air separation unit are madding in present article. It is shown and proved that the most effective way of removal N2O from products of air separation - catalytic irreversible decomposition of nitrous oxide for N2 and O2. Characteristics of catalytic transformations of N2O on palladiums catalyst, confirming an opportunity of effective decomposition of nitrous oxide are considered.

Objective: to provide a rationale for a need to introduce the new constant — the minimum alveolar concentration for respiratory depression (MACrespiratory depression) and to determine its value. Subjects and methods. Forty-three patients aged 20— 45 years, who had normal weight and ASA physical status I—II, were examined. All the patients underwent induction of sevorane anesthesia without narcotic analgesics, nitrous oxide, and myorelaxants. A laryngeal mask was installed after MAClm was achieved. Sevorane concentrations were increased on a vaporizer, by changing Etanesth at a rate of 0.2 vol% per min until Etanesthresp;ratory depression was achieved. Results. A rationale was provided for a need to introduce the new inhalation anesthesia constant MACrespiratory depression that is, in accordance with the MAC conception, regarded as the inhalation anesthetic concentration that necessitates assisted ventilation in 50% of the patients. MACrespiratory depression was 1.8 MAC. This is essentially more than both MAC and 1.3 MAC, the anesthetic concentration at which any operation can be performed in 90% of patients. At the same time, the derived value of 3.7 vol% is somewhat below MACbarr (4.07 vol%), which means that anesthesia with sevorane only under spontaneous respiration will be inadequate in few patients or its performance will be associated with the risk of hypoxia. Conclusion. The authors’ successively developed concept of anesthesia with preserved spontaneous respiration necessitates the introduction of the new inhalation anesthesia constant MACrespiratory depression. Its value is 3.7% vol% for sevoflurane. Key words: induction of anesthesia, minimum alveolar concentration, spontaneous respiration, inhalation anesthesia.
