The effectiveness of inpatient treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia against the background of pathology of the cardiovascular system was evaluated using physical factors: dipyridamole inhalations and ultrasound against the background of basic drug therapy. The achievement of a positive effect of the treatment on the clinical manifestations of both pneumonia and the pathology of the cardiovascular system, the function of external respiration, pulmonary, central and intracardiac hemodynamics, exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients has been proven. Аннотация Проведена оценка эффективности стационарного лечения больных внебольничной пневмонией на фоне патологии сердечно-сосудистой системы с использованием физических факторов : ингаляций дипиридамола и ультразвука на фоне базисной медикаментозной терапии. Доказано достижение положительного влияния проведенного лечения на клинические проявления как пневмонии, так и патологии сердечно-сосудистой системы, функцию внешнего дыхания, легочную, центральную и внутрисердечную гемодинамику, переносимость физических нагрузок и качество жизни больных., Список литературы: 1. The article studied the features of clinical tolerability and the mechanisms of the influence of drugs (dexamethasone, dipyridamole) on the function of external respiration and the state of the cardiovascular system with various routes of its administration in comparison with patients with community-acquired pneumonia against the background of chronic heart failure. В статье анализируются важнейшие проблемы регионалистики и региональной лингвистики, которая рассматривается как основа для построения теории региональной идентичности, под которой понимается соотнесение конкретной личности с региональным локусом. Региональная идентичность - это реализация феномена региональной общности в рамках конкретных представителей региона. Проблема региональной идентичности тесно связана с двумя самостоятельными проблемами: а) социальная идентичность и б) национальная идентичность. = The article examines the most important problems of regionalism and regional linguistics which is considered the basis for building a theory of regional identity that refers to the correlation of a specific person with a regional locus. Regional identity is the realization of the regional community phenomenon within specific region representatives. The problem of regional identity is closely related to two distinct issues: a) social identity and b) national identity.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы диалога культур, который возникает, когда инокультурный текст воспринимается через призму своей национальной культуры, через присущие ей комплексы ценностей, через собственную картину мира. На примере поэтических текстов анализируется взаимосуществование природы и человека в ней, что является важнейшим параметром при сопоставлении культур. = The article focuses on the dialogue of cultures which arises when a multicultural text is perceived through the prism of its national culture, through its set of values, through a writer’s view of the world. The inter-existence of nature and man in it is analyzed as an important parameter while comparing different cultures. The examples are extracted from poetic texts.

Modern economic conditions pose to businesses of all sectors of the national economy new requirements for the effective functioning of the domestic and world markets. The main objective of the company is to meet the needs of consumers necessary goods or services of high quality and in the shortest possible time. Therefore, for the effective functioning of the enterprise, need to be aimed at the organization of activities to reduce the level of production costs, retain existing customers and attract new ones. The occurrence of objective conditions for the emergence and implementation of logistic approaches in the organization of the production process result in the creation of preconditions for organizational and economic unity commodity and playing stream that leads to the development of organizational strategies for the management of the entire production cycle of barter and reproduction. Today, mass production is the most economically viable form of organization of the manufacturing process of products and their components. But the application of mass production and has a number of disadvantages, among which are: lack of motivation of employees to improve their work because of the inability to change or improve manufacturing operations, to make their work more creative; narrow specialization of production lines, the significant complexity of their changeover to production of other products, i.e. mass production more conservative than not threaded forms of organization of the production process. Using logistic approaches with flow elements for all types of industries at the present stage of development of enterprises should be based on improving the production process by increasing its flexibility and versatility, that will be displayed in the customer satisfaction by improving the quality of goods or services through the reduction of production cycle, improve production technology and so on, and through the reduction loop accelerates the turnover of working capital, which leads to a considerable reduction of production costs.
