Проблема определения искренности говорящего на основе определенных языковых средств является актуальным предметом исследования современной лингвистической науки. Актуальность исследования заключается в необходимости всестороннего изучения свойств просодии с позиций таких направлений как: прагмалингвистика и психолингвистика. Этот подход позволит понять основные интонационные модели высказываний, используемых для выражения оценки или эмоций, а также возможные отклонения. Исследования в области обнаружения лжи показывают, что эмоции это одна из самых важных форм восприятия окружающей действительности, актуализующая не только свойства объектов, но и субъективное отношение к ним человека. Интонация, имеющая высокую степень вариативности, выделяется среди средств, используемых для выражения оценок и эмоций., The problem of determining the sincerity of the speaker on the basis of certain linguistic means is an important subject of research of modern linguistic science. The relevance of the research lies in the necessity of a comprehensive study of the characteristics of prosody from the perspectives of such areas as pragmalinguistics and psycholinguistics. This approach will allow to understand the basic intonation patterns of statements used to express evaluation or emotion, as well as possible deviations. Research in the field of lie detection shows that emotion is one of the most important forms of perception of reality, actualizing not only the properties of objects, but also the subjective attitude towards them. The article deals with the criminal law aspect of lies as a way to counter the successful activity of a lawyer (in particular, criminal law specialization) to achieve the truth as the main goal of criminal proceedings (article 6 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation). The analysis of the factors provoking this phenomenon, and, accordingly, actualizing the need to update the tactical and psychological arsenal of investigative bodies is given. It was found that a number of factors are due to gaps in the Federal legislation of the Russian Federation. Conclusions are drawn on possible ways to overcome this counteraction to a successful preliminary investigation, i.e. the initiating of criminal proceedings. The authors of the article came to the conclusion that it is important to improve the competence of lawyers and experts, specialists, whose goal is to overcome the opposing force of lies. As an expedient and innovative option, the psychotechnics of profiling in the direction of non-instrumental lie detection is proposed., Рассматривается уголовно-правовой аспект лжи как способа противодействия успешной деятельности юриста (в частности уголовно-правовой специализации) по достижению истины как главной цели уголовного судопроизводства (ст. 6 Уголовнопроцессуального кодекса РФ). Приведен анализ факторов, провоцирующих данное явление, а соответственно, актуализирующих необходимость обновления тактико-психологического арсенала органов следствия. Выявлено, что ряд факторов обусловлен пробелами в федеральном законодательстве РФ. Сделаны выводы относительно возможных способов преодоления данного противодействия успешному предварительному расследованию, т.е. назначению уголовного судопроизводства. Отмечено, что важное значение отводится именно повышению компетенции юристов и экспертов, специалистов, цель которых — преодоление противодействующей силы лжи. Как целесообразный и инновационный вариант предложена психотехника профайлинга по направлению «безынструментальная детекция лжи».
