The novel corona virus disease 2019 (covid-19) is currently a global threat. Cancer patients constitute a group that is at high risk of covid-19 infection with a more severe disease course and higher mortality rate. Case description. We report a case of covid-19 occurring concurrently with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all) in a young male patient. After verification of the morphological and immunophenotypic profiles of leukemia, the patient receivedall treatment (all-2009 protocol) with concurrent administration of antiviral and antibacterial drugs, as well as immunoglobin replacement therapy. Neutropenia caused by cytostatic treatment led to the progression of lung damage and respiratory failure, which required the withdrawal of cytostatic drugs. The patient was transferred to the intensive care department, where dexamethasone therapy as well as antibacterial and antifungal therapy was continued. Since the lung damage reached 75 % and respiratory failure began to increase, non-invasive ventilation of the lungs was started. Clinical and hematological remission with hematologic recovery and subsequent pneumonia regression was achieved. However, long-term persistence of the virus was observed, and therefore the strategy for treating acute lymphoblastic leukemia was revised. Maintenance therapy with mercaptopurine and methotrexate was administered. After elimination of the virus on the 56th day from the initial positive test, therapy according to the all-2009 protocol was continued. Conclusion. The tactics of treating cancer patients with hemoblastosis during a pandemic should be selected individually with an assessment of the potential benefits and risk of life-threatening complications.

Aim. To establish the effect of experimental intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) on the teeth-jaw system of rats in the long-term period based on the study of pro-inflammatory cytokines and morphological analysis of the elements of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and salivary glands.Materials and methods. The experiment was carried out on 60 newborn rats; IAH was modelled by injecting collagen into the abdominal cavity to a predetermined level of intra-abdominal pressure. The rats were evenly (n = 20) divided into 3 groups: 1st - control; 2nd and 3rd - with light and severe IAH, respectively. Serum levels of IL-18, MCP-1, NGAL were determined by multiplex analysis after 10 and 120 days, VEGF-C - after 10 days - by ELISA. The morphological examination of the TMJ and salivary glands was performed using a Leica DM2000 microscope after 120 days.Results. After 10 days and 120 days, blood serum levels of NGAL, IL-18 and MCP-1 were statistically significantly increased in groups 2 and 3 compared to the control; the concentration of MCP-1 increased in proportion to the severity of the IAH with the maximum values in group 3. After 10 days, the level of VEGF was significantly increased in group 2 compared to the control group (p < 0.02). Inflammation of the TMJ was observed significantly more often in groups 2 and 3 than in the control group (p = 0.0002). In group 3, circulatory disorders and bone marrow degeneration of the TMJ, as well as inflammation, circulatory disorders and hyperplasia of the lymphoid tissue of the salivary glands were statistically significantly more often compared to groups 1 and 2.Conclusion. In the long term, experimental IAH showed an increase in the levels of markers of inflammation and hypoxia in the blood serum of rats; the severity of synovitis and sialadenitis grew with an increase in the level of intra-abdominal pressure; the maximum deviations in inflammation markers and morphological changes in the TMJ and salivary glands of rats were observed in the group with severe IAH.

O b j e c t i v e s. With the increasing complexity of verification and simulation of modern VLSI, containing hundreds of millions of transistors, the means of extracting the hierarchical description at the level of logical elements froma flat description of circuits at the transistor level are becoming the main tools for computer-aided design and verification. Decompilation tools for transistor circuits can not only significantly reduce the time to perform VLSI topology check, but also provide the basis for generating test cases, logical reengineering of integrated circuits and reverse engineering to detect untrusted attachments.The objective of the work is to solve the problem of extracting the structure of the functional level from a flat circuit of the transistor level by recognizing in it subcircuits that implement logical elements.M e t h o d s. Graph based methods are proposed for solving some key problems arising at the stage of structural recognition of CMOS gates in a transistor circuit: partitioning a graph into connectivity components corresponding to transistor subcircuits; recognition of subcircuits that are logical elements, and functions implemented by them; forming a library of recognized gates and constructing two-level transistor circuit. The original flat and resulting two-level transistor circuits are presented in SPICE format.Re s u l t s. The proposed methods are implemented in C++ as a part of a transistor circuit decompilation programfor the case without any predetermined cell library. All steps of the proposed methods of structural CMOS gates recognition are performed in a linear time from the number of transistors in the initial circuit.Co n c l u s i o n. The decompilation program has been tested on practical transistor-level circuits. Experiments indicate that the present tool is fast enough to process circuits with more than a hundred thousand transistors in a few minutes on a personal computer. Currently, the authors are developing methods for recognizing more complex elements in a transistor circuit, such as memory elements.

Introduction. Speckled lentiginous nevus or Nevus Spilus (NS) is a congenital or acquired melanocytic nevus. NS appears as dark hyperpigmented macules or papules interspersed in the lentigo-like hyperpigmentation patch. Surgical methods for removing NS, primarily on the skin with a thin dermis, are associated with the risk of disruption of its structure or scarring. The use of single wavelength laser irradiation allowed achieving pronounced bleaching of the NS area with such side effects as scars, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and relapses in some cases. Side effects could occur due to the lack of complete blood flow in the microvascular bed near the NS. The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of NS treatment with a dual-wavelength copper vapor laser (CVL). Description of patients and the method of the treatment. Two fair-skinned adult female patients with NS, of medium size and different location, asked to restore the natural colour of the skin in order to get rid of cosmetic defects. NS treatment was carried out using CVL (Yakhroma-Med model, P.N.Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences) during six procedures, an interval of 46weeks. For treatment, we used two-wavelength CVL radiation with average power in the range of 0.60.8W with a power ratio of 3:2 at wavelengths of 511 nm and 578 nm; exposure time: 0.20.3 s. The diameter of the light spot on the skin accounted for 1 mm. Both patients were satisfied with the result of the treatment due to the noticeable blanching of the pigmented skin area after the NS removal. During the following two years, no dark spots or scarring was observed at the NS removal site. Conclusion. Treatment of medium-sized NS using two-wavelength CVL radiation made it possible toeliminate the cosmetic defect without side effects.

Uncovering involvement of the purinergic system in the pathogenesis of ventilation disorders (VD) may provide additional information about the pathophysiological mechanisms leading to the development of VD in pulmonary tuberculosis (PT). The aim was to identify a relationship between the parameters of adenosine metabolism, inflammatory response and altered ventilation metabolism in PT patients. Materials and methods. Obstructive and mixed PT patients were assigned to subgroups with/without VD for assessing adenosine deaminase activity (ADA-1, 2) in serum, mononuclear cells, neutrophils; ecto-5’-nucleotidase (ecto-5’-NT); CD26 (dipeptidyl peptidase-4, DPP-4), phagocyte oxidative burst measured by NO generation. Results. PT patients showed decreased ADA-1 and CD26 (DPP-4), but increased ADA-2. Elevated intracellular adenosine concentration was found in mononuclear cells in patients lacking VD, whereas patients with mixed and obstructive VD — had it in neutrophils. Mononuclear cells of patients with PT lacking VD as well as with obstructive VD type had decreased NO3– concentration. Neutrophil hyperactivity was recorded in all groups of PT patients. Patients with PT lacking VD as well as with mixed VD type showed that the parameters of external respiration were associated with activity of extra-/intracellular ADA, whereas obstructive VD was caused by excessive formation of serum adenosine. Changes in respiratory function in PT were associated with decreased level of serum NO radicals, impaired nitrogen-dependent bactericidal phagocyte activity, and overproduced neutrophil oxygen radicals. Conclusion. Purinergic regulation is involved in regulating inflammatory and compensatory processes in PT patients as well as impaired ventilation efficiency. The most severe respiratory disorders observed in PT patients with mixed VD type are associated with the most prominent changes in nucleotidase activity, particularly ecto-ADA-2 and DPP-4/CD26.

The purpose of the research is studying the efficacy of FOS and Fitoverm drugs against ixodid ticks.Materials and methods. The study objects were ixodid tick species Ixodes persulcatus (Schulze, 1930), Dermacentor reticulatus (Hermann, 1804) and D. marginatus (Schulzer, 1776) in the imago stage. Ticks were collected in the environment of the Altai plains and mountains from vegetation to the flag under the methodology. The efficacy of drug acaricidal activity was assessed according to the methodological guide. In the laboratory, the ticks were placed in a chamber at a temperature of 7 оC. The effect of drugs was assessed by observation every hour for 2-3 days. Live ticks (20 individuals) were contacted with the drug by immersion three times in the working solution in a permeable fabric container. Neostomosan was used as control. Further tests of FOS and Fitoverm were carried out in the field environment. Briz 25% e.c. was used as control. The plots on which the number of Ixodes had previously been recorded was treated using a sprayer on June 1-2 in the morning. The number of live ticks in the plots was counted 1-2 days after the treatment. The biochemical composition of grass stand on various treated grounds was studied according to standard methods. The results were processed statistically.Results and discussion. The Siberian Scientific-Research Institute of Horticulture has developed a series of environmentally friendly drugs based on natural biologically active substances that have shown high efficacy against Ixodes. These are FOS and Fitoverm, which provided a 100% lethal effect against Ixodes in working concentrations of 3–4% and 0.1–0.3% under laboratory conditions. Treatment with Fitoverm 0.3%, FOS 3% and synthetic industrial drug Briz 25% of e.c. 0.75% of grass stand at the stage of grazing for cattle in pasture conditions statistically significantly reduces the number of ticks by 71–79%.

The article is devoted to priority solutions for launching systemic transformations of managerial education for the technological breakthrough. The basis for the development of such decisions was the scientific direction “Proactive Management in Actively Developing Industries and Economic Sectors”, in which the authors work, and the experience in creating educational products that meet the latest trends, including those that have appeared recently.The research methodology included analysis of scientific literature on the problems of complex systems development, proactive management and anticipatory training, systematization of educational practices for managers in foreign and domestic universities, conducting surveys of experts – heads of Russian large industrial enterprises, professors and students.The key reasons for the unsatisfactory state of management education are identified and a set of recommendations for its reform has been developed. Changes in organizational models of managerial education are proposed, the principles of implementing fundamental training and enhancing the humanization of education with a simultaneous increase in the level of knowledge of the scientific and technical foundations of production process are formulated. The conditions of increasing the effectiveness of students' practical training are considered, the forms of its implementation are determined to ensure the readiness of graduates to work in managerial positions. The results of long-term studies of anticipatory training, from managers at the lower levels to directors of large companies, are carried out. These results were obtained in the scientific and educational center “INZHEK” of the Ural Federal University and tested at various levels of management education (bachelor's, master's degrees).The results of the study are of practical interest to managers and professors of universities, business schools and corporate universities, as well as to top managers of business structures involved in improving personnel training.

The purpose of the study: analysis of medical and social problems and factors affecting the availability and compliance of a gluten-free diet, based on a survey of parents of children with celiac disease living in southern Russia. Purpose of the Study: Analysis of the medical and social problems and factors affecting the availability and adherence to the gluten-free diet based on the results of the questioning survey of the parents of children with celiac disease that are residents of the south of Russia. Children Characteristics and Study Methods. The study include 200 families that bring up the children with the celiac disease at the ages from 10 months to 18 years. The patients included 116 (58%) girls and 84 (42%) boys. The medical and social issues were studied using the developed questionnaire consisting of the open questions and intended as self-administered by the patient parents. Results. 87% of the families noted the significant difficulties in adhering to the diet, 75% were forced to refuse to travel with children, 56% of the surveyed were unable to visit the public spaces, restaurants, and 90% indicated the impossibility and difficulties in purchase of the gluten-free products. The strict adherence to the diet at school age is much worse. The main reasons for the deliberate non- adherence to the gluten-free diet are the high cost of food, lack of funds to purchase it. The patient families spend RUB 8,000– 9,000 per month in average to purchase the gluten-free products. There is a great demand of patients for the imported products with the relevant quality marks. The psychological symptoms were noted in the patients with celiac disease in response to the introduction of the gluten-free diet, manifested by the depression, aggression, irritability, high level of the anxiety. Conclusion. The main difficulties faced by the families that bring up the children and adolescents with the celiac disease include the social and psychological maladjustment of the patients, reduced finances, search and purchase of the high-quality gluten-free products and the necessity to adapt the child and family members to the dietary habits.

Lymphangiogenesis plays an important role in development of renal parenchyma inflammation during kidney injury. Vascular endothelial growth factor type C (VEGF-C), cytokine that regulates lymphangiogenesis, is a potential early biomarker for acute kidney injury. Aim. To study the concentration of VEGF-C in renal homogenate and blood serum of newborn rats with experimental intraabdominal hypertension (IAH) of varying severity and duration, to establish a relationship with morphological changes in the renal tissue. Materials and methods. The experiment was conducted on 50 newborn Wistar rats. Rats were divided into 5 groups of 10 rats each: groups 1 and 2 with mild IAH lasting 5 and 10 days, respectively, and groups 3 and 4 with severe IAH lasting 5 and 10 days, respectively, and the control group. IAH was modelled by injecting sterile vaseline into the abdominal cavity to a predetermined level of IAH under the control of intra-vesical manometry. VEGF-C content was measured by ELISA. Morphological examination of the biopsy material and its photography were carried out using a Leica DM2000 microscope. The Mann—Whitney, Kruskal—Wallis, Wilcoxon tests, as well as one-way ANOVA, were used for statistical analysis. Results. The level of VEGF-C in the renal homogenate was increased in all groups (pc < 0.001); the degree of VEGF-C increase depended on the severity of IAH (p < 0.05) but not on the duration of IAH exposure. The VEGF-C blood serum level was increased only in group 3 (pc = 0.011). Morphological analysis showed hydropic dystrophy: changes in the height of the tubular epithelium, an increase in interstitial edema, expansion of the urinary spaces of glomeruli. The degree of morphological changes depended on the severity and duration of IAH. Conclusion. Changes in VEGF-C level assessed in the renal homogenate correlated with morphological changes in renal tissue of rats with different severity and duration of IAH.

Introduction. In our country, severe concomitant injury is one of the main causes of death among people of working age. This poses an urgent task for the national health care and education system in the form of training qualified emergency surgeons.Purpose of the study. To improve the quality of practical training of specialists in the delivery of urgent surgical care for concomitant injury.Material and methods. The “Cadaver course of operative surgery for severe concomitant injury” was developed. The participants of the cadaver course were senior students of the Ryazan State Medical University. At the stages of the course, theoretical training was carried out, work in a cadaver operating room with mentors and independently was performed, as well as a comparative assessment of learning outcomes with the results of similar tests of clinical residents of the 2nd year of study.Results. Statistically significant differences were obtained in terms of indicators reflecting the level of practical training of students who completed the developed course. The level of theoretical training in the compared groups did not differ significantly.Conclusion. New opportunities have been opened for the widespread introduction of the developed training course into the educational process. It is necessary to further improve the proposed methodology and study the results of its use.

Relevance. To address the issue of including vaccines against meningococcal infection (MI) in the Russian National Immunization Schedule (NIS), convincing arguments must be presented that demonstrate not only epidemiological, but also economic benefits.Aim of this study was conducted to confirm them.Materials & methods. For calculating epidemiological consequences, a dynamic predictive simulation model was constructed to compare the potential epidemiological burden of the disease in the current vaccination scenario (no MI vaccination in the NIS) and a new scenario involving vaccination of children aged 9 and 12 months with the MenACWY-d vaccine. The epidemiological outlook for meningococcal infection was assessed based on the dynamics of the main indicators of its prevalence in the General population that developed in previous years, taking into account the impact of double vaccination of children at 9 and 12 months on the survival period of each age cohort vaccinated in 2019–2034. The aim is to assess the predicted socio-economic consequences for different scenarios: while maintaining the current vaccination algorithm and including in the NIS vaccination against MI of all children aged 9 and 12 months using mathematical modeling.Results and discussion. The greatest impact on reducing the number of clinical cases of the disease will be achieved in the age cohorts 0–1 years (-89%), 1–2 years (-84.5%), 3–6 years (-73.6%). Model calculations show that due to double vaccination of children under one year of age, 571 deaths can be expected to be prevented by 2034, which is equivalent to a reduction in losses of 40,509 years of life ahead and a social gain of 104.7 billion rubles in the monetary equivalent of the cost of these years (cumulative total). At the same time, taking into account the prevented cases of the disease, the total monetary equivalent of the benefits of society will begin to exceed the cost of vaccination earlier than in four years.Conclusions thus, even an underestimated estimate of benefits that does not take into account the total amount of damage prevented (prevention of 571 deaths, loss of 40,509 years of life and 104.7 billion rubles in monetary terms of the cost of years of life to come), indicates the obvious importance of expanding the NIS and including vaccination of children aged 9 and 12 months from meningococcal infection.

The state of Canada’s tax system has been studied. The structure of taxation in Canada, in particular current issues of tax control over taxpayers, have been considered. In the course of the study, regulative, complex methods of studying the tax system in Canada, general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge: systematic and functional-structural, comparative analysis were used. It has been revealed that the tax system in Canada is more sparing and effective then in other countries. Canada, unlike other developed countries, has a higher degree of decentralization, when, with a significant impact of federal authorities, the provinces play a significant role in the formation of the concept of the national economy. This state is able to provide its citizens with a high standard of living, decent wages and quite loyal tax system.

Objective:To evaluate the historical long-term forecast of the spatial spread of rabies in Siberia and Far East and to characterize modern approaches to spatial forecasting. The concept of spatial spread of rabies in the Asian part of Russia, developed in the 80s of the twentieth century, is subjected to critical analysis based on information on rabies registration for 1881–1980 and zoogeographic data. At that time, 5 rabies enzootic regions were identified, and the most probable directions of further exportation of infection suggested. At first, a review of published data on human and animal rabies cases for the period of 1985–2019 was undertaken (including reference publications). Data on cases of rabies among humans and animals were selected for which geographical coordinates could be determined. Mapping was performed using GIS (QGIS 3.12.0 software and “Natural Earth” and “OpenStreetMap” electronic maps). Comparison of maps for different time periods demonstrated that rabies incidence was recorded mainly within the previously identified risk areas. However, the occurrence of human disease in different regions did not always correspond to the intensity of epizootics and the predicted risk. Next, in an attempt to correct the prognosis of the spatiotemporal rabies spread, we reviewed publications that incorporated virus genetic data along with GIS technology and modeling application. The distribution of the three major rabies virus lineages (“steppe”, “Arctiс-like”, “Arctic”) corresponded to the regions that were previously identified. The spread of fox rabies (the “steppe” rabies virus lineage) in the north-east direction was described. In several instances, rabies outbreaks in southern Siberia and Far East were associated with cross-border movement of the virus from Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China. Data on the speed of the epizootic waves, pathways, and natural barriers for virus spread are discussed. The correction of the forecast for rabies virus circulation and spread is important for the development of control strategies in the region, including oral vaccination of wildlife virus reservoirs.

Aim. The goal was to aggregate data on the nesting phenology of the range of Anseriformes in the Baikal Siberia region – using the example of Lake Baikal itself.Material and methods. In preparing the materials we used data from our own observations based on foot and car‐based survey assessments and that of other authors for the entire known period of bird research on Lake Baikal, including data from the literature. Standard ornithological visual methods of accounting, registration and description are used.Results. The ecology of Anseriformes nesting has been sufficiently studied, but information on the oviposition phenology is not generalized. During the nesting periods of Anseriformes on Lake Baikal (in particular) the laying of eggs occurs over an extended time period. This prolongation egg‐laying time is normal and is a response to the death of clutches from inundations as well as being a characteristic of some ducks which re‐nest repeatedly. These subsequently lead to a later taking to flight of young birds. Conclusion. The earliest clutches are found among mallard and ruddy shelduck from the end of April, when ponds are still ice‐bound, while the latest are laid up to midJuly by the European widgeon, the white‐winged scoter and the red‐breasted merganser. Mass oviposition of all species occurs in the period from mid‐May to mid‐June. Overall, the egg‐laying period of Lake Baikal Anseriformes lasts from 20 days to 3.1 months. The timing and period of egg‐laying depends on regional environmental conditions and the specifics of individual species’ ecology and biology. Although the general ovipositional time‐frame of Anseriformes regionally is prolonged, the period of mass egg‐laying is quite concentrated and occurs within a period of 20‐30 days.

Background. Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common tunnel neuropathy in which the median nerve is compressed at the level of the wrist in the carpal canal. Treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome can be conservative and surgical. Surgical treatment is indicated in case of ineffective conservative treatment. However, the strategy of managing patients with carpal tunnel syndrome in the postoperative period has not yet been determined; there is no clear understanding of the effectiveness and necessity of rehabilitation in the early and long-term postoperative periods.Aim. Follow-up the patients after decompression of the median nerve in the late (up to 3 weeks after surgery) and long-term (3 weeks after surgery) postoperative periods to assess the effectiveness of different methods of rehabilitation.Materials and methods. A randomized controlled study included 108 cases of idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome (unilateral and bilateral). After surgery, the patients were divided into three groups: the restorative treatment group using magnetic therapy, the kinesiotherapy group, and the control group. Clinical, neurophysiological and ultrasound monitoring was carried out for six months.Results. Patients of all the groups showed similar improvement in the most of the analyzed parameters, without any significant difference.Conclusion. Thus, according to the results of a comprehensive study, it is evident that early diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome and a high-quality surgical decompression of the median nerve with a complete dissection of the flexor retinaculum of the hand guarantee improvement within six months or later after surgical treatment without additional rehabilitation measures.

Aim. To research the Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo L., 1758) ecology during the secondary expansion of the Baikal region.Material and Methods. The material for studying cormorant nutrition was 28 stomachs of harvested birds, visual observations of feeding cormorants using optical equipment, as well as regurgitated burps of nutrition obtained by a bloodless method when being fed to chicks. 21 examples of cormorants were the subjects of the parasitological research.Results. The number of the species has been growing since the beginning of the XXI century and, starting from 2020/21, is likely to stabilize, remaining at a high level. This indicates the gradual integration of the species into the Baikal Lake ecosystem. The main food item of Cormorants are the non‐commercial fish, Sleeper (Percottus glehni Dyb.), Perch (Perca fluviatilis L.) and Roach (Rutilus rutilus L.). Parasitological studies have revealed 8 species of helminths from three classes with varying degrees of invasion. Only one of them, Contracaecum osculatum baicalensis (Mosgovoy et Ryjikov, 1950), is endemic and potentially dangerous to human health (its infection rate can reach 80%).Conclusion. The Great Cormorant is an obligate, but not a specialized ichthyophage, focused on the prevailing fish species. Great Cormorants as hosts of ticks, helminths and other ecto‐ and endoparasites are potentially sources of threat to the occurrence and spread, primarily, of ornithoses and helminthiasis in the Baikal region and possibly of other diseases carried from their wintering places.

Особое внимание уделяется особенностям постановки проблемы личности в 1840-е гг., социально-психологическим и нравственным аспектам личностной проблематики в критических статьях 1850–1860-х гг. Доказывается, что магистральным в творчестве А. А. Григорьева был поиск способов гармонизации внутреннего мира человека, общественных отношений. Сравнение позиции создателя «органической критики» с точкой зрения других журналистов изучаемого периода по проблеме личности — одной из важных в литературно-художественной критике середины XIX в. — делает результаты исследования более показательными, а общие выводы в конце каждого из анализируемых этапов творчества критика — более убедительными. The article attempts to synthesize the ideas and statements of the original writer of the middle of the XIX century Ap. Grigoriev about personality and the problems of its functioning in society. The process of anthropological views formation throughout the entire period of the “organic criticism” author creativity is shown. Particular attention is paid to the statement of the problem of personality in the 1840s, sociopsychological and moral aspects of problem of personality in critical articles of the 1850s–1860s. It is proved that the search for ways to harmonize the person inner world and the social relations was the main thing in A. A. Grigoriev’s work. Comparison of Ap. Grigoriev’s position on the problem of personality, that was the one of the most important in literary and artistic criticism of the middle of the XIX century, with the other journalists of the studied period point of view makes the results of the study more revealing and the general conclusions at the end of each of the analyzed stages of the critic’s work more convincing.

В статье выявляются особенности постановки проблемы личности в первых критических статьях Аполлона Григорьева, поэта, известного литературного и театрального критика середины XIX столетия, автора оригинального метода критического анализа, названного самим автором «органической критикой». Особое внимание уделяется трем аспектам проблемы личности в его литературной критике 1840-х гг. – социологическому, социально-психологическому и нравственному. The article reveals the features of posing the problem of personality in the first critical articles of Apollon Grigoriev, a poet, well-known literary and theater critic of the middle of the 19th century, the author of an original method of critical analysis, called by the author himself “organic criticism”. Particular attention is paid to three aspects of the problem of personality in his literary criticism of the 1840s. – sociological, socio-psychological and moral.
