The purpose of this article is to study types of parental attitude towards children as a way to achieve adaptive family relationships. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. A pilot research was used as the empirical method. The results of the research. Children of parents with a controlling type of upbringing were obedient, suggestible, fearful, not too persistent in achieving their own goals, non-aggressive. With a mixed style of upbringing children are characterized by suggestibility, obedience, emotional sensitivity, non-aggres­siveness, lack of curiosity, originality of thinking and poor imagination. So, we distinguished three types of parental attitudes that are pathogenic for the emo­tional development of the child: 1. Emotional rejection is the indifferent attitude towards the child, it shows the parents’ unwillingness to satisfy the child’s physi­cal and mental needs, a desire to spend more time without him/her. This also includes cruel treatment, when, along with indifference, parents inflict physical injuries on the child. The reasons are financial difficulties, marital conflicts and mental infantilism of the child. 2. Overprotection is often such style of treatment of the child, which covers up an unconscious rejection of him/her. A feeling of guilt, in the connection with this rejection, often is arisen in parents’ psyche whose child is often and seriously ill. 3. Treatment of the child by a double bind type. The child is completely (and emotionally) dependent on the parents. Conclusions. The classification of parental attitudes towards children suf­fering from neuroses, neurosis-like conditions, psychopathies and character accentuationswas proposed: 1. Indulgent hyperprotection: the child is the cen­ter of attention of the family, and the family strives to satisfy his/her needs as fully as it is possible. 2. Dominant hyperprotection: the child is the center of attention of the parents, who spend a lot of time and energy to him/her, while depriving him/her of independence, setting numerous restrictions and prohibi­tions. 3. Emotional rejection: ignoring the child’s needs, often cruelty to him/her. 4. Increased moral responsibility is in education, increased moral demands are combined with inattention and lack of care on the part of the parents. 5. Cruel treatment includes parents do not strive to satisfy the needs of the child, but at the same time practice cruel punishments for the slightest offenses. 6. Neglect: the child is left to his/her own devices, the parents are not interested in his/her personality and do not control him/her. Lack of care and control are perceived by us as hypoprotection.

The purpose of this article is to show psychological features of post-trau­matic stress disorder of combatants. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling and generalization. The experimental method was the method of or­ganizing empirical research. The results of the research. The following methods were shown to be widely used by psychologists and rehabilitation specialists of military units and unit commanders in the practice of psychological rehabilitation of combatants who had received combat mental trauma: autogenic techniques (performance of mental self-regulation techniques, self-training, meditation, etc.); physiologi­cal methods (deep sleep, rest, quality food, drinking a lot of water, shower, field bath); organizational means (establishing a clear regime of work and rest, in­volvement of servicemen into active combat training, service, preservation of military uniform); medication means (sedatives, tranquilizers, antidepressants, nootropics, psychostimulants, phytotherapy, vitamin therapy, etc.); psychotherapeutic techniques and methods (individual and group rational psychotherapy, music, library, art, nature therapy, etc.). Conclusions. We proved that the situation of hostilities, which take place in the east of Ukraine, leads to pronounced changes in the functional state of mental activity, which is characterized by the development of extremely strong negative emotions, such as anxiety, fear, severe mental and physical fatigue. The rapid transition to a peaceful reality often does not allow combatants to adequately respond to certain circumstances from the perspective of the sur­rounding reality. Post-traumatic stress disorder, becoming chronic, affects al­most every aspect of a combatant’s life, including work, activity, interpersonal relationships, physical health and self-esteem.

The world has already entered the stage of increasing odds for a new pandemic, which prompts to seek out for new flu vaccines, because existing vaccines demonstrate only suboptimal effectiveness. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the possibility of using mRNA vaccines has been opened up, and a prospect of finding hemagglutinin (HA) gene mRNA-based new influenza vaccines seems very attractive. As a rule, the mRNA vaccine is a product of recoding, which ensures the mRNA stability. However, the results of mRNA recoding can be ambiguous. The purpose of this report is to analyze the features of genes and proteins and to consider opportunities and limitations in their recoding. Primary structures of NA proteins and relevant genes were retrieved from Internet publicly available databases. The amino acid composition and frequency of dipeptides, nucleotide and dinucleotide compositions, %GC, translational code and compositions of neighboring di- and tricodones, distribution along primary structure for explicit and synonymous mutations were determined. H1N1 and H3N2 subtypes have both specific and general features (limitations) in their genes, differing not only in the number of protein substitutions, but also in the number and distribution of gene synonymous codons, which do not manifest in the protein primary structure, but appear, apparently, as a hidden factor, which causes the low effectiveness of classical influenza vaccines. The identification of several limitations in gene structure suggests that its any modification (in any gene) must not contradict each of the restrictions established by nature. The frequency of CpG dinucleotides in all studied strains is low, but a potential for optimizing it in H1N1 strains due to the prohibition of the quartet in the gene for arginine-encoding codons is especially limited and can be implemented through synonymous codons of other amino acids (alanine, proline, threonine or serine). Compared to the H1N1 subtype, the H3N2 subtype can be expected to have more possibilities in constructing stable NA gene mRNA.

The paper presents a study of dialect speakers’ lexicon excerpt correlated with the sphere of traditional spiritual culture. A classification of an extensive array of facts recorded whilst surveying the informants in the points of mixed residence in Volgograd region is proposed. The research is carried out in line with the established methodological principles of linguistic units interpretation, and is based on the material extracted from the speech recordings of native speakers of the Don and Ukrainian dialects. The study focused on the key concepts in the spiritual culture of the Russian-Ukrainian population of the region. The concepts are verbalized in the speech of dialect speakers, whose way of life, traditions and customs reflect the life of a nationally heterogeneous continuum. The lexical units relevant for the transition of culturally significant information are defined. It is revealed regarding the content-and-semantic principle of detailing information in the text (within the framework of themes and microthemes) and the semantic-andcategorical means of representing ethnocultural meanings in context (within situations and micro-situations). For residents of mixed settlements, the topics “Ethnic identification of dialect speakers”, “Kinship. Family. Kinship and family relations, traditions”, “Calendar and folk rituals, customs and beliefs”, “Leisure amusements, folk games, fun”, “Nature in traditional spiritual culture”, “Folk medicine, healing”, “Folk etiquette, moral norms of behavior in society, community” are noted to be significant. The article describes the procedure for segmenting an excerpt of dialect speakers’ lexicon into individual topics that reflect traditional culture in its spiritual component; it shows the lexical content of microthemes recorded in the stories of Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking informants; and provides the description of lexical means significant for the realization of these ethno-cultural meanings.

The results of using SLA‑technology in the manufacture of molds for obtaining wax models in lost wax casting are presented. 3D printing modes of molds have been developed to ensure the required roughness of the working surfaces and durability of the resulting molds. The optimal parameters for pressing the wax composition into molds made using SLA technology have been established. It is shown that the use of SLA technology for the manufacture of molds makes it possible to obtain wax models and castings of the required quality. An experimental technology has been developed for the production of castings from bronze by casting according to smelted models.

Enteropathogenic escherichiosis (ЕРЕС) remains to date one of the common causes of the development of gastrointestinal pathology in young children and, depending on the serovar, ЕРЕС can be severe with the development of urgent conditions threatening the patient's life.The purpose of the study: to establish the clinical features of enteropathogenic escherichiosis (ЕРЕС) in young children, depending on the severity of the disease.Materials and methods: the analysis of clinical and laboratory data of 105 cases of ЕРЕС in young children treated at the Regional Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital named after A.M. Nichoga in Astrakhan during 2013—2023 was carried out.The results: According to the results of our study, it was found that the disease was more often caused by serovars ЕРЕС O111 (59%), O55 (32,4%). Mild and moderate forms of ЕРЕС were 74,3%. Severe forms of HERES (25,7%) are characterized by: acute onset, prolonged (7,9 ± 0,4 days) febrile fever (66,7%); repeated vomiting (91,3%), diarrhea for 9,9 ± 1,8 days with a stool frequency of more than 10 times a day (59.3%) of an abundant, watery nature (96.3%), dehydration of II—III degree (88,9%), the presence of intestinal dysbiosis (96%). In 45,7% of children, ЕРЕС occurred in a moderate form, characterized by subfebrile fever (93.7%) for 5.8 ± 0,9 days, vomiting for 2—3 days (85,4%), watery diarrhea up to 10 times a day (68,7%) lasting 5,9 ± 0,8 days, dehydration of I—II degree (85,4%), intestinal dysbiosis (52%). The difference between mild forms of ЕРЕС (28,6%) was the absence of fever (70%), vomiting (60%), dehydration (100%), and the presence of intestinal dysbiosis in only 16% of children. The nature of the fever, the frequency of vomiting, at the beginning of the disease and subsequently, allows us to judge the severity of the disease, its possible duration, and the effectiveness of treatment. An increase in body temperature to febrile figures, on the 2rd—4th day of the disease, indicates the development of a severe form of ЕРЕС.

According to the Law “On Seed Production”, all varieties or hybrids included in the state register shall be provided for genetic passports, as well as making a list of plants’ species, the production of which is aimed at ensuring food security. However, the use of morphological characteristics does not allow distinguishing genetically similar samples, identifying hidden genetic variability and ensuring control of the homogeneity of the initial material. In connection with these limitations, the purpose of the current work was to develop approaches for the selection of molecular genetic mic- rosatellite markers (SSR markers) to differentiate common wheat varieties. In accordance with the purpose, there has been conducted a literature review regarding methods for genetic certification and evaluation of the diversity of spring common wheat based on polymorphism of microsatellite loci, and there has been generated a set of Triticum aestivum genome assemblies from the NCBI Gen Bank. Based on the literature data, there have been selected the most polymorphic SSR markers using the invented algorithm. The analysis of databases of SSR markers in the genome of common wheat using bioinformatics methods allowed establishing a minimal discriminatory set of 20 markers that can detect 419 different alleles in Triticum aestivum. The results obtained can become the necessary theoretical foundation for further practical research.

Background. The shortage of healthcare human resources is currently one of the most discussed topics in both Russian and global discourse. Along with the study of such important problems in the healthcare system, as its unevenness, a lack of access to health services among the most vulnerable groups, a low quality of the care provided, etc., much attention is currently paid to the professional competence, adaptation, and retention of mid-level specialists in medical organizations. One possible solution to the above problems is seen in the institute of mentorship.Objectives. To analyze the main approaches to defining the concept of “nursing mentorship” in the foreign and Russian research literature.Methods. A comparative analysis of literature sources by foreign and Russian authors addressing the definition, content, and implementation of nursing mentorship was conducted using the PubMed and eLibrary.ru databases.Results. Three main approaches — “dyadic”, “triadic,” and “integrated” (mixed) — to defining the concept of nurse mentorship were identified. The dyadic approach focuses on the analysis of interpersonal interactions between mentor and mentee. Such interactions arise during a specifically planned and goal-oriented activity aimed at a dynamic psychosocial intervention in the mentee’s professional life to bridge gaps in his/her knowledge and skills and to increase self-confidence. Dyadic mentoring can be of individual, group, distance, peer, cascade, and reverse types. The triadic approach implies interaction not only between mentor and mentee, but also involvement of the medical organization as a party. The administrators are interested in personnel stability, improved professional skills of the staff, increased loyalty and commitment to the organization. The main focus here is on the functionality, formalization, and comprehensiveness of mentoring programs, allowing the goals of the medical organization to be achieved. Within the integrated (mixed) approach, the negative experience of mentoring and the possibilities of forming a culture of mentorship are analyzed. The mentorship culture, while reflecting the interests of the medical organization, bolsters “authentic friendship” within the nursing team. Mentorship is considered as a set of activities that influence mentors, mentees, and the medical organization as a whole, passing through various development phases and stages in the interests of the three interacting parties. The contribution of Russian authors to the development of mentorship consists in the elucidation of issues related to the professional development and sociocultural adaptation of young specialists in the healthcare system, as well as in modeling mentorship relations. Mentorship is considered not only in terms of the specifics of interpersonal professional relations that arise in the mentor and mentee interaction, but also as an instrument in labor management. Mentorship programs can increase the personnel’s commitment to their profession and the results achieved.Conclusion. In the current scientific literature, different approaches to defining the concept of mid-level medical personnel mentorship are presented. The existing experience in organizing mentorship programs may significantly improve their qualitative level, thereby contributing to professional self-realization of both mentors and young nursing specialists.

Development of productive strawberry cultivars adapted to harsh winter conditions is an urgent task for plant breeders in Russia. The M. G. Safronov Yakut Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture has used wild strawberry forms combining several useful agronomic and biological traits, primarily the resistance to extreme environmental conditions, to achieve this objective. In the efforts to preserve the diversity of crop cultivars, the N. I. Vavilov All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources (VIR) has developed and is implementing a program to establish nomenclatural standards for domestic cultivars of vegetatively propagated crops. The results of the implementation of this program are presented. Nomenclatural standards for the strawberry cultivars ‘Alexandra’, ‘Pokrovskaya’, ‘Sadovospasskaya’, ‘Vladyka Zosima’ and ‘Bersenevskaya’, released by the M. G. Safronov Yakut Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture, have been formalized, registered in the VIR Herbarium Database, and placed for conservation in the Herbarium of Cultivated Plants of the World, Their Wild Relatives, and Weeds (WIR).

Heterogeneous systems including natural carbon matrices in the solid phase and aqueous solutions of low molecular weight organic compounds with positive and negative variations from ideality in the liquid phase are considered. The technical characterization of the considered supramolecular ensembles on the basis of brown coal of the Kara-Keche deposit (Kyrgyzstan), humic acids and humine extracted from it is given. Functional analysis of the samples was carried out using FTIR spectroscopy. The morphology of the surface of the considered carbon matrices has been investigated, in different points of which the local microelement composition has been established. An X-ray phase analysis of Kara-Keche brown coal and humic acids and humine extracted from it was carried out. The isothermal adsorption of bipolar molecules of glycine and urea, neutral D-glucose from aqueous solutions on solid carbon sorbents has been studied. An assumption has been made about the adsorption of low molecular weight organic compounds from aqueous solutions on humine and Kara-Keche coal in irregularities and pores of the carbon matrix of sorbents, for humic acids – on surface reaction centers. Due to its developed pore structure and resistance to acids and alkalis, humine from Kara-Keche coal is recommended for the purification of industrial wastewater from low molecular weight organic ecotoxicants.

У статті зроблено спробу визначити систему кримінальних правопорушень, що пов’язані з перетинанням державного кордону України незаконним способом та / або зі злочинною метою. Доведено, що кримінальні правопорушення, передбачені статтями 332, 332-1, 332-2, 333, 334 розділу XIV Особливої частини Кримінального кодексу України, посягають не просто на недоторканність державних кордонів України, а на прикордонну безпеку, яка є складовою національної безпеки України. Встановлено, в чому полягає відмінність між перетинанням державного кордону України, переміщенням товарів через державний кордон України та переправленням осіб через державний кордон України. На підставі такого порівняння визначено, що перетинання державного кордону України незаконним способом та/або зі злочинною метою характеризується фізичним переміщенням особи через державний кордон України без мети переміщення певного товару чи іншого предмету. Окрім того, на відміну від незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України, перетинанню цього кордону в незаконний спосіб та/або зі злочинною метою властиве безпосереднє фізичне переміщення особи через державний кордон України, яке саме по собі є кримінально караним, якщо здійснюється в незаконний спосіб та/або зі злочинною метою, тоді як незаконне переправлення через державний кордон України характеризується такою властивістю, як опосередкованість, що має першорядне значення для кримінально-правового забезпечення прикордонної безпеки України. До системи кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних з перетинанням державного кордону України незаконним способом та/або зі злочинною метою, слід відносити фінансування тероризму у формі надання, збору чи зберігання будь-яких активів прямо чи опосередковано з метою їх використання або усвідомленням можливості того, що їх буде використано повністю або частково для будь-яких цілей окремим терористом чи терористичною групою (організацією) для перетинання державного кордону України з терористичною метою (ст. 258-5), перетинання державного кордону України з терористичною метою (для здійснення діяльності, яка відповідно до закону є терористичною) (ст. 258-6), незаконне перетинання державного кордону України (ст. 332-2), порушення правил міжнародних польотів (ст. 334) Кримінального кодексу України.

The work deals with the study of secondary-phase precipitation in binary and ternary zirconium-based alloys with extra-small content of doping within the framework of the phase-field approach. Developed phase-field model is applied to study β-phase precipitation in the model system of commercial Zr–Nb–Sn and Zr–Nb alloys at thermal treatment. An analysis of local rearrangement of doping and equilibrium vacancies during precipitation is provided. Kinetics of precipitation, size and distribution of the precipitates, concentration of the species in precipitates and matrix are studied. Mechanical response including the plastic deformations in precipitated solid is discussed. As shown, the yield-strength change increases during precipitation. Yield and ultimate strength are studied at different shear rates for the annealed alloy. Formation and growth of slip planes and dislocation loop–precipitate interaction governed by elastic-moduli difference is analysed. As shown, the emergence of dislocation loops around precipitates follows the Orowan’s mechanism. Modelling the radiation-induced precipitation during neutron irradiation of zirconium alloys with low content of doping is performed within the framework of the developed phase-field model by taking into account ballistic mixing and the dynamics of point defects with their sinks. As shown, in a sample initially containing precipitates of the secondary phase, irradiation results in the dissolution of precipitates at small doses and reprecipitation with dose accumulation. Analysis of precipitation dynamics and statistical distributions of precipitates with local rearrangement of non-equilibrium vacancies around precipitates at neutron irradiation is provided. As shown, the competition between the ballistic mixing and the thermodynamic force plays a major role in kinetics of radiation-induced precipitation and precipitates’ dissolution. The estimation of mechanical properties of Zr–Nb alloy during irradiation under reactor conditions is provided.

The purpose of this article is to introduce Psychosemantics of Types of Military Stress of Combatants: we mean Chronic constant (or prolonged) stress and Acute situational stress of combatants with Post-traumatic stress disorder. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The experimental method was the method of organizing empirical research. The results of the research. We proved, that combatants with Chronic constant (or prolonged) stress also observed variability in the occurrence and development of a painful emotional state, but, as a rule, at the first stage there was an accumulation of emotional tension, which, due to the interaction of certain personal characteristics and situational influences, did not find a response. We understood, that the main disorders of the servicemen’s mental activity are related to the experience that traumatizes the psyche and which is caused by military conditions, but their degree largely depends on the totality of the reaction to this factor of the entire unit. The collective reaction has a strong influence on the discipline and organization of military units. Conclusions. Therefore, it should be noted that Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders occur in a case of combatants as a delayed or protracted reaction to a Psycho-Traumatic Stress Event or a situation of an exclusively threatening or deadly nature (combat operations, watching the violent death of others, the role of a victim of torture, being in captivity, etc.). In its essence, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is an appropriate reaction of a mind and a body to a powerful emotional stimuli of a stressful situation that occurred.

The purpose of this article is to study psychological characteristics and parents-children interpersonal relationships in the family with a child with intellectual disabilities. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The empirical method is a pilot research. The results of the research. Such personal characteristics, as aggression, infantilism, shyness (the result of disrupted relationships between a child and his/her parents) can be attributed to three levels of parent-child interpersonal relationships: Level I – the relationships between parents and a child are characterized as passive-defensive ones, children are in a state of hidden conflict, there is no possibility of establishing emotional intimacy; Level II – there is adaptive atmosphere of emotional incontinence in the family. Children adopt this style and treat their parents in a “mirror” way – it is active-defensive style. Children are confident that their requests and desires will not be satisfied. Accusations are responded to them with aggression. They do not know how to restrain emotional reactions; their behavior is dominated by excitability, conflicts and aggressiveness; Level III – there are the same family characteristics as in the second level, but children are noted to have a weak nervous system. As a result, in response to sharp influences from the side of their parents, physiological disorders arise such reactions, as tic, enuresis, stuttering. Typically, such a child is characterized by obedience, but the possibility of outbursts of aggression towards peers cannot be ruled out. Conclusions. We showed, that the extreme variant of violations of the relationships between parents and children was “maternal deprivation”. This condition is characterized by severe psychological discomfort of the child, occurs in conditions of constant absence of the mother or severe rejection from the side of her attitude to a child. Both in theoretical and experimental studies which deal with the influence of the family situation on the formation of behavioral tendencies and personality traits of children, play the enormous role of the mother. So, in the situation of the absence of the mother or in the situation where the child saw her extremely rarely, the child felt emotional discomfort, cried more often, was stubborn and aggressive.

Предметом дослідження в статті є система комунікаційних мереж БпЛА (літальних мереж, ЛМ), що використовують технологію LiFi для передачі інформації від джерела до приймача в умовах фізичних перешкод і кіберзагроз, а також стратегії розгортання та забезпечення надійності (СРЗН) ЛМ. Мета роботи – розроблення критеріїв і алгоритмів вибору СРЗН ЛМ, що забезпечують необхідний рівень надійності та ефективності за умови заданих обмежень. У статті розв’язуються конкретні завдання: систематизація стратегій розгортання та забезпечення надійності літальної мережі; формулювання принципів і розроблення алгоритму вибору оптимальної стратегії розгортання та забезпечення надійності ЛМ; надання рекомендацій щодо вибору оптимальних стратегій розгортання та забезпечення надійності літальної мережі. Упроваджено такі методи: системний аналіз для вибору оптимальної стратегії розгортання та забезпечення надійності; теорія надійності та ефективності системи. Досягнуті результати: розширено класифікатор стратегій розгортання ЛМ завдяки додатковим ознакам ремонту й обслуговування, а також наявності кібератак; сформульовано критерії вибору стратегій розгортання та забезпечення надійності ЛМ; розроблено алгоритм вибору оптимальної стратегії розгортання та забезпечення надійності ЛМ; проаналізовано та наведено приклад застосування розроблених алгоритмів для ілюстрації покрокової процедури вибору стратегії, що супроводжується розрахунками показників надійності. Висновки: запропоновані множини, критерії та алгоритм вибору стратегій розгортання та забезпечення надійності комунікаційних мереж БпЛА дають змогу обґрунтувати сукупність параметрів і спланувати реалізацію оптимальної (за визначеним критерієм) політики впровадження автоматичної системи підтримки комунікацій на об’єктах критичної інфраструктури в умовах руйнувань та кібервпливів, а також підвищити ефективність (мінімізувати вартість) застосування літальних мереж.

The shelf life of fermented dairy products is only 3-5 days and is extended by the addition of preservatives to the production process, but the biological value of the kefir beverage is reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of using hop extract in the biotechnology of fermented milk beverage. Three samples of kefir beverage were produced: control (K) – using traditional technology based on dry starter “Kefir VIVO”; experimental (D1) – with the above type of starter in the amount of 0.05% by weight of milk and hop extract in the amount of 5% by weight of milk. The experimental sample (D2) was fermented using hop extract (10% by weight of milk). It was found that when using only hop extract for fermentation of the prototype kefir beverage, the duration of the technological process of its production is the same as when using dry starter and does not exceed 7-8 hours. The number of beneficial viable lactic acid microorganisms (Lactococcus lactis ssp.) in the fermented milk beverage made based on hop extract was 1.0∙107 CFU/cm3 . These microorganisms have probiotic properties, which makes it possible to classify beverages enriched with hop extract as functional foods. In the experimental samples made using hop extract, yeast colonies were found in the amount of 3∙107 and 8∙107 CFU/cm3 , respectively. During the experimental storage period, the pH of all product samples was (4.71-4.46). Therewith, the acidity of the sample (D2) increased more slowly. Its organoleptic characteristics were improving. The shelf life has been extended to 10-15 days. The results of the study showed that milk can be fermented with hop extract, resulting in a new functional type of kefir beverage with high organoleptic characteristics, viability of beneficial microflora (lactic acid bacteria and yeast) and extended shelf life

Seed storage of agricultural crops in the conditions of International Space Station (ISS) is an effective method of quick plant breeding aimed to enhance the adaptability, and improve the biologically active compound accumulation and crop yield. Biochemical and mineral composition (ICP-MS) of lettuce grown in greenhouse from seeds stored for one year at the ISS was assessed. High varietal differences in lettuce tolerance to the effect of micro-gravity and radiation were evaluated using the values of yield, biometrical parameters, antioxidant status and plant mineral composition. Among the cultivars studied, i.e. Petrovich, Synthesis, Moskovsky parnikovy, Picnic, Cavalier and Bouquet, only the cvs. Retrovich, Synthesis, Moskovsky parnikovy and Picnik retained seed viability. Significant yield increase was recorded for the cv. Moskovsky parnikovy, while the cvs. Petrovich, Synthesis and Picnic demonstrated a tendency to the yield decrease. Improvement of photosynthetic pigment accumulation due to seed space storage was recorded for the cv. Moskovsky parnikovy and, particularly, the latter cultivar differed from the other cvs. due to the significantly higher proline level and lower MDA levels in leaves. Though space stress did not cause any significant decrease in antioxidant accumulation of plants, the latter demonstrated valuable changes in mineral composition. Among the 23 elements tested, V, Se. Fe and Cr showed higher concentrations compared to those in the control plants. Positive correlations between Ca, Sr, Cd, Cp, Mg, Mo and Pb were recorded (r > 0.9; p < 0.001).

Vegetable chips are extremely popular due to high content of antioxidants, valuable biological activity and long-term storage. During the investigation optimal methods of drying and chips storage from celery (Egor and Dobrynya cvs), parsnip (Krugly, Bely aist and Zhemchug) and parsley (Zolushka cv) roots were developed using the criteria parameters of taste, aroma, color and antioxidant content. The highest organoleptic properties were recorded for celery chips of Dobrynya cv, parsnip chips of Krugly cv and root parsleyThe highest differences in chips organoleptic parameters between convectional and freeze-drying methods reached 1.5 times for parsnip Bely aist cv. while the lowest differences were recorded for root parsley (1.05 times). Decrease in antioxidant activity during freeze-drying was the lowest in root parsley and celery Dobrynya cv. Convectional drying did not affect chips total antioxidant activity and demonstrated the highest preservation effect after 8 months storage. On the contrary, vitamin C losses were the highest during convectional drying though during storage vitamin C content in such chips decreased much less than in freezedried products. Aluminum foil provided 1.2-1.8 times higher content of antioxidants than paper and polyethylene package. Significant inter species and varietal differences in antioxidant stability during various methods of drying and storage were revealed.

The article discusses the limitations of the protective potential of the immune system associated with the peculiarities of the evolutionary mechanisms of the emergence of protein diversity and the late emergence in the evolution of the adaptive immune system, as well as problems associated with the formation of immunity to viral infections and immune collisions during vaccination. Using the example of hemagglutinin of the H1N1 influenza virus and S protein of the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus, the features of the amino acid composition of their immunodominant (NA1 and S1) and subdominant (NA2 and S2) subunits are illustrated and the possibility of creating a universal vaccine against influenza viruses is analyzed. The principle of a new method for detecting linear peptide immunoepitopes recognized by MHC I and II and biomarkers of long-term immunity in surface viral proteins used as vaccines is described. The model of proteolysis of vaccine proteins in immunoprotesomes and lysosomes, features of the amino acid composition of surface proteins of viruses to which vaccines cause long-term immunity, and viruses to which vaccines have not yet been developed, as well as possible collisions with mRNA vaccines are examined. Possible collisions with mRNA vaccines are also being considered in connection with the identification of gene encoding limitations.

Introduction. One of the main factors affecting postoperative outcomes in patients with advanced ovarian cancer is the cardiopulmonary status. Several studies have reported that preoperative multifactorial rehabilitation and physical fitness can lead to reduced postoperative morbidity, mortality, shorter length of stay, and improved quality of life in cancer patients. The issue of adaptability to physical activity of overweight and obese patients who undergoing debulking surgery is insufficiently studied. The study of compensatory changes that occur in physically inactive obese patients remains relevant, especially against the background of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, in the conditions of preoperative preparation with ERAS-recommended physical activity. The aim of the study is to determine the differences between women with advanced ovarian cancer and obesity compared to women with normal weight in terms of heart rate variability during exercise. To assess the adaptive capabilities to physical activity of patients with advanced ovarian cancer and obesity at the stage of preoperative preparation, who undergoing debulking surgery. Result. Achieved METs, peak HR, CI, and HR recovery were higher in nonobese women, whereas training had no significant effect in obese women. Women who had already received neoadjuvant CT achieved a lower level of MET (6.8 ± 3.2 vs. 8.9 ± 4.1; P < 0.001). Also, peak HR and CI were lower in women after neoadjuvant CT (126±27 vs. 138±20; P = 0.001 and 0.65±0.22 vs. 0.71±0.22; P = 0.001, respectively). BMI was a significant predictor of exercise capacity only in the obese subgroup, whereas age, peak HR, and prior adjuvant HT were always significantly associated with METs achieved. Conclusions. No significant difference was found between trained and untrained women with comorbid obesity in HR behavior or physical capacity. Different heart rate behavior in patients of this group is thus explained by obesity as such, regardless of the degree of physical training.

The uncertainty of the consequences of situations related to stressful situations for the child's psyche actualizes the issue of introducing new approaches, methods and tools of psychological influence that would contribute to the preschooler's ability to overcome stress in a constructive way. Problem analysis. Childhood psychological trauma leaves its mark on the subconscious, can shape a person's worldview, beliefs, and identification of the self. And since trauma affects the levels of primary safety, it creates very powerful patterns in the mind. Signs of childhood trauma include mood swings, guilt, anxiety, feelings of abandonment, confusion and impaired concentration, and withdrawal. The conceptualization of traumatic experience is widely presented in scientific literature: theories of traumatic emotional experience (O.S. Kocharyan, R. Lanius, M. Massey, R. Hammer), conceptual foundations of the subverbal model of client-centered psychotherapy (O.S. Kocharyan), theories and typologies of infantile traumas (Johnson St. M., Burbo L., etc.), theoretical positions of procedural-experiential and emotionally-focused psychotherapy (Greenberg L. and Elliott R.), psychoanalytic theory according to Freud Z., ideas about the formation of early maladaptive schemes (Boterhoven de H., Christopher W., Fassbinder E., Hayes C., Katrina L., Yong J.) and others. However, solving many complex problems remains relevant, one of which includes psychological assistance to the most vulnerable population groups in extreme situations, one of which includes children and work with current traumatic experiences. The purpose of the study is to develop and test a multifunctional tool for working with childhood trauma in conditions of long-term traumatic circumstances. Conclusions. The stories about Hibuki, through which the child identified with the hero of the story, contribute to the restoration of internal mechanisms of the psyche, which help the process of restoring the child's psychological health. A psychologist can use these stories both to rehabilitate a child's psyche and to diagnose his or her emotional state.

Increase in green vegetables popularity in nutrition and medicine promotes investigations of new cultivar and hybrid biochemical parameters. Nutritional value and antioxidant status of three Rumex representatives: Rumex acetosa L. (Krupnolistny cv.), Rumex sanguineus L. (prospect genotype) and Rumex confertus Willd. were studied. Antioxidant defense parameters (total antioxidant activity, polyphenol and ascorbic acid content) decreased in accordance to: Rumex sanguineus L. > Rumes confertus Willd. > Rumex acetosa L. Thus the ascorbic acid content in bloody dock (R. sanguineus) reached 129 mg/100 g which was 1.48 times higher than in Russian dock (R. confertus) and 3.17 times higher than in garden sorrel (R. acetosa). The total chlorophyll content was also the highest in bloody dock (17.74 mg/g d.w.) compared to 15.88 mg/g in R. confertus and 13.07 mg/g in R. acetosa leaves. The new R. sanguineus genotype was characterized by high decorative properties and demonstrated twice higher oxalic acid content compared to R. acetosa, Krupnolistny cv., and 1.5 times higher value than in R. confertus. High decorative and medicinal value of R. sanguineus was connected to a great extent with the intensive anthocyanin accumulation reaching 7.2% and high nitrate content. The results of the present study indicate high prospects of R. sanguineus genotype utilization in landscape design, food industry and medicine.

It was necessary to talk about language models, since these are the ones, most connected not only to the media sphere, but to academic writing as well. Moreover, the authors delve into the ethical considerations associated with the use of AI models in professional settings, addressing potential challenges and concerns. The importance of responsible development, use, and regulation of AI technology, as well as the need for collaboration among researchers, governments, and private organizations to ensure ethical AI practices, is highlighted. The authors also outline the prospects for further development of AI models and related research, emphasizing the need to foster an environment of continuous learning for innovation that is inclusive and accessible. Cystic fibrosis is a severe hereditary disease with polysystemic manifestations and progressive course. Malnutrition in cystic fibrosis occurs as a result of exocrine insufficiency of the pancreas, an increase in energy losses in chronic inflammation in the bronchopulmonary system, manifested by increased stress on the respiratory system. The presented literature review highlights the modern principles of prevention and correction of malnutrition in children with cystic fibrosis, identifies the most promising methods for further development that correct nutritional status disorders. The review has shown that an active approach to nutrition at any age, the use of aggressive methods of nutritional support against the background of enzyme replacement therapy, timely and adequate therapy of respiratory tract pathology lead to an improvement in the indicators of nutritional status in cystic fibrosis. The most promising is the further development of targeted therapy, which allows, as a result of exposure to the etiopathogenetic mechanisms of the disease, to reduce the frequency and severity of bronchopulmonary exacerbations, partially restore the exocrine function of the pancreas, which is manifested in patients with cystic fibrosis by an increase in body weight and mass-growth index.

The article presents an observation of a rare benign lymphoproliferative disease — Castleman’s disease, with pronounced systemic symptoms. The clinical case is of interest not only for the rarity of pathology, but also for the peculiarities of clinical manifestations, including paraneoplastic pseudosclerodermic clinical and immunological syndrome, which was not previously described in the context of Castleman’s disease, Raynaud’s syndrome, severe pulmonary hypertension and a suspected (not proven morphologically) variant of extranodal lesion with its previously also notobserved localization in the sigmoid colon wall.

The purpose of this article is to introduce the concept of Psychologicallysomatic stress, to describe types of military stress, to show the principles of use the method of Positive Psychotherapy for psychological rehabilitation of combatants with mental disorders. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The experimental method was the method of organizing empirical research. We also used the method of Positive Psychotherapy. The results of the research. According to combatants we distinguish the following types of stress: Chronic constant (or prolonged) stress. It is determined by a constant (or prolonged) serious load on a person and causes increased neuropsychological and physiological tension of the body. Acute situational stress is caused by a certain event or phenomenon, as a result of which a person loses his/her mental balance. Constant physiological stress is associated with physical overloads of the body and the influence of various harmful environmental factors on it (uncomfortable temperature, high noise level, etc.). Psychological stress is a consequence of: violation of the psychological stability of the person (for example, affected self-esteem, negative reasons of war, etc.); psychological overload of the person (increased responsibility, large amount of war destroyed activity, etc.). The subtype of Psychological stress is the Emotional stress, that occurs when there is a threat, danger or fear. Informative stress is determined by information overload or information vacuum. Conclusions. The solution of the problem by using the method of Positive Psychotherapy has to be in such a way, that torments, the patient must always go through five main stages: 1. Looking at the situation from a distance. 2. Careful study of each individual detail, without exception, all the nuances. 3. Situational agreements. 4. Verbalization. In Psychology, this is the formalization of feelings and emotions into verbal-logical forms. In simple words, this is a description of how a person feels when he/she is thinking about a problem. 5. Expanding boundaries, setting new goals and drawing up a plan of the action. The main goal of each session is to free a person from the burden with which he/she came. And you need to do it right now, at the current moment in time. Interestingly, according to this scheme, specialists in Positive Psychology build communication with absolutely all their clients, regardless of their problem.

The relevance of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the diagnosis of breast cancer (BC) is associated with a continuing high increase in BC incidence among women and its leading position in the structure of cancer incidence. Theoretically, using AI technologies is possible both at the stage of screening and in clarifying BC diagnosis. The article provides a brief overview of AI systems used in clinical practice and discusses their prospects in BC diagnosis. Advances in machine learning can be effective to improve the accuracy of mammography screening by reducing missed cancer cases and false positives.

Предметом дослідження є поглиблений семантичний аналіз даних, оснований на модифікації методологій латентного розподілу Діріхле (LDA) та інтеграції її двоспрямованого кодувального подання з трансформаторів (BERT). Актуальність роботи. Прихований розподіл Діріхле є фундаментальною технікою моделювання тем, яку широко застосовують у різноманітних програмах для аналізу текстів. Хоча його корисність загальновизнана, традиційні моделі LDA часто стикаються з обмеженнями, зокрема жорстким розподілом тем і неадекватним відтворенням нюансів семантики, властивих природній мові. Мета дослідження – покращення адекватності та точності семантичного аналізу завдяки вдосконаленню базового механізму LDA, що інтегрує адаптивні пріоритети Діріхле та використовує глибокі семантичні можливості вбудовувань BERT. Упроваджені методи: відбір текстових наборів даних; попереднє оброблення даних; удосконалення алгоритму LDA; інтеграція з BERT Embeddings; порівняльний аналіз. Завдання дослідження: 1) теоретичне обґрунтування модифікації LDA; 2) реалізація інтеграції з BERT; 3) оцінювання ефективності методу; 4) порівняльний аналіз; 5) розроблення архітектурного рішення. Результати полягають у тому, що насамперед окреслено теоретичні основи як стандартної, так і модифікованої моделей LDA, а також детально викладено їх розширену формулу. За допомогою серії експериментів на текстових наборах даних, що визначаються різними емоційними станами, визначено ключові переваги запропонованого підходу. На підставі порівняльного аналізу за такими показниками, як внутрішньо та міжкластерна відстані та силуетний коефіцієнт, доведено підвищену когерентність, інтерпретованість і адаптивність модифікованої моделі LDA. Запропоновано архітектурне рішення для реалізації методу. Висновки. Емпіричні результати свідчать про значне покращення виявлення тонких складностей і тематичних структур у текстовій інформації, що є кроком в еволюційному розвитку методологій тематичного моделювання. Крім того, результати досліджень не лише створюють можливості застосування LDA для більш складних лінгвістичних сценаріїв, але й окреслюють шляхи їх подальшого вдосконалення для неконтрольованого аналізу текстів.

The purpose of the study: to establish the clinical and prognostic value of fibronectin and circulating immune complexes of blood in children with viral meningitis, depending on the period, severity, course and outcome of the disease. Material and methods.The concentration of plasma fibronectin and the total amount of circulating immune complexes were determined by enzyme immunoassay in 167 children of patients with viral meningitis of various etiologies. The etiology of meningitis was confirmed by positive results of the PCR reaction and by enzyme immunoassay. The biological material for the study was: cerebrospinal fluid and/or blood. Results: In the acute period of moderate-severity viral meningitis, the concentration of fibronectin decreased and found.

The article aims to describe the technique of schematic visualization of the client's emotional sphere, which is developed for use in group psychotherapy and is aimed at increasing the level of the client's reflexivity by increasing the quality of the process of reflection in this sphere. For productive work with the client in most psychotherapeutic methods, especially the humanistic paradigm, one of the important factors is such a property of the client's personality as the possibility of the existence of the process of self-knowledge, i.e. the client's reflexivity, but it is not always developed to a level sufficient for psychotherapeutic work (in this case, "reflexivity” is used as a broader concept than “reflection”). To solve this issue, it is necessary to develop new techniques, which is proposed by the author of the work. The use of this technique contributes to increasing the ability to manifest one's own emotions and feelings and to the client's visual demonstration and awareness of the features of the structure of his emotional sphere and formations in it, which are characteristic of persons with traumatic emotional experience. For example: "gluing" of emotions of asthenic and sthenic circles; destructive connotation of positive emotions with negative ones; inability to feel "pure" emotion; the phenomenon of potentiation of negative emotionality; loss of resourcefulness of certain emotions, which are contaminated by other emotions; the existence of "through" emotions, which become core characteristics of the emotional sphere of the individual. During the application of the technique, the work is structured in such a way as to maximally involve the dynamics of the group, emotional, cognitive and behavioral levels to increase the quality of reflection of the emotional sphere and the client's reflexivity as a whole. The classification of reflexivity is used for the analytical part in the application of the technique (for example, the comparison of emotional manifestations characteristic of the client in retrospective, prospective and situational vectors), and the idea of "surreality" at the stage of transformation and modeling. In this work, 9 stages of technique application are provided in detail and the role and tasks of the psychotherapist, client and group members at each of them are described.

The review is devoted to the nutritional significance and prospects of garden rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum L.) utilization in food industry. High yield of juice reaching 90% and the ability to complex rhubarb stems processing for juice production and pectin extraction from rhubarb stem pomace are empathized. Rhubarb stems pomace recorded up to 21-23 % of pectin, which is significantly higher than in natural industrial sources of pectin. Medicinal value of rhubarb juice is discussed: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, cardioprotective and anti-diabetic properties are indicated. Examples of high antioxidant content and unique organic acids composition of rhubarb juice are highlighted. Sorbic and benzoic acids are indicated as important components of juice widely used in food industry as food preservatives. Citric acid is shown to be the main component of rhubarb organic acids in spring. Special attention is paid to the non-waste production of juice thanks to the possibility of pomace processing for pectin recovery. Juice biochemical characteristics of four garden rhubarb cultivars (selection of Federal Scientific Center of Vegetable Production) are described: Udalets, Malakhit, Zaryanka and Krupnochereshkovy). Expediency of further selection on high anthocyanin content in rhubarb stems are empathized.

Epizootiological monitoring studies on parasitoses of domestic ruminants indicate that one of the most common causes of nematodes of the digestive tract in large and small cattle are helminths of the genus Trichuris. Those helminths develop directly – without intermediate hosts, and their embryonic stages became invasive in the environment under favorable conditions. The eggs of those parasites are incredibly resistant and can be infective for a long time contaminating environmental objects. So, to improve the parasitological situation in livestock farms, we have to look for the most effective methods of disinfestation of environmental objects. This study aimed to establish the ovicidal effect of the modern disinfectant “Arquadez-plus” on eggs of nematodes Trichuris skrjabini parasitizing sheep. This product's high level of ovicidal efficiency was seen in experimental cultures of nematodes' eggs at 1.5 % concentration and 60 min exposure (94.2 %) and 2.0 % concentration and 10–60 min exposure (98.3–100.0 %). The ovicidal effect of “Arquadez-plus” on eggs of T. skrjabini was seen as a cessation of development; shrinking embryo plugs destruction, the release of underdeveloped larvae from eggs, and their death. During the use of this disinfectant, the changes in morphometric data of Trichuris eggs in test cultures were noticeable. At the most effective disinfectant concentrations and exposures, the dimensions of eggs were changed significantly: length smaller by 3.8–3.9 % (71.9–72.0 μm) and width more significant by 5.0–5.2 % (34.9–35.0 μm) as compared to those parameters in control (74.8 and 33.2 μm). This is evidence of the violations in nematodes' egg development. The data obtained allow us to recommend the disinfectant of domestic production, “Arquadez-plus”, for effectively controlling and preventing trichurosis in sheep on livestock farms.

The purpose of this article is to present psychological study of the functional state of the patient. Methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The method of organizing an empirical research was used as an experimental method. The results of the research. The results show, that there are four primary clusters. They consist of one basic variable, with the help of which we identify them. These clusters characterize the current state of patients with ischemic stroke at the time of the start of rehabilitation measures. The interaction of “Factor of deviation from the autogenous norm, pathology of the somatic state” and “Factor of instability of health and well-being” make up the first and second primary clusters, which are dominant. “Anxiety Factor” and “The Factor of passivity, physical limitation of activity” form the third and the fourth primary clusters. Conclusions. Such interaction of the studied variables indicates the presence of psychological discomfort or a state of a physiological discomfort. It is a source of anxiety. In the first place, in order of significance, the restoration of lost motor functions appears in a case of such patients, when the patient feels only a certain anxiety from the view of his/her psycho-physiological state, without giving himself/herself an account of the reason for the presence of anxiety. The limits of psychological capabilities of patients are significantly narrowed – this is evidenced by the value of the interaction of the indicator “Factor of deviation from the autogenous norm, pathology of the somatic state” and “Anxiety Factor”. These indicators are quite low, although their rehabilitation potential is often high (forecast by a specialist neurologist). Such patients are not fully oriented to the process of physical rehabilitation, they have no or rather low motivation to engage in physical exercises. This should also be taken into account when planning and implementing rehabilitation measures, which we have done in the formative experiment.

Introduction. The antigen complex of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria (ACOPB) has a protective effect against avian influenza viruses, herpes virus type 2, and other viruses that cause acute respiratory viral infections. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, an important task is to find out whether ACOPB has a protective effect against SARS-CoV-2. The purpose of the study was to evaluate in vitro the ACOPB virus-inhibitory activity against the Dubrovka laboratory strain of SARS-CoV-2. Materials and methods. The study was performed using Vero cell line CCL-81, human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), mouse monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies structurally mimicking biological effects of human interferons (IFNs), the Dubrovka laboratory strain of SARS-CoV-2. The infectivity of the virus was assessed by two methods: by virus titration using cell cultures and the limiting dilution method when the results are assessed by a cytopathic effect; the second method was a plaque assay. The in vitro virus inhibition test was performed using the cell culture susceptible to SARS-CoV-2; the mixture containing a specific dose of the virus and a two-fold dilution of ACOPB was transferred to the cell culture after the ACOPB medication had interacted with the virus at 4C for 2 hours. The ACOPB virus-inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV-2 was assessed by the functional activity of / and IFN receptors (RIFN) in human PBMCs induced in vitro by ACOPB and the ACOPB mixture with the specific dose of SARS-CoV-2. The RIFN expression level was measured by the indirect membrane immunofluorescence test. Results. Hemagglutination assay using chicken, mouse, guinea pig, and human red blood cells was performed for detection of the SARS-CoV-2 inhibitory protein. The lysate of Vero CCL-81 cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka demonstrated the highest hemagglutination activity with guinea pig red blood cells and low titers of hemagglutination in the virus-containing fluid. The virus inhibition test in the Vero CCL-81 cell culture demonstrated that ACOPB inhibited 10 doses of SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka with the titer 1 : 32, providing 100% protection of the cell culture for 8 days (the monitoring period). ACOPB induced / and RIFN expression on membranes of human PBMCs in in vitro cultures and decreased RIFN / and expression after its interaction with SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka. Conclusion. The experimental studies including the virus inhibition test in the cell culture susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka and the indirect membrane immunofluorescence assay using monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies mimicking IFN-like properties demonstrated that ACOPB had both an immunomodulatory and a virus-inhibitory effect.

To achieve the goal, the following main tasks were formulated: in the personnel management system, the place of the personnel development management system is determined and its structure is formed; in accordance with the obtained structure, a conceptual model for managing the development of personnel of enterprises is elaborated, adapting the classification of types of training of personnel in working conditions, forming a system of professional development of personnel at the enterprise, clarifying the meaning of the concept of «personnel development management». The methodological basis of the study was the basis of dialectical logic, attributive and system approaches to the study of the processes of managing the development of personnel of enterprises.

The use of modern breeding methods, biotechnology, and molecular genetics makes it possible to identify promising accessions with specified economically important traits at early pre-breeding stages. The success of creating new varieties depends on the availability of unique collections of plant genetic resources, information about genomes, possibility of in vitro cultivation with high regenerative capacity, and practical skills and competencies in this area. One of the advanced methods for accelerating the breeding process is genome editing using the CRISPR/Cas system. This method allows the effective modification of genes in order to obtain varieties with desired traits. In 2022, a new youth laboratory of genetics, breeding, biotechnology of ornamental and berry crops was set up at VIR as part of the National Project "Science and Universities". It is noteworthy that this event coincided with the 135th anniversary of the birth of N.I. Vavilov. The work of the laboratory is aimed at obtaining lines with desired properties for the further breeding process; identifying target genes of economically important traits for obtaining new varieties, lines, and hybrids; as well as creating protocols for the accelerated reproduction of virus-free material of commercially demanded varieties oriented towards import substitution. This review discusses current trends in breeding of ornamental and berry crops: e.g., flower color change in snapdragon and peony; flower aroma improvement in rose; architectonics change in actinidia; and increase of resistance to stress factors in blackberries, strawberries, and grapes.

The article solves practical scientific tasks, conducts research on the institutional support of the territorial organization of farms, and provides theoretical justifications based on the achievements of the currently existing science, a generalization of the current legislation and implementation practice. The paper provides the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms and methods of providing high-quality administrative services by local self-government bodies. The modern domestic system of providing administrative services from the point of view of convenience for private individuals is characterized by many shortcomings of an objective and subjective nature. The current mechanism for the provision of administrative services by public authorities needs serious refinement, development of new approaches and their approval, comparison with foreign practice in order to determine the most optimal. To eliminate the shortcomings in this context, what administrative services are, is analyzed in detail. One of the main conditions for the successful reform of the civil servants’ remuneration system is stable financial support. The issue of reforming the system of remuneration of civil servants will be resolved together with the issue of determining additional sources of funding. The costs of carrying out the mentioned reform can be covered, in particular, by increasing the efficiency of public administration and optimizing the number of employees of executive authorities and eliminating vacant positions. As a result of the conducted research, it was found that the reform of public administration involves increasing the efficiency of the provision of administrative services. The network of centers for the provision of administrative services is actively developing and the provision of electronic services is being introduced. However, the availability of services and the quality of service differ in different territorial communities. Obstacles to the integration of certain popular services into administrative service provision centers remain due to excessive centralization of powers to provide them.

The purpose of the research is to show psychological peculiarities of examination of children with a diagnosis of “logoneurosis”, complicated with disorders of sensory sphere and disorders of perceptions. Research methods. The research methods were the method of observation and the empirical study of patients. The place of organizing the empirical stage of our research was the psychiatric hospital 1 in Kyiv. With the help of clinical, pathopsychological and anamnestic methods 86 children in the age of 3-12 years old (the average age is 8 ± 0.5 years old) with logoneurosis in anamnesis were diagnosed. The results of the research. We proved, that adverse conditions, which facilitate logoneurosis, are: physically weakened children; age features of brain activity; accelerated development of speech (3-4 years old), when the child’s communicative, cognitive and regulatory functions are developed rapidly under the influence of communication with adults; hidden mental imbalance of a child, increased reactivity as a result of not quite normal relationships with others; a conflict between the peculiarities of the environment and the degree of its awareness; lack of positive emotional contacts between adults and children; insufficient development of motility, sense of rhythm, facial expressions and articulatory movements; disorders of sensory sphere of the person and disorders of perceptions. Conclusions. The ability of a child with logoneurosis to present speech freely depends not only on varying degrees of independence, but also on his/her readiness. So, the speech therapist should trace the features of the appearance of speech spasms depending on whether the child utters a complex or simple phrases, individual words or sounds. On the material of retelling the texts, it is recorded in which cases speech convulsions take a place: only at the beginning of the story, at the beginning of phrases, by use of individual words or sounds. It is being investigated whether speech convulsions do not depend on the level of speech volume. For this purpose, the examinee is asked to speak quietly, loudly, in a whisper.

The genre of family pedigrees is now becoming more widespread. However, as a speech genre, it has hardly been studied. The author began collecting data on genealogies in 2002, compiled a personal archive of family genealogies in 30 volumes, which is partly reflected in the database “Fragments of family genealogies”: certificate of state registration of the database No. 2014620814 dated June 3, 2013. Three dissertations on this issue have been defended and a large number of articles and books have been published. Now arises a question of the peculiarities of pedigrees as a speech genre. The preparation of the book “History of the Motherland in the Mirrors of Family Genealogy” (Belgorod, 2021, 420 p.) brings up this topic. It turns out that it is fragments from genealogies, taken in the plural, and comments to them that allow us to more objectively consider the history of the country in all its contradictions and cataclysms. Fragments of pedigrees become research material. The first part of the book deals with history (the revolution, the 1920s, the 1930s, etc.), the second – with family (grandfather, grandmother …). Between these parts there is a life environment, a spatial sector which we cannot avoid. In the end, a forward is made to the present time with the emphasis on how family genealogies insured people against many troubles. The article aims both at the study of family genealogy and at recording what else can be recorded and preserved for future descendants.

Problem definition. The constant transformation of external motives, which is caused by frequent changes in society and changes in the education system, requires a corresponding modification of the internal regulation of the students' personality. The existence of institutions with mixed education systems requires a study of the peculiarities of the motivation of the educational activities of the students in them, which is especially important in adolescence. Problem analysis. In the scientific literature, two main groups of types of motives are distinguished in the structure of educational motivation: external and internal. External motives include: social approval, study prestige, communication, fear of punishment, extracurricular educational motivation; to internal ones: achievement motivation, cognitive interest, self-realization, awareness of social necessity. The purpose of the study. To reveal the peculiarities of the motivation of educational activity in middle school students of institutions with different education systems. The research methods. Methodology for diagnosing the type of school motivation in schoolchildren" (E. Lepeshva). For mathematical and statistical processing, we used: factor analysis by the Varimax principal components method and φ - Fisher's angular transformation. Description of the sample. The sample consisted of 84 respondents. These are students of the 6th grade (12 years old) of secondary schools of the Donetsk region. They were divided into three groups. The first two groups consisted, respectively, of girls (30) and boys (24), who studied in classes exclusively with peers of the same sex. The third group is mixed, which included 15 girls and boys each. Conclusions No significant differences were found in the educational motivation of middle school students studying in institutions with different education systems for all motives, except for "extracurricular educational motivation" and "self-realization". The group of internal motives is the most pronounced among representatives of all three groups. The factor structure of the motivation of educational activity was created for each of the groups of motives. In girls who study in mixed classes, the phenomenon of "transformation" of the structure of the motivation of educational activities according to the male type was revealed.

Introduction. Rubella is a mild infectious disease affecting mainly children and is caused by the rubella virus, part of the Matonoviridae family, genus Rubivirus. Rubella causes congenital rubella syndrome (CRS) and is the main cause of developmental abnormalities, especially blindness and deafness. There is no specific treatment for rubella and CRS. In order to avoid possible complications from rubella infection, a live attenuated rubella vaccine based on the foreign strain of Wistar RA 27/3 rubella virus is used. However, the actual, more effective and preferred vaccine strain the rubella virus for the Russian Federation is considered to be a viral strain of rubella circulating on its territory. The aim of the study was to study the biological properties of the developed domestic cold-adapted strain vRub-Ant circulating in the territory of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. Following cell cultures were used in the study human embryo lung diploid cell strain LECH-3, transferable cell line from embryonic kidney cells of green monkeys Vero CCL-81 and Vero ECC, human mesenchymal stem cells, human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Cell cultures were grown on a DMEM/F12 nutrient medium with the addition of 5% fetal bovine serum. Swabs from the pharynx and nasal passages from a child with rubella were used as clinical virus-containing material. Monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies m(anti-ID)Ab were used to assess the expression level of alpha/beta and gamma interferon receptors (/ and IFN-R)Ab, imitating the biological effects of alpha/beta and gamma interferons (/ and IFN) of humans. The cultural, virological, immunochemical and serological research methods were applied in the study. Results. Attenuation of the vRub-Ant clinical isolate of rubella virus was carried out for 20 consecutive passages on LECH-3 diploid cells at a reduced temperature of 30C. The main biological markers of attenuation were determined to be ts and ca phenotypes. The avirulence of the attenuated viral strain (att-phenotype) was assessed by the level of expression of / and IFN-R. A lower level of / and IFN-R expression was found on the membranes of human PBMC induced by the vaccine strain vRub-Ant in comparison with the parent wild variant of the rubella virus. This trait,the att phenotype, is characteristic of attenuated viral strains. It has been shown that the vaccine strain vRub-Ant has lost neurotropism and was unable to bind to the membrane receptors of the brain (MRB) of guinea pig embryos, unlike its parent rubella virus strain. The high immunogenicity of the domestic cold-adapted strain vRub-Ant was confirmed by high titers of neutralizing rubella antibodies observed in guinea pigs immunized subcutaneously with one vaccination dose of the virus. Conclusion. A domestic attenuated vaccine strain vRub-Ant of the rubella virus that has the main biological markers of attenuation (ts-ca and att phenotypes) has been developed. The vaccine strain vRub-Ant induces a high levels of neutralizing antibodies in guinea pigs following the immunization with a single vaccination dose of the vaccine. The viral strain vRub-Ant has lost its tropism to the MRB of guinea pig embryos, unlike its parent variant.

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new coronavirus first discovered in 2019. The infection has spread rapidly throughout the world and affects people of all ages. Thus, 12.7% of all SARS-CoV-2 patients are children. Purpose - to establish the clinical and paraclinical manifestations of the course of COVID-19 in children, depending on age to predict the severity of the disease’s manifestation. Materials and methods. The 60 children aged from 3 months to 17 years old with laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 were examined. All patients underwent general clinical, laboratory, and instrumental examinations and received therapy according to Ukrainian National protocol. SARS-CoV-2 infection was confirmed by real-time PCR. Results. Thus, in young children COVID-19 begins acutely (90.0%) with intoxication (75.0%), fever (65.0%), nasal congestion (25.0%), rhinorrhea (20.0%), dry cough (60.0%), increased ESR and C-reactive protein (55.0%). The course of COVID-19 in children 4-6 years is accompanied by acute onset (85.71%), fever (85.71%), pharyngitis (85.71%), lymphopenia (28.56%), and no CT signs of lesions (71.43%). In children 7-12 years old, COVID-19 causes intoxication (88.89%), fever (83.33%), pharyngitis (55.56%), dry cough (77.78%), lymphocytosis (16.67%) with accelerated ESR (38.89%) and pneumonia (38.89%). The course of COVID-19 in children was older than 13 years old characterized by fever (73.33%), pharyngitis (66.67%), dry cough (73.33%), olfactory loss (20.0%), leukopenia (20.0%), ESR acceleration (20.0%), and a decrease in prothrombin (13.33%) without pulmonary lesions (73.33%). Conclusions. These data suggest that the severity and duration of clinical and laboratory manifestations of COVID-19 depend on the child’s age. The course of COVID-19 in children of all age groups is mostly of moderate severity with a favorable prognosis ((56.67%) hospitalized children did not have any complications). Only children from 7 to 12 years old need additional attention due to the severe manifestations of intoxication (88.89%) and the risk of complications with pneumonia (38.89%). The research was carried out in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. The study protocol was approved by the Local Ethics Committee of the participating institution. The informed consent of the patient was obtained for conducting the studies. No conflict of interests was declared by the authors.

The article discusses the residual effects of survivors of COVID-19, referred to as long-term covid, a short list of their manifestations, their possible causes and difficulties of recognition. Changes in the primary structure of emerging coronaviruses from the Wuhan strain to new omicron strains are analyzed. Among the features of their evolution, there is an increase in the content of arginine and lysine, especially in the S1 subunit, and a decrease in the proportion of aspartic and glutamic amino acids. The receptorbinding domain of omicrons is characterized by a tendency to decrease the content of threonine, serine and glutamine. Mutations in the S protein are characterized by asymmetry in relation to both substitutable and substitutive amino acids. Isoleucine and cysteine are not replaced. Certain trends and limitations in the mutations of their S protein and especially the unusual ratio transversion: transitions in them argue for the version of the artificial origin of the SARS-Cov-2 variants. At the level of the S protein genes, there are prohibitions regarding the use of certain codons. To assess the effectiveness of vaccines and the sensitivity of coronaviruses to them during a pandemic, it is useful to divide pandemic coronaviruses into two groups: omicrons and pre-omicrons. This division is justified by the fact that these groups differ sharply in the number of mutations and changes in the composition of immune epitopes, especially in the receptor-binding domain. The specific tendency of changes in its amino acid composition, apparently, is associated with a consistent decrease in pathogenicity in BA.1, BA.2, BA.4 and BA.5 variants. Taking into account these features makes it possible to predict the sensitivity of coronavirus strains to the vaccines used and rationally design vaccines with a wide range of specificity.

Natural focal infections with transmissible transmission caused by viruses of West Nile Fever, Batai, Inco, Sindbis, Tyagin are registered in various territories of Russia, in the form of sporadic cases, characterized by polymorphism of clinical symptoms, from inapparent forms to severe, occurring with Central nervous system damage (meningitis, meningoencephalitis), which complicates the timely diagnosis and treatment of this pathology.Purpose: to describe our own clinical observations of five cases of arbovirus fevers.Results. Arbovirus fevers (West Nile Fever, Batai, Inko, Tyaginya) in the five clinical cases we have presented occurred in two clinical forms: catarrhal with hypertension syndrome, febrile fever and intense headache, vomiting in the absence of signs of inflammation in the CSF; and with damage to the central nervous system (meningitis). Catarrhal forms of arboviral fevers must be differentiated from ARVI, influenza, mononucleosis. Arbovirus fevers occurring with Central nervous system lesions (meningitis) had a significant similarity with enteroviral meningitis, both in terms of seasonality and clinical symptoms.Conclusion. In the territories of Russia endemic for mosquito fevers, in the summer period of the year, febrile patients with cerebral symptoms and / or meningeal symptoms should be examined for a group of arbovirus fevers.

The article is devoted to the methodology and features of the scientific direction of decision analysis, which make it essential for the state strategy development in order to achieve the desired image of the future. The history of decision analysis is studied, the basics of the scientific direction are considered: systems analysis, decision theory, probabilistic analysis and cognitive psychology. Organizations that actively use the methodology and most popular computer programs for the practical implementation of decision analysis methods are represented. The domestic contribution to the decision analysis is shown. A promising sub-direction which allows strategy development in conditions of conflicting objectives (multicriteria decision analysis) is presented. The modern methodology of decision analysis is considered: the system of values and objectives of the organization, decision context, identification and evaluation of the mathematical model elements, graphical representation of the model using influence diagrams and decision trees, the procedure of mathematical modeling, optimal strategy determination based on the criterion of maximizing/minimizing the objective function value and the criterion of risk profile dominance and sensitivity analysis methods: one-way and two-way sensitivity analysis, probability sensitivity analysis and strategy dominance analysis. The article concludes that the scientific direction of decision analysis has a number of advantages that make it suitable for use in the field of state strategy development.

Problem definition world globalization and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine led to a significant increase in the number of Ukrainians emigrating to China. The emigration process has its stages, at each of which the individual solves his tasks of social and psychological adaptation, which requires research. Problem analysis In the scientific literature, the emigration process is divided into three main stages (preparatory, moving and familiarization with new living conditions and adaptation to new conditions), in each of which adaptation is an important psychological component of this process. In the humanistic paradigm, the process of socio-psychological adaptation of the individual is the most developed and researched. The purpose of the study to reveal the stage-by-stage features of socio-psychological adaptation among Ukrainians emigrating to China. The research methods are the Rogers-Diamond diagnostic method of socio-psychological adaptation; questionnaires "Adaptive strategies of behavior" and "Satisfaction with life" according to N. Melnikova; questionnaire "Social well-being". Mathematical and statistical processing of the φ criterion - Fisher's angular transformation and the Mann-Whitney U-criterion. Description of the sample the sample consisted of 90 Ukrainians of early adulthood who are in a marital relationship and have a higher education. The sample was divided into 3 studied groups. Group 1 (Gr. 1) includes Ukrainians who plan to emigrate to China, which was confirmed by the documents they drew up for this purpose. Group 2 (Gr. 2) included Ukrainians who lived in China for no more than 1 year after moving. Until the third (Gr.3) - more than 1 year. Conclusions At the second stage of socio-psychological adaptation in the process of emigration, the indicators of emotional discomfort, non-acceptance of others, external conflict and maladjustment significantly increase among Ukrainians, which worsens their adaptation potential, however, at the third stage, its full recovery and return to the level of the emigration planning stage was revealed. At each stage, features of the manifestation of adaptive behavioral strategies, indicators of social well-being and life satisfaction were revealed.

Production of functional food with high levels of selenium and other antioxidants is very valuable for human protection against different forms of oxidant stress. Among leafy vegetables parsley demonstrate the highest levels of antioxidants. Biochemical analysis and fluorimetric determination of selenium revealed that foliar biofortification of 4 parsley (Petroselinum crispum) cultivars and Mitsuba (Cryptotaenia japonica) with sodium selenate (25 mg L-1) resulted in the highest biofortification level in curly parsley cultivar Krasotka (102.9) which showed the highest leaf surface area, antioxidant activity (65 mg GAE g-1 d.w.) and flavonoids content (25.9 mg quercetin equivalent g-1 d.w.), and the increase by 1.4 times in carotene content and 1,5 times in total chlorophyll content. ICP-MS method of mineral composition evaluation recorded extremely high levels of B and Si in Mustuba, which increased due to Se supplementation by 1.23 and 1.46 times respectively. In a two-year experiment with control and Se-fortified, leafy parsley, cultivar Moskvichka reached high values of seed yield and viability, and seed Se content (6170 µg kg-1 d.w.). The results of the present investigation demonstrate high prospects of parsley and Mitsuba selenium biofortification for production of functional food with elevated levels of microelement and high antioxidant activity.

The article discusses the properties of the pandemic strain XBB.1.5 S protein in comparison with the 1918 and 2009 pandemic strains hemagglutinin H1. The S-protein XBB.1.5 already contains more than 40 mutations realized by substituting different amino acids through single and dinucleotide substitutions, deletions and the use of predominantly transversions. The variability of H1N1 influenza virus hemagglutinin is associated with single nucleotide substitutions at a constant length. Conditional extrapolation of influenza virus hemagglutinin variability data on coronavirus S-protein sizes suggests that new pandemic strains will emerge in the next 2-3 years, avoiding the immune defense formed by vaccination against the strains preceding them. The inability to create through the adaptive immune system a long-term immunity to pandemic coronaviruses, as well as to other respiratory viruses with a short incubation cycle, puts on the agenda the need to find new vaccine designs that provide a combination of long-term adaptive and trained immunity. The problem in the search for such vaccines is associated with the regulation of the activity of the innate immune system and ensuring the stability of trained immunity.

The article presents the results of 1954-2021 studies on the potato polymorphism as a consequence of species evolution and practical application of these investigations. The issue of adaptability of valuable genes of potato, which contributed to its preservation in nature for a long time, is covered, and the potato evolution is traced on living material. It is noted that some species of this crop do not exist any longer and, given this, the importance of the plant genetic bank as a depository of material and intellectual assets of the people of Ukraine is stressed. The studies allowed for identification of valuable potato accessions, analysis of the genealogy of individual cultivars, which provided an opportunity to investigate the relationships between modern cultivars and their ancestors. The identified or newly created valuable potato accessions found further practical use, as they were involved in breeding, scientific and educational programs. Due to multi-year research aimed at targeted involvement, effectively use and preservation of the authenticity of the valuable gene pool of potatoes as well as at optimization of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the National Bank of Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine, a pedigree database on 301 accessions from 18 countries with certificates for 35 valuable unique accessions was formed and registered with the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources. We also built-up collections of 6 different types, specifically, a trait collection for yield including 46 accessions from 8 countries; a trait collection for starch content and technological scores (61 accessions from 5 countries); a working trait collection for large tubers (121 accessions from 16 countries); a working trait collection for resistance to viral diseases (31 accessions from 7 countries); and a trait collection for distinctness traits (568 accessions from 15 countries). The above collections and accessions of the potato gene pool are a concentrated reserve of valuable genes as well as material and an intellectual asset of the people of Ukraine; they play an important role in improving the welfare of the nation and the strength of the state, increase its scientific, intellectual and spiritual potentials and need preserving in a viable state and genetic integrity.
