The 46Cr isotope nuclear energy levels were studied using low-level FP-LS shell inside the shell model calculations. Nuclear energy levels have been calculated using FPD6, KB3G, and FPY interactions in the fp-shell model space and F742 and F7MBZ in the f7/2 model space. The results are compared to one another and to the experimental data that is already accessible and specific outcomes are clearly in agreement. In addition to having a strong arrangement in the reproduced values of the energy levels scheme, the used model space interactions are the two-body matrix element in the fp-shell model space that is best fitted. Particularly below 3 MeV, the general estimation of the replicated data is good. The wave vectors and analysis are modeled in diagrammatic notation, and all inscriptions are given in this style. Utilizing the oscillator's potential, a single particle vector is built, using 40Ca as the core of the fp-shell and f7/2 model space. Results are obtained for all tested nuclei using the OXFORD BUENOS AIRES SHELL (OXBASH) model code.

The relevance of the work is determined by the growing demand for energy, especially for environmentally friendly. Photovoltaic power generation is very promising in areas with high insolation, where centralized power systems are not available or where available electricity is expensive. However, the high cost of photovoltaic power plant equipment limits its wide application. One way to reduce the cost of a photovoltaic installation is to store electrical energy not only in electrochemical batteries, but also in the form of heated water in less expensive water heating installations, which will reduce the cost of a photovoltaic installation by reducing the battery capacity while providing the consumer with hot water. One of the urgent tasks is the development of control algorithms for photovoltaic power plants with a hybrid electrochemical and thermal system for storing electricity. The main aim of the work is to develop the algorithm for controlling the energy balance of an autonomous photovoltaic power plant with electrochemical and thermal energy storage. Methods: analytical methods for studying photovoltaic power plants with an aggregate method of solar energy storage: in electrochemical and thermal batteries, computer simulation methods, method of comparison with previous scientific studies. Results. The authors developed the structure of the control system for energy balance of a photovoltaic power plant with electrochemical and thermal storage of electricity and proposed the algorithm for functioning of the control system using MPPT technologies. The structure and functioning algorithm were tested on the example of optimizing the energy balance of a social facility in Iraq by modeling in the Matlab software package.

THE PURPOSE. Exploring the possibility of building hybrid power plants to reduce the shortage and cost of energy in Iraq through the combined use of solar electrochemical and thermal batteries.METHODS. Analytical methods in the field of construction of consumer energy supply systems from photovoltaic plants, methods of computer-mathematical modeling.RESULTS.The analysis of daily algorithms for the operation of a solar thermal energy supply system was carried out using the example of a social facility in Iraq using electrochemical and thermoelectric energy storage systems, taking into account the variation in the level of solar radiation, ambient temperature and energy consumption by seasons. An optimal algorithm for the conditions under study is proposed for the operation of the solar energy supply system and its elements. Methods for building an intelligent thermoelectric controller have been defined, which ensure the conversion of the maximum available energy of the PV power plant into thermal energy.CONCLUSION. It turns out that the proposed structure for the construction of photovoltaic power plants with combined storage of electricity is preferable to consumers with large thermal loads, because of the efficiency of direct conversion of electricity from photovoltaic modules to thermal energy is higher than the efficiency of thermal conversion through an intermediate link - an electrochemical battery. The paper proposes the principle of creating intelligent thermoelectric controllers, which ensure the operation of a photovoltaic power plant in maximum power mode.

This article proposes algorithms for planning and controlling the movement of a mobile robot in a two-dimensional stationary environment with obstacles. The task is to reduce the length of the planned path, take into account the dynamic constraints of the robot and obtain a smooth trajectory. To take into account the dynamic constraints of the mobile robot, virtual obstacles are added to the map to cover the unfeasible sectors of the movement. This way of accounting for dynamic constraints allows the use of map-oriented methods without increasing their complexity. An improved version of the rapidly exploring random tree algorithm (multi-parent nodes RRT – MPN-RRT) is proposed as a global planning algorithm. Several parent nodes decrease the length of the planned path in comprise with the original one-node version of RRT. The shortest path on the constructed graph is found using the ant colony optimization algorithm. It is shown that the use of two-parent nodes can reduce the average path length for an urban environment with a low building density. To solve the problem of slow convergence of algorithms based on random search and path smoothing, the RRT algorithm is supplemented with a local optimization algorithm. The RRT algorithm searches for a global path, which is smoothed and optimized by an iterative local algorithm. The lower-level control algorithms developed in this article automatically decrease the robot’s velocity when approaching obstacles or turning. The overall efficiency of the developed algorithms is demonstrated by numerical simulation methods using a large number of experiments.

The relevance. One of the most environmentally friendly and reliable sources of natural energy is modern energy production technologies, especially renewable energy. This article introduces the concept of a hybrid solar storage system using a photovoltaic plant with electrochemical and thermal storage of electricity generated. For example, a region with a high level of solar radiation – Baghdad (Iraq). Studies were conducted for a model of social facility – a gym in Baghdad that needed electrical power and hot water supplies. The main aim of the research is tostudy the possibility of reducing the cost of photovoltaic installation using solar electrochemical and thermal electricity batteries. Objects: photovoltaicsystems for social facilities with a large share of electrical heating loads in areas with a high level of solar radiation, for example, a gym in Baghdad (Iraq). Methods: a combined method of accumulating solar energy: in electrochemical batteries and in thermal ones, methods of engineering sciences, modeling method. Results. The technical and economic efficiency of the local power supply system with a high percentage of thermal loads was analyzed taking into account the instability of solar radiation during the seasons of the year, temperatures, and energy consumption tables. The economic efficiency of the electrochemical battery of a photoelectric plant with a solar water heater collector was compared.

The article has an attempt to name the principles and techniques for competence formation in Russian dialogical speech among Iraqi University of Baghdad students. The notion of competence in dialogic speech is defined as the ability to successfully implement spoken foreign language activities in a dialogic form in accordance with the situation of communication. It is established that the competence in dialogical speech is based on the acquired knowledge (declarative and procedural), skills (phonetic, lexical and grammatical) and skills (speech, training, intellectual and compensatory). It is reported that the implementation of every of the above components of competence in the dialogical speech for Iraqi University of Baghdad students occurs through the implementation of certain principles (activity principle, visibility principle, situationality principle, the principle of advanced professional orientation of educational material, novelty principle, functionality principle), and methods or technologies (work in pairs, work in triples, work in small groups, carousel, aquarium), which will enable to achieve high results in training Russian as a foreign language for the Iraqi University of Baghdad students.

This paper studies bifurcation solutions of the Camassa – Holm equation by using the local Lyapunov – Schmidt method. The Camassa–Holm equation is studied by reduction to an ODE. We find the key function that corresponds to the functional related to this equation and defined on a new domain. The bifurcation analysis of the key function is investigated by the angular singularities. We find the parametric equation of the bifurcation set (caustic) with its geometric description. Also, the bifurcation spreading of the critical points is found.

A riddle is a question that usually occurs in prose and poetic form. The composition of poetic riddles is complicated since it encompasses trick structure of English utterances that require more efforts and deep thinking on the part of readers to reach the intention of the riddle maker. The present study investigated the interpretation of utterances in poetic riddles when translated into English. The main objective was to extend the tricky utterances in poetic riddles to obtain the intention of the riddle maker through translation. To achieve this target, a Relevance Theory by Sperber and Wilson (1986; 1995) was adopted to cognitively interpret how the poetic riddles worked through translation. Then, Bach’s (1994) Ambiguity was also used to explain the meaning that fell under a word, phrase or even a statement. Finally, Gutt’s (1991; 1998; 2000) notion on the directness and indirectness of the interpretation was employed. Overall, the results showed that Arabic poetic riddles included ambiguous words as well as implicit meanings that require decoding to gain the intent word made by the riddle maker. Furthermore, Arabic poetic riddles are full of attribute words to help getting the intent word.

Translating rhetorical questions from one language into another is not an easy task at all. This is due to the fact that rhetorical questions are not posed to elicit information, but rather to denote something else, namely rhetorical functions or purposes. Such functions, in fact, might be changed and or distorted in translation if certain issues are not considered. Of these issues is the tenor of rhetorical questions. As such, the current study is an attempt to investigate Quranic rhetorical questions that denote rhetorical functions such as negation, testing, and showing abundance to determine the extent to which the tenor of such questions is preserved in the English translation of al-Hilali and Khan (1996). Toward this end, the interpersonal Metafunction of the Quranic rhetorical questions and their English translation is analysed. In this case, the study employs Halliday's (1996) tenor and its associated metafunction, i.e., interpersonal metafunction. The analysis shows that the tenor of Quranic rhetorical questions under investigation is maintained, highly distorted and partially distorted. Consequently, the functions of such rhetorical questions are mostly affected.

Одним з важливих параметрів, які оцінюються в радіотехнічних системах траєкторних вимірювань, є дальність до супроводжуваного об'єкта. У зв'язку з появою високоманеврених літальних апаратів існуючі автоселектори дальності не можуть ефективно відстежувати дальність до таких об'єктів. Тому в роботі вирішується завдання синтезу багатоконтурного вимірювача дальності на основі оцінювання вищих похідних зміни дальності до об'єкта. Розглянуто моделі відслідковуємого і керованого процесів, запропонований алгоритм і структура квазіоптимального вимірювача.
