The article presents comparative results of studying opinion of citizens and officials making decisions on modernization of urban environment, about cities conditions. It is established that valuations of citizens and decision makers about urban infrastructure, its quantity and quality, process of cooperation in this area as well as consideration of interests in healthy urban planning differ significantly. The majority of surveyed decision-makers are more satisfied with conditions of their city infrastructure than citizens. The same trend persists in assessing quantity and quality of sport and physical education institutions. On the contrary, environmental situation in municipalities is more likely to suit citizens as compared to decision makers. The decision-makers are more optimistic about intersectorial cooperation in issues of healthy urban planning. The respondents note that issues and interests of health are not sufficiently considered in development and adoption of urban planning decisions in their municipalities. To correct the situation, it is necessary to implement appropriate strategies of healthy urban planning, to determine organizational mechanisms for their implementation in national conditions and to confirm their effectiveness in organizational experiment.

The article presents the results of examination of opinions of residents of the North Caucasus Federal District concerning healthy urban planning issues. The most residents of large cities are satisfied with infrastructure of their city, while residents of small towns are less satisfied with it. The prioritization of importance of solving various problems of urban life, opinions of residents are not solidary and differ depending on age and place of residence of respondents. For example, construction of playgrounds is a priority for residents of reproductive age from small towns. Only one out of ten of respondents would like to participate in strategy of development of their cities of residence.

The purpose of the study is to systematize theoretical models of demographic family policy approved in publications included into database SCOPUS in 2019-2020 and developed using empirical data obtained by analysis of methods and practices of increasing natality in certain countries of EU, BRICS and the New World. The France, Sweden, Great Britain, Norway and Denmark are oriented to expand measures of social support of citizen and regulation of occupation of women with children with purpose to increase natality. In the countries of South-Western Asia and North Africa the measures are targeted to decreasing level of natality and to implement family planning policy.

The medical demographic data and dynamics of its modification is a basis for the planning of health system development on territory and the organization of research studies in the field of analysis of revealed trends and factors.

Experience in the treatment of 65 patients with tumors of pancreatoduodenal zone is analyzed, 36 of them underwent standard and radical pancreatoduadenal resections. Diagnostic value of preoperative examinations is analyzed, type of surgery is substantiated depending of localization and spread of tumor, degree of hepatodepression. Features of pancreatoduodenal resection are described in detail. Lethal outcome was in 1 case. It is concluded that radical surgeries can be more widely used in cancer of periampullar zone and chronic pseudotumoric pancreatitis.

Twenty patients of the control group without pathology of the thyroid gland were examined for development of the method of 3D-ultrasonic reconstruction and 3D-angiography. The study group consisted of 74 patients with nodular pathologies of the thyroid gland, 53 of them underwent surgery. Ultrasonic data was compared with results of clinical and laboratory studies, puncture biopsy and intraoperative data. Three-dimensional ultrasonic pictures permitted to detect spatial orientation of the nodes relative to lobes and segments of the thyroid gland, vascular structures, to evaluate character of nodes vascularization, to analyze nature and invasiveness of the tumor. Based on these data optimal variant of surgery was chosen. In 12 cases virtual modeling of surgeries with 3D-echography and ultrasonic angiography was performed. These methods permit to choose optimal variant of surgery and make possible prediction and prevention of complications.

As in many Western industrialized nations, Georgians' fertility rate has fallen over the course of the 20th century from a relatively high level to a low one. In 1920, the average Georgian woman was expected to give birth to about 7,5 children in her lifetime; in 2003, that number had fallen to 1,4. This demographic transition is characteristic for industrial and industrializing nations and is usually associated with greater numbers of women joining the work force and increased divorce and cohabitation, all of which tend to reduce family size and drive down fertility rates. Similar patterns have emerged in the United States and other Western countries. This historic population decline has been met with increasing concern in some Georgian strata. The Georgian mass media have overflowed with alarming articles on population issues. Based on popular, nonprofessional interpretations of available vital statistics, some are calling "to save Georgia from depopulation." As a result, the general public has been misled about population issues. The average citizen is likely to draw a direct connection between the current economic slump and a demographic crisis.

The authors suggested new organizational and methodical approaches to a prophylactic medical examination (PME) and its quality control. There were distinguished and analyzed organizational and medical aspects of the profound medical examination (PrME) and dynamic observation (DO). The process of planning, interaction and analysis of PME results as well as the importance of the medical-and-statistical indices as indicators of PrME and DO quality were described. The analysis showed the substantial role of medical standards in the PME. Being in fact peculiar models of the PrME and DO for doctors, they serve as medical and methodical documents. The authors offered the standards of the PME of servicemen and reserve soldiers (retirees), the principles of their use, which allow taking into consideration individual peculiarities of each person examined.

The data obtained in the analysis of the epidemiological situation in tularemia in the zone of inundation in the Stavropol Territory in 2002 are presented. The current systematic epidemiological surveillance, as well as the data of urgent epizootological and epidemiological survey in the zone of inundation permitted the objective prognostication of the situation in tularemia and formed the basis for the rational planning and realization of prophylactic measures.

In article clause the brief characteristic of a condition post-diploma of preparation of the doctors on hygiene of feed now is given and the tasks are put in field of their training in the future.

Concept on the formation of the design and norm-setting basis of medical service has been developed in order to improve planning and balance between the scope of rendered services and their financial provision.

Presents a territorial system for controlling the quality of medical care rendered in the district, which helps not only react to the final results of medical service (reaction to a detected defect), but rather prevent the flaw. A programmed purposeful approach to the creation of a system for quality control helps it integrate in the universal system of public health management both at the territorial and municipal level.

A. personal computer-based information system meeting the requirements of the RF Ministry of Health on mass fluorographic examinations is proposed for introduction in wide practice. The system provides significant and complete data on the population subject to preventive check-ups, raises the efficacy of the latter, makes automatic planning.

XXVII Congress of CPSU and Programme of CPSU set a goal of overall dispensarization of population to be carried out up to 1995. With the object of formulating the main directions in the activity of health institutions of Kazakhstan while preparing for the transition towards overall dispensarization, the results of an experiment conducted in a town and in one of the rural regions of the Republic were used; the experiment was conducted without increasing the actual number of medical personnel. Highlighted was the organization of labour of medical staff, the level of knowledge and attitude to work. For this purpose questionnaires were sent to 131 physicians and 220 paramedical personnel which made it possible to identify tasks in view of the overall dispensarization and attitude to it among physicians, paramedical personnel and the population. The level of morbidity of urban and rural population was given before introduction of overall dispensarization and after its implementation. The positive health effect of overall dispensarization was established in relation to the population of the mentioned regions. The norms of requirements in ambulatory-outpatient and inpatient care under conditions of overall dispensarization were recommended for the workers of machine-building industry.
