The purpose of this work is to study the operation of ΣΠmodulator, and also to consider various implementations of the double sampling method and ways to improve their parameters. In the course of the work, we consider simple structures necessary for constructing a ΣΠmodulator. The structures of the ΣΠmodulator of the first and second order are given in this work, and the simulation results in the time and frequency domain are also presented. In Cadence Virtuoso software with using 180 nm CMOS technology. We consider the functioning of the ΣΠsecond-order modulators structure using the double sampling technique. We study the effect of various modifications of structures using the double sampling technique on the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal at the output of the modulator. The structure of the feedforward double sampling ΣΠmodulator is considered separately.
