The water-oil displacement process (from a rectangular reservoir) has been considered, that is described by a nonlinear system of partial differential equations with respect to the reservoir pressure (RP) and displacing phase saturation (DPS). Within the framework of the proposed model, the task of identifying the regime at the output boundary of the reservoir according to the specified conditions at the input boundary was set. The difference approximation method was used to construct a difference analogue of the problem, implicit with respect to RP and explicit with respect to DPS. As a result, an explicit formula was obtained for determining the approximate RP value at the outlet boundary of the reservoir at a given time layer. Taking into account the calculated RP distribution in the reservoir, the DPS distribution in the time layer was determined using an explicit formula. Based on the proposed computational algorithm, numerical experiments were carried out for the model oil reservoir.

Background: The efficiency of feed calcium phosphates is determined by the presence of phosphorus and calcium, and the quality is determined by the proportion of digestible forms, the concentration of impurities: F, Pb, As, Cd, Hg Purpose. To study the ways of obtaining feed phosphates from desulfated EPA based on the corresponding concentrate and lime. Methodology: The importance of feed phosphates in animal husbandry and the state of their production are given. The processes of obtaining dicalcium phosphate in the recycle mode and tricalcium phosphate in the non-recycle mode were studied using extraction phosphoric acid. Originality. The obtained di- and tricalcium phosphates fully comply with the requirements of GOST 23999-80. Findings. The optimal acid rate was determined when using H3PO4 with a concentration of 50.55% P2O5 to obtain dicalcium phosphate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A method is proposed for decomposing the integrated photoluminescence spectrum into components based on the analysis of an identifier, which is the ratio of the first and second derivatives of the experimental data. The question of the limits of applicability of this method of decomposition of a complex photoluminescence spectrum has been studied in this paper. The definition of the sensitivity of the method is given on the example of an integral spectrum formed by two Gaussians. The evolution of the dependence of the used identifier on the wavelength is shown with a change in the distance between the maxima of the elementary components. By means of a synthetic experiment, dependences of the sensitivity on the ratio of the half-widths and intensities of the components of the integral spectrum are plotted. The dependences obtained are non-linear and have local maxima and minima. The use of the calculated dependences makes it possible to estimate at what overlap of the bands the decomposition is still possible, and at what it is no longer possible to separate the elementary component from the integrated spectrum.

The article presents the author's view on the organization of extracurricular educational work at the university. The authors believe that the main purpose of this type of activity is the personal and professional development of students, which is achieved through the creation of conditions for their active life, civic self-determination, creative development, professional formation and individual personal self-realization. The important role in the systematization and organization of extracurricular educational work of such methodological documents as Educational work schedules and Work programs of education according to educational programs is noted. The article presents a functional model of the organization of educational work on the example of the Volgograd Institute of Management – a branch of the RANEPA. The IDEF0 notation was used to build the model. As a result of the development of the "As is" model, factors were identified that were not previously taken into account, but have an impact on the process of implementing extracurricular educational work.

В данной работе рассмотрены вопросы по организации информационной поддержки мониторинга множества показателей анализируемой проблемы при решении меняющегося множества задач для обеспечения необходимой актуальности и полноты используемой информации. Дана постановка оптимизационной задачи для выбора характеристических матриц вероятностей вхождения показателей рабочего комплекта в множество тем исследуемой проблемы при организации мониторинга, которые обеспечивают максимальную актуальность используемой информации. Отмечено, что данная оптимизационная задача сводится к задаче комбинаторного вида чрезвычайно большой размерности. Это диктует необходимость разработки эвристических алгоритмов решения данной оптимизационной задачи. Предложен эвристический алгоритм решения оптимизационной задачи, позволяющий на единой унифицированной основе структурировать возникающие проблемы, учесть влияние новых возмущающих воздействий, изменить оценочные критерии важности решаемых задач и при организации мониторинга показателей исследуемой проблемы обеспечить рациональную информационную поддержку в процессе анализа различных сценариев развития анализируемых проблем при подготовке и принятии управленческих решений.

The paper proposes a method for constructing signal transition graphs (STGs), which are directly mapped into asynchronous circuits for data processing. The advantage of the proposed method is that the resulting circuits are not only output-persistent, but also conformant to the environment. In other approaches, the environment is specified implicitly and/or inexactly and therefore they guarantee only output persistence. The conformation can be verified if both the circuit and its environment are specified by STGs. As an example, we consider a module realizing the function AND2. This module can either wait for both 1s or evaluate the function as soon as at least one 0 arrives. For each case, we draw up a separate STG (scenario) and map it into NCL gates. To provide such a mapping, we specify the behaviors of NCL gates by STG protocols. For data path, such an STG always contains alternative branches with the so-called garbage transitions at the gate inputs. The garbage transitions on a certain wire mean that the circuit is sensitive to the delay in this wire. Ignoring the garbage may lead to a violation of conformation or/and output persistence. For example, in the combinational part of the NCL circuits, the garbage appears on the inputs of NCL gates, and therefore these circuits are not delay insensitive.

The use of simulation modeling for forecasting sales of an innovative product is considered as one of the methods of regulating sales in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Purpose: construction of a simulation model for forecasting the sale of an innovative product in order to maintain an appropriate level of life activity of the able-bodied population in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Methodology: the dialectical method is used as a general scientific method of cognition; techniques and tools of system, comparative analysis and generalization; methods and tools of simulation modeling. Results: an approach to the study of sales forecasts of an innovative product based on discrete-event simulation modeling as the basis of analytical processing of the obtained data is described. Scope of results: the heads of companies in solving the issues of determining the optimal volume of sales of an innovative product as one of the components of the element of market infrastructure in the conditions of digitalization of the economy.

In this paper we discuss the capabilities of input-output tables for obtaining the estimates of system effects generated by interregional interactions in the hierarchically organized space. Two options of integrating the concepts of interregional interactions and central place are presented, one of which implies the a priori, the other – the a posteriori solution to the problem of identifying (constructing) a market hierarchy. While the first one is used only in situations when the system effects are reduced to the spill-over of economic activity from the periphery to the center, the second one is used in more general situations when the system effects include not only spill-over effects but also the feedback effects. We consider the feedback loop input-output analysis, which allows us to get a posteriori estimates of regions distribution by the levels of spatial hierarchy. And determine that it had varying effectiveness for the cases of Japan and Russia. In accordance with the existing methods of decomposition of spatial multipliers the system effects of interregional interactions are determined, on the one hand, as a residual multiplier effect obtained after identifying the effects of intra-regional interactions, on the other hand, as a result of superposition of the effects of interregional interactions within the framework of dyads, triads, tetrads, etc. composed of regions. In order to obtain estimates of the system effects generated by interactions on markets of different levels (provided that these levels are identified), we propose the method of localizable partition, organizing the calculation of the structural blocks of spatial multipliers in the ‘from the general to the particular’ logic (from the system effects of interactions on the national market to the effects of interactions on local markets). On the basis of this method, we estimate the size and structure of the system effects absorbed by the economies of the three central regions of Japan (Kanto, Chubu, Kinki), which form the core of the national economic space

Suffixed and prefixed words have common linguistic properties and are closely related to the base word in the mental lexicon. Whether different types of information are important for the storage of different types of derivatives or whether their mental organization is similar is one of the topical psycholinguistic questions. My experimental data point at different ways of storing related verbs in the mental lexicon, linked to the base word through two derivational processes. Between the stem and the suffixed relative, the relationship is closer and based on common lexical properties, while the relationship between the stem and the prefix is ??rather formal. I draw this conclusion on the basis of the robust morphological priming effect from the suffixed verb to its base even if the spelling integrity of the suffixed relative is ??violated. This also holds true only in the condition of an orthographically preserved root morpheme. On the contrary, the priming effect to the base verb disappears from a related verb with an orthographically violated prefix. Furthermore, both suffixation and prefixation do not act uniformly and a closer look suggests that lexical organization is modified through the aspectual information of family members. This information will need to be taken into account in future studies of verbal material of the Russian language.

Currently, questions about the implementation of economic and production activities are raised quite often, namely about the dynamically changing market. The relevance of the topic lies in the importance and need to adhere to a number of methods when analyzing time series. The article presents arguments justifying the decomposition of the time series and forecasting. The authors analyze the Elliott Wave Theory method and give an interpretation of the price movement. They also describe a number of advantages of technical analysis. The article provides statistical data on the practical application of the Elliott Wave Theory at the largest steel-producing plant in Russia – PJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine. The researchers analyzed the trend of the shares of PJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine and identified their real value in order to confirm the effective operation of the wave analysis.

At the present stage of development of theoretical-methodological principles and applied aspects of ensuring the financial-economic security of the State in general, the problem of improving the methodology for analyzing the financial-economic security of priority sectors of the national economy has been actualized. This will increase information-analytical support, and therefore, the efficiency of the State policy of strengthening the financial-economic security of strategic industries. The purpose of the article is to develop and approbate a methodological approach to decomposition and analysis of the weight of the impact of indicators on the condition of financial-economic security of priority sectors of the national economy. The object of the study is the processes of analyzing the financial-economic security of priority sectors of the national economy. In the course of research, general scientific and special methods were used: synthesis and system analysis, logical generalization, strategic management, comparative analysis. The article focuses on the relevance of considering the problems of economic and, in particular, financial-economic security at the level of the sectoral economic system. The authors’ own methodology of analysis is developed and the weighting factors of indicators of financial-economic security of agriculture, industry, construction and transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities of Ukraine are evaluated. The structure of financial-economic security of priority sectors of the national economy – investment, credit, debt, monetary, production-economic, system-structural – is determined. Using these security components, the weighting factors of the indicators are estimated. Such an approach allowed to identify indicators that to a lesser and greater extent affect the general condition of subindexes, and therefore determine the general level of financial-economic security of priority sectors of the national economy of Ukraine. Prospects for further scientific research in the analyzed sphere relate to the formation of recommendations for linking the results of the analysis with the formation of measures in the sphere of strengthening the financial-economic security of priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

The results of studies of the effect of ultrahigh melt cooling rates, equal to at least 10^5 K/s, on the properties of rapidly solidified alloys of the Zn-Sn system are presented. The upper region of the foil, in contact with the crystallizer during solidification, had more dispersed particles of the second phase, and as the distance from the upper layers increased, the particle sizes increased. At room temperature, the decomposition of a supersaturated solid solution proceeds with the release of dispersed particles. Additional heat treatment leads to the coarsening of the particles of the second phase, and helps to reduce the microhardness. Rapidly solidified foils with a maximum zinc concentration are characterized by the presence of a (0001) texture, which weakens as the tin content in zinc increases, and upon alloying up to 30 wt. % Sn is rearranged to (10 10) texture. Heat treatment up to 160 °C does not change the texture.

Aim. To identify the effect of biological preparations applied with or without nitrogen fertilizers for crop by-product, their incorporation into the soil on the decomposition of plant residues and composition of mobile humus substances in typical slightly eroded chernozem.Materials and Methods. The study was carried out in the field experimental station of Kursk FARC in the cycles of cereal and cereal-row crop rotations in variants with by-product treated with biopreparations; with applied biopreparations + nitrogen fertilizers; with applied nitrogen fertilizers and without biopreparations. To study decomposition the content of unhumified organic matter was determined in the topsoil by the monolith method after by-product incorporation into the soil and 3045 days after their decomposition. Simultaneously the composition of mobile humus substances in the soil was determined.Results. The decomposition of crop by-product and after harvesting and root residues mixed with it in the soil and treated with biopreparations or nitrogen mineral fertilizers was studied for the first time. The peculiarities of the effect of the factors studied on the degree of plant residue decomposition and the composition of mobile humus substances were shown.Conclusion. It was determined that treating the by-product of barley, buckwheat and sunflower with bioproducts, both with applied nitrogen fertilizers and without them, contributed to the increase in the degree of plant residue decomposition as compared with the control and nitrogen mineral fertilizer application. In the years which are favourable according to hydrothermal conditions the improved quality of mobile humus substances of the soil influenced by biopreparations are noted and under extreme conditions the tendency to the improvement of their quality is observed.

For the efficient use of supercomputer computing resources in solving problems of simulation, a high-quality decomposition of the computational meshes is of great importance. Modern computational problems work with huge input data, which makes it impossible to process them on one computational node in a reasonable time. In particular, to carry out calculations on large computational meshes, it is necessary to decompose them into separate domains. In this case, each of the domains is processed at its own computational node, and to maintain the integrity of the problem, computational nodes exchange between themselves computational data that cross the boundaries of the computational mesh domains. The quality of the computational mesh decomposition is characterized by such parameters as the uniformity of the distribution of cells over domains, the maximum length of the boundary between two domains, the total length of all boundaries between all pairs of domains, and many others. The most important indicator of the mesh decomposition quality is the uniformity of the distribution of cells across domains, since the speed of computation of the entire problem is characterized primarily by the speed of processing the largest domain. However, the maximum length of the boundary between pairs of domains is also of high importance, since the value of this parameter determines the speed of data exchanges between computational nodes. With a decrease in the time step in computational problems and an increase in the number of computational nodes (a high degree of parallelization), the proportion of interprocess communications increases significantly, and a decrease in the length of the boundary between domains significantly affects the total time of the computational problem. This article discusses an algorithm for smoothing the boundaries between domains, in the process of which the lengths of the boundaries are reduced, while not impairing the uniformity of the distribution of mesh cells between domains. Numerical experiments have shown that the application of the proposed algorithm leads to a reduction in the lengths of the boundaries between domains by about 10%, which leads to acceleration of data exchange in the course of calculations.

THE PURPOSE. Consider a renewable energy source. Compare the proposed design with other pyrolysis technologies and make sure that the proposed design will reduce fuel consumption. METHODS. This article proposes the design and technological principle of the process of pyrogenetic wood processing with the production of various compositions of pyrolysis gas and charcoal. RESULTS. The article describes the proposed design, calculates the heat balance for it, and determines the operational parameters of the technological process. CONCLUSION. The main positive difference between the proposed plant design and technology from other pyrolysis technologies is a high level of fuel economy due to heat utilization at intermediate stages of the process. The heat of the cooled charcoa l and the waste products of complete fuel combustion are utilized. The developed design allows reducing fuel consumption, as well as the range of gaseous components obtained as a result of pyrogenetic decomposition of raw wood in a direct -flow pyrolysis plant can be increased.

Currently, when solving complex computational problems of computer modeling, computational grids containing tens and hundreds of millions of cells are used. To perform computations of such amount, it is required to use supercomputer clusters consisting of many computational nodes connected by a high-speed communication network. In this case, it is necessary to decompose the computational mesh into separate domains. These domains are distributed among the computational nodes of the supercomputer and are processed in parallel, independently of each other. To synchronize computations, after each iteration of cell processing, data exchanges are performed at the boundaries between adjacent contiguous domains. To efficiently perform computations and scale them to a large number of computational nodes, it is necessary to develop efficient algorithms for decomposition of computational meshes that generate many domains with imposed requirements for the number of cells, the uniformity of the distribution of cells across domains, the connectivity of domains and the size of boundaries between them. The article considers an unstructured surface mesh as an object of research, which is used to calculate the processes of interaction of a volumetric body with the environment. For a mesh of this type, various classes of decomposition algorithms are considered, and a hierarchical decomposition algorithm is proposed with the choice of the optimal criterion for partitioning domains. The proposed algorithm is implemented in the program code, the results of comparing the operation of this algorithm on test meshes with algorithms of other classes are presented.

Studying families of elementary theories produces an information on behavior and interactions of theories inside families, possibilities of generations and their complexity. The complexity is expressed by rank characteristics both for families and their elements inside families. We introduce and describe a hierarchy of families of theories and their rank characteristics including dynamics of ranks. We consider regular families which based on a family of urelements — theories in a given language, and on a step-by-step process producing the required hierarchy. An ordinal-valued set-theoretic rank is used to reflect steps of this process. We introduce the rank RS and related ranks for regular families, with respect to sentence-definable subfamilies and generalizing the known RS-rank for families of urelements, as well as their degrees. Links and dynamics for these ranks and degrees are described on a base of separability of sets of urelements. Graphs and families of neighbourhoods witnessing ranks are introduced and characterized. It is shown that decompositions of families of neighbourhoods and their rank links, for discrete partitions, produce the additivity and the possibility to reduce complexity measures for families into simpler subfamilies.

The relevance of the research is associated with the problems of creating and maintaining dynamic models of electrical submerged pump-equipped well as a part of operational monitoring and control systems under conditions of the elevator and inflow parameters deviation. Assessment of the root causes of well desired operating mode violation and the forecast of the immediate negative consequences are important for balanced (optimal) decisions on operational modes correction and ensuring stable operating conditions. The main aim of the research is to develop the least-squares algorithm – estimating the drift parameters of the elevator including the electrical submerged pump and the inflow of a dynamic well model and methods for stabilizing these estimates in real-time operations based on noisy measurements data. Methods: numerical integration of nonlinear differential equations, regression least-squares analysis methods, statistical computational tests, test perturbations, methods of regularizing estimation algorithms. Results. The authors have developed the two-stage algorithm for estimating the drift parameters of the elevator (wear, impurities) and inflow (productivity and reservoir parameters) to simplify the presentation of a complex dynamic model «inflow–elevator–electrical submerged pump–wellhead» according to two speed scales for monitoring the operating conditions of the system with inflow dynamics observer under conditions of test frequency disturbances. Summary. The proposed rules for stabilizing the model parameters estimates based on the generation of test perturbations, reducing dimension by decomposing the complex model into composite blocks, filtering noisy measurement signals by approximation, implementing a dynamic inflow observer form the basis for identification algorithm design with reliable estimation of the main group of deformation parameters of pump pressure-head characteristics and inflow. Despite the low accuracy of the elevator hydraulic resistance identification, the error in reproducing the dynamics of the variable states of the system in disturbed operating modes from the observer outputs does not exceed 2 %, which indicates the low sensitivity of the standard operating modes of the elevator to the desired parameter setting within the framework of the model solutions used. The required accuracy of the pipe hydraulic resistance identification should be consistent with the conditions for the periodic cleaning of the lift from sorbents.

The expansion of the use of natural gas as a motor fuel is a strategic state priority in solving the fuel, energy and environmental problems of the road transport complex. It is obvious that the growth of the fleet of gas-powered equipment is not possible without the improvement of the existing gas fuel supply system, which is characterized by a limited number of specialized filling stations, significant distances between them and lack of attachment to the consumer when they are placed. Improvement of the gas filling complex is a task, the condition of which is determined by many structural parameters and parameters of functioning, both of the gas filling complex itself and of key consumers. The bus fleet involved in regular passenger transport is considered a key consumer, due to its significant fuel consumption and territorial distribution. Thus, the identification of links between the parameters of the presented structures will allow to justify the measures to improve the system of gas-engine fuel supply to the bus fleet, which determines the purpose of the study: formation of a structural and functional model of the system «Bus park - gas filling complex». Methods of decomposition and synthesis of systems have been used to build the model of the system «Bus park - gas filling complex». Based on the decomposition, the subsystem elements were identified. The use of the synthesis method allowed to build intermediate connections between elements of different subsystems and to establish formalized dependencies between them. Thus, the structure and nature of the relationship between the elements of this system are defined, which is a scientific novelty of the work. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of further using the developed model to justify technical, technological and organizational measures for the development of the gas filling complex on the basis of structural and functional modeling of the system «Bus park - gas filling complex». A structural and functional model of the system «Bus park - gas filling complex» has been developed, which is used to solve theoretical and practical problems in the field of gasification of road transport. The developed model is the basis of structural and functional modeling - direction of further research aimed at justification of decisions on complex development of gas-engine fuel provision system, which is as adapted as possible to parameters of bus fleet functioning, provided that facilities of gas filling complex are accessible for other large groups of potential consumers.

This article explains the concept of projects synergetic efficiency, that proposed model determinate this concept, develop the hierarchy ofprojects synergetic efficiency and describes the mechanism for its assessment with application of the method of the analytical hierarchy process.

Evaluation of the technical condition of rotary equipment on vibration signals is traditionally important task in the practice of its production and operation. At the present an increase in the effectiveness of vibration-based diagnostics is achieved by automating the solution of this problem and also by the use of matched sets of informative features, which causes the urgency of the development of algorithms for their detection. The algorithm of sparse wavelet decomposition is proposed to detect shock processes in vibration signals. The algorithm is tested on the experimental material. The results of the experiment are compared with the matched wavelet filtration.

The decomposition of social problems of management digitalization has been proved, presented and investigated in the article, the directories and formats of their positioning have been selected and opened consistently. Key objects of the research are manifestations of influence of social problems on setting, development and implementation of programs of management digitalization, approaches, opportunities and examples of definition of options of their resolution. Conducted analysis and formulated conclusions allow us to create complete representation and to implement applied recommendations about selection, a research and solution influence of social problems on management digitalization of modern organization. This is especially relevant today, when national, sectoral and regional programs for the digitalization of the economy and management define one of the key trends in breakthrough socio-economic development.The examples of the manifestation, study and resolution of social problems of digitalization from the actual practice of managing leading, efficiently operating domestic enterprises in the real sector of their sectors have been analyzed. The presenting material has been collected, processed and adapted by the author in the process of development, implementation and maintenance of the use of organizational and methodological materials commissioned by these organizations, as part of the implementation of applied research. In the statement of the provisions of the article, the material has been also used, collected by the author on open resources and in the processes of interaction with organizations of the infrastructure, that are actively introducing and widely using digital products and databases in management practice. Carried-out analysis of specific material actually involved in the processes of enterprises and organizations allows us reliably, adequately and prospectively oriented to identify, evaluate and decompose the existing range of social problems of management digitalization.

The paper presents consideration of the solution of the nonlinear inverse problem of gravity exploration in the grid class of field sources if there are anomalies in the section that have positive and negative effective densities. In this case, practical equivalence is very strong and the reliability of the results of quantitative interpretation decreases. Based on the assembly method the author consideres the possibility of decomposing the inverse problem into two separate computational procedures. It is implemented using pre-separation of the gravitational field into components caused by objects with different effective densities. The author used a system of equivalent sources that were successively plunged to a depth approximating the interpreted field. Experiments showed that with a certain depth of sources, it is possible to rather accurately restore the «positive» and «negative» components. For each of them, the solution of the inverse problem is separately carried out, then the obtained results are synthesized, i.e. the construction of a unified geodensity model, which makes it possible to provide complete automation of additive interpretation technologies. The paper includes model examples illustrating the proposed approach.

An approach to the formation of a single methodological basis for the creation of organizational and technological systems in domestic high-tech production is given. The purpose and tasks, composition and structure, basic characteristics and parameters, the order of functioning of such system are defined. A team of specialists is consistently formed, the concept of creating the system itself, goals and objectives are determined, the required efficiency, a description of possible conditions of use, as well as a forecast of limitations. The general principles of creation of organizational and technological system are formulated: integrity, hierarchy, situationality, change of bases, analogies of structures. The most important aspects of its creation and synthesis are defined: functional, structural, technological. The mathematical solution of the problem of creating such a system is shown. Background. Single-sided phosphate fertilizers include simple, enriched and double superphosphates. They are especially effective when applied under fall plowing. Simple superphosphate is produced by decomposition of natural phosphates with sulfuric acid, enriched - with a mixture of sulfuric and phosphoric acids, and double - with phosphoric acid by chamber, flow or chamber-flow methods. Kyzylkum phosphorite complex produces washed and burned concentrate (WBC) for ammophos production. Washed and dried concentrate (WDC) is an intermediate phosphorite product used to obtain WBC. Of practical interest is the processing of WDC into simple superphosphate. Purpose. Study of the process of obtaining simple superphosphate by two-stage acid treatment of WDC under anhydrite conditions. Methodology. The decomposition of WDC is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the main part of WDC (70-80%) decomposes at 130°C with concentrated H2SO4 to form phosphoric acid (45-50% P2O5) and calcium sulfate of the anhydrite form, and in the second Stage acidic reaction mass containing concentrated Н3РО4 is neutralized by the remaining amount of WDC (20-30%), resulting in the formation of monocalcium phosphate. In order to improve the conditions for granule formation of the superphosphate mass, the process of its rounding is carried out in the presence of water. P2O5 content free in the reaction mixtures and finished products was determined by titration with 0.1 n NaOH using indicators of methyl orange and phenolphthalein. In products, the total, assimilable and aqueous forms of P2O5 were determinedby the photocolorimetric method. The strength of the granules was measured according to GOST 21560.2-82. Originality. The optimal conditions for two-stage sulfuric acid processing of WDC under anhydrite conditions have been found, where concentrated phosphoric acid and anhydrous calcium sulfate are formed at the first stage of processing, and monocalcium phosphate at the second stage. The second stage is actually the basis of the mechanism for the formation of monocalcisphosphate and granulation of the superphosphate mass, where a skeleton of calcium sulfate crystals saturated with phosphoric acid acts as a granulation center. Finding. It is shown that an increase in the time of sulfuric acid treatment of MSA from 2 to 60 minutes leads to an increase in the coefficient of its decomposition. It turned out that 20 minutes and a 100% H2SO4 norm are enough for the maximum decomposition of WDC. Neutralization of acidic phosphoric acid gypsum mass with 220% WDC rate is actually the beginning of the superphosphate granulation process. To improve the conditions of granulation, the process of rolling the superphosphate mass must be carried out in the presence of at least 15% water. In this case, superphosphate is obtained of a sufficiently high quality (0.17-0.96% P2O5free, 17.42-18.34% P2O5total, of which 70-80% is in a water-soluble form, the strength of its granules is ˂2MPa). Currently organizations of the military-industrial complex do not possess adequate methodological means to draw up an educated position in order to coordinate the labor-output ratio with the experts of the military representative office of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The military product pricing should be carried out by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in compliance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 612 “On introduction of changes in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 804, 1995/11/08” dated 2014/03/07. The aim of the research conducted by the authors is to inform all interested parties about the new methodological approach, the practical application of which provides the more valid basis to assess the labor consumption of conducting scientific research and increase the accuracy of estimated price of research and development work. In order to ensure the practical application of methodological approach the following tasks are solved: analysis of currently available publications on the subject and justification of the need to improve the existing methodological tools; description of the essence and contents of the approach; constructing analytical dependences to computerize the calculation the labor-output ratio, and developing the structure for input database. To develop the methodological approach the authors use the method of systemic analysis of scientific product creating process. This method assumes that the scientific research is represented as a combination of tasks and subtasks of different level of the research decomposition and actions to solve them and is used together with a balance method involving the labor resources allocation between tasks and subtasks. The proposed methodological approach is based on the analysis of the authors’ experience gained in the course of preparation and application of methodological guidelines to form the state contract initial price and of giving an opinion on the estimated prices by NPO “Basalt” economic planning experts. The above approach is going to be applied by NPO “Basalt” to plan the labor consumption when conducting scientific research and to form an expert opinion on pricing scientific product by the military representative office of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Пошук нових підходів та розробка на їх основі інструментів щодо підтримки прийняття рішення командуючого (командира) на організацію взаємодії сил і засобів в ході ведення сучасних бойових дій, які характеризуються швидкоплинною зміною обстановки, останнім часом стало предметом інтенсивних наукових досліджень. Одним із перспективних напрямків таких досліджень є розроблення спеціальних автоматизованих систем, що використовуються для формування таблиці взаємодії сил і засобів під час сумісного виконання ними оперативних (бойових) завдань. Дослідження у галузі розробки таких систем призвели до появи (висунення) нових вимог формування таблиці взаємодії. По-перше, таблиця має враховувати не тільки достовірні дані о поточній оперативно-тактичній обстановці, а й дані щодо її зміни в режимі часу, наближеному до реального. По-друге, автоматизована система в процесі формування таблиці взаємодії повинна мати та використовувати базу знань щодо її організації, яка формується та постійно оновлюється на підставі попереднього досвіду ведення операцій (бойових дій). У статті описується один із підходів автоматизованого формування таблиці взаємодії зенітних ракетних військ з винищувальною авіацією, який заснований на застосуванні метода декомпозиції багатокритеріальної задачі.

Subject and purpose. Open resonant system as the oscillating circuit of the solid-state oscillators and characteristics of the quasi-optical oscillators properly are the object of investigations. Purpose of article is review of works being fulfilled at the solid-state department over period 1979 and to the present day. The intent of the paper is to give the indication prerequisites of the creation of high-stabilized millimeter wave sources and way of this problem solution. Method and methodology. Theoretical and experimental methods of study of main parameters of open resonators with resonant and nonresonant inhomogeneities such as spectrum, field topology of open resonators are the waveguide model of resonator, decomposition method, generalized scattering matrix method, and experimental technique of the power, frequency, and spectrum measurements. Results. Results of study and development of quasi-optical solid-state oscillator are: the level of frequency noise is no more than –115…120 dB/Hz; power of generation at first harmonic is up to 130…150 mW at frequency of 40…50 GHz; at second harmonic – up to 10 mW at 60…90 GHz; generation power is no more than 3 mW at frequency of 150 GHz ; long-term frequency instability is 3×10–8 at active control temperature DТ ~ 0.1 °С. Conclusion. In the paper it is analyzed an application area of solid-state oscillators. They are local oscillators in receiving units and radiometers, refractometry, dielectro-metry, and fields where high stability and low level of frequency noise are needed. The promising lines are inquired, they are search of new physical properties for nonlinear element creating at Terahertz frequency band.

Objectives The aim of the study is to develop a mathematical model for the complex solution of various problems in designing and reconstructing the technological system of a production workshop of a machine-building enterprise.Methods Complex system theory and an aggregative decomposition approach are used as the methodological basis for modelling complex hierarchical productions, making it possible to represent a complex system in the form of a set of interconnected subsystems.Results A mathematical model designed for a complex solution of problems associated with the formation of an optimal production programme and selection ofequipment was developed. Operative parameters for processing machines according to a single optimisation criterion for the workshop were established. Distinctive features of the optimisation model proposed in the article are the possibility of its application both for design and for the reconstruction of a technological system, as well as the possibility of simple scaling to the required level (i.e. the workshop as a whole or a separate section).Conclusion The article presents a complex mathematical model for optimising the technological system based on a single optimisation criterion for the workshop, combining the solution of the main tasks of design and reconstruction of the workshop. The use of a single integral optimisation criterion for several problems allows the strong interrelationships between individual tasks to be taken into account. The model is based on the principle of arranging a model from a set of typical elements, easing the construction of models for any sub-task combinations, as well as their respective options. It is possible to use the model’s multi-level unification and scalability to increase modelling efficiency and thus optimise complex multinomenclature productions.

The paper proposes a systematic approach to producing non-detachable connections which is based on unified technical solutions in the field of welding, soldering, gluing and other technologies. The given approach includes not only direct execution of the connection but its designing, preparatory operations and also measures carried out after connection producing. The proposed approach is also based on the principles of the required diversity, feedback, hierarchy and decomposition that ensures high efficiency of the developed technical solutions, possibility for setting-up and successful solution of problems in the field of producing non-detachable connections. In order to ensure a successful realization of systematic approach it is proposed to take into account a number of aspects, including the following: systematic and structural aspect that presupposes determination of internal relations and dependences between elements of the given system and it permits to obtain an overview about internal structure (composition) of the investigated system; systematic and functional aspect that presupposes determination of functions, and the system is created for performing these functions; systematic and purposeful aspect that signifies a necessity of scientific determination of system goals and sub-goals, their harmonization between themselves; systematic and resource aspect that presupposes thorough determination of the resources which are required for system performance and solution of various problems with the help of the system; systematic and integration aspect that presupposes to determine a complex of system qualitative properties which ensure its integrity and specificity; systematic and communication aspect that requires determination of external relations of the given system with others that is its relations with the environment; systematic and historical aspect that permits to determine conditions for creation of the investigated system, its past stages, modern state and also possible prospects of development. New connection designs of combined (hybrid) type have been developed on the basis of the systematic approach and the paper presents examples and classification of such connections.

The theoretical-methodological approach to definition of the concept of «mechanism for management of business processes at enterprise of wholesale trade» is proposed: it is purposeful activity of economic entities with the use of a set of methods and means of impact on the integral multiplicity of coherent interrelated functional operations that can be adapted to the appropriate number of economic objectives and are aimed at providing economic resources with attention to functional specificity of a wholesale trade enterprise. This approach is new, it eliminates uncertainty and can be built into the appropriate process (group of processes), which distinguishes it from existing approaches. Also the methodological approach to decomposition of business processes of wholesale trade enterprise is developed using the software product BPwin, a fragment of the typical decomposition of the main business processes of IDEF0 A3 «Logistic service of sale of automotive parts» is presented. This will increase the efficiency of enterprises of wholesale trade, specializing in the sale of automotive parts, and optimize business processes.

Boreal forests are one of the main carbon (С) pools on the planet. Decomposition of the litter is a main mechanism of C accumulation in soil. This process is often influenced by fires. Thus, we need to enhance our understanding about decomposition of the litter in post-fire forests to better understand the mechanism of C accumulation in boreal forests. Here, we studied initial stages of decomposition of litter in the post-fire forest (12 years after fires) and in the background larch forest located in the Tukuringra mountain range in the northern part of the Amur oblast. We present the results of a field experiment on the decomposition of the main typical fractions of larch forest. We used the litter bags method for studying rate of decomposition litter (leaves, grass, branches and needles). After 150 days mass loss of litter was 36.7 % of initial mass in the post-fire forest and 39.9 % in the background forest. Mass loss was most rapid in the first 75 days of the experiment in the both cases. In both plots the rate of decomposition of litter was decreased in order: grass – leaves – needles – branches. In both the post-fire and background forests, rate of litter decomposition is a function of moisture. Soil acidity was higher in post-fire forest than background forest (5.3 and 4.8, respectively, p < 0.01). However, this soil property does not influence early stages of litter decomposition in either case.

An analysis of the process of thermal modification of wood, which was obtained by a controlled heating process, was done. The unique technological properties (durability, low hygroscopicity and dimensional stability) of thermomodified wood make it possible to use it in various scope. Due to the influence of temperature there are some chemical changes in the structures of the wood cell wall components (lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose). This leads to an increase in density, hardness, improved hydrophobicity (water repellency), thereby reducing their ability to absorb moisture and swell. The products absorb moisture gradually, are less prone to swelling and shrinkage, but still need the elastic coatings application. It is proved that heat-treated wood turns gray over time under the influence of sunlight, and therefore requires additional surface treatment with a coating. Additional protective substances application on the thermo-modified wood products surface promotes dimensional stability and protects against rapid weathering of the surface in open air conditions. The use of transparent coatings and oils does not protect the surface from discoloration during weathering. They are recommended for products are manufactured from thermomodified wood, which are operated away from direct sunlight and rain. The parameters of moisture penetration into wood are mathematically modeled on the basis of the moisture diffusion quasistationary equation through the polymer coating on the flat sample surface. The dynamics of moisture content changes in thermally modified wood by different schedules parameters has been experimentally studied. The obtained mathematical relations based on the experimental studies results make it possible to calculate the moisture diffusion coefficient in thermally modified wood in the presence of a polymer shell. It is established that the wax coating application on the surface of the product reduces the moisture diffusion process more than 10 times for surfaces treated at a temperature of 160 °C for 1 hour. The problem of locating sensors on the network to monitor flows has been object of growing interest in the past few years, due to its relevance in the field of traffic management and control. The basis for modeling the processes of estimating flows in generalized multinetwork is a sparse underdetermined system of linear algebraic equations of a special type. Sensors are located in the nodes of the multinetwork for the given traffic levels on arcs within range covered by the sensors, that would permit traffic on any unobserved flows on arcs to be exactly. The problem being addressed, which is referred to in the literature as the Sensor Location Problem (SLP), is known to be NP-complete. In this paper the effective algorithms are developed to determine the ranks of the matrices of each of the independent subsystems obtained as a result of applying the theory of decomposition. From the equality of the sum of the ranks of the matrices of independent subsystems and the number of unknowns in independent subsystems, the uniqueness conditions for the solution of a special sparse system of linear algebraic equations follow. The results of the research can also be applied to constructing optimal solutions to problems of mathematical programming.

During the operation of the machinery, units and blocks are constantly affected by a number of characteristics which influence its technical condition (TС) in different ways. The choice of the radio engineering complexes of automation equipment technical state control method for air traffic control (ATC) is determined by a number of constructive, technological and operational characteristics. The effect of operational characteristics on objects TС is reflected in the form of deviations from the nominal values of their parameters. The stochastic nature and the variety of the operational characteristics impacts on the automation equipment complexes lead to the fact that for the same runtime or duration of operation the objects have different actual TC. The operational characteristics of the automation equipment complexes have a number of properties, which can significantly influence the choice of the TC control method. The technical operation of the automation equipment complexes is characterized by the presence of the changing objective process of the TC and the subjective technical maintenance process, which is a sequential in time change of various states in accordance with the transition scheme. The proposed modernized method of a mixed technical state control system formation is based on the decomposition of radio aids complexes and it provides the opportunity to take into account not only the rank (significance), which characterize the relative importance of the characteristics, but also the influence of the properties of these characteristics in the choice of the TC control methods.

Introduction: the process of “motion” of pedagogy to “gnoseologic ideal” implies the necessity of systema-tisation of theoretic and practical results produced in scientific community and revealing those scientific fragments which are not completed yet. It is mostly important for experienced researchers as well as beginners to be orientated in the field of pedagogic problems to determine problems topical for modern research. The purpose of the article is to discover and present “mechanisms” which give to pedagogical researchers the possibility to find fragments of knowledge requiring content revamping, detailing, reworking and thus furthering. Materials and Methods: content analysis and logical interpretation of philosophic and pedagogic texts, analysis of results of educational practice, analysis of specifics of methodological principles application in pedagogic theory and practice; hypotheses and their theoretic interpretation; theoretical expanding of results obtained, heuristic synthesis and reflection of the results obtained. The conception of completion of scientific knowledge developed by R. Descartes and M. Montaigne including presentation of the process of increasing volume of knowledge accompanied by the same volume of unknowledge is the methodologic foundation of our research. Results: “white spots” of modern pedagogical theory and practice are discussed in the article; the attention is focused on the methods used by researches to find out pedagogical problems which are not completed yet and on the role of those fragments in pedagogic development. The readers’ attention is mainly focused on application of symmetric principal in pedagogical knowledge and research. Classification including 3 types of “mechanisms” of finding topical fragments of noncomplete kno wledge is presented – this classification may be used by researches choosing field and topic of topical r esearch. Discussion and Conclusions: the fragment of theoretical pedagogy “knowledge about unknowledge” is presented as a form of scientific and methodologic reflection; the attempt to find theoretical foundation of methods discovering “white spots” in pedagogy is described; the role of “white spots” in the process of pedagogical scientific development is discussed. Main conclusion is presented by thesis “increase of volume of knowledge is accompanied by correlated volume of unknowledge” which was confirmed by analysis of pedagogic development. The process of revealing incomplete pedagogical fragments is principally structurable and classifiable; noncompletion of classification given in the article presents a direction for perspective pedagogic research.

The structure and agrogenic transformation of organic substance in chernozems of Middle Siberia are considered (within Krasnoyarsk Krai, Khakassia and Tuva). The comparative-geographic, comparative-analytical and stationary observation methods are used in this work. These investigations are based on ideas of academician I.V. Tyurin, who had a Krasnoyarsk period in his creative work. All of the forms of humic compounds of chernozem type are presented in the studied soils. The mineralized (transformed) pool of organic matter in chernozems (19-28 t C/ha) is characterized by set of the plant residues, microbial biomass and a mobile humus. The entrance of plant residues into the soil of a graminae-fallow-hoed crop rotation makes 3.32 t C/ha per year, graminae-grass - 3.89 C/ha per year. The contribution of living roots reaches 40-70% of year stocks of the plant residues. The entrance of additional portions of "fresh" plant material with straw and green manure increases the mineralized pool of the organic matter and its decomposition intensity. The amount of microbial biomass in an arable layer of chernozems fluctuates from 1.5 to 3.0 t C/ha. The decomposition of plant residues occurs at k = 0.37-0.44. The share of a mobile humus (water- and alkaline-soluble compounds) as a part of the mineralized chernozems OM reaches 69-77%. The seasonal variability of mobile humus concentration is determined by the unequal rate of plants death, the entrance into the soil and decomposition of plant residues, different intensity of their transformation in neoformed humic substances. Losses of humus mobile compounds in soils of Krasnoyarsk Krai (0.23 t C/ha per year) contain about 7% of his expenses on the forming of net primary production and are compensated here by a neoformed humus at 91%, in soils of Khakassia - at 34%, Tuva - only at 16%.

The article considers dimension problems of electrical equipment complex objects in developing test programs in the context of programming diagnostic tasks. To solve the problem, we propose a method and an algorithm for the effective description of electrical equipment objects for its decomposition, i.e. reducing large-dimensional problems to the solution of a number of simpler problems. An adequate task description language based on the theory of graphs was chosen for solving dimension problems. To represent the results, we use the concepts of U. Grenanders patterns theory. To solve the problems of synthesis (design) and analysis we use a single methodology of pattern representation using models of their components, circuits (configurations) made up of them and images of production objects. The decomposition method is based on the analysis of the controlled object in the context of the graph theory and the separation of strong components in the matrices of the electrical connections of the elements. The scheme is divided into separate functional modules, each module including a functionally complete part of the scheme that forms the basis of designing tests for discrete circuits of objects.

The data on carbon stock and its distribution on the main pools in the ecosystem are presented for mature pine forest bilberry type in the middle taiga. The ecosystem of mature pine forest bilberry type concentrates 158.2 t C ha–1. Upper 1 m soil layer contribute 53 %, phytomass – 44, coarse woody debris – 3 % to total carbon stock. Net primary production is determined. Input of stand is 70 %, ground cover – 30 %. It is found active accumulation of wood. It forms about 36 % of biomass production. Litter fall and it distribution on separate fraction are characterized. Litter fall ranged from 1.13 to 1.53 t C ha–1. It is equal 3–5 % of forest floor mass. The tree plants are generating the most part of litter weight. Needless and leaves play the key role in litter of stand. Inactive fraction (branches, cones) are characterized by big inter-annual variation in litter fall production due to changing weather conditions during study period. Dynamic soil temperature is described on lower boundary of forest floor. We estimate that during growing season carbon flux from soil surface is 2.28–3.21 t С ha–1.

The paper aims at analyzing the differences in the level of Russian regions social well-being in 2004–2014. The objectives of the research are the assessment of the regional social well-being; evaluation of the interregional inequality and the degree of regions convergence/divergence in social well-being; estimation of the factors contributed to it. The social well-being is presented as a four-factor multiplicative model, based on the A. Sen extended function, which includes GDP per capita, share of personal incomes in GRP, cost of living index in the region and intra-regional income inequality. We evaluate the degree of interregional inequality in social well-being on the basis of generalized entropy indices (Theil index and Theil-Bernoulli index). The authors determined a contribution of factors to the interregional inequality according to the Duro-Esteban inequality decomposition technique. According to our hypothesis, the interregional differences decrease as we go from GRP per capita towards nominal and real income and social well-being of regions due to three compensation effects: distributive one, cost of living and intraregional inequality. The dynamics of these effects defines the character and extent of convergence. As a result of the research, we constructed the map of Russian Federation regions by social well-being, and discovered interregional differences in dynamics. Weighted entropy indices allowed to reveal the turning point in the tendency of the accelerated convergence of the Russian regions in 2009, and according to the unweighted entropy indices, there is a smooth turn to divergence in 2011. We determined the contribution of four factors and three crossings of the model in the formation of interregional differences by social well-being in statics. In dynamics, we revealed the positive impact on the convergence by production and distribution factors and the negative impact on it by the factors of cost of life and intraregional inequality. The obtained results are applicable to the assessment of the effectiveness of the regional policy and interbudgetary equalization and to the development of the measures to improve it.

A dynamical model describing the biological wastewater treatment process, taking into account the variability of the activated sludge biomass structure, is proposed. Where biomass turnover time is short, fast-growing microorganisms, consuming easily oxidizable substances, prevail in activated sludge. In such conditions, slowgrowing microorganisms, consuming poorly digestible substances, do not get enoughtime to become part of the biomass. As a result, such substances are discharged undecomposed. If the biomass turnover time is sufficiently large, then slow-growingmicroorganisms get established in the digester, augmenting the diversity of species. A method of dynamical decomposition developed by one of the authors is applied to model the above phenomenon. This method permits to represent the process asa sequence of relatively simple models which follow one another according to the conditions of process behavior. A method for stabilization of the biological treatment process has been developed.

The relevance of the research is caused by the necessity of the efficient definition of complex one-parameter generalized inverse matrices of Moore and Penrouse, which are often used when solving various science and engineering problems, and for its special case, definition of real generalized inverse matrices which are widely used in different geo-informational systems. The main aim of the research is to develop the constructive analytical and numeric-analytical methods of determining complex one-parameter generalized inverse matrices of Moore and Penrouse. Methods of research. The author has applied the methods of linear algebra, methods of theory of matrices as well as the direct and reverse differential transformations of G.E. Pukhov, which differ from the well-known integral transformations in the fact that passing from the originals' domain to the domain of its representation is generally implemented on the basis of a more simple operation - differentiation (in comparison with the integration at integral transformations) and the reverse pass is implemented based on a simple operation - addition (in comparison with the integration at integral transformations). Results. The author proposed the constructive analytical and numeric-analytical methods to dermine complex one-parameter generalized inverse matrices of Moore and Penrouse The analytical methods are based on the proposed decomposition matrix-pattern presentations, whereas numeric-analytical methods are based on joint use of these presentations and differential transformations. When the analytical methods are in practice applicable for small size matrices discussions and their simple analytical elements, then numeric-analytical methods are applicable for general case. On the other hand, actually the solution of the initial continuous problem brings to the solution of some recurrent chain of a series of discreet problems with numerical solutions (at the first stage of computations), and then to restoration of the continuous problem solution of the continuous problem on their basis (at the second stage of computations). The mentioned circumstances define the simplicity of realization of numeric-analytical methods by implementation of the modern means of information technologies.

Large-scale use of computers and communication (information) networks, the transition to increasing the amount of processing information and expanding the range of users in all spheres of modern society (political, military, economic, social and financial) lead to qualitatively new opportunities. The modern process in the field of information networks has led to the development of numerous methods designed to optimize the structures of information networks. When developing traffic for information transmission in networks, it is necessary to take into account the construction of information flow structures, which are determined by quantitative, topological, qualitative and time factors. The main criterion is to maximize the sum of the ratios of the effects of interaction of local networks to the cost of their interaction. The aim is to quantitatively optimize the information structures of local networks. It is proposed to present the main criterion in the form of a hierarchy of local criteria, and to decompose the development task into a number of local tasks. The basis of decomposition is the relationship between local optimization criteria and hidden factors. The optimization of structures by a quantitative factor is carried out in the local problem of calculating rational objects of information. Rational volume must meet the requirements of completeness of information, which becomes an important task for the consumer. The results obtained in this work allow to perform quantitative optimization of information structures of local networks. To perform it, the problem of maximizing the sum of the ratios of the effects of interaction of local networks to the cost of their interaction is solved and the procedure for its calculation is developed. The optimization method for the Steiner pipeline network based on dynamic decomposition.

The study focuses on the Russian regions’ disparities in the level of budget expenditures per capita and their dynamics. The paper assesses contribution of main factors and their correlation, as well as the stages of budget process, to the regional imbalances in the public sector. The author also presents regions’ budget expenditures per capita in a form of five-factor multiplicative model which at the same time demonstrates the sequence of the stages of budget process. To estimate regions’ inequality in budget expenditures and other related variables the researcher employs the Theil - Bernoulli index which is sensitive to excessive poverty. Its decomposition, made on the basis of the Duro and Esteban technique, allows evaluating the structure of inter- regional disparities in the public sector. The results include following: 1) static assessments of the factors contribution to the regions’ convergence in budget expenditure per capita at the stages of GRP production, receipt and distribution of taxes among levels of budget system, the stages of attraction of inter-budgetary support and budget deficit financing; 2) dynamic assessments of the factors contribution to regions’ convergence / divergence in the level of budgetary expenditure per capita for 9 years. The findings may be useful in optimizing the policy of inter-budgetary equalization in Russia
