Over the past few years the popularity of blockchain technology has grown significantly. It is able to make change as the economic environment, as also identifying new approaches to business management. The paper is devoted to innovative aspects that appear and have a tendency to develop in the field of accounting and audit due to the blockchain technologies development. This technology can affect entire industries, and especially the financial sector. The decision to use blockchain in combination with appropriate data analytics can help in accounting processes, as well as in conducting daily transactions involved in the audit. The transition to a financial system with a significant element of the blockchain opens up many opportunities for the profession of an accountant and the skills of the auditor will be focused more on concerning issues of a higher level. The methodological base of the study includes the theory of accounting and auditing, as well as the principles of operation of blockchain technologies in the aspect of their application in finance. The study overviews the main trends in the development of blockchain technology in accounting and auditing based on foreign scientific studies, as well as reviews of blockchain practices in articles by various scientists. The result of this research is an analysis of blockchain technologies in the finance field. The study depicts conclusions about the degree of applicability of this technology in the Russian Federation, reflects the main problems, risks and benefits from the introduction of this technology. This paper may promote an interest to the current professionals in the accounting and auditing field, as well as to professionals working in the range of building data exchange systems between employees involved in working with finances.

В статье освещены вопросы разработки технологии получения мясорастительных продуктов питания с подробным изучением функционально-технологических свойств фарша. Целью исследований являлась разработка новой рецептуры для производства комбинированных продуктов из растительного и животного сырья и подбора оптимального количества добавляемой влаги для достижения наилучшей консистенции. По разработанной технологии была произведена экспериментальная выработка образца на основе сбалансированного соотношения основных пищевых компонентов. Были проведены производственные испытания выработки продукта. Оценка качества по органолептическим и физико-химическим показателям готового продукта проводилась по общепринятым методикам. ВСС продуктов составило 91,7%, ВУС составило 81,6%, а ЖУС – 64,8%. Подобрано оптимальное количество добавляемой влаги, для получения сочных и устойчивых продуктов с наилучшей консистенцией, наиболее близкой к традиционным мясным продуктам, которое составило 20%. Содержание белка составило не менее 16,5%, жира – 17,7%, углеводов – 3,47%, влаги – 58,5%., The article describes the development of technology for the production of meat-and-vegetables mince food products, with a detailed study of the functional and technological properties of minced meat. The aim of the research was to develop a new formula for the production of combined products of vegetable and animal raw materials and to select the optimal amount of added moisture to achieve the best consistency. Based on the developed technology, a sample was obtained on the basis of a balanced ratio of the main food components. Performance tests of product manufacture were carried out. The quality assessment of the organoleptic and physico-chemical rates of the finished product was made in accordance with generally accepted methods. BCC of products was 91.7%, BCS was 81.6%, and SWS was 64.8%. The optimum amount of added moisture is established to produce juicy and sustainable products with the best consistency, which would be closest to traditional meat products, which was 20%. For enterprises of the metallurgical industry, the task of increasing the operational life of drawing mills is urgent. The reasons for a significant decrease in the resource and an increase in the number of equipment downtime are related to the operational problems. Downtime due to emergency equipment failures account for up to 45 % of the mill's operating time per month. The paper considers the drive scheme of the drawing mill and analyzes the loss of time to restore its working condition. It is shown that the replacement of a cylindrical gearbox with a gearshift mechanism and a bevel gear with a planetary gear motor equipped with a frequency converter will increase the productivity of the drawing mill by reducing emergency equipment downtime. © 2022 National University of Science and Technology MISIS. Целью настоящей работы является анализ текущих проектов Мирового Энергетического Агентства (МЭА), направленных на изучение потенциала для снижения затрат на производство новых видов биотоплива, с точки зрения методологии, статуса и первых результатов. В результате было выявлено, что как методологическую основу проекты МЭА используют нисходящий подход к анализу первичных данных (top-down), теорию кривых обучения для прогнозирования и классический проектный анализ. В качестве основных методов исследования используют экспертные опросы, мета-анализ первичных данных, анализ чувствительности проектов. Основные результаты проектов МЭА свидетельствуют о том, что несмотря на существенный потенциал снижения затрат при производстве многих видов биотоплив, достичь ценового паритета с традиционными видами топлива, основанными на углеводородах, в среднесрочной перспективе не удается., The purpose of this work is to analyze the current projects of the World Energy Agency (IEA) aimed at exploring the potential for reducing the cost of producing new types of biofuels, in terms of methodology, status and first results. As a result, it was revealed that, as a methodological basis, IEA projects use a top-down approach to the analysis of primary data (top-down), the theory of learning curves for forecasting and classical project analysis. Expert surveys, meta-analysis of primary data, and sensitivity analysis of projects are used as the main research methods. The main results of the IEA projects indicate that despite the significant potential for cost reduction in the production of many types of biofuels, it is not possible to achieve price parity with traditional fuels based on hydrocarbons in the medium term. The peculiarities of activity of the organizations of the confectionery industry have been revealed and grouped by the individual-organisational and industrial criteria. The influence of each feature found on the elements of the management accounting system has been determined. The option of organizing responsibility centers of organizations of the confectionery industry has been proposed. Building a management accounting system, taking into account the identified features, ensures its effective functioning and improves the quality of management decisions, as well as profit growth and cost reduction.

В работе проведен анализ действующей системы управления запасами ООО «ЗДТ «Ареопаг». На основании анализа сформирован перечень критериев для модели управления запасами. Изучены существующие решения в области управления запасами и подобрана Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ под перечень критериев модель. В соответствии с выбранной моделью произведены расчеты оптимального уровня запасов, ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ уровня запасов и размера партии поставки. Проведен сравнительный анализ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² с отчетными данными. Определена эффективность от использования выбранной модели управления. Разработаны требования к программному обеспечению для автоматизации процесса управления запасами. Подготовлен план мероприятий для внедрения предложений по совершенствованию. Для управления проектом был использован логико-структурный Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´: проведен анализ Ð·Ð°Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÐµÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð½, построено дерево проблем и дерево целей, создана логико-структурная матрица. План реализации проекта выполнен с помощью программы Microsoft Project. Проведен финансово-экономический анализ и анализ рисков проекта., The paper analyzes the current inventory management system of LLC «ZDT «Areopag». Based on the analysis, a list of criteria for the inventory management model is formed. The existing solutions in the field of inventory management were studied and a model suitable for the list of criteria was selected. In accordance with the selected model, the optimal inventory level, the insurance inventory level, and the batch size of the bid are calculated. A comparative analysis of the results obtained with the reported data is carried out. The efficiency of using the selected control model is determined. Requirements for software for automating the inventory management process have been developed. An action plan has been prepared for the implementation of the improvement proposals. A logical-structural approach was used to manage the project: an analysis of stakeholders, a problem tree and a goal tree, and a logical-structural matrix. The project implementation plan was implemented using the Microsoft Project program. The financial and economic analysis and risk analysis of the project were carried out.

Использование методов оптимизации в энергосистемах имеет важное значение для снижения затрат и потерь в системе. Одним из наиболее важных моментов в процессе является вычислительная стоимость поиска наилучшего решения. Количество ограничений, количество переменных и низкая скорость сходимости оптимизационных алгоритмов – вот некоторые примеры вычислительных затрат. В данной статье представлено исследование вариантов оптимизации с использованием нечеткой логики. Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты процесса нечеткой оптимизации, а затем приводится пример использования оптимизации энергопотребления в энергосистеме. Рассматривается оптимизация тепловых систем зданий в рамках нечеткого математического программирования. Задача нечеткой оптимизации решается аналитически при некоторых допущениях. One of the most important points in the process is the computational cost of finding the best solution. The number of constraints, the number of variables, and the low convergence rate of optimization algorithms are some examples of computational costs. All the advantages of fuzzy logic systems: they are flexible and allow you to change the rules; they even accept inaccurate, distorted and erroneous information; these systems are associated with human reasoning and decision-making, so they are useful in making decisions in complex situations in various types of applications – they can be effectively used to improve the efficiency of power systems and save electricity. This article presents a study of optimization options using fuzzy logic. The theoretical aspects of the fuzzy optimization process are considered, and then an example of the use of energy consumption optimization in the power system is given. Optimization of thermal systems of buildings in the framework of fuzzy mathematical programming is considered. The fuzzy optimization problem is solved analytically under certain assumptions. Данная работа посвящена исследованию факторов, влияющих на деятельность ООО «СанТехТрейд», выявление проблем организации и разработке мер по её финансовому оздоровлению на основе проведённого анализа. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Организационно-экономическая характеристика предприятия. Характеристика и анализ финансовых результатов, бизнес-модели и производственных процессов организации. 2. Комплексный анализ факторов, влияющих на деятельность предприятия. 3. Выявление главных проблем, обуславливающих убыточность деятельности предприятия по результатам проведённого анализа. 4. Разработка мероприятий по решению выявленных проблем. В исследования была охарактеризована деятельность организации, а также был проведён комплексный анализ факторов, влияющих на неё, по результатам которого были выявлены проблемы. Для решения выделенных проблем был разработан перечень мер с целью финансового оздоровления ООО «СанТехТрейд». По результатам проведённых анализа отрасли и дополнительных расчётов эффективности было предложено снизить себестоимость выпускаемой продукции за счёт изменения соотношения материалов в формуле используемой армирующей смеси для ванн и автоматизации одного из этапов производства. А также для обеспечения роста продаж и снижения зависимости от контрагентов был предложен ряд мер по стимулированию продаж изготовляемых ванн и сопутствующих им товаров с учётом выявленных тенденций в потребительском поведении. In order to solve the identified problems, a list of measures was developed for the purpose of financial recovery of LLC "SanTechTrade." Based on the results of the analysis of the industry and additional efficiency calculations, it was proposed to reduce the cost of produced products by changing the ratio of materials in the formula of the used reinforcing mixture for baths and automating one of the production stages. As well as to ensure sales growth and reduce dependence on counterparties, a number of measures were proposed to stimulate sales of manufactured baths and related goods taking into account the identified trends in consumer behaviour. Thus, at the end of the work, a list of comprehensive measures for financial recovery of the enterprise was developed on the example of LLC "SanTechTrade."

(Materials and methods) The elaboration of a centralized unified automated information management system for mobile units and stationary processes incorporates the following components: Automation of the technological process with the possibility of locating every mobile machine, tractor, combiner harvester, any other vehicle, or fixed object in the field; Transferring integrated process parameters to the dispatch center server, transforming these parameters into a convenient form for technologists, agronomists, and managerial staff; Transferring control commands to adjust the process by its performers (operators). (Results and discussion) The authors have developed agricultural production systems of a new generation to ensure the productivity level of agrocenoses with high efficiency of invested funds and the use of landscape capacity. The basic prerequisite here is that the productivity of plants depends, first of all, on the soil content of mineral nutrients with their optimum ratio in each elementary field section, as well as a set of crop protection measures. (Conclusions) Increased production and cost reduction cannot be achieved without the introduction of the latest information­based automated control systems for production processes based on network technologies for gathering, collecting, analyzing relevant data and developing optimal management decisions. Especially important in agricultural production is the intensity rate of machinery utilization, as well as the line balance and consistency of manufacturing processes.

Important decision-making tools in the quality management system of the enterprise in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2000 is the assessment and analysis of the cost of quality of products (services). For efficient operation of the enterprise in the conditions of increasing competition, reducing cost of quality of products (services) is of particular importance. The optimization of this process allows business entities to eventually significantly reduce overall costs, which gives additional competitive advantages and is one of the main conditions to increase profits. The article reflects the author's position concerning the content of these tools; it considers goals of conducting evaluation and cost analysis, define the very specificity of these processes; established service functions in the context of this activity. Much attention is paid to study the potential sources of cost reduction, as well as analysis of the factors that cause the reduction of quality costs. In order to optimize the structure of the elements of cost of quality is proposed to use statistical methods for cost-benefit analysis. For example, a particular industrial enterprises in the region using the method of ABC conducted a statistical analysis of the costs and losses cost of product quality of a particular company and their grouping according to the degree of influence on the total costs of the enterprise, and using the method of XYZ made grouping of costs according to the degree of homogeneity of the analyzed parameters. Thus, the results of the performed studies it was stated that the organization of work on assessment and analysis of the cost of quality should be an essential element of the quality management system and to provide the company's management the adoption of economically justified solutions to be effective in the market.

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является изучение себестоимости продукции и проведение анализа себестоимости продукции, а так же разработка мероприятий по снижению себестоимости продукции. Based on the analysis of external factors of competitiveness of the analyzed organization, the main competitors of JSC "GSK" were identified, and based on the analysis of internal factors – the strengths and weaknesses of the Corporation. An anticrisis management strategy has been developed, the main objective of which is to find opportunities to reduce costs and carry out appropriate measures to reduce them. The forecast of financial position of the enterprise from implementation of measures for increase of financial stability and solvency is made. The indicators of liquidity, financial stability and solvency are calculated, the analysis of the property status and performance of the enterprise is carried out. Implementation of anticrisis management measures will improve the financial situation of the enterprise.

The tasks of the work are collecting requirements in the company, building the architecture of the “As is” enterprise, justifying the need for implementation, choosing the right software product, building the architecture of the “To be” enterprise. Based on the results of the work, an electronic document management system was selected and implemented at the enterprise. The implementation has led to a reduction in the labor costs of employees, the company’s costs for office supplies, archive storage services and postal services.

Специалистами института «ТатНИПИнефть» компании «Татнефть» разработана насосная установка для подъема продукции скважин без использования насосно-компрессорных труб, снижающая затраты на добычу за счет применения комплекса нового оборудования. Установка осуществляет подъем пластовой жидкости непосредственно по эксплуатационной колонне, позволяет упростить, ускорить и удешевить освоение скважин, проводить ремонты без использования подъемного агрегата и привлечения бригады подземного ремонта скважин или капитального ремонта скважин. Сама технология беструбной эксплуатации скважины установкой с электроцентробежным насосом была реализована ПАО «Татнефть» на скважине 38031г 303 залежи в НГДУ «Лениногорскнефть». Суть разработки заключается в том, что на устье скважины устанавливают геофизический подъемник, используемый непосредственно для спуска и подъема электроцентробежного насоса (ЭЦН), и автонаматыватель – для намотки силового кабеля УЭЦН. Монтаж ниппеля и ЭЦН производится при помощи подъемного крана. Насосный агрегат в сборе с силовым кабелем спускают в скважину на канате и сажают на пакер. К преимуществам данной технологии относятся удешевление работ по подземному ремонту скважин при смене насоса, исключение затрат, связанных с заменой и ремонтом насосно-компрессорных труб, снижение вероятности повреждения силового кабеля при спуско-подъемных операциях. Приведенные особенности обеспечивают снижение эксплуатационных затрат. Увеличение дебита нефти достигается за счет снижения обводненности. Экономический эффект достигается за счет отказа от использования насосно-компрессорных труб и ремонтных бригад., This work presents a pumping unit for tubingless well operation developed by research engineers of TatNIPIneft – PJSC TATNEFT. The wellstream is lifted through the production string. The electrical subsurface centrifugal pump is used for pumping. The technology for tubingless well operation using ESP was originally used in Well No. 38031 by LeninogorskNeft NGDU. At the wellhead, a logging hoist for tripping of electric submersible pump and automatic winder for winding of ESP feeding cable are installed. A hoisting crane is used to install nipple and ESP. The assembled pumping unit is run in hole on a wireline and is set on a packer. Among the advantages of the new technology are saving expenses on well servicing, replacement and repair of tubing strings, reduced risk of cable damage while tripping. Определены факторы влияния статей затрат на структуру себестоимости, и разработаны мероприятия по ее снижению. In analytical part the main technical and economic indicators, financial performance are calculated and the analysis is carried out them.
