Предмет ВКР: современные системы управления контентом. Проведен анализ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð² ООО «Тигрис Груп». Определены основные современные системы управления контентом и критерии Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¸. Была выявлена оптимальная система для текущей деятельности предприятия и проведена оценка целесообразности использования предложенной системы. Область применения результатов ВКР. Результаты применимы к наукоемким производствам с непрерывными процессами планирования и контроля сбытовой деятельностью при помощи веб-разработок. Выводы. Тема ВКР: «Организация, планирование и управление процессами локализации производства прицепной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ для перевозки Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð°Ð±Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ·Ð¾Ð² с внедрением Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹Â». Цель ВКР: раскрытие процесса локализации производства и анализ экономического эффекта. Методы проведения ВКР: теоретический анализ и классификация, анализ и изучение документации и процессов, экономико-математический метод оценки экономической эффективности. Results apply to high-tech industries with continuous planning processes and management of production localization processes with the introduction of advanced technologies Conclusions. In general, I consider the localization of production of an enterprise for the production of trailers for the transportation of KTG promising. The organizational structure and quality management system of Goldhofer AG shall be adopted as the basis for the management structure of localized manufacturing enterprises.

The main problem of production planning at the enterprise for the processing of non-ferrous metals is a large range of alloys with limited smelting and casting capacities. In this case, it is necessary to connect the cast alloys with the rest of the production in order to balance the capacities of the processing units for rhythmic, uninterrupted and coordinated work. From the validity and accuracy of intra-workshop planning, timeliness, breadth, completeness and reliability of accounting at the enterprise directly depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of its activities in general. Since enterprises for the deep processing of non-ferrous metals have a large number of production sites and technological conversions, for each of which it is necessary to constantly plan production indicators. At the same time, this system should ensure the turnover of metal in a closed metallurgical cycle, prevent the possibility of downtime or overload of existing equipment, personnel, as well as the release of the final product within the time period set by the customer. Thus, the relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous planning of production activities that ensure the growth of financial results and reduce the cost of production. Основной проблемой планирования производства на предприятии по глубокой переработке цветных металлов является большой спектр сплавов с ограниченными плавильно-литейными мощностями. При этом необходимо связать отливаемые сплавы с остальным производством для балансировки мощностей перерабатывающих подразделений для ритмичной, бесперебойной и слаженной работы. От обоснованности и точности внутрицехового планирования, своевременности, широты, полноты и достоверности учета на предприятии напрямую зависит результативность и эффективность её деятельности в целом. Поскольку предприятия по глубокой переработке цветных металлов имеют большое количество производственных участков и технологических переделов, то для каждого из которых необходимо постоянно планировать производственные показатели. При этом данная система должна обеспечить оборачиваемость металла в замкнутом металлургическом цикле, предотвратить возможности простоев или перегрузки имеющегося оборудования, персонала, а также выпуск конечного изделия в установленные заказчиком сроки. Таким образом, актуальность темы исследования заключается в необходимости постоянного планирования производственной деятельности, обеспечивающего рост финансового результата и снижения себестоимости выпускаемой продукции.

У статті обґрунтована необхідність використання в управлінні виробничою діяльністю морських портів аналізу й прогнозування тренд-сезонних процесів. Наведені статистичні дані, що показують істотне зменшення вантажообігу портів Азовського моря у період льодової обстановки. Дано визначення поняття фактору сезонності, під яким розуміється регулярне періодичне настання певних погодних умов, пов'язаних зі зміною пори року. Підкреслюється, що сезонність виражається у вигляді коливальних процесів, які описуються в економіко-математичних дослідженнях індексами й коефіцієнтами сезонності. Розроблений спеціальний підхід до формування інформаційної бази, що враховує різноманітні форми виробничої діяльності порту в умовах льодової обстановки, що задовольняє вимогам безперервного планування й регулювання роботи порту. Запропонований і вдосконалений апарат статистичного прогнозування, що включає всі стадії обробки динамічних рядів: аналіз сезонних процесів, прогнозування сезонної хвилі й побудову довірчих інтервалів, В статье обоснована необходимость использования в управлении производственной деятельностью морских портов анализа и прогнозирования тренд-сезонных процессов. Seasonal fluctuations are rather complicated -they are generated in one navigation area, transmitted to others, transformed and keep moving on calling forth subsequent fluctuations and interfering with sea transportation. From the point of view of this analysis seasonal prevalence is expressed in the form of oscillatory processes. In statistical researches seasonal prevalence indices and factors are used to describe seasonal fluctuations. Various models forecasting seasonal time series have been studied. A special approach to forming the information base and, considering all the activities of the port in the ice conditions, meeting the demands of continuous planning and regulation has been developed. Statistical forecasting including all stages of dynamic series processing has been offered and improved: the analysis of seasonal processes and forecasting of a seasonal wave. Such approach to forecasting can be applied to a wide range of the problems concerning the scheduling of fleet and ports

The primary goal of industrial - operational planning in the port is establishing the volume and character of reloading works for the planned period, distribution of technical and human resources and developing the actions for performance of this amount of works. In the article it is considered mechanism of industrial - operational planning of works of the stevedoring company.In accordance with the considered resource distribution mechanisms in the ship handling in the port are opening up new possibilities in monthly handling plan of ships; ship handling in shift day time; compiling an optimal handling plan for each ship.The functioning of the resource distribution mechanism consists of three stages.I. The main manager of cargo area informs the chief stevedore about resource distribution mechanism (the number of distributed resources, processing requests of chief stevedore and priorities of ships).II. The main stevedore is reporting requests on resources for ship handling.III. In accordance with the established procedure the main manager of cargo area distributes resources between ships.This mechanism is used in all kinds of operational planning in the port that allows to create a single system of continuous planning of ship handling., Основной задачей производственно-оперативного планирования в порту является установление объема и характера перегрузочных работ на планируемый период, распределение технических и трудовых ресурсов и разработка мероприятий для выполнения этого объема работ. В статье разбираются механизмы производственно - оперативного планирования работ стивидорной компании., Основним завданням виробничо-оперативного планування в порту є встановлення обсягу та характеру перевантажувальних робіт на планований період, розподіл технічних і трудових ресурсів та розробка заходів для виконання цього обсягу робіт. У статті розбираються механізми виробничо - оперативного планування робіт стивідорної компанії.

При отсутствии пристального внимания и контроля, «омертвление» оборотных средств в запасах готовой продукции становится неуправляемым процессом. Недостаток финансов приходится компенсировать привлечением дополнительных кредитных средств. При этом займы уменьшают прибыль предприятия на сумму банковских процентов. Однако необходимо отметить, что существуют также доводы в пользу увеличения запасов, поскольку наличие достаточного количества запасов готовой продукции способствует развитию бизнеса, так как увеличивают скорость товародвижения и способствуют немедленному обслуживанию покупателей и удовлетворению клиентского запроса и снижают затраты, связанные с размещением заказов. То есть, необходимо сосредоточиться на планировании запасов готовой продукции. Для осуществления планирования запасов готовой продукции необходим механизм нормирования оборачиваемости запасов готовой продукции, состоящий из этапов: разработка регламентирующего документа; проведение экспресс-теста для подтверждения достоверности полученных данных по нормативам оборачиваемости запасов готовой продукции; внесение в Положение уточнений и корректировок; автоматизация соответствующих процессов; контроль и алгоритм расчета норматива оборачиваемости запасов по статистическому методу, который включает: сбор необходимой информации из бухгалтерской отчетности за определенный период; расчет фактической оборачиваемости запасов по каждому периоду; определение среднего значения оборачиваемости запасов сырья и материалов; определение норматива оборачиваемости запасов готовой продукции. Неизбежные запасы и увеличение числа дней их оборачиваемости свидетельствуют о неэффективном процессе и несбалансированной работе подразделений. Потраченное время и ресурсы для управления запасами должны быть адекватными и соизмеримыми с полученным результатом. Мировая теория и практика свидетельствуют, что научно обоснованное сочетание государственных и рыночных основ регулирования воспроизводственных процессов не только возможно, но и неизбежно и достигается планированием социально-экономического развития. Для разработки современной системы макропланирования большое значение имеет критически переосмысленный и адаптированный к современным условиям советский опыт в области планирования. В обобщенном виде можно отметить, что в советской научной литературе был сформирован научный инструментарий планирования, система его категорий, определены соответствующие им формы и методы планирования. В практике территориального управления широко использовался балансовый метод, «трехзвенная система непрерывного планирования», разрабатывались теория рационального размещения производительных сил.
