Relevance. Electric power steering of vehicles successfully competes with hydraulic boosters of similar purposes, showing high efficiency, energy saving and environmental friendliness. Aim. To study and research electromechanical processes of electric power steering system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor. Methods. Mathematical and numerical modeling using the Matlab/Simulink software package. Results. The article discusses the operating modes of an electric power steering based on an electric motor with permanent magnets. The authors analyzed two classic schemes for constructing steering systems with electric power steering – with the electric motor placed on the steering column and on the steering rack. Block diagrams of the mechanical and electrical parts of the steering system have been developed. Based on mathematical dependencies characterizing the operating modes of the steering system, a complete dynamic simulation model of the electric power amplifier was obtained on the MATLAB/Simulink platform. Based on a preliminary analysis of control methods and algorithms in the system to solve the problem of control stability, PI controllers with low-pass filters are implemented to regulate the current and voltage of the electric motor depending on the speed of the vehicle and the angle of rotation of the steering wheels. The simulation results were used to design a real electric power steering for a specific vehicle. Conclusions. The complete simulation model of an electric booster based on a synchronous motor with permanent magnets in a car steering system obtained by the authors adequately reflects the dynamic control processes and can be used in the design of automotive vehicles.

3. Studying the conceptual model of the controller in a software-defined network

Background. The central element in a software-defined network (SDN) is a controller that plays a key role in the management and control of network devices. There was a need to research and develop a conceptual model of the SDN controller as the most important part of the network. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of SDN controller in the AnyLogic program to evaluate the efficiency of data transmission. Materials and methods. This paper examined the performance, resource management efficiency and security of the simulation model. The physical components of the network such as device resource, switching and control nodes are briefly described. An algorithm for traffic distribution, resource management, and control and security functions is developed. The operation of the circuit with the SDN controller is debugged, data is measured, and network performance shortcomings are found. The solution to these shortcomings is to increase the network throughput by increasing the capacity of network equipment. Various tests and evaluation of the performance, efficiency, and stability of SDN controllers and their impact on the network infrastructure were carried out. Results. Setup, configuration of SDN controller network was done. Network with different bandwidths were investigated. Delays and overflows with a set number of incoming packets were identified. Due to the software-defined network with separate control, control and fast configuration of components is possible, it was shown in the experiments. Conclusions. The conceptual model of the SDN controller circuit was considered. But on its basis the positive and negative sides of the scheme with SDN controller have been revealed, and the solution for increasing the network capacity has been revealed.

Purpose: the development of a system for automatic control of car loading, which will be able to combine separate nodes into one common system to ensure greater control and reliability of the process. Research methods are grapho-combinatorial. Methodology: the research is justified by a logical synthesis based on the hardware of embedded control systems, programming in the language of functional blocks of the MEK61131-3 standard. Results: the requirements for the structure of the automation system of coal loading complexes were formulated, the basic automation equipment was selected, and the control algorithms were determined. Based on the requirements for the automation system, a functional scheme and its technical implementation of the automation of coal loading complexes as a single control system were developed. The algorithm was developed and subsequently the SAC program of the local system was developed, which was able to show its performance in the "Owen Logic" environment. This made it possible to adjust and select the correct coefficients and possible calculated data. Scientific novelty: the development of a functional model of the coal loading complex and the use of wireless communications, aimed at combining fragmented local systems into one common one to ensure greater control and reliability of the process. Practical significance: the functional and structural model of the coal loading complex will allow to increase its level of automation, reliability and efficiency of operation, to eliminate the shortcomings of the technical fragmentation of the system and to prevent significant material, time and economic costs for setting up the system.

- Abstract
This paper is devoted to the construction of routes for evacuation of employees from the building in case of an emergency situation. Fire extinguishing and fire control system as well as public address and evacuation systems are considered. Graph theory is applicable to construct optimal evacuation routes. There are also many solution methods suitable for practical use. Computer software "Program for building routes for evacuation of employees from the building in case of emergency" was developed. It is designed to calculate evacuation routes for employees of institutions or residents of high-rise buildings in case of an emergency situation. 6. Synthesis of a parametrically invariant servo drive using the model parameters recovery method

RELEVANCE. Servo drives operate with a law of change of the setting action unknown in advance and provide reproduction of this law by the output coordinate. Servo drives find application in robotic and mechatronic systems, machine tools, systems of automatic control and remote transmission of information, radar stations, guidance units, etc. The operation of servodrives often proceeds in conditions of instability parameters and characteristics elements of the electric drive. Corrective devices synthesized by classical methods of automatic control theory cannot cope with providing the specified accuracy of reproduction of the input signal and the required quality of transients. THE PURPOSE. In this regard, an important and urgent task is the synthesis of an active correction system with a non-stationary controller that provides the required quality and accuracy of the control process due to the coefficient self-tuning algorithm. METHODS. When solving this problem, methods for identifying parameters based on the gradient algorithm and numerical integration of the object of study dynamics equations, implemented by means of the MatLab software environment, were used. RESULTS. The paper solves the problem of synthesizing the self-tuning algorithm for the coefficients of the servo drive corrective device based on the identification approach. The parameters are identified by a searchless gradient algorithm while minimizing the discrepancy between the object of study and its inverse model, as well as restoring the coefficients of differential equations using integration and the corresponding computational procedures. An servo drive with negative position feedback is tuned to the modular optimum with a proportional controller whose coefficients are completely determined by the parameters to be identified. The self-tuning algorithm consists in calculating the correction factor of the non-stationary P-controller and forming a multiplicative channel of the active correction closed loop. CONCLUSION. The simulation of the electric drive in the MatLab software environment showed high accuracy and quickness of the process identifying parameters in a wide range of their change. When forming an active correction contour, a necessary requirement is to distinguish between the identification cycle and the self-tuning cycle. This makes it possible to avoid singular perturbations and reduce resonant facts during the operation of a parametrically invariant electric drive. The developed method of active correction with a priori known and unchanged structure of the object model of study makes it possible to maintain the required accuracy and quality of the operation of the electric drive under conditions of parametric disturbances with permissible deviations of accuracy and quality indicators. Implementation of the method does not require additional equipment, organization of special test signals, significant computational costs. The method of synthesizing a parametrically invariant electric drive can be used to develop robust control systems for non-stationary objects, including when the hypothesis of quasi-stationarity is not fulfilled.

THE PURPOSE. Development and analysis of control systems for cargo movement mechanisms that do not contain a speed sensor in their structure. The use of intelligent devices in the implementation of sensorless control systems. The study of the proposed solutions in closed-type systems in order to identify the most optimal option that provides the best performance according to the criteria, in this case, the accuracy of speed testing.METHODS. It is possible to achieve these goals through the use of mathematical modeling carried out in the Matlab Simulink simulation environment.RESULTS. In the study, the analysis of systems containing various kinds of velocity observers in their structure was carried out. The stability of the work of the observers under consideration was evaluated taking into account external disturbing influences – the inter-turn closure mode was considered.CONCLUSION. The use of control systems that do not have sensors in their structure is in demand on mechanisms installed in rooms with a small area, on objects with elevated ambient temperatures and with increased pollution. The study compared systems with a speed sensor, a system containing a non-adaptive observer and systems with neural network observers. Optimal indicators were obtained in a system containing a NARMA-L2 neurocontroller. A combined structure is proposed containing several neuroregulators that are trained for dynamic engine parameters and monitored dangerous modes that may occur in dynamics.

The subject of research is the development and implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) network structures for monitoring and analyzing audio information based on Raspberry microprocessor (MP) and an Arduino controller. The purpose of the article is to detail the process of developing an IoT based audio information monitoring network and evaluate the results. The authors have developed two variants of IoT structures for monitoring and analyzing audio and voice information. The IoT network includes a sound sensor (microphone), a unit for analyzing the information received from it and a decision-making module. A diagram of the first IoT structure for assessing the sound level based on the MP and controller is given.The algorithm of IoT network functioning for the analysis of voice information is detailed. It includes receiving information from the microphone, transmitting this information to the MP, processing it according to certain rules, forming a solution by the controller and issuing recommendations to a user. The algorithm is implemented in the IoT network, which includes a microphone, Raspberry MP, Arduino controller, software, applications for the operator.A prototype of the IoT network was created for the analysis of voice information and experiments were conducted to test its functioning. The audio recognizer was trained using various audio samples. The voice sound analysis system was tested in four scenarios: with a large and small amount of background noise, loud and quiet voice. Analysis of the results of the experiment showed that the voice sound analysis system works better when the voice is loud, as well as in a place where the situation is with minimal background noise.

9. Automatic control system for walking dragline excavator digging

This paper presents the results of the development of automatic control systems for walking dragline excavator digging process. The process enables operational productivity to be enhanced through optimizing digging process. This also prevents extreme loads on machinery and hoist cable deflection. The paper also describes mathematical models of the electric drives of the main excavator machinery which form the bucket motion and the model of cable length change. Further the study will analyse the tructure of the control system and the automatic digging algorithm. Computer modeling findings are also described to confirm the operability of the automatic digging algorithm. Computer simulation of the processes in electric drives of main machinery of a walking dragline in digging operations was performed by means of SimInTech software. The automatic control system optimizes digging trajectory with very fast penetration with permissible overregulation following digging at a constant cut depth. The integrated system of dragline operation process control is practically independent due to the following factors: the automatic digging control system in combination with automatic systems for transporting the loaded bucket to dump and the empty bucket to the face; the automatic main machinery overload protection systems; and the system of control over safe bucket movement in the dragline working space.

Background. The paper considers the use of multi-position regulation in medical technology. It is shown that multi-position regulation is used in sterilization systems for processing medical instruments. Materials and methods. To study the processes of multiposition regulation, a laboratory setup was developed based on the Smart Base profi PEP Modular Computer controller. In the ISaGRAF 3.32 development environment, in the language of functional block diagrams FBD (Function Block Diagram), a program was created that implements a four-position temperature control system in the chamber of a laboratory setup. In the Matlab (Simulink) software environment, the process of temperature control in the installation chamber is implemented. Results. As a result of the considered research methods, it was proved that during the heating of the chamber and the action of disturbances, all 3 stages of energy supply work. During the sterilization period, when temperature maintenance is necessary and a small amount of energy is required, only the last low power stage operates. Conclusions. The advantage of multi-position control systems in comparison with the two-position control method is shown.

The issues of automation of production processes are currently not losing their relevance. Many existing devices and systems operate in manual or semi-automatic mode, which leads to known problems. The methods of connecting system elements and the choice of protocols for transmitting signals between them are quite well-established, however, due to the emergence of new devices and communication channels with improved characteristics, the issues of choosing methods and algorithms for the operation of such systems require modification. As a criterion for the quality of the constructed system, an assessment of the reliability of the system is used, provided that the specified time constraints on the performance of the main tasks are met. The elements of novelty of the presented solution are the use of domestically produced equipment at all stages of the system operation, as well as some solutions for the choice of communication channels and signal transmission protocols. Note that the main elements of novelty relate to the software implementation of the system, the description of which is beyond the scope of this article and is planned to be published in a separate work. Purpose. The aim of the work is to develop the structure of an automated control system for a stone crushing plant. Methodology. The work uses the methods of systems analysis, the theory of signal transmission and the theory of algorithms. Results. The use of the presented solution made it possible to implement a simpler and more efficient hardware and software model of the control system, which will reduce the number of failures of various subsystems of the stone crushing plant. In addition, some new features have been introduced, such as the ability to remotely control and receiving data to accounting software. Practical implications. The obtained results are advisable to be applied by production entities carrying out activities, one of the elements of which is the use of crushing plants and complexes.

12. Optimization of Wastewater Treatment Process on Energy Costs at Truck and Tractor Washing Posts

The paper considers a process pertaining to purification of oily effluents while using electrocoagulation, electro-flotation and an electromagnetic hydro-cyclone, implemented with the help of a laboratory unit (Patent of the Republic of Belarus for the invention No 21229). The investigations have been carried out with the purpose to optimize specific energy consumption for the process of cleaning fuel and lubricants effluents. The following investigation methods have been applied – a literature review, a comparative analysis, an experiment execution, a mathematical modeling. Content of oil products in wastewater before and after treatment has been evaluated in the analytical laboratory of the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University in accordance with standard methods. Purification of the oily effluents has been made with the help of a laboratory unit while using electroflotocoagulation method with removal of floated sludge in an electromagnetic hydrocyclone. This cleaning method makes it possible to increase a degree of water disinfection, provides a closed water supply, rational use of water resources, reduction of harmful effects of pollutants on the environment. An experimental design technique has been worked out and a three-level Box – Behnken design has been implemented in the paper. The problem concerning optimization of the purification process on energy costs has been solved without worsening the required concentration indices of petroleum products in water after treatment . Mathematical models have been obtained and optimal purification modes have been determined at the lowest specific energy costs and with sufficiently high degree of purification. Significance of regression coefficients has been estimated by Student criterion. It has been established that while using the proposed unit it is possible to obtain a degree of wastewater purification at automotive equipment washing stations with its performance G = 0.7 l/s, current density j = 150 A/m2. The degree of purification, determined by ratio of pollutant concentrations before and after purification, is up to 99.9 %. The results can be used in implementation of microprocessor control of cleaning mode while taking an initial concentration of pollution, unit capability, current density of an electroflotocoagulator as control action factors.

The relevance of the research is conditioned by widespread use of unregulated sucker-rod pumping units, equipped only with mechanical adjustment tools. Application of that type of units results in considerable losses of both electricity and crude oil related to machine operating in non optimal regime. To solve this problem both new and already exploited sucker-rod pumping units are equipped with means of intelligent control and monitoring, which are included within control stations equipped with frequency converter and controller. Implementation of these tools on sucker-rod pumping units control station controller requires the development of appropriate algorithms to ensure autonomous, high performance, cost-effective and reliable function of plant during all life cycle. The main aim of the research is elaboration of the algorithms for determining pumpjack balance, optimal counterbalance position and polished rod dead centres passing moment. Objects of the research are the sucker-rod pumping unit in different operating modes and pumpjack balance, defined by the counterbalance position on the crank. Methods: mathematical analysis tool of differential equations and transfer functions, computer simulation, comparison and analysis of charts and diagrams. Results. The paper considers the existing ways of pumpjack balance detection and their shortcomings. It turns out that wattmetering is the most available and fail-safe sucker-rod pumping unit condition monitoring method which does not require installation of additional external sensors. The authors have developed the sucker-rod pumping unit computer model for investigating principles and load cycles of unit operation. Based on the data obtained by simulations the authors developed the algorithm of pumpjack balance detection, which can work as sucker-rod pumping unit intelligent control station software ensuring easy control, timely service and cost reduction.

Introduction. The current stage of progress is associated with the development and implementation of intelligent systems and technologies that provide the formation of clear solutions based on fuzzy rules, fuzzy conclusion and fuzzy control. However, the classical control methods work well only with a completely deterministic control object and deterministic environment, but for fuzzy information systems and highly complex control object, fuzzy control methods are optimal. Material and methods. Moreover, the process of decision-making by a person in the management of technological processes is modeled and simulated by a fuzzy controller with a base of rules. In recent years, “fuzzy” control has been successfully used to manage and operate a number of systems. Discussion and results. Therefore, this article is devoted to the consideration of fuzzy logic controller’s application in management systems and existing research methods’ analysis in the field of intelligent control technologies for solving the problems of adaptation of applied models and algorithms to various objects and systems, particularly to the systems for maintaining the microclimate parameters of the building’s life support environment, and also to the basic parameters of increasing the economic efficiency of using the fuzzy logic controller in the control system.Conclusion. Analyzed control methods based on fuzzy logic are applicable to various technological objects and systems. As a further study, it is planned to consider the issues of fuzzy control of various life support systems of a modern building.

18. ECONOMICAL SCHEME-TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS IN AUTOMATION SYSTEMS OF AGRARIAN PRODUCTION

The article analyzes systems of agro-technical production automation by using scheme-technical solutions based on integral micro-schemes of high degree of integration, universal micro-controllers and micro-controlling platform ARDUINO with the open code for programming. A concrete task was chosen for the analysis, i.e. providing comfort conditions in open-air cages for raising sucking pigs in the initial period of their life. The author shows methods of using devices to measure climatic parameters and commutation equipment in order to switch on executive devices of the automatic control system. As a result of testing all solutions being discussed it was found out that in case of mass production of the control system of the same type it is expedient to use universal micro-controller and the control program for it will be designed and adjusted.

For a dynamical system of a plane pendulum with vibration damping, describing the oscillations of the load of a bridge crane on a flexible cable suspension in a separate vertical plane, it is proposed to use a sinusoidal function with an offset to determine the time dependence of the deviation angle of the cargo rope from the gravitational vertical. Varying the acceleration time with a change in the rope deflection angle according to the proposed analytical dependence allows to achieve different speeds of cargo movement in the absence of cargo oscillation mode, as well as various maximum acceleration of the suspension point. An analytical solution is obtained for the problem of suppressing residual oscillations of the bridge crane load that arise after the full acceleration or deceleration of the suspension point of the load on the freight trolley. To derive the dependencies, a method is used to recalculate known analytical dependencies of the angle of deviation of the load line of a bridge crane from the gravitational vertical, depending on the acceleration, speed, and displacement of the suspension point of the load.

As a result of computational experiments on the simulation model of the bridge crane with controller cancellations load fluctuations when it is moved to test trajectories are obtained depending on the indicators characterizing the process of moving from the regulator coefficients. The indicators used by the maximum absolute error of the linear referencing load, the maximum speed of movement of the bridge crane and a cargo truck, the maximum acceleration of the bridge and trolley. Substantiated rational values of the vibration damping control factors, which do not appear self-sustaining self-oscillation of the bridge and trolley.

The structure of a multilevel process control system (MPCS) with the organization of data exchange via a multiport memory based on a modular principle has been developed in this work. The use of a modular principle enables to effectively organize enhancement and modification of a system designed. The structure of the multilevel system for process control includes three levels: data acquisition and control actuators; supervisory level and process control; operator control and decision-making. The key feature of each MPCS level is its hardware and software components along with the problems to be solved by them. Firstly, the level of data acquisition and control actuators enables performing such functions as data acquisition, data accumulation from the sensors and data processing. This level employs hardware and software tools based on the microcontrollers of STM8 family. Secondly, the supervisory level and process control exhibits data acquisition, accumulation process control data, online data processing, forecasting of a behavior of processes and controlled objects. Data processing of this level reduces the volume of data that have to be transferred to the upper level and thereby lowers bandwidth requirements of communication channels. The hardware and software tools of this level must work in real time. Thirdly, at the level of operator control and decision-making the following tasks are performed: data acquisition, data storage and data processing; processing of video streams, recognition of images and scenes in vision systems; decision-making; synchronization of universal time in a distributed system; synchronization of operation of the distributed subsystems; visualization and representation of the implementation process. In addition, this level contains a SCADA system, the main function of which is to create an operator interface and collect data on process control. As a result of the research requirements for exchanging and storing data were formed, the structure of the device to store and exchange data was designed and multi-port memory controller was synthesized. The method of conflict-free parallel data exchange using multi-port memory was improved by matching the intensity of access to data with the intensity of data flow, which allows determining the necessary performance of the random access memory.

The designing of network update algorithms is urgent for the development of SDN control software. A particular case of Network Update Problem is that of restoring seamlessly a given network configuration after some packet forwarding rules have been disabled (say, at the expiry of their time-outs). We study this problem in the framework of a formal model of SDN, develop correct and safe network recovering algorithms, and show that in general case there is no way to restore network configuration seamlessly without referring to priorities of packet forwarding rules.

В статье рассмотрена и исследована модель метода ранней диагностики потерь трафика реального времени в программно-конфигурируемых сетях (ПКС) при передаче разнородного трафика в коммутаторе OpenFlow на основе цветных временных иерархических сетей Петри и с использованием пакета моделирования CPN Tools. Разработаны и описаны подсети Петри, моделирующие основной процесс передачи трафика в ПКС. Проведено экспериментальное моделирование с различной загрузкой коммутатора и сравнение результатов разработанного метода с классическим методом передачи разнородного трафика в ПКС., Introduction. The classic computer network is Ethernet with support for Quality of Service (QoS). The further development of computer networks was the emergence of distributed networks, such as Time-Triggered Ethernet, software defined networks (SDN), cloud computing. The reason for the transition to the development of distributed networks was the limitation of the classical Ethernet computer network for further developments and variations in traffic transmission according to the IEEE 802.1 standard. In SDN the main protocol is OpenFlow, the protocol allows you to process and manage heterogeneous traffic. The main disadvantages of the OpenFlow protocol include a significant increase in the frame search time in the flow tables and a message to the controller about its removal at a late stage of diagnostics until a search occurs in all flow tables, in case of its inconsistency in fields. The aim of the research is improving the efficiency of loss diagnostics of real-time traffic in SDN. Tasks: the construction of a classification of the type of traffic at the switch input, the construction of a Petri subnet of the process of transmitting real-time traffic to the timeout controls in the SDN, the construction of a Petri subnet of the control of hard and idle timeouts, modification of the subnets of the flow table, comparison of the flow with the flow table, experimental modeling with different switch loading and comparison of the results of the developed method with the classical transfer of heterogeneous traffic to the SDN. Methods. A model of the method of early diagnosis of real-time traffic losses in the SDN based on color time hierarchical Petri nets using a free distributed package CPN Tools has been developed and described. The hard timeout and idle timeout control subnets developed recognize the loss of real-time traffic frames at an early stage, and this circumstance allows you to inform the SDN controller about the retransmission of the frame. In connection with the introduction of timeout control by separate subnets, traffic transmission through flow tables is greatly simplified, since there is no control of storage, processing of timeouts using the OpenFlow protocol. Results.An experimental study and comparison of the developed models based on the apparatus of Petri nets was carried out. Measurements of the time from entering the flow table 0 to N and how much time in clock pulses was required to determine the desired rule from the flow table were taken into account. По результатам испытаний были построены графики зависимости температуры рабочей поверхности пластины от времени с момента включения нагревателя. A system of dynamic stabilization of the deflection angle between the tractor and the trailer is proposed by equipping the wheel axle of the trailer with brakes to excite the torque control moment. The control takes place by negative feedback, where the output is the angle of deviation between the trailer and the tractor. The area of ââstability of the object is investigated, as well as its response to the typical excitations of the steering wheels of the tractor. Finally, control systems and the rationality of their application are considered. The proposed stabilization system demonstrates successful results in improving the transient process and also increases the stability area.

Выявлено, что в цехе присутствуют как крупнодисперсные, так и мелкодисперсные частицы марганца и диоксида кремния, основными источниками которых являются руднотермические печи. В состав пыли в рабочем пространстве цеха вошли диоксид кремния, марганец и его соединения, а также оксиды кальция и алюминия, которые являются очень вредоносными для легочной системы работающего в цеху персонала. Разработана система автоматизированной пыле очистки на базе программируемого реле ПР200 и датчиков пыли AirSafe2. Разработана и система сигнализации, информирующая персонал о запыленности и аварии оборудования, и вывод информации о всей системе в SCADA систему предприятия. With the help of special devices for analyzing the concentration and composition of dust, the aerodisperse system of the workshop was analyzed. It was revealed that in the workshop there are both coarse and fine particles of manganese and silicon dioxide, the main sources of which are ore-thermal furnaces. The composition of the dust in the working space of the workshop included silicon dioxide, manganese and its compounds, as well as calcium and aluminum oxides, which are very harmful to the pulmonary system of the personnel working in the workshop. An automated dust cleaning system based on the PR200 programmable relay and AirSafe2 dust sensors has been developed. An alarm system has also been developed that informs personnel about dustiness and equipment failures, and the output of information about the entire system to the SCADA system of the enterprise.

The topic is about workbench creation for control systems trials based on VIPA 300 industrial PLC and model of control object which is implemented in MatLab Simulink program on PC. Connection between controller and the PC is provided by the Advantech PCI-1711 input/output card of discrete and analog signals. Object identification,control system synthesis, creation of control device structure and its parametrical identification, as a rule, is done on a PC in a modelling environment, e.g. in MatLab. But often, using this PC modelling, the hardware and software features of algorithms which were obtained during system synthesis are not considered in a specific industrial PLC.It is considered a good idea to use a composite version where obtained algorithms are tested in a real industrial PLC and control object is substituted by a model which is working on a PC in real time scale. In this case software realization of algorithms in a specific PLC are fully taken into account and substitution of real control object by itsmodel considerably reduces the costs for carrying out experiments and allows to study the system behavior when control object parameters and modes of operation vary greatly. The creation of workbench stipulates several stages: configuration and programming of industrial PLC VIPA 313 SC, installation and configuration of Advantech PCI- 1711 input/output card, tuning of Simulink modelling environment for working in real time scale using Real-Time Windows Target Library, testing of workbench by using constant and harmonic signals of different frequencies. Work results of virtual stabilization system are compared with combined version. In virtual stabilization system PID governor and control object are implemented in Simulink. In combined version control object is still implemented in Simulink and PID governor - in VIPA 313 SC controller (using functional block FB58 from Step7 standard library).

This work is devoted to the development of a control system for a sorting conveyor, taking into account all the necessary for the development of a control algorithm for the number of digital / analog inputs / outputs. In this paper, the ways to improve the productivity and energy efficiency of the sorting conveyor were analyzed. The analysis of each of the methods is carried out and the most effective of them is selected. The device is disassembled, as well as the principle of operation of the experimental stand. The description of the controller and digital input / output module used in the operation is given. The signal part of the control circuit has been developed taking into account the required number of digital / analog inputs / outputs. The connection of the printed circuit board of the conveyor and the controller was made. A control algorithm has been developed in the Tia Portal V11 automation systems software development environment, which allows correct control of all actions of the sorting conveyor. The obtained algorithm was checked. Optimization of the control algorithm has been made, which has increased productivity .

Это достигается путем построения численной модели процесса переноса тепла внутри измерительного блока с учетом пространственной распределенности измерительных ячеек от нагревателя. Также рассматриваются несколько вариантов настройки регуляторов для основного нагревателя измерительного блока дифференциального сканирующего калориметра ДСК500 и микронагревателя эталонной ячейки, из которых выбирается оптимальный с точки зрения быстродействия вариант. The paper solves the problem of setting up a two-circuit automatic temperature control system in the measuring cells of a differential scanning calorimeter when studying the thermophysical properties of explosives. It is achieved by constructing a numerical model of the heat transfer process inside the measuring unit, taking into account the spatial distribution of the measuring cells from the heater. Also several options for setting up regulators for the main heater of the differential scanning calorimeter DSC-500 measuring unit and the microheater of the reference cell were considered, from which the optimal option is selected in terms of speed.

Разработаны алгоритм и программа для контроллера идентификации внутритрубных объектов нефтепроводов. Устройства для идентификации прохождения очистных внутритрубных объектов были установлены на нефтепроводе ОАО «Гомельтранснефть Дружба» на КП 16, 59, 105 трассы «Мозырь–Адамово». Полученные результаты позволяют судить о высокой точности идентификации проходов внутритрубных устройств при использовании разработанной математической модели, алгоритма и устройства. Таким образом, применение разработанного устройства целесообразно на контрольных пунктах участков нефтепровода с высоким уровнем грунтовых вод, негативно влияющих на надежность работы ультразвуковых сигнализаторов, в качестве дублирующего. An algorithm and a program for the controller of identification of in-line objects of oil pipelines have been developed. The devices for identifying the passage of inline treatment facilities were installed on the oil pipeline of OAO “Gomeltransneft Druzhba” at KPs 16, 59, 105 of the Mozyr–Adamovo highway. The results obtained make it possible to acknowledge the high accuracy of identification of passages of in-line devices using the developed mathematical model, algorithm and device. Thus, the use of the developed device is advisable at control points of oil pipeline sections with a high level of groundwater, which negatively affects the reliability of the operation of ultrasonic signaling devices as a backup.

In describing complex heat-and-power engineering processes, the vast majority of models has the simplification of behavior of the control object. In practice, it does not allow to set the controller promptly, but only to obtain approximate parameters. Moreover, the control objects in power engineering usually operate in maneuvered regimes, changing the load and internal parameters. The purpose of the research is the synthesis of the controller, which would provide the set-up quality indexes of transient processes, regardless of the model inaccuracy or changes of equipment parameters during operation. The advantages of controller with the internal structure were considered, the stability of the closed - loop system is achieved by selecting stable IC-controller. N
∞ -norm was taken as the control error estimate. The quality indexes of transient processes in the system with IC-N∞ controller directly depend on one controller parameter, which makes its setting very easy. The resulting structure of the controller may have two degrees of freedom, which improves the quality of transient processes for different control channels, as there is an opportunity to improve the quality of transient processes independently of one another. On the example of ARS of the steam temperature behind upper radiation part of once-through boiler, simulation modeling and comparative analysis of IC controllers with one and two degrees of freedom was carried out. Using the designed controllers allows to ensure sufficient stability margin while maintaining performance and other quality indexes of the regulation system in the entire operating range of loads of the control object. 46. ANTISURGE MANAGEMENT OF GAS PUMPING UNITS USING POLYVALENT CONTROLLERS.

Based on the experimental data, the study of charts of change in productivity of centrifugal supercharger and change in gas pressure ratio, based on which the transfer function of the centrifugal supercharger of gas pumping unit was derived was conducted in the paper. The method of determining the settings of PID and PIDD2 controller through the parameters of the object transfer function is given. Based on the calculated values, simulation of the process with PID, PIDD2, PIDD2D3, PDD2, PDPD controllers was performed in the Matlab software product, and their optimal settings were determined. During the study of the system using polyvalent controllers it was found that the system performance will increase at: PIDD2 controller by 4.44%, PIDD2D3 controller by 22.67%, PDD2 controller by 89.33%, and PDPD controller by 98.22% compared to PID controller. The analysis concerning the importance of maintaining a given temperature mode of an extruder while manufacturing polymer materials was carried out. An adaptive system of controlling the temperature mode of the extruder in a normal operating mode under conditions of disturbances of different nature was studied. The adaptive control system is based on the autoregressive-moving average model, uses the recursive least-squares method and its modifications for estimating the model parameters. The studies of the adaptive control system were carried out by introducing disturbances into the system operation. Changes of the power consumption of heat, for example, due to the dissipation of mechanical energy, were considered as the disturbances. The proposed control system of the polymer extrusion process has shown high efficiency under conditions of disturbances of different nature, confirmed by the given results of the conducted studies. An adaptive system of controlling the temperature mode of an extruder under normal operation conditions is presented. The analysis concerning the importance of maintaining the given temperature of the extruder when manufacturing polymer materials was carried out. The necessity in applying the principle of adaptation while conducting the process was substantiated. As a controlling object, a single-screw three-zone extruder was used. As a model, the autoregressive-moving average model was proposed. The results of studying the adaptive control system with different methods of identifying the model parameters, basing on the recursive methods of least squares and their modifications, were given. The synthesis and studies of various structures of the adaptive controller were carried out. On the pretext of the conducted studies, the most effective structure of the adaptive control system, which supports the device at the specified temperature level, was proposed. Данная работа посвящена изучению частичных разрядов в кабеле. Были рассмотрены возможности их регистрации и выявлению места повреждения изоляции. В ходе работы решались следующие задачи: 1. Анализ существующих методик по измерению и выявлению частичного разряда. Были сформулированы определения для параметров. Изучение уже существующих способов регистрации частичных разрядов. 2. Сформулирован принцип распространения частичного разряда и описан его физический смысл. Проведено исследование методов измерения частичных разрядов в кабеле. Плюсы и минусы различных методов выявления . 3 .Была разработана методика по регистрации импульсов частичного разряда. Сконструировали лабораторную схему для фиксации частичного разряда. Получили графические результаты. Разработанная схема и методика по регистрации импульса частичного разряда может помочь при выявлении повреждения в кабельной линии. Проблемы, которые могут возникнуть были решены, непосредственно введением оборудования для помехоподавления., This work is devoted to the study of partial discharges in the cable. Possibilities of their registration and identification of the place of insulation damage were considered. During the work the following tasks were solved: 1. Analysis of existing methods for measuring and detecting partial discharge. Definitions for parameters were formulated. The study of existing methods of registration of partial discharges. 2. the principle of partial discharge propagation is Formulated and its physical meaning is described. A study of methods for measuring partial discharges in the cable was conducted. Pros and cons of various detection methods . 3 .Methodology was developed for the registration of partial discharge pulses. We designed a laboratory circuit for fixing a partial discharge. Got graphic results. The developed scheme and method for registering a partial discharge pulse can help in detecting damage in the cable line. Problems that may arise have been resolved directly by the introduction of interference suppression equipment

В данной работе рассматривается разработка автоматизированной системы обработки данных станков с ПУ с использованием ПЛК, на основе выбранной SCADA-системы, объектом исследования являются два станка токарный и фрезерный. Показан процесс их работы, реализован алгоритм обработки данных, получаемых со станков. Разработанная система позволяет выбирать режим работы системы, контролировать параметры технологического процесса такие как, мощность и температура. Показано, как происходит обработка данных, полученных со станков, то есть сравнение их с допустимыми значениями по времени рабочего цикла, заданными нормами на предприятии, приведен вывод полученных данных на графики для анализа показателей технологического процесса. Произведен анализ эффективности данной системы по графику изменения мощности от времени, который показал, что разработанная система обработки данных обеспечивает более стабильную работу комплекса станков., This paper examines the development of automated data processing machines with PU using PLC, based on the scada system, the subject of the study are two machines to-car and milling. The process of their work is shown, the algorithm of data obtained from the machines has been implemented. The developed system allows you to take control of the system mode, to control the parameters of the process such as, power and temperature. It shows how the data obtained from the machines is processed, i.e. comparing them with the allowable values for the working cycle time set by the company, the data are collected on the charts to analyze the performance of the process. An analysis of the efficiency of this system on the schedule of power changes from time, which showed that the developed data processing system ensures a more stable operation of the complex machines.
