Целью исследования был сбор информации об источниках атмосферного загрязнения воздуха в городе Бишкек. Решались следующие задачи: выявление основных источников загрязнения по мере воздействия на атмосферу города. В качестве методов для сбора информации использовались данные Кыргызгидромета и источники интернета по состоянию атмосферного воздуха с точным указанием расположения датчиков. Использовалась карта города, на которой в цвете изображены цифровые данные о показаниях с каждого датчика. Проведенный анализ карты позволяет понимать состояние загрязненного воздуха в определенных его частях. В написании статьи использовались диаграммы состояния воздуха за последние 3 года. А также в статье предложены пути выхода из создавшейся ситуации с решением проблем загрязнения атмосферного воздуха в городе. Необходимо: исследовать на качество угля, сжигаемого жителями частного сектора и ТЭЦ; применить обогащение Кара-Кечинского низкокалорийного бурого угля путем брикетирования с применением добавок; проводить массовую проверку наличия катализаторов автомобилей в Бишкеке. Применять высокие штрафы к водителям за их отсутствие; запретить въезд в город машин без катализаторов, восстановить систему общественного транспорта, убрать маршрутки из города; продолжить озеленение города и усилить контроль за приживаемостью деревьев; провести проверку бань, саун на предмет сжигания твердых бытовых отходов и шин, установить там видеокамеры слежения; изыскать субсидии на внедрение газового отопления в жилмассивах Бишкека; постепенно перевести ТЭЦ на использование газового топлива; прекратить хаотичную застройку города, при строительстве новых зданий в Бишкеке учитывать их энергоэффективность, а также розу ветров; провести разъяснительные работы с жителями частного сектора и жилмассивов о негативном влиянии сжигания бытовых отходов на качество воздуха и здоровье населения; проводить разъяснительные работы с населением о теплоизоляции помещений; рекультивация имеющейся городской свалки и перенос ее на возможно дальнее расстояние от города, ускорение строительства мусороперерабатывающего завода., The purpose of the study was to collect information about the sources of atmospheric air pollution in the city of Bishkek. The following tasks were solved: identification of the main sources of pollution as they affect the atmosphere of the city. As methods for collecting information, data from Kyrgyzhydromet and Internet sources on the state of atmospheric air were used with an accurate indication of the location of the sensors. A map of the city was used, which shows in color digital readings from each sensor. The analysis of the map made it possible to understand the state of polluted air in certain parts of it. In writing the article, air condition diagrams for the last 3 years were used. And also the article suggests ways out of the current situation with solving the problems of air pollution in the city. It is necessary: to examine the quality of coal burned by residents of the private sector and CHP; apply the enrichment of Kara-Kechinsky low calorie brown coal by briquetting with the use of additives; conduct a mass check of the availability of car catalysts in Bishkek. На производственных и производственно-отопительных ТЭЦ невозврат конденсата промышленного отбора в ряде случаев достигает 60 % и более. Для таких станций предложено использовать низкопотенциальные тепловые потоки для подогрева потока подпиточной воды в тепловом насосе. Приведено описание и результаты расчета схемы с паровым обогревом АБТН. Показано, что электрический КПД станции с паровой турбиной ПТ-60 при этом увеличивается на 1,3 % при полном невозврате конденсата. Condensate return rate at CHPs with industrial and industrial- and-heating steam extractions in some cases reaches 60% and more. It is proposed to use low temperature heat flows in heat pumps to heat up the make-up water flow. The thermodynamic system description and calculation results for steam-driven absorption heat pump are given. The electrical efficiency of the power plant increases by 1,3% in case with complete condensate non-recovery.

Традиционная оценка работы ТЭЦ на базе широко известных характеристик, таких как удельный расход условного топлива на выработку электроэнергии и отпуск тепловой энергии не дает полной картины и не всегда применяется корректно. В работе впервые на базе эксергетического метода и соответствующего эксергетического КПД проведена оценка термодинамической эффективности работы ТЭЦ энергосистемы Беларуси. Определены наиболее совершенные ТЭЦ с термодинамической точки зрения. Получена количественная оценка термодинамической эффективности крупных и малых ТЭЦ энергосистемы за годовой, отопительный и межотопительный периоды. Сделан вывод о целесообразности рассмотрения работ по дальнейшей реконструкции ТЭЦ с целью повышения эффективности использования природного газа на ТЭЦ. Traditional assessment CHP based on classical characteristics such as standard fuel specific consumption for electric and heat power generation is not always correct. This paper shows novel thermodynamic effectiveness assessment based on exergy method and exergy efficiency CHP of the Belarussian power grid. Most thermodynamically complete cogeneration power plants of the energy system are defined. The thermodynamic efficiency quantitative assessment of large and small CHPs of the energy system for the year, heating and non-heating periods has been obtained. It is concluded that it is expedient to consider work on the further reconstruction of the CHP in order to increase the efficiency of the use of natural gas at the CHP.

Tasks that were solved during the design: 1) selection of the block diagram of the station, the main electrical equipment, switchgear diagrams; 2) calculation of short circuit currents at characteristic points of the circuit; 3) selection of switching devices, conductors, measuring current and voltage transformers;4)selection of equipment and technical solution for the software and hardware complex of the system for measuring, accounting and controlling the quality of electric energy. Calculations substantiating the decisions made were carried out using the software "Excel", "Mathcad15", "RastrWin3". The graphic part of the work was done in the AutoCad program. The result of the work is a project for the electrical part of the TPP, including an explanatory note with explanatory calculations, drawings of the main electrical connection diagram of the TPP, the design of the 110 kV switchgear, and the block diagram of the software and hardware complex of the automated system.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ маржинальной прибыли ТЭЦ (на примере Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1»)». Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей формирования маржинального Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° ТЭЦ и комплексному анализу маржинального Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° с целью выявления возможностей его повышения. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Анализ ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ и деятельности ТЭЦ на рынке. 2. Характеристика производственной деятельности Первомайской ТЭЦ и особенностей получения Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° на данном предприятии. 3. Разработка методологии расчета маржинального Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ð¢Ð­Ð¦-14 и комплексный анализ формирования маржинальной прибыли за выбранный период. 4. Разработка мероприятий по повышению уровня маржинального Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° на Первомайской ТЭЦ и оценка экономической эффективности проведенного мероприятия. Исследование проводилось на базе Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1». Для аналитической и расчетной части выпускной работы использовалась внутренняя отчетность компании и информация о Ð²Ð½ÑƒÑ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ. Был проведен анализ производственной деятельности ТЭЦ-14 и структуры и динамики себестоимости энергии. Также была разработана методология для расчета маржинального Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° ТЭЦ с учетом количества и особенностей установок. По результатам детального анализа формирования маржинальной прибыли было принято решение о сокращении удельного Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° топлива до минимального за рассматриваемый период и использовании только газа в качестве топлива на котельной. Расчетная часть показала, что общая маржинальная прибыль вырастет на 18,9 %. Таким образом предложения по сокращению удельного Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° топлива и использование только газа в качестве топлива привело к значительным улучшениям показателей эффективности работы ТЭЦ-14., The topic of the final qualifying work: "Analysis of the marginal profit of the CHP (on the example of the Pervomaisk CHP of PJSC TGC-1)". This work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the marginal income of the CHP and a comprehensive analysis of the marginal income to identify opportunities to increase it. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of energy enterprises and CHP activities in the market. 2. Characteristics of the production activity of Pervomaiskaya CHPP and the features of income generation at this enterprise. 3. Development of the methodology for calculating the marginal income of the SEC-14 and a comprehensive analysis of the formation of margin profit for the selected period. 4. Development of measures to increase the level of marginal income at Pervomaiskaya CHP and assessment of the economic efficiency of the event. The study was conducted based on Pervomaiskaya CHPP PJSC "TGC-1". For the analytical and calculation part of the final work, the company's internal reporting and information about the internal processes of the enterprise were used. The analysis of the production activity of CHP-14 and the structure and dynamics of the cost of energy was carried out. A methodology was also developed for calculating the marginal income of the CHP, considering the number and characteristics of the installations. Based on the results of a detailed analysis of the formation of margin profit, it was decided to reduce the specific fuel consumption to the minimum for the period under review and use only gas as fuel at the boiler house. The estimated part showed that the total margin profit will grow by 18.9 %. Thus, proposals to reduce specific fuel consumption and the use of only gas as fuel have led to significant improvements in the performance indicators of CHP-14.

В работе выполнено проектирование электрической части водогрейной котельной. Выбрана оптимальная структурная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° и основное электрооборудование. Рассчитаны токи короткого замыкания. Выбраны электрические аппараты и проводники. Tasks that were solved during the design: 1) selection of the structural scheme of the station, main electrical equipment, switchgear diagrams; 2) calculation of symmetrical and asymmetrical short circuit currents at charac-teristic points of the scheme; 3) selection of electrical devices, conductors, measuring transformers of current and voltage; 4) selection of equipment and technical solutions for the software and hardware complex of the system for measuring, accounting and quality control of electrical en-ergy. The calculations justifying the decisions made were carried out with the help of the software "Mathcad 15", "Excel", "RastrWin3", vector diagrams of currents and voltages during short circuits were built using a complex calculator of the ARM SRZA software package. The graphic part of the work was done in the "AutoCad" program. The result of the work is a project for the electrical part of the CHP plant, includ-ing an explanatory note with explanatory calculations, drawings of the main electrical connections diagram of the CHP plant, the design of the 110 kV switchgear, and the structural diagram of the software and hardware complex of the automated system.

The paper discusses options for district heating systems, including thermal power plants and heat pumps installed in individual heating centers of multi-story buildings. The aim of the work is to evaluate the energy efficiency of the options under consideration and the method of connecting piping to high-temperature return network water with a carbon dioxide heat pump. The goal is achieved due to the fact that one of the evaporators of the heat pump heating the new building or half of the existing building uses heat from return network water or from the first half of the building or from the whole building, and the second evaporator uses the heat of the outdoor air. Moreover, for high-temperature heating schedules, heat is taken out through a two-stage intermediate circuit containing two pumps, 2 heat exchangers and two expansion vessels. Significant results of the work are the developed scheme of the intermediate circuit of the carbon dioxide heat pump, which combines both the possibilities of working in a quantitative heat supply system and in the preparation of hot water for buildings during the non-heating period. The significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the proposed technical solution allows to reduce fuel consumption for thermal power plants, consumers' expenses when paying for their consumed energy resources, increase the number of heat consumers connected to the thermal power plants through the use of heat pumps. The schemes of intermediate circuits of heat pumps for the quantitative law of regulating the operation mode of the heat supply system are also considered.

Целью работы являлось проектирование электрической части ТЭЦ с применением современного оборудования и технических решений. Задачи, которые решались в ходе проектирования: - Выбор структурной схемы станции и основного электрооборудования; - Расчет токов короткого замыкания в характерных точках схемы; - Выбор электрических аппаратов, проводников, измерительных трансформаторов тока и напряжения; - Разработка чертежей главной схемы электрических соединений станции и конструкции распределительного устройства; - Разработка основных технических решений по релейной защите блока генератор-трансформатор. При выполнении работы на основании технико-экономического обоснования выбрана оптимальная структурная схема ТЭЦ, турбогенераторы и силовые трансформаторы, схемы распределительных устройств. По результатам расчета токов трехфазного симметричного короткого замыкания выбраны выключатели, разъединители, кабели, токопроводы, сборные шины, токоограничивающие реакторы, измерительные трансформаторы тока и напряжения. Оборудование проверено по условиям продолжительной работы в нормальном режиме, на термическую и электродинамическую стойкость при коротких замыканиях, выключатели проверены также на коммутационную способность. Был проведен анализ нормативной документации по релейной защите, изучен принцип действия защит и схем их подключения. Результатом работы является проект электрической части ТЭЦ, включающий пояснительную записку с обосновывающими расчетами, чертежи главной схемы электрических соединений ТЭЦ и конструкции распределительного устройства 110 кВ., The aim of the work was to design electrical part of the combined heat and power plant using modern equipment and technical solutions. Tasks that were solved during the design: - The choice of structural scheme of the station and main electrical equipment; - Calculation of short circuit currents at characteristic points of scheme; - The choice of electrical devices, conductors, measuring transformers of current and voltage; - Development of station main scheme of the electrical connections drawings; - Development of basic technical solutions for relay protection of the generator-transformer unit. In process on the basis of technical and economic calculation the optimal structure scheme of CHP, turbogenerators and power transformers, switchgears were selected. Based on the results of calculating the currents of a three-phase symmetrical short circuit, circuit breakers, disconnectors, cables, current leads, busbars, current-limiting reactors, measuring current and voltage transformers are selected. The equipment has been tested under conditions of continuous operation in normal mode, for thermal and electrodynamic resistance during short circuits, circuit breakers are also tested for switching ability. An analysis of standard documentation on relay protection was carried out, the principle of the operation of the protections and their connection schemes was studied. The result of the work is the CHP electrical part project, including an explanatory note with substantiating calculations, CHP main scheme drawings and the design of 110 kV switchgear.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is identification of key performance indicators of CHP to improve the quality of management decisions at the Pravoberezhnaya CHP. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: - industry analysis and study of relevant literature; - technical and economic analysis of the company; - analysis of production activities of the Pravoberezhnaya CHP; - identification of key performance indicators of the Pravoberezhnaya CHP; - offer of measures to improve the efficiency of the CHP. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis PJSC «TGC-1». Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research, data collection and processing. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - a technical and economic analysis of PJSC «TGC-1» was made; - the production activity of the Pravoberezhnaya CHP is analyzed; - a system of key performance indicators for CHP has been developed and justified; - measures to improve the efficiency of the CHP based on key indicators are proposed. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing the proposed measures to improve the efficiency of CHP based on key indicators.

В данной работе мною была рассмотрена возможность модернизации электрической части ТЭЦ, опираясь на существующее ОРУ-110кВ. Отталкиваясь от необходимости увеличения генерирующих мощностей в связи с увеличением числа потребителей, был осуществлен выбор генераторного оборудования. Далее были подобраны соответствующие силовые трансформаторы, способные перераспределять электроэнергию от генераторов. На основании выбранного силового оборудования была составлена схема замещения электрической части для расчетов токов короткого замыкания. Оперируя полученными значениями токов короткого замыкания, был выполнен выбор коммутационного электрооборудования, токопроводящих шин. Также в работу включена часть исследования релейной защиты энергоблока, предполагающая разработку проекта предотвращения и защиты от аварийных и ненормальных режимов работы. Проанализированы основные нормативные документы и техническая литература по данной тематике. Для защиты блока был выбран терминал отечественного производителя НПП «ЭКРА». Был определен состав основных, а также резервных защит элементов. В соответствии с полученными ранее значениями токов короткого замыкания, а также учитывая другие условия, были рассчитаны уставки срабатывания устройств релейной защиты., In this work, I considered the possibility of upgrading the electrical part of the TPP, relying on the existing 110 kV outdoor switchgear. Based on the needs of increasing generating capacities in connection with an increase in the number of consumers, a choice was made of generator equipment. Next, the corresponding power transformers were selected, capable of redistributing electricity from generators. Based on the selected power equipment, an electrical equivalent circuit was compiled for calculating short circuit currents. Using the obtained values of short-circuit currents, the choice was made of switching electrical equipment, conductive buses. The article also includes a part of the research of relay protection of the power unit, which involves the development of a project to prevent and protect against emergency and abnormal operating modes. The main regulatory documents and technical literature on this topic are analyzed. To protect the unit, the terminal of the domestic manufacturer NPP EKRA was chosen. The composition of the main as well as reserve protection elements was determined. In accordance with the previously obtained values of short-circuit currents, and also taking into account other conditions, the settings of the operation of relay protection devices were calculated.

В работе проведена оценка эффективности подогрева подпиточной воды во встроенных пучках конденсаторов при работе паровых турбин по электрическому графику при различных температурах прямой и обратной сетевой воды для двух однотипных турбин, одна из которых имеет подогрев подпиточной воды во встроенных пучках. Показано, что величина удельной экономии теплоты существенно зависит от температуры обратной сетевой воды только при работе второй турбины при степени открытия регулирующей диафрагмы, близкой к нулю. The paper assesses the effectiveness of heating the makeup water in the built-in beams of condensers during operation of steam turbines according to the electrical schedule at different temperatures of direct and reverse delivery water for two similar turbines. It is shown that the values of specific heat saving depends on the temperature of reverse delivery water only when the second turbine is operating with the degree of opening of the sliding grid close to zero.

В работе произведен расчет энергетической эффективности подогрева подпиточной воды во встроенных пучках конденсатора при одноступенчатом подогреве сетевой воды на двух турбинах при работе ТЭЦ по электрическому графику, а также выполнено сравнение эффективности такого подогрева при одноступенчатом и при двухступенчатом подогреве сетевой воды. Для повышения эффективности работы конденсаторов одним из важнейших способов является постоянное поддержание высокой гидравлической плотности. С помощью разработанного алгоритма была проанализирована работа Кировской ТЭЦ-4. По результатам расчётов были выявлены причины повышенного кислородосодержания конденсата в конденсаторе на Кировской ТЭЦ-4, а также был предложен ряд мер, позволяющий устранить превышение показателей до нормативных. To improve the efficiency of condensers, one of the most important ways is to constantly maintain a high hydraulic density. With the help of the developed algorithm, the work of the Kirov CHPP-4 was analyzed. According to the results of the calculations, the causes of the increased oxygen content of condensate in the condenser at the Kirov CHPP-4 were identified, as well as a number of measures were proposed to eliminate the excess of the indicators to the normative ones.

The article deals with the matter of general principles of logistics activities of agricultural enterprises. It is shown that logistics activities focuses on facilitating the needs of customers and are driven by anagement to keep profits up, costs down and the highest level of customer service.

The paper discusses a specific fuel rate in combined heat and electricity production using CHP technology. There are two objectives for calculation of specific fuel rate: a) CHP technical efficiency estimate, b) increasing CHP competitiveness at electricity and district heat markets. Currently, development of a number of thermo-dynamical methods of calculation solves the first problem while to solve the second one there is a number of developed economical methods of calculation. In Russia despite a decade of the wholesale electricity market progress the CHP market offers are still tightly connected with technical efficiency rate. To estimate the technical efficiency rate is widely used the least effective thermo-dynamical method – so called “physical” method”. The paper formulates a problem statement that is the specific fuel rate calculation and reviews the most widely applied methods. The review consists of two parts: in the first the Russian methods are discussed, and in the second one the methods widely used in the countries with highly developed electricity and district heat markets. A new thermo-dynamical method to calculate the specific fuel rate is introduced, which uses the linear characteristic curves of a steam turbine. The developed method allows us to take into consideration the energy inequality of the CHP products. Another advantages of this new method are calculation simplicity and small number of input data. To compare the effectiveness of different methods were introduced comparison rules and also calculations were performed. The comparison of thermo-dynamical methods shows that the most effective methods are an exergy method and also the method that takes into consideration the reduced generation of electricity (work method). Calculation complexity and large number of input data are main disadvantages of these methods. The comparison of economical methods shows that the most effective from stated point of view are a benefit and risk distribution method and a method of the alternative way of heat production. A drawback of these methods is that the volatility of market prices is raised with their wide application. The paper separately discusses results of calculations by “physical” method. It comes to conclusion that application of this the least effective thermo-dynamical method to calculate the cost of CHP products puts the brakes on the progress of market relations in electricity and district heat.

The paper assesses the effectiveness of heating the makeup water in the built-in beams of condensers during operation of steam turbines according to the electrical schedule. Calculated values of specific heat saving at different temperatures of delivery water and different total electric power of two turbines, one of which is heated by makeup water in the built-in beams with the main condenser beams off. It is shown that for all the calculated options, the heat savings are several times lower than the thermal load of the built-in beam. В работе проведена оценка эффективности подогрева подпиточной воды во встроенных пучках конденсаторов при работе паровых турбин по электрическому графику. Рассчитана величина удельной экономии теплоты при различных температурах прямой сетевой воды и различной суммарной величине электрической мощности двух турбин, одна из которых имеет подогрев подпиточной воды во встроенных пучках при отключенных основных пучках конденсатора. Показано, что для всех вариантов экономия теплоты в несколько раз ниже, чем тепловая нагрузка встроенного пучка.

In the base of the technical and economic indicators of the exploitation, an analysis of the efficiency of operation of Combined Heat and Power stations (CHP) in the district heating system at various loads during the year have been provided. The value of specific indicators of operation of the CHPs have been determined: a specific consumption of the fuel, the cost of the fuel per unit of energy produced, as well as the difference between the selling price of energy and acquisition costs of the fuel. As have been found, the optimization of CHP’s of the district heating loading during the year in the Chisinau municipality can offer an economic benefit amounted at 13-19 mln. lei MD in comparison with the current practice of CHP’s generation capacity use.

The appropriate block diagram and the basic electrical equipment are presented; short circuit currents are calculated; electrical appliances and conductors are covered in this study. The main scheme of electrical connections, as well as auxiliaries schemes elaborated in the course of the work are presented.

Статья посвящена одному из путей решения проблемы повышения энергоэффективности теплофикационных объектов и тепловых электрических станций. Использование группового регулирования механизмами собственных нужд ТЭЦ дает значительную экономию электроэнергии, что увеличивает полезный отпуск электроэнергию в энергосистему. Данный способ применим к центробежным механизмам с близкими режимами изменения производительности. Также этот способ может быть использован на блочных КЭС. Полученные результаты подтверждают существенный технико-экономический эффект. The article describes the use of the group adjusting the mechanisms of own needs of TES gives a considerable economy to electric power, that increases useful vacation electric power in a grid. This method is applicable to the centrifugal mechanisms with the near modes of change of the productivity. Also this method can be used on sectional TES. Verification of method capacity was conducted on the real object. As an object of research was chosen TES with transversal connections is Kharkov TES-3. In work the characteristic chart of loading is resulted for TES, and also boiler regime map with loading of basic aggregates of the boiler draught-blowing system. The results of method approbation are resulted as consumption of electric power the mechanisms of the boiler draught-blowing system functions in time before and after the group adjusting.
