The article considers business process outsourcing from the point of view of the strategic basis for the activities of enterprises in an unstable economy. The paper shows that, presently, the outsourcing strategy is becoming the new norm and is changing the entire world economy. The study uses the author’s approach, based on the methods of scientific generalization, comparative analysis, systemic and situational approach. The paper justifies the application of the outsourcing strategy at enterprises, ascertains the main advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. The author develops a model of enterprise transformation based on business process outsourcing. The study gives recommendations for outsourcing business processes, the implementation of which will allow enterprises to optimize their management strategy in an unstable economic situation. This article can serve as a basis for further research in the field of strategic management based on outsourcing technologies.

Purpose: the aim of the article is to develop a methodology and practical tools for effective digital transformation of high-tech enterprises. To achieve this goal, a concept of enterprise transformation by means of innovative modernization, affecting changes in products, technological operations and organizational and production structures, was developed. For this, a number of tasks were solved, including the development of original economic and mathematical models that describe the change in the functional business strategies of a high-tech enterprise; selection and formalization of model variables; development of organizational design methods for flexible robotic structures and models for determining the parameters of flexibility and productivity of a robotic structure; software development of digital transformation processes.Methods: in preparing the article, methods of systems theory, project management of an innovative focus, mathematical modeling and a number of other methods were used.Results: a set of information systems for decision support in the areas of design and economic activities of a high-tech enterprise has been developed. The design of such systems was due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, the need to transform traditional information technologies used in the practice of a high-tech enterprise into digital information technologies. Secondly, the need for a high-tech enterprise in original applied software applications that provide solutions to innovative and economic problems, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise. To do this, an analysis was performed and models of data collection and storage were proposed for solving the problems of information support of the economic activity of a high-tech enterprise. The possibility of using a consistent data model in organizing the management of receivables and payables is shown. Cross-platform software was developed for the support system for decisions made by a high-tech enterprise, and a convenient user interface was implemented.Conclusions and Relevance: the study showed that it is advisable to create information systems as hierarchical structures covering the strategic, tactical and operational levels of management. In order to bring the automation level of the control and production subsystems into conformity, industrial robotics must be integrated into the created production links.

Магистерская диссертации посвящена проектированию технологии обучения в целях развития транспрофессиональных компетенций персонала. В теоретической части рассматриваются аспекты проектирования технологии обучения персонала при переходе к тримодальной организации. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемой компании, проводится анализ кадрового состава, а также анализируется HR-бизнес-процесс «Обучение персонала» в ПАО Сбербанк. На основании этих результатов был разработан проект по развитию транспрофессиональных компетенций персонала. The master's thesis is devoted to the design of training technology for the development of personnel's TRANS-professional competencies. In the theoretical part, the aspects of designing the technology of personnel training in the transition to a trimodal organization are considered. The practical part describes the General characteristics of the company under study, analyzes the personnel structure, and analyzes the HR-business process "personnel Training" in Sberbank. Based on these results, a project was developed to develop the staff's TRANS-professional competencies.

Статья посвящена представлению и анализу инновационной методики преподавания ИТ-дисциплины. Рассматриваются цели, содержание, методы и средства преподавания дисциплины «Практикум по ИТ-менеджменту», применяемые и развиваемые на протяжении ряда лет в Финансовом университете в департаменте бизнес-информатики, направленные на достижение заявленных целей дисциплины. Примененные методические инновации в преподавании дисциплины «Практикум по ИТ-менеджменту» можно разделить на два типа: инновации в содержательную часть дисциплины, включая тематический план дисциплины, содержание аудиторных практических занятий, задания для самостоятельной работы студентов и т.д., а также инновации в методику преподавания дисциплины. Инновации первого типа базируются на архитектурном подходе, который представлен в учебной методологии управления архитектурой предприятия, которая, в свою очередь, является адаптацией метода разработки архитектуры Architecture Development Method, представленного в архитектурном фреймворке TOGAF, а также подходах к анализу и проектированию системы управления ИТ. Инновации второго типа основаны на комплексном встраивании в методику преподавания дисциплины проектного подхода, кейс-метода, адаптивного кейс-менеджмента, а также методов дизайн-мышления. В статье демонстрируется основные направления применения указанных подходов в процессе преподавания дисциплины и руководства студенческими учебными проектами по трансформации бизнеса. Анализ многолетнего опыта преподавания дисциплины, позволил выявить ряд проблем формирования кейса по трансформации бизнеса на основе применения информационных технологий в форме учебного проекта, выполняемого командой студентов. Для устранения указанных проблем в течение ряда лет были с разным успехом апробированы различные образовательные приемы. Анализ результатов применения опробованных способов решения указанных проблем позволил выявить наиболее эффективные из них, которые представлены в статье. Проведенный в рамках данного исследования анализ позволил выявить, какие методические приемы позволяют достичь заявленных целей дисциплины., The article is devoted to the presentation and analysis of innovative methods of teaching IT discipline. The goals, content, methods and means of teaching the discipline "Workshop on IT Management", developed at the Financial University, are considered. The presented methodological innovations can be divided into two types: innovations in the content of the discipline, as well as innovations in the teaching methods of the discipline. The first type of innovations is basedon the architectural approach, Architecture Development Method from TOGAF, as well as approaches to the analysis and design of an IT management system. Innovations of the second type are based on the integrated integration of the following approaches into the teaching methodology of the discipline: the project approach, the case method, adaptive case management, and design thinking methods. The article demonstrates the main areas of application of these approaches in the process of teaching the discipline and guiding educational projects on business transformation. The problems of forming a business transformation case based on the use of IT in the form of an educational project carried out by a team of students are identified. The most effective educational methods are presented to eliminate the identified problems. Intellectual resources are widely used in the formation of corporate business environment. This environment is a new phenomenon in the system of socio-economic relations. The corporate business environment is a set of economic conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, business life. In this environment, exercise more incentives to work, increasing the level of economic freedom, including the freedom of movement of the resource, including intellectual, production components. It is therefore important and necessary to give its definition from the perspective of both economic and organizational-administrative relations, which is a key objective of this research. In addition, the article carried out a comprehensive assessment of how the corporate environment for the development of regional business and knowledge of the mechanisms of the effect of factors internal and external environment for the development of corporate business environment.

The article presents mechanisms of organizational culture formation and development in the conditions of cross-cultural interaction on the example of the international enterprise structures - Hyundai Motor Corporation group of companies and its affiliated structures are considered: «Hyundai Glovis» and Russian company «Hyundai Glovis Russia». The Russian and Korean cultural aspects of business and daily communication feature of mentality of two cultures, the priority directions of development of organizational culture based on cross-cultural interaction are analyzed for this purpose.
