Abstract

The general toxicity of means of protection of the plants, created on the basis of bioflav buckwheat (the patent 2463759), on sprouts of a spring wheat of a grade Darya, grown of the seeds wetted in a preparation is investigated. Toxicity established on survival rate of an infusorian of sort Stylonychia after entering water and extracts of green weight of wheat in an aquarium with infusorians. It is established, that extracts from green weight of wheat processed by means of protection, have not rendered oppressing action on an infusorian and are not for them toxic.

2. Field tests of a new complex preparation for wheat

Abstract

Modern intensive plant growing is impossible without using fertilizers, plant growth regulators, and plant immunomodulators. Sometimes it is more profitable to produce the synthesis of the necessary substances technologically, not chemically. The advantage of using cells metabolites over pesticides and chemical fertilizers is their complex positive effect and high efficiency that allow applying biologically active preparations in minimal doses. Being natural these substances are not accumulated in the environment and easily utilized in it. The purpose of the research is to study the physiological aspects of using new biotechnological complex preparation of immunocorrective action and its effect on winter wheat productivity in the industrial experiment on the base of Joint-Stock Company "Beryozki". The complex preparation was obtained on the basis of the bioflavonoids from the buckwheat green parts (patent № 2463759).

Abstract

Using reaction of hydrazide 2-[6-methyl-1-(thiethane3-yl)uracil-3-yl]acetic acid with arylaldehydes and acetophenone derivatives were obtained acylhydrazones, which exist in DMSO solution as a mixture of two stereoisomers of a E(C=N)-isomer for due to hindered internal rotation around the hydrazide bond. It was revealed that the synthesized compounds exhibit antihypertensive activity.

Abstract

Chronic combined stress with the change of differently modal stressors (noise, vibration and pulsating bright light) according to the stochastic scheme against the background of constant stressors (restriction of movement, fluctuations of the temperature of the environment) causes symptoms of depression-like animal behavior, having the pronounced phenomenological simila rity with the clinical presentation of depression: anxiety, behavioral correlates of despair, hypodynamia, anhedonia, as well as morphosomatic consequences of chronic stress: involution of the thymus and spleen, hypertrophy of epinephros, ulceration of the mucous stomach membrane. Imipramine and fluoxetine effectively reduce the stated behavioral disorders, their effectiveness corresponds to the results of clinical studies and the data received from other models of depression. The described model of depression, has satisfactory, corresponding, constructive and predictive validity and can be used for physiological, ethological, and pharmacological studies.

Phenibut salts with citric and salicylic acids--compounds RSPU-147 and RSPU-189, respectively--positively influence the psychic (increase in the locomotor and position-finding activity in the open field test and retention of memorable track in the CROA test) and physical (in the revolution, negative geo-taxis, avoidance, and muscular force tests) development of posterity, born from females with gestosis caused by the replacement of drinking water by 1.8% NaCl solution during the period of gestation.
