The unique plateau geographical features and variable weather of Yunnan, China make transmission lines in this region more susceptible to coverage and damage by various foreign bodies compared to flat areas. The mountainous terrain also presents great challenges for inspecting and removing such objects. In order to improve the efficiency and detection accuracy of foreign body inspection of transmission lines, we propose a multi-UAV collaborative system specifically designed for the geographical characteristics of Yunnan's transmission lines in this paper. Additionally, the image data of foreign bodies was augmented, and the YOLOv7 target detection model, which offers a more balanced trade-off between precision and speed, was adopted to improve the accuracy and speed of foreign body detection.

In the current political conditions, the key attention in the country is paid to the construction of such state budgets in which the influence of external factors on the economy will be minimized. The most important tasks are to ensure the development of the subjects of the Russian Federation, improve the quality of life in Russia, increase the attractiveness of the state both for its citizens and at the international level, and create favorable conditions for the life and work of the population in our country. One of the central mechanisms for solving these tasks is the budget system. It includes federal, regional and local budgets, which are formed according to the principle of solving key socially significant issues in their execution. The benchmark for effectiveness was taken in the Russian Federation in 2004 during the budget reform, the purpose of which was to switch to the use of the program budget. To achieve maximum results, various budgeting tools are used, the main of which today are programs and projects at all levels of government. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of project financing in the construction of program-based budgets at the regional level. Comparison and grouping methods, as well as tabular and graphical methods of data presentation, were used. As an example, the regional budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District are used: Kamchatsky, Khabarovsky, Primorsky and Zabaykalsky. At the end of the work, conclusions were drawn about the important role and high importance of the project part of program budgeting in solving the main socially and economically significant tasks of the state. Proposals have also been formulated to improve and optimize the formation of regional budgets using tools such as projects to increase the effectiveness of their implementation.

ABSTRACT: Metal dots-nitrogen-carbon catalysts have become a hot topic in recent years because of special coordination environment. Herein, for the study the W nanodots and nitrogen co-decorated carbon skeleton (W@NC) was prepared for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). In particular, NaCl templates not only restrict the growth of nanodots, but also improve the purity of phase. By optimizing the feeding ratio of ammonium metatungstate, W nanodots (the size is about 1.2 ± 0.6 nm) dispersed well on N-doped C skeleton, and this special structure could effectively promote electron transfer and ion diffusion during HER process. As a result, the optimized W@NC hybrids exhibited excellent HER performance in alkaline media with a rather low over-potential (228 mV at 10 mA cm–2) and outstanding durability over 10 h.

The authors of the article have made an attempt to retrace the history and the present state of the Chinese model of higher education development in the county from the perspective of university mergers. The Chinese model with Chinese characteristics adopted in 1952 was determined by the authors as the main line to study the development of higher education in China, which constituted the basis for general research; according to the logic of the development of higher education in China, the stages of development were identified, which include the exploration period, the adjustment period, and the development period. The authors examine, analyze, and describe historical facts and processes connected with the development of higher education reform in China at each stage, such as the formation of higher education reform ideas, the specific contents of the reform, the background of the reform, the internal and external factors affecting the reform, the growth of faculty strength, and the enhancement of international influence. The study presents historical facts and processes typical of each development stage. This paper compiles the historical development of university reform under the Chinese model: the authors analyze the background of the reform in different periods after the foundation of the PRC and introduce the specific contents, effectiveness, and shortcomings of the reform in different periods, focusing on the college merger trend in the 1990s. Summarizing the reform processes in different periods, the relevant experience, and the lessons learnt is helpful to provide reference experience for reforming the country’s higher education in the future.

Purpose. To study the state of interface “intraocular lens (IOL) — posterior capsule (PC)” depending on diameter of capsulorhexis in phacoemulsification of senile cataract.Patients and methods. 227 patients (227 eyes) were examined after phacoemulsification of senile cataract at LenSx femtosecond laser (Alcon, USA). The study did not include patients with corneal opacities, signs of axial displacement of lens, with irido- and phacodonesis, glaucoma, axial length less than 22 mm and more than 26 mm. Depending on diameter of performed capsulorhexis, we formed 3 groups: 1st group — 76 eyes with diameter capsulorexis 5.5 mm; 2nd group — 73 eyes with 5.0 mm; 3rd group — 78 eyes with 4.5 mm. We studied type of interface “IOL — PC”, the maximum value of PC diastasis and the maximum depth of its folds using an RTVue-100 Optical Coherence Tomography (Optovue, USA) on the first day after the operation.Results. The maximum number of eyes with absence of contact between IOL and PC was noted in the 3rd group (62.8 %), the largest number of eyes with full contact between IOL and PC (63.2 %) was in the 1st group. The minimum average depth of the PC folds (111.1 ± 32.7 μm) was noted in the 1st group, and the maximum (165 ± 75.4 μm) — in the 2nd group.Conclusion. The analysis showed that type of interface “IOL — PC” in the first day after phacoemulsification of senile cataract depends on diameter of capsulorhexis. The largest number of eyes (64.6 %) with full contact between IOL and PC was observed in the group of patients with capsulorhexis 5.5 mm, and the smallest (6.4 %) — in eyes with diameter capsulorexis 4.5 mm. Presumably, the main reason for the absence or incomplete contact between IOL and PC is the presence of viscous dispersive between them. The deformation of PC in the form of folds does not directly depend on diameter of capsulorhexis and, obviously, is due to the uneven tension of the capsular bag by the IOL haptics.

Purpose. To study the influence of various types of «intraocular lens – posterior lens capsule» (IOL–PLC) interface on visual acuity (VA) and refraction pseudophakic eyes in early postoperative period after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery in patients with senile cataract.Material and methods. The study included 133 pseudophakic eyes of 133 patients after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery. The study did not include patients with uncorrected VA less than 0.8 on the first day after surgery; with eye axial length less than 22 and more than 26 mm; with initial posterior capsule opacification in the central area; with corneal pathology; with corneal astigmatism more than 1 diopters; with pseudoexfoliation, rigid pupil and zonal weakness and with severe somatic pathology and cognitive impairment.On the first day and one month after the surgery, corneal astigmatism, the spherical and cylindrical component of objective refraction, uncorrelated and best corrected VA were studied and the type of IOL– PLC interface was determined.Results. On the first day after the surgery, all studied eyes were divided into 3 groups depending on the type of IOL–PLC interface and dependence of postoperative refraction on relations between IOL and PLC was revealed. The greatest changes in astigmatism during month after surgery were detected in eyes with initial incomplete contact IOL with PLC and presence of folds of the latter. The most stable indexes of VA and refraction in pseudophakic eyes were in presence full contact IOL and PLC.Conclusion. Initial incomplete contact IOL and PLC was exerted greatest negative influence on VA and refraction, which led to deformation PLC in form of residual folds and local sections of fibrosis in the central area in 51 eyes (66.2%) duri ng month after surgery.

The article is devoted to the current problem of modern linguodidactics, Russian language studies and linguoculturology - linguocultural concepts e-teaching in intercultural context on the material of the Russian language. The article deals with using information and communication technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language in linguoculturological aspect. Methods of online learning Russian as a foreign language to Chinese students are offered. This study is based on methods of analytical description, systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, linguoconceptual and linguoaxiological analysis, e-learning. As the material of a research, Chinese and Russian aphoristic funds are used (more than 100 aphoristic statements containing lexemes friend , friendship , to be on friendly terms ). The article presents electronic educational teaching materials, which take into account students' specific communication competences formed in the process of studying Russian linguistic and cultural concepts in an intercultural context. Within the framework of a series of webinars (online seminars), the stages of axiological analysis of the concept friendship , verbalized in Chinese and Russian aphorisms, are revealed in the process of e-learning linguocultural concepts in an intercultural context by Chinese students studying Russian as a foreign language. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that for the first time the article offers exercises for online teaching Russian as a foreign language with linguocultural concepts analysis in an intercultural context on the material of Chinese and Russian aphorisms. The article contributes to the development of linguoconceptology, linguoculturology, linguoaxiology, Russian language studies, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, e-learning in an intercultural context, and intercultural communication. The materials of the study can be used at classes on Russian as a foreign language, linguodidactics, intercultural communication, and translation theory and practice. The materials of the study could form the basis of an electronic textbook for teaching linguistic and cultural concepts in an intercultural context in the course of Russian as a foreign language.

The article is aimed at disclosing the peculiarities of functioning of the domestic government borrowing market in Ukraine; defining the main tendencies in its development and developing proposals to improve the system of domestic government borrowing. The essence and features of domestic government borrowing in Ukraine is disclosed; an assessment of the functioning of the domestic government borrowing system is presented; the main tendencies in the development of domestic government borrowing are identified using the analysis of: the dynamics of payments on domestic government debt, the volume of placement of domestic government borrowing bonds (DGBB) in the primary market and the limit level of bond yields during 2013–2019. The efficiency of functioning oif the domestic government borrowing market in Ukraine is researched by means of an analysis of the timing of the DGBB borrowing, the volumes of placement of the short-term DGBB, the nominal and real profitability of the short-term DGBB for the period of 2013–2019. The main problems of the domestic government borrowing market in Ukraine are specified. Proposals to improve the further functioning of the domestic government borrowing market are substantiated. Prospect for further research in this direction is to justify the need in the development of the financial policy of the State to set focus on the differentiation of financial market instruments and strengthening their use as a source of investment resources of the State.

Due to the constant increase in the number of fields entering the final stage of operation, oil-producing companies are raising their demand for integrated technologies that can increase the coverage of the formation by the displacement process and reduce the water cut of well products at the same time. A traditional technology used for this purpose is flooding with viscous solutions of water-soluble polyacrylamide. The paper provides an overview of polymer flooding technologies, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of this approach, in particular, lists the factors that can influence the rheology of a polymer solution. Despite the extensive use of flooding based on polyacrylamide gels, this method has a number of limitations, primarily associated with the rheological characteristics of the polymer. The instability of such rheological characteristics of the polymer is a significant obstacle on the way to achieving the target oil recovery factor. An alternative way of injectivity profile alignment is the flooding technology using polymer gel particles based on a suspension of cross-linked polyacrylamide particles. Such a polymer is synthesized in advance to form a three-dimensional structure (3D polymer). Backed by the literature review, the effectiveness of technologies based on water-soluble polyacrylamide and preliminary cross-linked polyacrylamide particles was compared; as a result, a conclusion was made about the superiority of the latter by a number of significant indicators. Polymers based on polymer gel particles do not change their rheological characteristics during the injection process, while the particles can change their shape and tear, enveloping the obstacles. Besides, the technology injecting the suspension with a smaller volume of reagent, successively selecting the optimal particle size distribution depending on the specific geotechnical conditions of the formation. The flooding based on polymer gel particles has good prospects for implementation in the Russian oilfields.

Purpose. The analysis of clinical and functional results using the method of intraocular lenses (IOL) pneumocompression in phacoemulsification (PE) of senile cataract for the prevention of posterior capsule opacification development.Material and methods. The study included 328 pseudophakic eyes of 328 patients, who underwent PE for senile cataract. The IOL pneumocompression was performed after the viscoelastic removal in 166 eyes (the main group); the standard PE – in 162 eyes of the control group. The type of IOL-posterior capsule interface and the visual acuity (VA) were examined at the 1st postoperative day; VA, structure and transparency of posterior capsule in pseudophakic eyes were studied after 1 year postoperatively. Results. The full contact of IOL with posterior capsule was found in 84.3% of eyes in the main group and in 31.5% of eyes in the control group. One year after operation the posterior capsule was transparent in 145 eyes (87.3%) of the group 1 and in 94 eyes (58%) of the group 2, thus the values of VA in the main group turned out to be higher, than in the control.Conclusion. The conducted research showed that IOL pneumocompression method in PE of senile cataract provided an optimal interface of IOL-posterior capsule in 84.3% of operated eyes.One year after operation the number of pseudophakic eyes with transparent optical part of posterior capsule in the main group exceeded the control by 30%. However, indices of uncorrected and best corrected VA were comparable in both groups at the first postoperative day, both values of VA 1 year after PE were reliably higher in the main group than in the control due to lower number of eyes with posterior capsule opacification.

Метод зважених нев’язок набув широкої популярності протягом останніх років, особливо завдяки застосуванню в методах скінчених елементів. Він полягає в наближеному виконанні диференціальних рівнянь, тоді як граничні умови мають виконуватись точно. Ця мета досягається правильним вибором множин пробних (базових) функцій, які дають нев’язки. Нев’язки множать на вагові функції та мінімізують, інтегруючи по всій області задачі. Множина пробних і вагових функцій визначає особливість та переваги кожного конкретного методу. Найбільш популярним є вибір пробних і вагових функцій у вигляді тригонометричних або поліноміальних функцій. У двовимірних задачах часто використовуються так звані “балочні функції”, які є рішеннями більш простих одновимірних задач для балки. В даній методичній роботі ми досліджуємо можливість використання множин функцій, побудованих на послідовних експоненціальних функціях, які точно задовольняють граничним умовам. Метод досліджено на прикладі простої осесиметричної задачі оболонки, точне рішення якої відоме для будь-якого навантаження. Для кількох прикладів розподіленого або концентрованого навантаження запропонований метод порівнюється з аналогічним методом Нав'є, в якому використовуються тригонометричні функції. Також ретельно досліджується правильний вибір вагових функцій. Зазначається, що запропоновані множини симетричних чи антисиметричних експоненціальних функцій мають хорошу перспективу для застосування в більш складних задачах структурної механіки.

The appropriate position and morphologic preservation of the disc are critical to prevent excess remodeling and degenerative changes within the temporomandibular joint. The paper reviews the history of surgical approaches to disc displacement and presents a modified technique of temporomandibular joint disc reposition developed by the authors. Seven key points are highlighted that are essential for the success of the proposed arthroscopic intervention. The anterior release should be complete, with avoidance of any damage to the masseteric nerve and vessels. Expansion of the upper joint space to ensure appropriate placement of the incision should be performed with the straight ramus retractor used to distract the mandible and injecting saline, which helps prevent cutting of the disc or cartilage when entering the fossa. The disc should be repositioned without any tension. Two mattress sutures (one medial and one lateral) should be placed at the border of the disc and the posterior band. The disc is fixed with one bone anchor which is sufficient for its further stability. The position of the disc should be overcorrected to avoid relapse. Autogenous fat grafting in the anterior release region is vital to lessen scarring and thus to improve long term outcomes. All steps of the proposed technique are discussed with comparison with previous approaches. Factors influencing a relapse and measures to prevent it are reviewed in detail.

Ischemic stroke is caused by an interruption in the flow of blood to the brain and a risk factor for death and disability. Recent genome-wide association studies have identified more than 40 common sequence variants associated with ischemic stroke. However, the results are not always the same in populations with different genetic backgrounds. In the present study, we evaluated a hypothesis that a North Asian population living in a geographic area with unusually harsh environmental conditions would develop unique genetic risks. We investigated the candidate genes for ischemic stroke and risk factors in a Chinese Mongolian population which has not been explored previously. A total of 167 stroke cases and 176 controls were included in the study. Genotyping was performed by amplicon sequencing. The association was detected with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located within genes NINJ2 (rs12425791) and ALDH2 (rs2238151) as well as intergenic rs9536591 were significantly associated with ischemic stroke, of which SNP rs12425791 of the NINJ2 gene was the strongest association. ALDH2 gene encodes mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase, involved in the oxidative pathway of alcohol metabolism. Sex, age, body mass index and high blood pressure might be the risk factors. The current work also demonstrated genetic heterogeneity exists between Chinese and other populations. Our study provided the new insights into the genetic basis and environmental factors of ischemic stroke in Mongolian population.

In order to reduce watering of wells and equalize their injectivity profiles, the prospects of introducing PPG technology in Russian fields are considered, in which preformed particles polymer gel are pumped into the injection well. These particles, being a supersorbent based on polyacrylamide, absorb water, become elastic, which allows them to shrink and tear in narrow filtration channels. When the polymer is filtered along permeable layers saturated with water, polymer particles accumulate in waterlogged intervals and thus they form a polymer plug, which redistributes the filtration flows and increases the coverage of the formation by the process of oil displacement. More than 4000 downhole operations have been carried out in the fields of China and the USA using PPG technology by now. In domestic fields in Western Siberia, there is limited experience in applying a similar technology in high-temperature formations with low mineralization of formation water. Due to the absence of hydrolytic processes in polyacrylamide, well-known domestic compositions are not applicable due to the low absorption capacity in the conditions of low-temperature deposits with increased mineralization of formation water. The authors synthesized a polymer based on polyacrylamide by block polymerization, which allows to obtain a high absorption capacity, including for low-temperature formations with high mineralization of formation water, which is typical for Perm Territory fields. Filtration experiments were carried out on core models with the composition developed by the authors, this composition focused on low formation temperatures and high mineralization of formation water. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the swollen particles of the gel are able to pass into fractures with a diameter less than their own size at least 20 times. With a significant increase in the viscosity of the dispersion medium, the stability of the suspension increases. Particles of polymer gel have the necessary strength for injection in the field conditions. The fracture permeability during polymer injection decreases by several times and becomes comparable with the permeability of pore collectors.

The article presents religious and anthropological intentions of Danilo Bratkovsky's writing whose poetry belongs to the late Baroque epoch. This refers to the church and morally-religious attributes, human's attitude to ethic and aesthetic values of earthy and transcendent measuring. By means of conceptual method the work represents antagonism of poetic characters, motives, morphemes, syntactic structures. More attention is paid to creative intension in Baroque system.

Резюме 94 больных остеоартрозом (ОА) были разделены на две группы, сопоставимые по полу, возрасту и длительности заболевания: основную (п=56) и контрольную (п=38). Пациенты обеих групп получали аналогичное медикаментозное и физиотерапевтическое лечение. Кроме того, больным основной группы проводили дополнительно сеансы структурно-резонансной электромагнитной (СРЭМ) терапии. Сравнительные исследования показали значительное преимущество включения СРЭМ в комплексное лечение больных ОА. СРЭМ терапия способствовала уменьшению или полному купированию болевого синдрома, оказывала позитивное влияние на тревожно-депрессивные нарушения, способствовала социально-психологической адаптации пациентов с ОА.

The article deals with the classification of the baroque women’s images in the Danylo Bratkovski’s creation. Based on Baroque antagonism it’s depicted the positive and negative aspects of female nature, their impact on public opinion and public morality at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. The main attention is paid to religion and chastity of women, condemned female drunkenness is condemned. It’s conducted the parallel with personalized images that have feminine origin – justice, Warsaw-mother, truth, lies and others. Taking into account the confronted parallels and artistic allusions we made a conclusion about diversity in the female personification of Polish baroque poetry.
