The authors trace the stages of improvement of the Russian legislation on bankruptcy from the perspective of the redistribution and even interception of corporate control in the course of arbitration proceedings. The presented analysis shows the retrospective logic of formation of legal mechanisms and current areas of concern, the understanding of which can prevent irreversible situation on change of corporate control in the company.
