Introduction. Forward plate compactors are surface soil compaction machines with a flat operating device, which are usually equipped with a single-shaft vibration exciter. Forward plate compactors may be driven by gasoline, diesel or electric engines. When designing and modernizing forward plate compactors, a problem of technical specifications justification may arise, including such parameters as exciting force, vibration exciter oscillation frequency, engine power, base plate width, etc. This statistical analysis of plate compactors with different types of engines was carried out to summarize manufacturers practices and reveal correlations between the technical specifications of forward plate compactors.Materials and methods. This research is based on the information presented on the official websites of forward plate compactors manufacturers and their dealers. 644 models of forward plate compactors were scrutinized. Regression equations and correlation coefficients were derived using Microsoft Excel software.Results. Parameters ranges for forward plate compactors with different types of engines were determined. Regression equations of correlations between oscillation frequency, exciting force, engine power, base plate width, relative exciting force and mass of forward plate compactors with different types of engines were derived, as well as the corresponding correlation coefficients. It was revealed, that most parameters have low or very low correlation coefficient, regardless of the engine type.Conclusion. The ranges of the technical specifications of diesel and gasoline forward plate compactors are quite close to each other. The parameters ranges of electric plate compactors, in most cases, are beyond the ranges of gasoline and diesel plate compactors. Low correlation coefficients and a large scatter of parameters indicate that manufacturers do not have a methodology for justification of the technical specifications of forward plate compactors. Results of the study may be used when clarify ranges of parameters and formulate requirements for a mathematical model of vibration plates behavior.

This research discusses issues related to hydrogen production, a promising source of “green” energy. Various methods of hydrogen production are considered, along with a new technology for hydrogen synthesis in natural gas reservoirs that has never been implemented before. At the same time, existing published experimental studies indicate a high probability of hydrogen synthesis when steam is injected into oil reservoirs. However, considering that oil is the primary raw material for hydrogen generation, there is high uncertainty about the success of the process in natural gas fields in the absence of residual oil. The experimental study presented in this work aims to justify the possibility of hydrogen synthesis under conditions of a natural gas reservoir. Specially designed reactors filled with different models of porous media, including the rock of a real gas field, are used for the physical modeling of the process. The process simulates injecting steam into a preheated porous medium mixed with hydrocarbon gas, specifically methane, at a reservoir pressure of 80 atm. The main variable parameters, aside from the type of porous medium, are the temperature and the steam-tomethane ratio in the system. The article presents the results of a series of nine experiments. The gas products were analyzed using a gas chromatograph. At the same time, the properties of rock samples were investigated after each experiment. The results of the experiments reveal patterns of concentration of hydrogen produced depending on the parameters, indicating the high potential of hydrogen synthesis technology under reservoir conditions in natural gas fields.

The issue of stimulating domestic production is multifaceted and has a long history of study. At present, it is particularly relevant due to the introduction of restrictive measures, including the termination of supplies of a number of foreign goods to the Russian Federation. As one of the possible measures to increase the production of goods by Russian companies and entrepreneurs, the authors consider a new incentive mechanism of redistribution of value added tax (VAT) received by the federal budget, which implies the direction of the amounts of social grants taking into account the economic activity of the region associated with the production of value added on its territory. The purpose of the article is to justify a new methodology that includes a financial mechanism for redistributing the amounts of VAT in the form of grants to producers, aimed at creating effective budgetary incentives for regions to organize their own production of goods. For this purpose, the experience of VAT distribution in two BRICS countries — Brazil and China — is considered. In addition, the article summarizes effective measures of Germany, France, Greece, Austria and Norway to optimize calculation and payment of VAT, which resulted in economic growth. Discussion. One notable approach proposed by the authors to create a new incentive mechanism for redistribution of VAT revenues to the federal budget. This mechanism involves the allocation of social grants depending on the economic activity of the regions, particularly related to the production of valueadded goods on their territory. This approach represents a departure from traditional fiscal policies aimed at aligning incentives with local production. Results. This research represents a significant contribution to the ongoing debate on stimulating domestic production. By advocating a new mechanism of VAT redistribution and drawing on international experiences, the study seeks to address the challenges posed by restrictive measures and promote economic growth in the Russian Federation.

In 2023, Empress Catherine II Saint Petersburg Mining University – the first higher technical educational institution in Russia – turns 250 years. Any significant anniversary is an occasion to look back, analyze and evaluate the way traveled. The article analyzes the main achievements of the Mining University on the basis of statistical material from the moment of the foundation of the Mining School to the present day: educational and pedagogical experience in the education and training of mining specialists, scientific and technical intelligentsia; the outstanding contribution of its scientists, graduates to the establishment and development of the mineral resource complex of Russia, in strengthening the country's defense power, the creation of scientific schools. The first part of the article provides data on the number of graduates for different periods of the history of the university, shows the dynamics of their number growth, the peculiarities of learning. According to the authors, over 250 years, about 99 thousand engineers and mining specialists have been prepared in the university. The second part of the article is devoted to the characteristics of the teaching staff, in which a special place is occupied by his favorites, who have become outstanding scientists, academicians and corresponding members of the Academies of Sciences. Those of them who have devoted more than a dozen years of their lives to teaching within the walls of the university are noted. The final part shows the main scientific achievements of the university: the organization of scientific societies, the development of scientific schools, research institutes, etc. About 200 graduates of the Mining University have been awarded State Prizes for their contribution to the development of science and technology. The work of dissertation councils was noted, in which more than 5 thousand dissertations have been defended since 1943.

Introduction. High prevalence of migraine and its impact on quality of life requires the development of original agents. In 2020, fremanezumab, a new calcitonin gene-related peptide monoclonal antibody was authorized in Russia. Objective: to evaluate safety and effectiveness of fremanezumab in patients with high-frequency episodic migraine (HF EM) and chronic migraine (CM). Materials and methods. We assessed 60 patients at the age of 35.5 8.96 years (85%, females) with HFEM and CM with and without aura who were either receiving preventive treatment or not. Fremanezumab was administered subcutaneously at a single dose of 675 mg. The study participants were followed-up for efficacy in 3 months. The investigators assessed change in the number of days with headache per month as well as headache intensity, its impact on the daily activities, anxiety, and depression. Results. By the end of month 3 post dosing, the number of days with headache decreased by 50% in 76.7% of participants where 77.8% of individuals suffered from HF EM and 72.7% of individuals had CM while headache intensity decreased in all the patients equally. No response (decrease in the number of days with headache by 30%) was reported in 15% of participants including 14.8% of individuals with HF EM and 15.2% of individuals with CM. By the end of study month 3, 81% of participants demonstrated no anxiety symptoms and 79% of participants showed no depression with significant MIDAS and HIT-6 score decline in both groups. Only 3 (5%) patients noted adverse events (redness, itching at the administration site). Conclusion. We documented higher fremanezumab safety and effectiveness in patients with EM and CM in real-world practice as compared to fremanezumab safety and efficacy in randomized clinical trials. A single dose of fremanezumab (675 mg) resulted in effective migraine prevention, decline in comorbid anxiety and depression, and improved quality of life during 3-month follow-up.

For many years, financial ratios have been used as predictors of default. However, biases in financial statements of companies in Russia call into question the applicability of this approach. An alternative approach is to use non-financial data in such models. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether non-financial data, such as information related to court trials, unscheduled inspections and firm age, can significantly improve the accuracy of default prediction in the housing and utilities management industry. This part of the services sector is chosen as one of the riskiest industries, in which firm default affects not only conventional stakeholders such as banks, shareholders, employees, etc, but also customers. A dataset of 378 housing and utilities management firms which have faced default and 765 solvent “healthy peers” is used to create and test default prediction models. Logistic regression is used as the classification algorithm. The results suggest that addition of non-financial data can significantly improve the accuracy of default prediction, and moreover, non-financial data can be used exclusively without any financial ratios to create classification models which show acceptable accuracy. The paper contributes to the existing literature by providing new evidence on the benefits of using non-financial data in default prediction models. In addition, we were able to collect a unique dataset of unscheduled inspections and use this data for default prediction, which appears to be the first case of this kind.

Aim. To conduct a retrospective assessment of the clinical and laboratory data of patients with severe forms of COVID-19 hospitalized in the intensive care and intensive care unit, in order to assess the contribution of various indicators to the likelihood of death. Materials and methods. A retrospective assessment of data on 224 patients with severe COVID-19 admitted to the intensive care unit was carried out. The analysis included the data of biochemical, clinical blood tests, coagulograms, indicators of the inflammatory response. When transferring to the intensive care units (ICU), the indicators of the formalized SOFA and APACHE scales were recorded. Anthropometric and demographic data were downloaded separately. Results. Analysis of obtained data, showed that only one demographic feature (age) and a fairly large number of laboratory parameters can serve as possible markers of an unfavorable prognosis. We identified 12 laboratory features the best in terms of prediction: procalcitonin, lymphocytes (absolute value), sodium (ABS), creatinine, lactate (ABS), D-dimer, oxygenation index, direct bilirubin, urea, hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, age, LDH. The combination of these features allows to provide the quality of the forecast at the level of AUC=0.85, while the known scales provided less efficiency (APACHE: AUC=0.78, SOFA: AUC=0.74). Conclusion. Forecasting the outcome of the course of COVID-19 in patients in ICU is relevant not only from the position of adequate distribution of treatment measures, but also from the point of view of understanding the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of the disease.

This paper discusses the effect called undesirable extrusion dynamics that occur during material extrusion printing or fused deposition modeling. This effect is revealed during high acceleration and deceleration of printing head and results in over-extrusion on corners of parts and printed layer unevenness. To minimize this effect, modern control systems use Advance algorithms for dynamics control. However, such disadvantages as inertia, reduced printing speed, need for manual calibration, as well as uncertainty of the influence of material, nozzle geometry, and printing process parameters on the algorithm performance do not allow this group of solutions to be applied on an industrial scale. The paper presents a study of the influence of printing characteristics, such as material type, extruder type, printing temperature, layer and nozzle geometry, on extrusion dynamics through a series of experiments. The experiments were carried out on a Creality Ender 3 printer. The obtained experimental data will allow us to deepen the understanding of extrusion dynamics influence in FDM printing; they are also used in the present study to modify existing dynamics control algorithms. The paper proposes a modification of Advance algorithm based on machine learning. It is proposed to implement an algorithm containing two trained neural network models. One model predicts changes in printing head motion to minimize residual defects and increase average print speed. The second model predicts the compensation parameter for specific printing conditions without the need for manual calibration. A neural network model was trained to determine the compensation parameter depending on the type of material, layer thickness, nozzle geometry and printing temperature. The model was trained based on experimental data. The developed algorithm was introduced into Linear Advance algorithm of the Marlin firmware and tested on Creality Ender 3. The experiments showed that the developed model can successfully predict the required compensation and can be applied during the printing process. The proposed algorithm helps to facilitate and automate the process of extrusion dynamics compensation which will expand the possibilities of FDM printers’ application in industrial conditions. The obtained algorithm can improve the accuracy and printing speed which will subsequently help to increase the economic independence and competitiveness of small design organizations and enterprises in Russia that use 3D printers. This research expands the possibilities of rapid prototyping and may help to ensure the rapid creation of pilot batches.

Legumes are a rich source of many different biologically active substances, such as fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) is the third most important leguminous plant in the world: it has high nutritional value and is a source of a wide range of bioactive compounds. Bioactive peptides of chickpea seeds have antioxidant, ACE-inhibiting, cholesterollowering, antihypertensive, antimicrobial, antithrombotic, immunomodulatory, and opioid activities as well as the ability to bind minerals. But despite the benefits and high nutritional value, chickpea seeds contain antinutrients that reduce their nutritional and biological advantages. These antinutritional factors include condensed tannins, raffinose, and phytic acid. Research has shown that cooking, pregermination or fermentation can effectively reduce the indigestible content of chickpea seeds. For this purpose, it is recommended to use certain physical, chemical or biological methods: heat treatment, soaking and/or germination, enzymatic hydrolysis, irradiation, etc.This review article presents the world’s results of research aimed at studying bioactive chickpea peptides derived from chickpea seeds and ways of their formation as well as methods for elimination of antinutritional factors.

The natural gas usage as a vehicle fuel in the mining industry is one of the priority tasks of the state. The article pays special attention to the component composition of natural gas from the point of view of its thermal efficiency during combustion in the combustion chamber of a power plant on a heavy-duty vehicle in difficult quarry conditions. For this, domestic and foreign methods for determining the main indicator characterizing the knock resistance of fuel in the combustion process – the methane number – are considered. Improvement of technical and economic indicators will be carried out by changing the composition of the gas mixture based on methane to fit the design features of the gas power plant, the methane number will be the determining indicator. A theoretical analysis of the influence of the methane number on such engine parameters as the compression ratio and the maximum speed of the flame front propagation in the second phase of combustion in the engine cylinder, expressed through the angle of rotation of the crankshaft, is presented. Based on the results of theoretical and experimental studies, the dependences of the influence of the methane number on the efficiency of the working process of the engine and its external speed characteristic were obtained.

Introduction Implant instability with the formation of bone defects is one of the complications after primary osteosynthesis and joint arthroplasties. Augments and reinforcing constructs made of titanium with a porous coating have been used for bone defect management in addition to osteoplastic materials. Additive technologies in traumatology and orthopedics for extensive defects in bones and joints have been applied when it is impossible to use standard designs. The purpose of the study was to evaluate short-term results and perspectives of using additive technologies for bone defects after failed joint arthroplasties and osteosynthesis. Materials and methods In 2018 to November 2019, seven patients with lower extremity bone defects underwent treatment at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute with custom-made implants fabricated with additive technologies. The operations were carefully planned using CT scans, 3D modeling, and implant printing. Particular attention was paid to clean the implant from residual metal powder. Patients were distributed depending on the type of defect and the operation performed (arthroplasty, revision arthroplasty). Results The short-term results of using customized implants were analyzed in this study. The average Harris hip score before surgery was 37.8 points, and after the surgery it was 80.2 points. Pain after surgery in all patients was also evaluated by Harris scale and was 37.1 points; the functionality of patients after surgery was 38.4 points. The custom-made designs have a number of distinguishing advantages against the standard ones. A customized anatomical design provides easier fixation; ergonomic design allows implant retention without removing metal fixators if exist; there is less soft tissue injury during surgery (allinside principle); and convenient bone grafting around the implant. Conclusions The use of additive technologies for bone defects improves the functional results and life quality of the patient. At the moment, practical application of 3D designs has a number of limitations in financial and legal support in practical health care. Further implementation of additive technologies in traumatology and orthopedics will be supported by the grant from the President of the Russian Federation.

The subject of the article is the issue of distinguishing individual and group training activities, the importance of which has increased in the context of the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The authors consider the existing legal regulation in the field of organizing and conducting training events, as well as issues that arise in practice. Proposals are put forward to eliminate the existing “gaps” in the legislation.

Subject of Research. The paper proposes an approach to the development of a numerical control kernel. The approach implies creating software from separate modules interacting via a unified programming interface with a high level of granularity. Thus, a system with a required configuration can be developed in a relatively short time. The study also considers the possibility of using open source computer numerical control systems as a basis, which will further reduce the design time. The approach for computer numerical control development is considered in the context of its application on multipurpose modular equipment. Method. The proposed solution is based on a multi-protocol control system and combines software and hardware components from different manufacturers. Platform independence is also provided. This method allows a prompt development of the numerical control system for any type of processing or other operations according to the requirements of hardware, and also gives wide opportunities for further modifications that increase the equipment efficiency. Main Results. The practical result obtained is a software trajectory-planning library, including geometry analysis, feed rate control and interpolation. Commands for controlling outputs and status of inputs are integrated into the cyclic data of the drive control and transmitted via the same interface. All developed modules are independently designed and can be embedded into other open source systems, as well as be further modified for processing efficiency increase. Practical Relevance. The work is aimed at increasing the economic independence of small design organizations and enterprises. The proposed modular approach allows the development of a required numerical control system for multipurpose modular equipment in a short time, and will significantly expand the capabilities of rapid prototyping and ensure the prompt production of pilot batches.

Biologically active peptides (BAP) are regarded as the main products of protein hydrolysis. BAP activity depends on the amino acid sequence molecular weight and chain length, type and charge of an amino acid at the N-terminus and C-terminus, hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties, spatial structure. They positively influence many systems of the human body, including the blood circulatory, nervous, immune, gastrointestinal and other systems. The health-improving effect of bioactive peptides is formed due to their antioxidant, antihypertensive, antithrombotic, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, anti-allergic, opioid, anti-inflammatory, hypocholesterolemic and anticancer properties. Angiotensin-I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides are most studied due to their effect on blood pressure regulation. Unlike synthetic preparations, biologically active peptides do not have side effects and, therefore, can be used as their alternative. There is a growing commercial interest in peptides generated from meat proteins is in the context of health saving functional foods. The paper describes prospects, pros and cons of using bioactive peptides as functional food ingredients and biologically active food additives.

The experience of leading multinational players in conducting corporate technological foresight shows that the key to its successful implementation is effective integration with the existing corporate strategic planning system.The issue of identifying the most important and necessary measures for integrating foresight into the corporate governance system of oil and gas companies has been considered in the article. The elements of the corporate management system with which it is necessary to build interrelation and description of options for strategies, have been presented, recommendations for conducting foresight for each of them have been given. It has been noted, that the use of foresight research has a significant impact on the effectiveness of individual projects and on the efficiency of companies' activity as a whole.The results obtained have showed that the effectiveness of the results of foresight directly depends on the company’s readiness to conduct it and the level of maturity of scientific and technical processes of innovative development of the company. The directions of the company’s management system, that have a particularly strong impact on the effectiveness of the results of foresight research have been highlighted, as well as methods for assessing the company’s readiness to conduct foresight have been proposed. An assessment of the options for applying foresight research depending on the company’s chosen model of innovative development and innovative development program has been given. It has been noted, that the greatest effect is achieved with a proactive management model that allows you to fully use the tools of foresight research, resulting forecasts. Using foresight for active and passive models doesn't give any advantages for the company, it leads to additional costs. The relationship between foresight and the most common organizational management structures, currently used in Russian oil and gas companies, has been shown.

Introduction. Despite resounding success in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), researchers are yet unable to significantly reduce mortality in this disease. With this in mind, there are ongoing studies everywhere, which are aimed at investigating new techniques in order to boost the efficiency of existing standards. One of such promising techniques is cell/regenerative therapy with autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells (ABMMCs). However, even though ABMMCs have been studied for more than 10 years, there are no unambiguous data yet on several issues. Objective: to evaluate the outcome of ABMMC transplantation during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery in combined treatment of CHD. Materials and methods. The data of 408 patients admitted to the clinic from 2013 to 2016 for planned surgical treatment of CHD were analyzed. The work included 117 people based on the design of the study. Patients were randomized in 3 groups: Group 0 (control group) – CABG surgery and intramyocardial injection of 0.9% NaCl solution, Group 1 – CABG surgery and intramyocardial injection of ABMMCs, Group 2 – CABG surgery, intramyocardial and intra-graft injection of ABMMCs. The dynamics was assessed 12 months later – functional class of angina pectoris and heart failure, echocardiography, speckle tracking (assessment of the degree of myocardial deformation), treadmill test, 6-minute walk test, daily ECG monitoring, quality of life questionnaires, coronary angiography. Qualitative indicators were calculated using the Pearson’s chi-squared test and Fisher criteria. Quantitative indicators were calculated using the Kruskal–Wallis and Wilcoxon tests. Factor analysis was used to identify certain severity factors and to study data homogeneity. Discriminant analysis was performed to investigate the leading characteristics that determine differentiation between the groups. For analysis of variance, taking into account various factors, the model of variance analysis for dependent samples – Repeated Measures ANOVA – was used. Results. In the observation groups, an improvement in both systolic and diastolic myocardial function was universally noted. A six-minute walk test showed statistically significant increase in Groups 1 and 2 compared with the control Group 0 – 315.06 ± 17.6 (433.54 ± 20.6), Group 1 – 319.8 ± 24.5 (524.4 ± 28.7), Group 2 – 329.9 ± 25.3 (452.7 ± 29.7) meters. A significant decrease in the functional class of exertional angina pectoris in Groups 1 and 2 was noted unlike in the control group. The percentage of functioning coronary shunts after a 12-month follow-up period was 87.6% in Group 0. In Groups 1 and 2, this ratio was 96.2% and 97.3%, respectively. Predictors of overall effectiveness were identified: smoking, initial diastolic myocardial dysfunction, left ventricular ejection fraction. Conclusion. In addition to surgical treatment of coronary heart disease, ABMMC transplantation can improve myocardial contractility, boost exercise tolerance, and increase the duration of the functioning of coronary shunts at the follow-up period of 12 months. The study showed the need for stage-by-stage analytical calculations with the aim of possible correction of further work.

Artykuł jest poświęcony konfrontacji wczesnych prac Z. Klemensiewicza (głównie Składnia opisowa współczesnej polszczyzny kulturalnej, 1937) i N. Chomskiego (głównie Syntactic Structures, 1957). Autorzy tych dzieł wywodzą się z różnych nurtów lingwistycznych – pierwszy z lingwistyki strukturalnej, drugi z lingwistyki generatywnej. Mimo to w ich ideach da się zauważyć istotne zbieżności. Chociaż nie ma podstaw, by uważać dzieła Klemensiewicza za bezpośrednią inspirację dla Chomskiego, wygląda jednak na całkiem uzasadnione twierdzenie, że różne szkoły myśli lingwistycznej nieraz były dosłownie o krok od zapoczątkowania paradygmatu generatywnego.

The subject of the article is the organization and conduct of official sports events in the context of the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 (hereinafter — COVID-19). The author examines the existing legal regulation in the field of epidemiological safety and the problems that arise during sports competitions, using the example of competitions in St. Petersburg.

Over many years, proteins and polypeptides have aroused scientific-practical interest due to multiple functions in the metabolic processes in the body upon vital activities. Biologically active substances of protein origin have wide application in different industries, including the food industry and medicine. At present, many studies are directed towards investigation of mechanisms of formation of such physiologically valuable food components as biologically active peptides and methods of their recovery from meat raw materials and meat products. A large part of literature data confirms that mechanisms of formation of such peptides are similar irrespective of methods of their generation. Their basis is enzymatic hydrolysis of muscle tissue proteins under the action of intracellular enzymes during autolysis, digestive enzymes of the human gastrointestinal tract or commercial enzyme preparations used in laboratories or in the industry. The method of culinary and/or technological processing also affects the process of biopeptide formation in meat products, namely, their recovery and availability.

We can already say with certainty, that the basis for the development of modern electric power industry will soon be intellectual, digital transformation of production assets, which in itself opens a new approach to the problem of increasing operational efficiency and labor productivity. The main difficulty in this way is, that the existing research of digital technologies do not take into account the applied aspects of the implementation of its products according to the industry specifics and business goals of companies – market entities. In this paper, the analysis and classification of commercial IT products have been made by subject groups of solutions, that meet the needs of specific target areas of activity of electric power companies. The conceptual description of the subject groups of digital solutions on the basis of known examples and practices of their application has been adduced.

The key effects of digitalization and possible losses during its use have been considered. It has been shown, that digitalization expands the possibilities of information when translating it into a digital form of knowledge and high-quality updating of production. It has been proven, that digitalization is not an end in itself, but an auxiliary tool for the implementation of the economic strategy and industrial policy of the state, increasing production efficiency and should be assessed taking into account this indicator. The expediency of the practical use of digitalization in the number of effective tools for creating flexible industries, the transition to high-performance, industrial ecosystems and industrialization has been substantiated. The possible losses from digitalization while increasing the dependence of production on digital technologies and reducing the role of the human factor have been shown.

Aim: to assess the safety of transplantation of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells when performing coronary artery bypass grafting in the combined treatment of ischemic heart disease in patients with coronary and heart failure.Materials and methods. During the period from 2013 to 2016 years 117 patients, who meet the established criteria, were included in the work. Randomization was performed in observation groups: group 0 -control group (coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and intramyocardial administration of a 0.9% NaCl solution), group 1 - CABG surgery and intramyocardial administration of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells (ABMMS), group 2 - CABG surgery and intramyocardial and intragraft administration of ABMMS. Clinical, laboratory - CPK MB, myoglobin, troponin I, HCT, Hb, K +, ABC; instrumental (stress tests, echocardiography, speckle tracking, coronary angiography) data were evaluated in these groups. The analysis of the frequency of postoperative complications (hydrothorax, hydropericardium, rhythm disturbances) was performed; the length of stay in the intensive care unit, the length of stay in the hospital and other indicators. After 6 and 12 months, the overall mortality was assessed, major cardiac events - the development of acute myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmias, oncological alertness. Statistical analysis showed no statistically significant differences in the observation groups for the compared criteria.Conclusion. Transplantation of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells during aorto-coronary bypass surgery in the combined treatment of coronary heart disease is a safe method.

The issues of the organization of relations in the modern Russian electric power market have been considered. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and problems of the current model of the Russian electricity market, the conclusion has been made, that it is necessary to develop and implement an additional set of measures to develop this market in order to ensure acceptable conditions of competition, which allow through application of the competitive procedures and mechanisms to increase the efficiency of the electric power production, transmission and consumption process. The characteristic of the electric power market model, possessing the properties of modern markets with developed competition, has been given. The measures for the organizational and theoretical provision of the process of further development of the electric power market have been offered.

This paper is devoted to the analysis of ways of artistic representation of the queer strategy, which was relevant in the female rock culture of the 1990s. At first, the strategy worked primarily for the benefit of the image of performers. Later, it promoted their cultural codification. The relevance of the study is due to the great interest of the humanities in gender issues, particularly, in the gender analysis of the text. The study has been performed in order to identify the main forms of explication of the queer strategy in female rock culture. To fulfill this purpose, the following main methods have been used: structural, motivational, and biographical. The paper cites a series of examples proving that this strategy was used in the most declarative and consistent way by the duet “Nochnye Snaipery” ('Night Snipers') by Diana Arbenina and Svetlana Surganova. The duet was perceived as a queer due to the biographical myth that was created by both the musicians themselves and their fans. Simulation of the queer image took place at two levels: visual (appearance, style of dress, behavior) and verbal (lyrics). The material for the literary analysis is the first album of the duet “Kaplya degtya v lozhke meda” ('A Drop of Tar in a Spoon of Honey') (1998), the authentic version of which included 27 compositions. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions have been made: the queer strategy in the verbal subtexts of the rock composition is realized through the “floating” gender identity of the lyric subject and object and the poetics of corporeality. The obtained results are of great importance for further research of the gender image of the world in female rock poetry.

At present, different methods are used to accumulate functional peptides in meat raw materials, including the use of spontaneous microflora during autolysis, the use of the microbial enzymes (the application of starter cultures) and the use of the non-microbial enzymes (enzymes of animals and plant origin). Each method has its own specific characteristics of an impact on raw materials, which requires their detail study. This paper examines an effect of spontaneous microflora of fermented meat products from horsemeat on formation of biologically active peptides. Using the T-RFLP analysis, it was established that in air dried and uncooked smoked sausages produced with the use of the muscle tissue of horsemeat as a raw material, a significant proportion of microflora was presented by lactic acid microorganisms. The highest content of lactic acid microflora was observed in sample 1 (52.45 %), and the least in sample 3 (29.62 %). Sample 2 had the medium percent content of microflora compared to samples 1 and 3 — 38.82 %. It is necessary to note that about 25 % of microflora was unculturable; i.e., it had metabolic processes but did not grow on culture media. In the samples, the representatives of Actinobacteria and Pseudomonadales were found. Pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora was not detected. Not only quantitative but also qualitative changes were observed in the studied samples. For example, in samples 1 and 2, the fractions of amilo-1,6-glucosidase, fast-type muscle myosin-binding-protein C; glucose-6-phosphate isomerase; fast skeletal muscle troponin I, phosphoglycerate kinase, pyruvate kinase and skeletal muscle actin were found, which were absent or reduced in sample 3. Therefore, in the studied product, good preservation of the main spectra of muscle proteins was observed, and the identified fractions, apparently, can be sources of new functional peptides. Not only quantitative but also qualitative changes were observed in the studied samples. For example, in samples 1 and 2, the C-terminal fragments of the myosin heavy chain were found, which were absent in sample 3. Also, the significant content of myoglobin was revealed in samples 2 and 3, and the myosin light chain was found in sample 1. Therefore, in the studied product, good preservation of muscle proteins myosin and myoglobin, which can be a source of new functional peptides, was observed. Based on the results of tandem mass-spectrometry, the proteins and natural short peptides present in the analyzed extracts were identified by the obtained masses. They belonged mainly to different peptides of equine myoglobin. Also, we identified several fragments, among which fast skeletal muscle troponin T and muscle creatine kinase were found. The obtained materials can be regarded as an experimental basis for the directed impact of starter cultures with a possibility to predict the protein and peptide composition of a finished product including with the aim of obtaining biologically active peptides.

Necessity of a theoretical and methodical readiness of investigated problems and their practical importance have caused an urgency and a choice of a theme of article. The purpose / problems. Enterprise re-structuring as a practical embodiment of the purposes of managers, is a difficult, multifactorial problem. Accordingly, the decision of this problem, namely construction of the protsessno-focused re-structuring of the enterprise demands the complex, system approach. Article purpose is – the description of methodology of one of possible approaches to transformation of re-structuring of the enterprise of mechanical engineering from the point of view of practical management.Methodology. In article the methodology is resulted, allowing to solve the questions connected with re-structuring at the enterprises of mechanical engineering owing to consistency .Results. The present article is short describes the practical scientifically-methodical approach in which frameworks was construction of the protsessno-focused re-structuring of the enterprise of mechanical engineering on an example of the largest enterprise of Privolzhsky federal district of Open Society "Кamaz" is offered.Conclusions / the importance. Undoubtedly, offered approach – is not unique. However it has essential advantages before others – the consistency and application in aggregate both the conventional tools of management, and the original workings out which have proved the practical suitability in the conditions of the Russian practice. This approach – not panacea from all troubles of the real enterprise. Nevertheless, as practice shows, he allows to reach notable successes at carrying out of transformations real, instead of the theoretical enterprises working in the conditions of the Russian economy.

In order to increase the efficiency of using vehicles (VEH) in mining and quarrying conditions, it is necessary to improve the components of gas equipment (cryogenic tank, gas nozzles, fuel supply cryogenic tubes, etc.) for supplying liquefied natural gas to the engine, as well as storage of liquid methane in a cryogenic tank with a long service life. For this, it is necessary to consider the process of heat and mass transfer of liquefied natural gas in a two-phase liquid-gas medium, taking into account the phase transition in the closed volume of the cryogenic tank under consideration. The article presents a model of unsteady heat and mass transfer of a two-phase liquefied methane medium in a developed two-tank cryogenic tank using a Cartesian coordinate system with fractional control volumes in space. The experimental data confirm the efficiency of using a cryogenic tank on the VEH platform, in which the run on liquefied methane compared to standard fuels is tripled, the shelf life of liquefied gas in the proposed cryogenic tank is 2-2.5 times longer than in the standard one.

Disorders of intermediary metabolism in the glycolysis cycles and fatty acids oxidation play a major role in heart and brain lesions of vascular origin. Features of the free-radical processes in various forms of vascular disease are presented. Differences within the free-radical processes reflecting the severity of tissue energy deficit are shown in stroke patients with concomitant ischemic heart disease, atrial fibrillation, and diabetes mellitus. Various aspects of the treatment of patients with vascular comorbidity are presented with the focus on correction of intermediary metabolism disorders. Complex energy correcting therapy including beta-oxidation blocker (meldonium) is discussed.

An approach of inertial influences plasma stabilization in the lasers fusion targets is considered in that paper. It is showing that the suggested approach allows to do analyze processes in targets by common positions. For example, the slowdown of local instabilities in the plasma targets, provide the required time laws of energy flux density change for sustained compression and heating of the target, to solve the inverse problem of plasma stability with detection of the desired material density distribution and additives in ablative and working layers of the target.

The article improves a methodical approach to managing production of iron ore concentrate in the context of minimisation of the cost of dressing the existing resources of iron ore, which are delivered to the processing sub-system of the mining company “accumulating storehouse – dressing works”. The article develops a structural and logical algorithm of operative actions of the operational management of a mining company in the process of production of the concentrate on the basis of tasks of the system of operational distribution of resources of iron ore with consideration of key moments of stochastic uncertainty of parameters of production and economic activity of the company. Practical realisation of the proposed methodical approach to selective management of minimisation of the cost and increase of volumes of production of the concentrate with consideration of uncertainty of parameters of the processes of processing resources of iron ore contributes to the growth of the level of company’s profitability.Усовершенствован методический подход к управлению производством железорудного концентрата в контексте минимизации себестоимости обогащения имеющихся запасов ресурсов железорудного сырья, поступающих на перерабатывающую подсистему горнорудного предприятия «аккумулирующий склад – обогатительная фабрика». Разработан структурно-логический алгоритм оперативных действий операционного менеджмента горнорудного предприятия в процессе производства концентрата, исходя из задач системы операционно-ориентированного распределения запасов железорудного сырья с учетом ключевых моментов стохастической неопределенности параметров производственно-экономической деятельности предприятия. Практическая реализация предложенного методического подхода к селективному управлению минимизацией себестоимости и приростом объемов производства концентрата с учетом неопределенности параметров процессов переработки запасов ресурсов железорудного сырья способствует обеспечению роста уровня рентабельности предприятия.

It is established, that a gain of heifers and fowl, a milk yield of cows, a chemical compound of milk, an egg production of hens, safety of young animals of large horned stock, fertilization of cows and heifers correlated with parameters of space activity. On the average value of a correlation coefficient makes on mass 0,24, on a milk yield 0,26, on fat 0,19, on fiber 0,18. The opportunity of the forecast of changes of efficiency of animals concerning the predicted space activity is shown.

The questions of interrelation of animals productivity with parameters of space activity are considered. Data about rhythmicity of changes of the studied parameters depending on space activity are cited.
