Personal attitude to the consumer has always been one of the foundations of the hospitality industry. However, digitalization, the pandemic and the hotel industry development have thrown new challenges to the industry, stimulating it to modernize its approach to guest service, providing a wow effect when creating experiences. If earlier requests were relatively the same, there was one approach to all guests, now this does not work, and an individual nature of the proposals is needed. Today, there is a need to move away from traditional sales to building “relationships” with guests. In the process of work, a set of methods, models and theories were used, such as: Alderfer-Maslow's motivation theory, consumer behavior model, Abel's model. Initial research has shown that in practice hotels face a reluctance to provide personalized service to the guest, although the number of such travelers is growing rapidly. Одно из направлений развития метода атомно-эмиссионного спектрального анализа с источниками возбуждения спектров, имеющими низкую интенсивность уровня спектрального фона, таких как индуктивно связанная или микроволновая плазма, является увеличение динамического диапазона систем регистрации спектров на основе линеек фотодетекторов. Для достижения низких пределов обнаружения необходимо использовать линейки с малым значением СКО шума чтения. Динамический диапазон одиночного чтения таких линеек фотодетекторов обычно не превышает четырех порядков. Увеличение динамического диапазона за счет многократной регистрации и накопления спектров приводит к квадратичному росту времени измерения. Такой способ не позволяет перекрыть весь динамический диапазон интенсивностей спектральных линий индуктивно связанной и микроволновой плазмы, который может достигать 7 порядков, при сохранении приемлемого полного времени регистрации спектра образца. В качестве альтернативы предложено увеличение динамического диапазона в сторону регистрации бόльших интенсивностей линий за счёт регистрации спектров в течение времени измерения с попеременным чередованием накоплений двух различных продолжительностей. Цель работы - внедрение предложенного режима в анализаторы МАЭС с линейками фотодетекторов БЛПП-2000 и БЛПП-4000 для увеличения динамического диапазона регистрируемых спектральных линий. В работе получены формулы зависимости отношения сигнал-шум и динамического диапазона регистрации спектральных линий в интегральной атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии в зависимости от продолжительности накопления, полного времени измерения, уровня спектрального фона и параметров линеек. Теоретически показано, что применение режима регистрации с чередованием накоплений различной продолжительности должно увеличить динамический диапазон измерения линеек фотодетекторов БЛПП-2000 и БЛПП-4000 на два порядка. Экспериментально показано увеличение динамического диапазона измерения интенсивности спектральных линий лампы полого катода на два порядка до 5 порядков величины. One trend in the development of integral atomic emission spectral analysis with low spectral background excitation sources, such as inductively coupled or microwave plasma, is to increase the dynamic range of spectrum recording systems based on photodetector arrays. To achieve low detection limits, it is necessary to use photodetector arrays with low reading noise. The dynamic range of a single readout of such photodetector arrays usually does not exceed four orders of magnitude. The dynamic range increase due to the accumulation of spectra from multiple acquisition leads to a quadratic increase in the measurement time. This method does not allow one to cover the entire dynamic range of spectral line intensities of inductively coupled or microwave plasma (which can reach seven orders of magnitude) while maintaining an acceptable total measurement time of a sample spectrum. As an alternative, it is proposed to increase the dynamic range toward higher line intensities by using two different alternating accumulation times during measurement. The objective of this study is to implement the proposed recording mode in MAES analyzers based on BLPP-2000 and BLPP-4000 photodetector arrays in order to increase the dynamic range of recorded spectral lines. Dependences of the signal-to-noise ratio and the dynamic range of spectral lines recorded in integral atomic emission spectrometry on the accumulation time, the total measurement time, the spectral background level, and the photodetector array parameters are obtained. It is shown theoretically that the use of the recording mode with alternating different accumulation times should increase the dynamic range of BLPP-2000 and BLPP-4000 photodetector arrays by two orders of magnitude. The dynamic range of spectral line intensities of a hollow-cathode lamp is shown experimentally to increase by two orders of magnitude (to five orders of magnitude).

The article is devoted to nine Indian miniatures from the collection of the State Museum of Oriental Art (Moscow). The aim of this study is to provide an academic description of these items, and to clarify their attributions. All the works in question have been thoroughly studied: the author conducted an iconographic, textological and stylistic analysis of the objects. He also looked for compositional and stylistic analogues among the miniature paintings (mainly from foreign collections), published in catalogues, monographs, articles, and on the Internet (on the websites of museums and libraries); the items identified were carefully analysed. On the basis of the abovementioned study, the author identifies nine sheets in the collection as miniatures of Ragamala series; in some cases it is also possible to clarify the time and place of their creation. Ragamala is a unique phenomenon of medieval painting of Hindustan, representing a visualisation of Indian musical modes. The musical material is embodied by the depiction of scenes that may contain motifs similar to those found in Baramasa (Twelve Months), Nayaka-Nayika (types of the heroes and heroines of classical drama), and other series of Indian miniature painting. This fact leads to closer attention to iconographic schemes and signatures of the items discussed. This article summarises a five-year study of the authentication of Ragamala miniatures in the collection of the State Museum of Oriental Art.

For the development of “Grand-Potok” spectral systems and rapid high-sensitivity scintillation atomic emission spectrometry, the “VMK-Optoelektronika” company created a new BLPP-2000 photodetector linear array. Testing of the array as part of “Grand-Potok” spectral system had shown its advantages over a BLPP-369М1 array in recording scintillations of the gold Au 267.595 nm analytical spectral line. Further studies of the BLPP-2000 detector revealed the need to increase the spectral resolution of the system. For this, a new BLPP-4000 photodetector linear array has been developed. It was expected that its use would improve the resolution of the Grand spectrometer over the entire wavelength range, but a reduction in the sensitivity of the spectrometer could be possible. The objectives of this study were to experimentally compare the resolution and signal-to-noise ratio of the “Grand-Potok” spectral system using BLPP-2000, BLPP-4000, and BLPP-369М1 photodetector linear arrays and contrast the obtained results with the characteristics of the higher-resolution Grand-1500 spectrometer with BLPP-2000, which had shown good performance in determination of noble metals in geological samples with complex matrix. The data on the intensities and widths of the spectral lines were obtained from the spectra of the standard samples of various compositions and used to compare the signal-to-noise ratio and spectral resolution of the systems. The study showed that the use of the new MAES analyzers based on BLPP-4000 linear photodetector arrays in the Grand spectrometer increased the resolution of the instrument by a factor of two, while the signal-to-noise ratio of the instrument decreased by a factor of 4-6, leading to the deterioration of the detection limits in the scintillation arc atomic-emission spectrometry. Nevertheless, Grand spectrometers based on BLPP-4000 could be used instead of higher-resolution Grand-1500 spectrometers without deterioration of the detection limits as its aperture is 5–20 times higher. В ходе дальнейших исследований детектора БЛПП-2000 была выявлена необходимость увеличения спектрального разрешения комплекса. Для этого была разработана новая линейка фотодетекторов БЛПП-4000, с использованием которой ожидается улучшение разрешения спектрометра «Гранд» во всём диапазоне длин волн, но возможно снижение чувствительности определений. Целью данной работы является экспериментальное сравнения разрешения и отношения сигнал-шум (ОСШ) спектрального комплекса «Гранд-Поток» с применением линеек фотодетекторов БЛПП-4000, БЛПП-2000 и БЛПП-369М1, а также сопоставление полученных результатов с характеристиками более высокоразрешающего спектрометра «Град-1500» с линейками БЛПП-2000, который зарекомендовал себя при определении благородных металлов в геологических пробах со сложной матрицей. В ходе работы из спектров стандартных образцов различного состава были получены данные об интенсивностях и ширинах спектральных линий, по которым проведено сравнение ОСШ и спектрального разрешения комплексов. Исследование показало, что применение новых анализаторов МАЭС на основе линеек БЛПП-4000 в спектрометре «Гранд» позволит увеличить разрешающую способность прибора в два раза, ОСШ прибора при этом снизится в 4-6 раз, что приведет к ухудшению пределов обнаружения в САЭС. Несмотря на это, спектрометр «Гранд» на основе БЛПП-4000 можно использовать вместо более высокоразрешающего «Гранд-1500» без потерь в пределах обнаружения, т.к. его светосила в 5-20 раз выше. Цель статьи - сформулировать системный подход к формированию интегрированной информационной среды, ориентированной на инновационное развитие образовательных услуг в условиях цифровизации университета. Методологической основой является обзор научных публикаций по проблеме построения интегрированной информационной среды и управлению знаниями в университете, управленческих технологий, федерального законодательства по данным вопросам. Практическая значимость статьи проявляется в ознакомлении с инструментами и процессами управления знаниями в университете, в формулировании задач корпоративной информационной системы, разработке рекомендаций по структуре интегрированной информационной среды университета, ориентированной на целевую направленность в управлении бизнес-процессами, индивидуализацию обучения, использование онлайн-курсов и сетевой коллаборации. Области использования управленческой дизайн-модели инновационного развития образовательных услуг заключаются в увязке технологий управления знаниями, внутренних бизнес-процессов и внешней среды в корпоративной информационной системе университета, в возможности сетевого взаимодействия с потребителями образовательных услуг. Концепция управленческой дизайн-модели легла в основу совершенствования сетевой среды в Казанском национальном исследовательском техническом университете им. А. Н. Туполева (в большей мере в части академических знаний). Статья обеспечивает стратегическое понимание роли интегрированной информационной среды университета в онлайн-обучении и проведении исследований, в обеспечении профессиональной подготовки в реальном секторе экономики, участии в сетевых программах. Ценность статьи состоит в подходе к организации интегрированной информационной среды университета, объединяющем академические и управленческие знания, направленном на усиление конкурентных преимуществ образовательных услуг и достижение цели качественного образования. Статья представляет интерес для исследователей в области управления знаниями в высшей школе и для практиков информатизации бизнес-процессов университета. The review article aims at formulating a systematic approach to the formation of an integrated information environment focused on the innovative development of educational services in the context of university digitalization. The methodological basis is the review of scientific publications on the problem of building an integrated information environment and knowledge management within the university, management technologies, and federal legislation on these issues. The article is practically significant due to its describing the tools and processes of knowledge management within the university, in formulating the tasks of the corporate information system, in developing recommendations on the structure of the integrated information environment of the university, focused on the target orientation in business processes management, in individualization of training, in the use of online courses and in network collaboration. The areas of using the managerial design model of the innovative educational services development are the knowledge management technologies linking with internal business processes and the external environment in the university's corporate information system, as well as the possibility of networking with consumers of educational services. The concept of the managerial design model formed the basis for improving, mostly in terms of academic knowledge, the network environment of theKazanNationalResearchTechnicalUniversitynamed after A. N. Tupolev. The article gives the strategic understanding of the role of the university's integrated information environment in online learning and research, in pro- viding training within the real economy, and in participating in network programs. The article is important because of the author's approach to the organization of an integrated information environment of the university, wherein academic and managerial knowledge are combined, as it is aimed at strengthening the competitive advantages of educational services and at achieving the goal of quality education. The article might be interesting for researchers in the field of knowledge management in higher education and for the practitioners of university business processes informatization. In the future, researchers will be able to more detailedly develop the information modules of the corporate information system and management tools of any university's organizational (academic and managerial) knowledge.

The hydro-climatic conditions of the territory refer to those natural prerequisites that affect the recreational appeal of the region. They play a decisive role along with geomorphological, landscape and biological features of the terrain. The analysis of literature and stock data on the climate and hydrology of the region was supplemented by the authors with the results of their own field research. The hydro-climatic features of the Russian part of the transboundary Altai are studied in terms of their influence on the prospects of recreational use of the region. As a territorial unit of assessment, natural and recreational areas were chosen – territorial formations with a homogeneous degree of bio-climate for recreation and located within the boundaries of natural and territorial complexes. In the region of the study, 14 natural-recreational areas have been identified: Tigirek, Bashchelak, Koksu-Korgon, Terektinsky, Seminsky, Tongosha, Uimon, Katun, North-SouthChuy, Ulagan, Chulyshman, Ukok, Chui-Kurai, and Djulukul. For each natural and recreational area, the level of hydroecological safety is established. In parallel, the recreational attractiveness of the region's water resources was assessed. A comparison of the results showed that most of the territory, unfortunately, is characterized by a tense hydroecological situation. The most attractive natural and recreational areas are Katun, North-South Chui and Djulukul, located respectively in the Katun-Terek and Chulyshman physicalgeographical provinces. The results of the research can be used at the stage of creation of tourist and recreational projects, when developing and carrying out activities on excursion, ecological and sports and health tourism.

The musical culture of Ekaterinburg can be considered as a significant symbolic resource of brand of the city. A special role in a number of musicians of Ekaterinburg is played by those who dedicate their creativity to the city, putting in it certain meanings and connotations. The article is devoted to the analysis of the connotations existing in the songs about Ekaterinburg. The method of working with data – content analysis. In the research, several compositions and songs dedicated to Ekaterinburg were found and analyzed, and also the connotations existing in the description of the territory in these songs and instrumental compositions. Музыкальная культура Екатеринбурга может рассматриваться как значимый символический ресурс в зонтичном бренде города. Особую роль в ряду музыкантов Екатеринбурга играют те, кто посвящает свое творчество городу, вкладывая в это определенные смыслы и коннотации. Статья посвящена анализу коннотаций, существующих в песнях о Екатеринбурге. Метод работы с данными – контент-анализ. В ходе исследования был найден и проанализирован ряд композиций и песен, так или иначе посвященных Екатеринбургу, а также проанализированы коннотации, существующие в описании данной территории в песнях и инструментальных композициях.

Aim. Current study aimed to adapt and evaluate the psychometric properties of Russian versions of Patient Health Questionnaires 2 and 9 (PHQ-2 and PHQ-9) used for detection of depression in general medical practice worldwide.Material and methods. Questionnaires were translated into Russian and adapted with regard to linguistic features of population. A study was performed on a sample of 193 patients (130 female, 63 male, mean age 34,6±11,4), who attended general practitioners in outpatient practice department of NRC for Preventive Medicine. Patients filled in PHQ-2 and –9 questionnaires in presence of clinical psychologist and then assessed for depression by a psychiatrist (using ICD-10 criteria).Results. The optimal measures of sensitivity and specificity corresponded to cut-off scores of 3 for PHQ-2 (66,2% and 87,4% respectively) and 10 for PHQ-9 (68,9% and 93,3% respectively). Russian questionnaires were found to success in sensitivity, specificity and their positive predictive values are comparable to similar research data reported in literature. Article discusses the principles of implementation of the studied scales for depression screening in general medical practice.

The article is a case and looks into the experience of Kazan National Research Technical University named after A. N. Tupolev in the field of organizing network electronic educational environment based on LMS Blackboard and LMS MOODLE and developing electronic university services for implementing higher education and supplementary vocational education. The main aim of the article is to demonstrate the experience of using distance technologies for teaching the skills of working with LMS Blackboard and legal norms of labor and fire security to university lecturers The article reviews peculiarities of social and informational space in which educational services are implemented nowadays and the new ways of communication and information interaction created by the new environment. Benefits of main university processes based on distance learning technologies are presented. The authors point out the challenges of organizing distance learning, in particular, lack of lecturers, capable fusing distance learning technologies in the teaching process professionally, technically and psychologically. Distance learning peculiarities for university lecturer are described. The structure of electronic informational and educational environment of KNRTU-KAI and open model of academic knowledge as a result of using network information technologies are presented. Conducted research gives reasons for conclusions on the need for changing the idea of educational services delivery due to accumulating and transforming the set of academic knowledge, economic benefits, interaction between users and network educational environment. In order to organize student – centered learning it is necessary to implement a set of tasks of electronic educational and informational environment formulated by the author. The value of the article is in describing practical recommendations on implementing electronic educational resources in the context of open academic knowledge concept, popularization of DLT among university lecturers and employees The article is of interest to the practitioners of university academic knowledge informatization and researchers in the field of knowledge management in higher education. In future researchers will be able to perform more detailed empiric work on creating electronic learning systems within the framework of academic knowledge open model on the basis of network information technologies. Определены проблемы в организации дистанционного обучения, в частности, обращено внимание на недостаток преподавателей, готовых профессионально, технически и психологически использовать дистанционные технологии в учебном процессе. Приводится описание особенностей дистанционного обучения преподавателей университета. Проведенное исследование дает основание для выводов о необходимости изменять способы предоставления образовательных услуг, с тем чтобы усилить их конкурентоспособность, благодаря накоплению и трансформации набора академических знаний, экономическим выгодам, взаимодействию пользователей сетевой образовательной среды. В этом плане для организации студентоцентрированного обучения необходимо практически реализовать ряд задач электронной информационно-образовательной среды, сформулированных автором. Ценность статьи заключается в описании практической реализации электронных образовательных ресурсов в контексте концепции открытых академических знаний, в популяризации дистанционных технологий обучения среди преподавателей и сотрудников университета. Статья представляет интерес для практиков информатизации академических знаний университета и исследователей в области управления знаниями в высшей школе. В будущем исследователи могут выполнить более детальные эмпирические разработки по созданию систем электронного обучения в рамках открытой модели академических знаний на основе сетевых информационных технологий.

Introduction. In order to reduce the detection limits of gold in the analysis of powder geological samples, a high-speed multichannel analyzer of emission spectra (MAES) was designed as a combined hybrid assembly consisting of 12 arrays of BLPP-369M1 photodetectors and one more sensitive array of BLPP-2000 photodetectors. This study aimed to examine the analytical capabilities of a “Grand-Potok” spectral complex equipped with this analyzer and used the spill-injection method to introduce the sample material into the plasma arc. Experimental part. Tests were carried out on the two identical “Grand-Potok” systems with a minimum basic exposure of 3ms. The high-sensitivity BLPP-2000 array was set in the spectral range of 258-269 nm. 16 standard samples of rocks, loose sediments, soils, ores and their processing products with a gold content of 0.002 to 34 g/t and a silver content of 0.05 to 34 g/t were tested. Results and its discussion. For the gold determination the relative standard deviation varied from 1.6 to 38% for the ore and industrial standard samples and from 13 to 170% for rocks and soils, and for the silver determination it varied from 1 to 55% for a content range of 4 orders of magnitude. The number of standard samples with overestimated or underestimated total gold and silver contents was approximately the same indicating the possibility of improving the accuracy of scintillation atomic emission spectrometry after identifying systematic error sources. Analysis of the dependence of the amount of particles on the total content showed that with the increasing total content the amount of particles containing gold or silver in powder samples increased monotonically to a concentration of 2 g/m and 0.3 g/m respectively. Starting from these contents, the flashes of analytes were no longer separated in time. Conclusions. С целью снижения пределов обнаружения золота при анализе порошковых геологических проб методом сцинтилляционной атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии быстродействующий анализатор МАЭС выполнен в виде комбинированной гибридной сборки из 12 линеек фотодетекторов БЛПП-369М1 и одной более чувствительной линейки БЛПП-2000. Данное исследование направлено на изучение аналитических возможностей спектрального комплекса «Гранд-Поток», оснащенного таким анализатором, с введением вещества в плазму дуги по способу просыпки-вдувания. Экспериментальная часть. Испытания проведены на двух идентичных комплексах «Гранд-Поток» с минимальной базовой экспозицией 3 мс. Высокочувствительная линейка БЛПП-2000 была установлена в спектральном диапазоне 258-269 нм. В ходе работы было изучено 16 стандартных образцов горных пород, рыхлых отложений, почв, руд и продуктов их переработки с содержанием золота от 0.002 до 34 г/т и серебра от 0.05 до 34 г/т. Результаты и их обсуждение. Значения относительного среднеквадратичного отклонения при определении золота варьировалось от 1.6 до 38 % для рудных и техногенных стандартных образцов и от 13 до 170 % для горных пород и почв, при определении серебра – от 1 до 55 % в диапазоне 4-х порядков содержания. Количество стандартных образцов с завышенным или заниженным значением валового содержания золота и серебра примерно одинаково, что свидетельствует о возможности улучшения точности САЭС после установления источников систематических погрешностей. Анализ зависимости количества частиц от валового содержания показал, что с увеличением валового содержания количество частиц, содержащих золото или серебро, в порошковой пробе монотонно растёт до концентраций 2 г/т и 0.3 г/т соответственно. Начиная с этих содержаний, вспышки аналитов перестают разделяться по времени. Выводы. Для оптимизации базовой экспозиции твердотельного детектора на примере опытной линейки БЛПП-2000 производства «ВМК-Оптоэлектроника» проведено экспериментальное исследование отношения сигнал-шум при сцинтилляционном атомно-эмиссионном спектральном анализе. Получены зависимости отношения сигнал-шум от времени этой экспозиции, подтверждающие соответствующую формулу, которая учитывает следующие параметры: форма и продолжительность вспышки спектральной линии; количество фотоэлектронов, порожденных вспышкой; темновой ток и фототок от спектрального фона; шум чтения, режим синхронизации. При этом использовали одноканальную регистрацию имитационных вспышек от светодиода, а также одновременную двухканальную регистрацию сцинтилляций золота на линии Au 267.595 нм от просыпки порошковой геологической пробы в электрической дуге. Получено уравнение для оценки оптимального времени экспозиции. Для линейки БЛПП-2000 расчет и экспериментальные данные согласованно показывают, что оптимальная экспозиция для регистрации интересующих по размеру микрочастиц аналита приблизительно равна продолжительности их вспышек. An experimental study of the signal-to-noise ratio in scintillation atomic-emission spectrometry was performed to optimize basic exposure time of the solid-state detectors using as an example a BLPP-2000 photodiode array produced by VMK-Optoelektronika. Obtained dependences of the signal-to-noise ratio on this exposure time confirm the corresponding formula that takes into account the following parameters: the shape and duration of scintillations of spectral lines; the number of photoelectrons generated by scintillations; dark current and background photocurrent; read noise, synchronization mode. Single-channel recording of simulated flashes of a light-emitting diode and simultaneous dual-channel recording of scintillations of the gold Au 267.595-nm line from the injection of powdered geological samples into an electric arc were used. An equation was derived to estimate the optimal exposure time. The calculated and experimental data for the BLPP 2000 array show that the optimal exposure time for recording the analyte microparticles of the size of interest is approximately equal to the length of their flashes.

Введение. В настоящее время для экспрессного определения содержания микропримесей в порошковых геологических пробах расширяется использование метода сцинтилляционного атомно-эмиссионного спектрального анализа (САЭС) с применением многоэлементных твердотельных детекторов излучения (ТДИ) для регистрации последовательностей спектров. Целью статьи является оценка оптимального времени экспозиции, при котором достигается наибольшее отношение сигнал-шум (ОСШ) зарегистрированных вспышек спектральных линий и, соответственно, наименьшие пределы обнаружения элементов, а также оценка влияния параметров ТДИ на данное отношение. Вывод формулы ОСШ. Изменение интенсивности спектральной линии во времени представлено в виде гауссовой функции с параметрами: продолжительность вспышки и количество фотоэлектронов, порожденных вспышкой. Получена зависимость ОСШ от интенсивности и продолжительности вспышки, интенсивности спектрального фона, времени экспозиции, шума чтения, площади и темнового тока фотоячейки ТДИ для двух случаев: максимум вспышки приходится на начало и середину времени экспозиции. Анализ влияния времени экспозиции и параметров ТДИ на ОСШ. Анализ проведён на примере трёх ТДИ: линеек фотодиодов БЛПП-369М1 и БЛПП-4000 производства компании «ВМК-Оптоэлектроника», а также ПЗС линейки TCD1304DG производства Toshiba. Использованы экспериментально полученные значения параметров вспышки линии золота длительностью 1 мс на установке для анализа порошковых проб методом просыпки-вдувания «Поток». Заключение. Показано, что оптимальное время экспозиции для получения максимальных значений ОСШ при регистрации вспышки продолжительностью 1 мс составляет 0.8 мс для БЛПП-4000, 1.1 мс - БЛПП-369М1 и 1.2 мс - TCD1304DG. Ожидаемое снижение пределов обнаружения элементов при использовании линейки TCD1304DG в сцинтилляционном анализе относительно интегрального составляет 30 раз, БЛПП-369M1 - 50 раз, а БЛПП-4000 - 110 раз. Для получения наиболее низких пределов обнаружения методом САЭС собственные шумы (шумы чтения и темнового тока) ТДИ должны быть меньше дробового шума спектрального фона, время экспозиции - равно оптимальному, высота фотоячейки - равна высоте спектральной линии. Introduction. In recent years, there has been an increased use of atomic emission spectral (AES) scintillation analysis with multi-element solid-state detectors (SSD) recording sequences of spectra for the rapid determination of trace impurities in powdered geological samples. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the optimal exposure time that provides the maximum signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the recorded spectral scintillations and, hence, the lowest detection limits of elements, and to estimate the effect of the SSD performance on this ratio. Derivation of the formula of the SNR. The time variation of the spectral line intensity is represented by a Gaussian function with the following parameters: the scintillation time and the number of photoelectrons generated by the scintillation. The SNR as a function of the scintillation intensity and time, spectral background intensity, exposure time, readout noise, and SSD area and dark current was determined for the two cases where the scintillation peak occurs at the beginning and middle of the exposure period. Analysis of the effect of the exposure time and SSD parameters on the SNR. The analysis was performed using three SSDs: BLPP-369M1 and BLPP-4000 photodiode arrays produced by VMK-Optoelektronika and a TCD1304DG charge-coupled device array produced by Toshiba. The experimentally obtained parameters of a 1 ms duration gold spectral line scintillation, during powder samples excitation on the spill injection method realizing equipment “Potok”, have been used in analysis. Results. It has been found that for achieving the maximum SNR for a 1 ms duration scintillation, the optimal exposure time is 0.8 ms for BLPP-4000, 1.1 ms for BLPP-369M1, and 1.2 ms for TCD1304DG. The expected reduction of the detection limits in the AES scintillation method compared to the conventional AES techniques is a factor of 30 for TCD1304DG, a factor of 50 for BSSA-369M1, and a factor of 110 for BSSA-4000. To obtain the AES method lowest detection limits, the intrinsic noise of the SSD (readout noise and dark current noise) should be less than the spectral background shot noise, the exposure time should be optimal, and the height of the photocell should be equal to the spectral line height.
