В данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается проблема совершенствования Ð²Ð½ÐµÑˆÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÑƒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ в ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ . В работе исследуются применение Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ñ€Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÑƒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ в крупном строительном бизнесе в сфере B2C. В работе произведен анализ со-Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ в области Ð²Ð½ÐµÑˆÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÑƒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ и принципы внедрения Ð¸Ñ Ð² организации. В качестве объекта исследования было выбрано рекламное агентство Группа «Эталон». Предметом исследования являются внешние корпоративные коммуникации строительной организации Группа «Эталон». В практической части был проведен конкурентный анализ, выделены сильные и слабые стороны компании. Ð˜ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ из рекомендаций была составлена коммуникационная кампания направленная на повышение паблисити и совершенствованию Ð²Ð½ÐµÑˆÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÑƒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹. В результате были разработаны рекомендации по планированию и реализации стратегии Ð²Ð½ÐµÑˆÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÑƒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, основанные на опыте компании., In this final qualifying work, the problem of improving external corporate communications in construction organizations is considered. The paper examines the use of integrated communications in a large construction business in the B2C field. The paper analyzes modern technologies in the field of external communications and the principles of their implementation in the organization. The Etalon Group advertising agency was chosen as the object of the study. The subject of the research is the external corporate communications of the construction organization Etalon Group. In the practical part, a competitive analysis was carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of the company were highlighted. Based on the recommendations, a communication campaign was drawn up aimed at increasing publicity and improving external communications. As a result, recommendations were developed for planning and implementing an external corporate communications strategy based on the company's experience.

В работе проанализирована сущность репутационного капитала в контексте социального ориентированного имиджа как фактора конкурентоспособности организации. Дана Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° деятельности ЗАО «Издательский дом СПН», его имиджа и репутации, рекламной и PR политики. Выявлены проблемы, свя-занные с недостаточной социальной ориентированностью имиджа организации. В связи с этим сформулированы цели и задачи и разработан ряд ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑ€ÐµÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ PR-кампании для формирования социально-ориентированного имиджа ЗАО «Издательский Дом СПН»., The paper analyzes the essence of reputation capital in the context of social ori-ented image as a factor of competitiveness of the organization. The paper describes the activities of SPN Publishing House, as well as its image and reputation, advertis-ing and PR policy. Problems connected with insufficient social orientation of the or-ganization's image are revealed. In this regard, the goals and objectives have been formulated and a series of specific PR-campaign activities and technologies have been developed to create a socially-oriented image of SPN Publishing House.

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные проблемы психологического изучения различных форм консолидации социального капитала вузов. Основными формами консолидации является репутация вуза, доверие, приверженность целям вуза, идентификация с вузом, организационная культура, возможности реализации мотивов. Цель статьи – рассмотреть особенности консолидации социального капитала в трех ведущих вузах страны, провести теоретические обобщения, подтверждающие выдвинутую нами ранее концепцию структурных составляющих социального капитала организаций. В статье последовательно рассмотрены социальный капитал вуза и его взаимосвязь с организационной культурой и репутацией. Дано определение социального капитала организаций, а также консолидации социального капитала. Представлены результаты исследований базовых составляющих социального капитала у представителей различных субкультур вуза (обучающихся, административно-управленческих работников и преподавателей) трех ведущих вузов страны, имеющих высокий рейтинг. Описана взаимосвязь репутации вуза и возможности реализации мотивов обучающихся, динамика формирования социального капитала обучающихся в вузе, детерминанты социализации сотрудников вуза. Для принятия управленческих решений и дальнейших эмпирических исследований все феномены рассмотрены с точки зрения их психологического содержания с учетом объекта исследования (ведущие университеты страны). Всего в исследовании опрошено 590 человек. Данные обработаны при помощи различных статистических методов (контент-анализ, дисперсионный, корреляционный, регрессионный анализ). Исследование показало, что консолидация социального капитала вуза сочетает в себе внешний и внутренний фокус его рассмотрения, выражающийся в совокупных характеристиках репутации («репутационные платформы»), сочетании рыночной и клановой организационной культуры и социализации (доверие, приверженность и идентификация) и является безусловной позитивной базой для понимания возникающих управленческих проблем и целенаправленной работы с ними. Статья вносит вклад в понимание психологических аспектов управления вузом, изучение его совокупного социального капитала, на основании чего может быть существенно повышена его репутация и, соответственно, конкурентные преимущества в предпринимательской университетской среде. The article considers the conceptual issues for psychological studying various forms of social capital consolidation within universities. The main aspects of social capital consolidation are university reputation, trust, commitment to university goals, identification with the university, organizational culture, and an opportunity to put personal motives into life. The main goal of this paper is to examine the peculiarities of social capital consolidation in three Russian leading universities and to make theoretical conclusions to confirm our model of organizations’ social capital components. The article step by step studies the concept of university’s social capital and its connection with both organizational culture and reputation. An organization’s social capital and its consolidation are defined; the basic components of social capital for representatives of different university subcultures (students, administrative staff, and faculty) in three leading Russian highly-ranked universities are named according to the research. There is described the interrelation between the university’s reputation and the opportunities to put personal motives into life, the dynamics of the social capital formation for students in Russian universities and determinants of socialization for employees in higher educational institutions. In order to make managerial decisions and conduct further empirical studies, all the phenomena are considered according to their psychological contents, the research objects (leading Russian universities) taken into account. Altogether 590 people participated in this study. Various statistical methods are used: content analysis, ANOVA (analysis of variance), correlation and regression methods. The research showed that the consolidation of universities’ social capital combines both internal and external focuses of this phenomenon that can be presented via reputation characteristics, for instance, «reputational platform», a combination of clan and market cultures as well as socialization (trust, organizational commitment and identification). This concept can be considered as a positive basis to understand different managerial problems and find focused efforts to solve them. This article contributes to understanding psychological aspects of university management and to studying its cumulative social capital, which can significantly improve university’s reputation, as well as its competitive advantages within entrepreneurial environment. В наши дни наибольшей популярностью среди средств защиты чести, достоинства и деловой репутации граждан пользуется право требовать опровержения порочащих сведений в судебном порядке, которое предоставлено ст. 152 ГК РФ. Опровержение и опубликование ответа как способы защиты чести, достоинства и деловой репутации предусмотрены не только в ГК РФ, но и в специальных законах.В статье рассмотрены особенности и проблемы реализации таких способов защиты чести, достоинства и деловой репутации граждан, как опровержение и опубликование ответа, проведены их сравнительная характеристика и сопоставление с общими способами защиты, предусмотренными в ст. 12 ГК РФ. В работе исследуются вновь принятые нормативно-правовые акты, которые непосредственно регулируют вопросы применения указанных способов защиты.Представлены позиции высших судов, актуальная судебная практика по вопросам применения исследуемых способов защиты, выявлены практические и теоретические проблемы их применения, предложены изменения в действующее законодательство для устранения существующих недостатков правового регулировании защиты чести, достоинства и деловой репутации граждан.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2017)6-14, At present the most popular means of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of citizens is the right to demand refutation of defamatory information in a judicial proceeding that is fixed in article 152 of the Civil Code. Refutation and publication of the response as a means of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation provided not only in the civil code, but also in special laws. This article discusses the features and problems of implementation of such methods of protection of honour, dignity and business reputation of citizens, as refutation and publication of the response and their comparative characteristics, and comparison with common methods of protection provided for in article 12 of the Civil Code. The paper researches the newly adopted normative-legal acts that directly regulate the use of these methods of protection. The article presents the position of the higher courts, as well as relevant judicial practice on the application of the examined ways of protection; reveals the practical and theoretical problems of their application; proposes changes to existing legislation to eliminate the existing shortcomings of legal regulation of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of citizens.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2017)6-14

Данная работа посвящена PR-сопровождению просветительской и выставочной деятельности в оранжерее Таврического сада. В работе рассмотрены общие тенденции в PR-деятельности выставочных пространств, а также специфика применения PR-технологий в оранжерейных комплексах. В исследовании изложены перспективные направления развития выставочной и просветительской деятельности оранжереи Таврического сада и даны рекомендации по PR-сопровождению мероприятий, проводимых в ее контексте., This work is devoted to the PR-support of educational and exhibition activities in the Tauride Gardens greenhouse. The paper discusses the overall trends in the PR-activity exhibition spaces, as well as the specifics of the use of PR methods in greenhouse complexes. The study outlines promising areas of development of exhibition and educational activities of the Tauride Gardens greenhouse and recommendations for PR-support activities carried out in this context.

При этом доказывается, что в споре с интернет-СМИ и социальными сетями у данного вида прессы даже сегодня, когда перманентно развиваются новые информационные технологии, есть ряд преимуществ. Автор размышляет о том, как «бумажной» прессе можно выживать и развиваться в непростых экономических условиях. В исследовании он опирается на данные анализа информационной деятельности ряда изданий Уральского региона. The article analyzes the role and importance of local press for inter-cultural communications. Thus it is proved that in the debate between the Internet media and social networks the local media possess a number of advantages even today, despite of the fact that new information technologies have been rapidly developing. The author reflects upon the possible ways of paper media survival and development considering challenging economic conditions. The author uses analysis data concerning information activity of the Ural regional editions as a basis for his research.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama Jurgio Baltrušaičio reputacija tarpukario Baltijos rusų periodinėje spaudoje (Kauno „Echo“, „Ponedelnik“, Rygos „Segodnia“, „Dlia Vas“ ir kt.). Svarbiausias jos komponentas buvo Lietuvos diplomatinio atstovo Rusijoje veikla, kuri įvairiais būdais atsispindėjo rusų laikraščių žinutėse, straipsniuose, feljetonuose. Diplomatinė veikla aktualizavo Baltrušaitį kaip poetą ir vertėją, o jo kūryba atitiko kai kurių laikraščių programines nuostatas propaguoti lietuvių kultūrą. Tačiau kukli savo mastu ir rezultatais aktuali kūryba turėjo mažai įtakos poeto ir diplomato literatūrinei reputacijai. Pastarąją formavo ankstesni rusų poeto ir vertėjo, vieno iš rusų simbolizmo kūrėjų nuopelnai. Netrivialus poeto ir diplomato vaidmenų sujungimas, neįprasta situacija lietuvių ir rusų kultūrų sankryžoje, lietuvių kilmės rusų poeto paradoksalumas buvo ypač aktualus tautinių valstybių kūrimo ir naujų valstybinių, pilietinių, tautinių tapatumų formavimo laikmečiu. Paper analyzes the reputation of Jurgis Baltrušaitis in the interwar Baltic Russian periodic press ("Echo", "Ponedelnik" in Kaunas, "Segodnya", "Dlia Vas" in Riga, and others). Its primary component was the of the Lithuanian diplomatic representative in Russia the activity of the, which in many ways was reflected in Russian newspapers’ messages, articles, and feuilletons. The diplomatic activity actualized Baltrušaitis as a poet and translator, and his creative work met some newspapers’ program provisions to promote Lithuanian culture. However, modest in scale and results, his actual work had little impact on the poet’s and diplomat’s literary reputation. The latter was formed by the earlier Russian poet’s and translator’s, one of the Russian symbolism creator’s merits. The nontrivial combination of a poet’s and a diplomat’s roles, an unusual situation at the Lithuanian and Russian cultural crossroads, the paradox of a Russian poet of Lithuanian origin was of special relevance for the national state building and a new political, civic, and ethnic identity formation era.
