A methodological method based on the use of the theory of preferred numbers has been proposed in order to improve the most important parameters of the working bodies of noise mufflers. As a result of many years of scientific research, the authors have established a previously unknown theoretical relationship between the main series of preferred numbers, golden ratio and Fibonacci series numbers. A new direction in the development of number theory has been considered in the paper, its classification has been compiled, including the geometric theory of numbers, preferred numbers, containing a new basic series of preferred numbers using the Fibonacci sequence. New formulas have been obtained to determine the denominators of geometric progressions for the series of preferred numbers and the area of a circle. Determining the area of a circle using the new formula allows to get more accurate values. A new formula for determining the circumference of a circle has also been derived. The designs of perforated partitions have been developed, in which the laws of the new basic series of preferred numbers are used. A calculated substantiation of the main geometric and structural dimensions of noise mufflers is given using a mathematical model of a perforated golden partition and new basic series of preferred numbers, which allow to obtain a noise muffler design that has the lowest possible aerodynamic resistance with the maximum possible reduction in the noise level of exhaust gases from internal combustion engines. An innovative model of a noise muffler for reciprocating internal combustion engines with improved hydraulic and acoustic characteristics based on the theory of numbers is proposed in the paper. The theory of preferred numbers applies to any technical device.

Electromyographic noise is one of the most common noises in electrocardiogram. In case of several electrocardiogram leads, electromyographic noise affects each lead to different extent. It can be taken into account when developing algorithms for multilead electrocardiogram record processing. However, in the existing literature, there is no information about the relationship of electromyographic noise in various ECG leads and their joint probability distribution. The purpose of this paper is to study statistical characteristics of electromyographic noise in ECG signal, from which the electromyographic noise is extracted. The paper proposes a method for extracting electromyographic noise from electrocardiogram signal, based on a polynomial approximation of electrocardiogram signal fragments in sliding window with overlapping fragment subsequent weight averaging. Using this method, fragments of electromyographic noise are extracted from multichannel electrocardiogram records. Based on the obtained data, a joint probability distribution function of electromyographic noise in two adjacent leads is selected, and the correlation relationships between the electromyographic noise in various ECG leads are investigated. The results show that the joint probability distribution function of electromyographic noise in two adjacent leads in the first approximation can be described using bivariate normal distribution. In addition, between the samples of electromyographic noise from two adjacent leads quite strong correlation relationships can be observed.

Laser gas analysers are the most promising for the rapid quantitative analysis of gaseous air pollution. A laser gas analysis problem is that there are instable results in reconstruction of gas mixture components concentration under real noise in the recorded laser signal. This necessitates using the special processing algorithms. When reconstructing the quantitative composition of multi-component gas mixtures from the multispectral laser measurements are efficiently used methods such as Tikhonov regularization, quasi-solution search, and finding of Bayesian estimators. These methods enable using the single measurement results to determine the quantitative composition of gas mixtures under measurement noise. In remote sensing the stationary gas formations or in laboratory analysis of the previously selected (when the gas mixture is stationary) air samples the reconstruction procedures under measurement noise of gas concentrations in multicomponent mixtures can be much simpler. The paper considers a problem of multispectral laser analysis of stationary gas mixtures for which it is possible to conduct a series of measurements. With noise overshoots in the recorded laser signal (and, consequently, overshoots of gas concentrations determined by a single measurement) must be used stable (robust) estimation techniques for substantial reducing an impact of the overshoots on the estimate of required parameters. The paper proposes the Huber method to determine gas concentrations in multicomponent mixtures under signal overshoot. To estimate the value of Huber parameter and the efficiency of Huber's method to find the stable estimates of gas concentrations in multicomponent stationary mixtures from the laser measurements the mathematical modelling was conducted. Science & Education of the Bauman MSTU 108 The mathematical modelling results show that despite the considerable difference among the errors of the mixture gas components themselves a character of the error dependence on the Huber parameter for all gas components is the same. When an optimal Huber parameter (~ 0.00025 - 0.000025 in case of the specific mixture used in mathematical modelling) is selected the measurement errors of concentrations for all gas components are much smaller than the measurement errors when using the standard method of least squares

Introduction. Modern methods of stabilizing a frequency of self-oscillations use an improvement of the stability of reactive parameters of the self-oscillators circuit and an increase in the quality factor of an oscillating system. It is also possible to improve the frequency stabilization based on the phenomenon of mutual synchronization of the self-oscillator modes using a multi-loop oscillation system. Previously, a method for reducing a phase noise of an auto-oscillator with synchronization of two modes in a biharmonic auto-oscillator with multiple frequencies was described. The method was developed under the assumption that an active element is inertialess. The idea of the method of synchronizing of the main oscillation with its 2-nd harmonic using an additional loop is based on the consideration that internal fluctuation processes in the active element modulate in-phase all current har-monics. Therefore, it is possible to use this "natural" cross-correlation of noise processes to neutralize their influence. Aim. Building and analysis of a mathematical model of a biharmonic oscillator in order to analyze the operating modes of such generator and reduction of the phase noise of its output oscillation. Materials and methods. The mathematical model was developed by the method of slowly changing amplitudes, and the analysis was performed by methods of numerical integration and differentiation. Results. It was demonstrated that synchronization of two oscillations at multiple frequencies in the active element reduced the phase noise of the main oscillation. Conclusion. In the paper dynamic modes of a biharmonic Colpitts oscillator operating in the phase synchronization mode of two waves were analyzed. It was shown that with an increase in an inertia of the active element, the synchronous mode was preserved. Shortened differential equations of the system for slowly changing amplitudes and phases of oscillatory modes were obtained. The study of nonlinear dynamics and of stationary synchronous mode of the system was carried out by the method of phase space in coordinates of "mode amplitude – phase difference". The conducted field experiment allows one to conclude that it is possible to reduce the phase noise in a stationary synchronous biharmonic mode. It can be used in the frequency stabilization task.

The object of the study is the Vyborg CHPP (CHP-17) of the Nevsky branch of PJSC TGC-1. The paper considers the problem of the noise impact of steam discharges from the boilers of the Vyborgskaya CHPP on the nearby residential area. To prevent the noise level from being exceeded, it is proposed to install an efficient silencer to achieve the target noise level characteristics. The aim of the study is to determine the noise level of the steam discharge and to develop silencers to reduce the noise level. In the course of the work, an analysis of the development of the nearby area was carried out, a map of the CHPP area was built within a radius of 2 kilometers with designations of sound pressure levels at different distances from the steam discharge epicenter. Calculations of the target value of sound pressure and target values of the efficiency of noise suppressors were made. As a result, based on the target characteristics, noise suppressors designed by the Barnaul Boiler Plant were selected and the sound pressure levels after implementation were calculated, enlarged economic calculations of the cost of introducing noise suppressors were given. It is recommended that when implementing, consider the mass of silencers and the maximum load that the supporting structures of the roof of the workshop can withstand.

В статье рассматриваются возможности картографирования шумового загрязнения городской среды, выявления и анализа источников загрязнения. Цель исследования состоит в проведении пространственного анализа шумового загрязнения городской среды с применением геоинформационных систем, на примере трех микрорайонов различных периодов застройки г. Краснодара – мкр. Московский (2009-20 гг.), мкр. Комсомольский (1950-60 гг.) и мкр. Горгаз (1930-40 гг.). Получение данных о шумовой обстановки производилось путем измерения уровня шума на исследуемой территории с помощью современных смартфонов по специализированной методике, которая позволяет получить данные с минимальной ошибкой. По полученным измерениям были составлены карты шумового загрязнения в ПО «Arcmap». По результатам исследования, в мкр. Московский уровень шума оказался наиболее высоким – достигающим более 75 дБ на большинстве территории, что уже способно вызвать чувство дискомфорта у проживающих людей. Микрорайоны Комсомольский и Горгаз показали более близкие и более благоприятные значения – около 60 дБ. С применением картографических методов определены источники шумового загрязнения, проведен их пространственный анализ. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в исследованиях оценки качества городской среды и проектирования мероприятий по снижению уровня шумового загрязнения., The paper discusses the possibilities of mapping the noise pollution of the urban environment, identifying and analyzing sources of pollution. The purpose of the study is to conduct a spatial analysis of the noise pollution of the urban environment using geographic information systems, considering three microdistricts of different periods of build-up in the city of Krasnodar (Moscow md. (2009-20), Komsomol md. (1950-60) and Gorgaz md. (1930-40). Obtaining data on the noise situation was carried out by measuring the noise level with modern smartphones using a specialized technique of data measuring with a minimum error. Based on the data obtained, noise pollution maps were compiled in the Arcmap software. According to the results of the study, the noise level in the Moscow microdistrict turned out to be the highest (more than 75 dB) in most of the territory, which is already capable of causing discomfort to living people. Microdistricts Komsomol and Gorgaz showed closer and more favorable values – about 60 dB. With the use of cartographic methods, the sources of noise pollution were identified, and their spatial analysis was carried out. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Моделирование работы ЭПР-магнитометра в условиях флуктуаций параметров системы» В данной работе описано создание модели магнитометра на электронном параметрическом резонансе и расчет его сигнала. Создание модели было произведено с помощью матрицы плотности !, которая описывала состояние атома в каждый момент времени. Был написан ряд программ на языке Python, с помощью которых были получены необходимые данные и построены графики, позволяющие оценить адекватность работы модели, а также пронаблюдать закономерности поведения системы при определенных условиях. После прохождения системой проверки на адекватность, а также при получении информации о ней (резонансная частота), в продольное магнитное поле системы был добавлен белый шум, состоящий из 160 синусоид с одинаковой амплитудой и разными фазами, задаваемые с помощью функции выбора случайных чисел в необходимом диапазоне значений, что позволило считать, что шум задается случайно и без какой-либо зависимости. После этого был также был построен ряд графиков, которые позволили увидеть, что система с внесенным в нее шумом работает адекватно и проанализировать изменения поведения системы с внесением в нее шума. При анализе этих графиков были сделаны следующие выводы: • даже при малых значениях шума, вносимого в систему, сигнал существенно изменяется • шум продольного поля, вносимого в систему и шум сигнала, получаемого на выходе, связаны друг с другом сложной зависимостью • значение квадрата амплитуды шума сигнала на выходе имеет пик значения на частоте, отличной от резонансной, что позволяет довольно легко отфильтровать этот шум • было замечено, что шум сигнала на выходе после частоты, примерно равной 3,5 МГц, имеет очень малые значения, что позволяет считать, что высокочастотный шум в сигнале отсутствует, The subject of the graduate qualification work is « Modeling the operation of an EPR magnetometer under conditions of fluctuations in system parameters» This paper describes the creation of a model of a magnetometer based on electronic parametric resonance and the calculation of its signal. The model was created using the density matrix ρ, which described the state of the atom at each moment in time. A number of programs were written in Python, with the help of which the necessary data were obtained and graphs were constructed to evaluate the adequacy of the model, as well as to observe the patterns of system behavior under certain conditions. After the system passed the check for adequacy, as well as when receiving information about it (resonant frequency), a white noise was added to the longitudinal magnetic field of the system, consisting of 160 sinusoids with the same amplitude and different phases, set using the random number selection function in the required range values, which allowed us to assume that the noise is set randomly and without any dependence. After that, a number of graphs were also built, which made it possible to see that the system with the noise introduced into it works adequately and analyze the changes in the behavior of the system with the introduction of noise. When analyzing these graphs, the following conclusions were made: • even at low noise introduced into the system, the signal changes significantly • the noise of the longitudinal field introduced into the system and the noise of the signal received at the output are connected with each other by a complex relationship • the squared value of the amplitude of the noise of the signal at the output has a peak value at a frequency different from the resonance, which makes it quite easy to filter out this noise • it was noted that the noise of the output signal after a frequency of approximately 3.5 MHz is very small, which suggests that there is no high-frequency noise in the signal

В данной работе проводится разработка мероприятий по снижению уровня шума на рабочем месте слесаря-ремонтника по замене фильтроткани. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ хозяйственной деятельности Кировского филиала Акционерного общества «Апатит». 2. Описание рабочего места слесаря-ремонтника по замене фильтроткани в корпусе фильтрации и сушки. 3. Анализ шума, воздействующего на слесаря-ремонтника по замене фильтроткани и методы снижения уровня шума. 4. Обеспечение акустической безопасности на рабочем месте слесаря-ремонтника по замене фильтроткани. Работа проведена на базе КФ АО «Апатит» в рамках конкурса «Профстажировки.рф 2.0». Название кейса: «Снижение воздействия вредных факторов на работников КФ АО «Апатит». При решении кейса предоставлялась информация о рабочем месте слесаря-ремонтника, технологических процессах получения апатитового концентрата. На основе результатов производственного контроля и специальной оценки условий труда определен источник шума – вентилятор ВДН-17. Проведён анализ российских и зарубежных исследований в области негативного воздействия шума на организм человека и методов борьбы с производственным шумом. В результате разработаны рекомендации по снижению негативного воздействия шума на слесаря-ремонтника по замене фильтроткани. В работе проведен расчёт габаритов, стоимости материалов и акустической эффективности глушителя для данного вентилятора. The paper calculates the size, cost of materials and acoustic efficiency of the silencer for this fan. The graphic part is made using graphic editor AutoCAD 19.

На текущий момент обработка изображений – одна из наиболее быстро развивающихся областей обработки данных. Данные изображений подвергаются воздействию шумов на протяжении процедуры захвата и передачи данных по каналам связи. С каждым годом объем данных изображений увеличивается. Таким образом задача удаления шумов с изображений становиться все более актуальной. В последнее время набирают популярность нейросетевые подходы к решению задачи фильтрации шумов. Для обучения сложных архитектур нейросетей используют дополнительные блоки, существенно влияющие на показатели производительности. В данной работе предложена архитектура нейросети с residual блоками, позволяющая осуществить фильтрацию с высокими показателями качества и времени. Currently, image processing is one of the fastest growing data processing area. Image data becomes corrupted by noise during the capture and transmission of data over communication channels. Every year data size of the images grows up. Thus, removing noise from images is increasingly relevant task. Recently, neural network approaches of solving this problem become more popular. Additional blocks are used for training deep neural networks, that significantly affects the performance. This paper proposes a neural network architecture with residual blocks that allows filtering with high quality and performance.

This paper focuses on studying the regularities of the spectral composition of noise and vibration when processing the machinery parts by ball-rod hardener with different methods of fixing. For vibration finish hardening of parts, the methods are used of surfaces local strengthening in the area of stress concentrators as opposed to the full treatment of the entire surface of the product. The advantage of this method is to ensure the uniformity of hardening with the possibility of strengthening the entire surface. The use of ball-rod hardeners is possible on all types of flat and curved surfaces, with the effects of modification, smoothing and regularization of micro-relief, correction of macrodefects and residual deformations. The disadvantages of the method limiting its wide application include bounded dynamic and technological capabilities, as well as the need to protect workers from noise and vibration. With high noise activity of this method of processing, to obtain significant noise reduction in the source (system tool - workpiece) is almost impossible. Implementation of sanitary standards can be achieved only through the design of a sound-proof structure with the required amount of sound insulation., В статье приведены результаты исследований, цель которых заключалась в изучении закономерностей спектрального состава шума и вибраций при обработке шарико-стержневым упрочнением деталей с различными способами закрепления. Для вибрационной отделочно-упрочняющей обработки деталей применяются методы с локальным упрочнением поверхностей в районе концентраторов напряжений по сравнению с полной обработкой всей поверхности изделия. Преимуществом этого метода является обеспечение равномерности упрочнения по поверхности и возможность упрочнения одновременно всей поверхности. Применение шарико-стержневого упрочнения возможно на всех видах плоских и искривленных поверхностей, с эффектами модификации, сглаживания и регуляризации микро-рельефа, исправления макродефектов, остаточных деформаций. К недостаткам метода, сдерживающим его широкое применение, относятся ограниченные динамические и технологические возможности, а также необходимость защиты работников от шума и вибрации. При высокой шумовой активности данного метода обработки заготовок практически нет возможности добиться существенного снижения шума в самом источнике (системе инструмент-заготовка). To suppress the distortion several methods, providing for high-quality of the resulting images and saving their topological features, were suggested. The paper describes the techniques developed and improved by the authors: the method of cleaning the image of distortions by means of iterative contrasting, based on the step-by-step increase in image contrast in the graph by 1%; the method of small entities distortion restoring, based on the thinning of the known matrix of contrast increase filter (the allowable dimensions of the nucleus dilution radius convolution matrix, which provide for the retention of the graph lines have been established); integration technique of the noise reduction method by means of contrasting and distortion restoring method of small entities with known σ-filter. Each method in the complex has been theoretically substantiated. The developed methods involve treatment of graph images as the entire image (global processing) and its fragments (local processing). The metrics assessing the quality of the resulting image with the global and local processing have been chosen, the substantiation of the choice as well as the formulas have been given. The proposed complex methods of cleaning the graphs images of functions from grayscale image distortions is adaptive to the form of an image carrier, the distortion level in the image and its distribution. The presented results of testing the developed complex of methods for a representative sample of images confirm its effectiveness

Экспериментально исследовано влияние помех и некоторых характеристик системы автоматического распознавания речи на качество распознавания. Получены рекомендации по оптимизации параметров системы автоматического распознавания речи для нескольких сценариев ее использования., Розробку систем автоматичного розпізнавання мови доцільно робити з урахуванням впливу перешкод різної природи (шум акустичного оточення, реверберація, фільтрація й кодування мовного сигналу в системах зв'язку). В даній роботі експериментально досліджено вплив завад і деяких характеристик системи автоматичного розпізнавання мови на якість розпізнавання.
