The aim of the work is to determine the concentration of heavy metals migration Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg in bidistillated water (bidistillate) from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks of different manufacturers. The amount of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg migrating into bidistilled water from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks was determined by the method of stripping voltammetry. It is detected that Zn, Pb and Cu migrate from 12 studied samples to bidistilled water, while Cd migrates from 5 samples, and Hg – from ten samples of cardboard and paper of school notebooks. The maximum permissible migration concentrations of Zn, Cd, Pb, Hg, according to TR CU 007/2011, are not exceeded in any studied sample of cardboard and paper school notebooks. The largest total migration of heavy metals was 215.6 mg/kg or 0.379 μg from 1 sheet, and the smallest – 24.54 mg/kg or 0.177 μg from 1 sheet of the cardboard cover of the notebook.

Products from rolling smoking tobacco, they are also “hand-rolled”, are currently a trending phenomenon in the development of the tobacco products market, both in the Russian Federation and abroad. In view of the fact that maximum allowable values for the content of nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide in smoke are set for cigarettes, manufacturers produce tobacco blendings for cigarettes with a high content of components such as reconstituted tobacco and extended stem, on the one hand, regulating toxicity, and on the other hand, reducing flavoring properties. This leads to the fact that modern cigarettes, in terms of taste and aroma of tobacco smoke, poorly meet consumer taste preferences. By creating products from rolling smoking tobacco, combining different types of tobacco, using paper for self-rolling paper of different composition and breathability, as well as changing the mass of tobacco and the diameter of the product, the consumer can create an ideal product that meets all his taste preferences. In connection with the growing popularity of hand-rolled cigarettes, the relevance of research on their qualitative characteristics is growing. This article discusses such qualitative characteristics as the chemical composition and technological properties of samples: raw tobacco; tobacco blendings with and without a vein; rolling smoking tobacco of various brands. The main purpose of the research is to study the influence of the design of the product (diameter, weight, air permeability of paper) on the tasting assessment. For each type of smoking tobacco, products (hand-rolled) of various weights and diameters have been made, using four types of paper, differing in composition and air permeability. The dependence of the tasting evaluation of products from rolling smoking tobacco on the air permeability of the paper and the design features of the products (fiber width, weight and diameter of the products) has been established.

Through experiments conducted, we study the characteristics of gloss and smoothness of paper tape to develop the method of their technological control. By utilizing the method of statistical analysis, we prove that there is nonlinear correlation dependence between them. We calculate the parameters of regression equation, which has a parabolic form. Moreover, we find that for certain angles of incidence of light ray 70-80°, the parameter of correlation communication is the correlation relation signifying 0,80-0,85. It allows proposing the optical method of technological control of the parameter smoothness of paper directly in the process of production instead of the existent laboratory pneumatic method of measuring (the Bekks method). Thin-cut smoking tobacco is gaining more and more popularity among consumers of tobacco products. However, this type of product remains poorly understood, including the chemical composition of its smoke. The analysis of the data on the chemical composition of the smoke of smoking tobacco products of various designs is an urgent task from the point of view of assessing the toxic load. It will help further to develop recommendations and suggestions for consumers in the manufacture of these products. The main purpose of this work is to study the effect of the product design (diameter, weight and air permeability of paper) on the chemical composition of smoke and tasting assessment. This article discusses the technological properties of smoking tobacco brands: «Pepe», «Stanley», «Corsar», «Redmont». The chemical composition of tobacco (nicotine, proteins, carbohydrates and pH) was analyzed. The analysis of the composition and breathability of paper for self-rolled cigarettes of the brands «OCB Premium» and «OCB Organic Hemp» used for the manufacture of tobacco products from thin-cut tobacco, of different diameters. The influence of the design features of the products (diameter and weight) was studied on the chemical composition of smoke (nicotine, resin, carbon monoxide). Experimentally, the dependence of the chemical composition of smoke on the air permeability of paper and the design features of thin-cut tobacco products has been established: when using paper with low air permeability and with an increase in the diameter and weight of products, the nicotine content increases by 37,55% and resin by 39,54%. The dependence between the nicotine content in tobacco and nicotine in the smoke of tobacco products from thin-cut tobacco was revealed.

The paper explores the relationship between technology and imagination in the poetics of Don DeLillo and Michelangelo Antonioni, as reflected in DeLillo's Libra (1988), Underworld (1997), Falling Man (2007) and Antonioni's Blow-Up (1966). The plot of Antonioni's cult film, loosely based on Cortázar's short story „Las babas del diablo," is well-known: the protagonist, a professional fashion photographer, believes he has unwittingly captured a murder with his camera. The discovery is made in the scene in which he frantically makes a series of blow-ups in the hope of finding clues to the mystery thus reclaiming the past. His belief in the power of photography borders on fantastic, and the paper sets out to revisit this phenomenon in the context of the works of Don DeLillo, who has acknowledged his indebtedness to the European cinema, Antonioni included. In DeLillo's novels characters repeatedly try to find the truth which escapes them in their everyday experience through the power of technology, principally the camera, which, as Walter Benjamin noted, has the paradoxical (and sublime) capacity to represent the past as if it were „Here and Now". Indeed, the photograph as „memento mori" (Sontag) or a „micro version of death" (Barthes) is a little more than a metaphor in both Antonioni and DeLillo's murder mysteries, which abound in dead bodies, or bodies soon to be dead, captured in still photographs or sequences of images, enlarged and super-slowed, from the horrifying sight of Kennedy's exploding head recorded by Abraham Zapruder to the „horrific beauty" of the „Falling Man" shot by Richard Drew. Curiously enough, both Antonioni's and DeLillo's characters seem to call into question the nature of still and moving images, as the specters from these snapshots and videos haunt them, teetering between the real and the imaginary. The digital revolution of the XXIst century has not only positively affected all aspects of social life, but has also precipitated broad negative impacts such as cybercrimes which globally resulted in the loss of about $600 billion (0.8 percent of the global GDP) in 2018. As need for a new form of governance to address the disruptive effects of the digital revolution arose, governments across the globe shifted from the 20th century bureaucracy-centred analogue governance model to a 21st century citizen-centred digital model. This paper examined the digital model of governance and its application with specific focus on Nigeria. The paper utilised secondary data from different sources including journal papers, national dailies and reports. Thus, the meaning of digital governance and Nigerian journey in the digital landscape are examined. It is revealed that while Nigeria made a significant progress in its journey to digitalisation with the introduction of National Identification Number (NIN) among other digital initiatives, exclusion and insecurity are twin challenges that continue to inhibit the achievement of their ultimate objectives. It is therefore recommended that a policy framework to guide the efforts aimed at solving the problems should be designed by navigating through e-democracy, e-administration and e-services being the core relationships that characterise e-governance.

Objective. A booster compressor station (BCS) is one of the key technological facilities necessary to ensure the effective operation of low-temperature separation technology for natural gas in field gas preparation systems for transportation. Ensuring promising operating modes of booster compressor stations with high efficiency is an urgent task. Method. One of the tools for solving this problem is mathematical modeling of the operating modes of centrifugal compressors (hereinafter - CPC), which are part of gas pumping units (GPU). The basis of the mathematical model is the gas dynamic characteristic (GDC) of the pulp and paper mill. The existing regulatory documentation presents simplified methods for modeling HDC, which are suitable for low-pressure pulp and paper mills with a pressure ratio of up to 1.5 and the number of compression stages of no more than three, but are not suitable for multi-stage high-pressure pulp and paper mills. Result. The results of a comparison of three methods of modeling the hydrodynamic characteristics (method of reduced characteristics, refined method of reduced characteristics, method of two-parameter approximation) of high-pressure pulp and paper mills are presented using the example of a pulp and paper mill with a pressure ratio of up to 2.0, intended for equipping a gas pumping unit as part of field booster compressor stations. An analysis and comparison of the obtained modeling results with actual data was carried out. Conclusion. When using the UMPH-2D modeling method, the smallest errors were obtained (no more than 2.0%), which, in turn, indicates its highest accuracy among the considered methods for recalculating the gas flow characteristics of high-pressure and multi-stage compressors.

Objective. The paper defines the relevance of the task of increasing the efficiency of software, which in this case is understood as reducing the operating time of the designed software in the process of solving computationally complex problems. Method. As an example of such a task, the implementation of the singular value decomposition by the Jacobi method is used. This task finds its application in various fields from signal and image processing to artificial intelligence systems. Parallel computing systems equipped with GPU are chosen as the target computing architecture. The paper discusses methods for improving the efficiency of software for target computing architectures using CUDA. Result. The existing analytical models for evaluating the effectiveness of computer programs are described. The influence of various optimizations, such as optimization of data transfers, use of the unified memory system, the number of threads, memory access patterns, and a number of others on the efficiency of the resulting software is considered. The process of optimizing the SVD implementation program is described, the results of computational experiments are presented. Conclusion. As the number of threads increases, performance may increase more than the number of threads. Impact of memory access pattern: When the memory access sequence is optimal, performance improves noticeably. Adjusting the share of memory used for L1 cache and shared memory does not have a significant impact on performance

This paper aims to provide a solution for malicious network traffic detection and categorization. Remote attacks on computer systems are becoming more common and more dangerous nowadays. This is due to several factors, some of which are as follows: first of all, the usage of computer networks and network infrastructure overall is on the rise, with tools such as messengers, email, and so on. Second, alongside increased usage, the amount of sensitive information being transmitted over networks has also grown. Third, the usage of computer networks for complex systems, such as grid and cloud computing, as well as IoT and “smart” locations (e.g., “smart city”) has also seen an increase. Detecting malicious network traffic is the first step in defending against a remote attack. Historically, this was handled by a variety of algorithms, including machine learning algorithms such as clustering. However, these algorithms require a large amount of sample data to be effective against a given attack. This means that defending against zero‑day attacks or attacks with high variance in input data proves difficult for such algorithms. In this paper, we propose a semi‑supervised generative adversarial network (GAN) to train a discriminator model to categorize malicious traffic as well as identify malicious and non‑malicious traffic. The proposed solution consists of a GAN generator that creates tabular data representing network traffic from a remote attack and a classifier deep neural network for said traffic. The main goal is to achieve accurate categorization of malicious traffic with a few labeled examples. This can also, in theory, improve classification accuracy compared to fully supervised models. It may also improve the model’s performance against completely new types of attacks. The resulting model shows a prediction accuracy of 91 %, which is lower than a conventional deep learning model; however, this accuracy is achieved with a small sample of data (under 1000 labeled examples). As such, the results of this research may be used to improve computer system security, for example, by using dynamic firewall rule adjustments based on the results of incoming traffic classification. The proposed model was implemented and tested in the Python programming language and the TensorFlow framework. The dataset used for testing is the NSL‑KDD dataset.

virtual promotion map ,coordination ,semantic kernel ,Technology - Abstract
The paper presents an example of using new technology to solve the problem of promoting goods and services according to the 7P concept. The technology was called virtual promotion. The reason for its occurrence is a decrease in the effectiveness of the currently classical search engine optimization methodology on the Internet. The task of the latter is to bring the given corporate WEB resource to the first place in the search server’s answers to the requests of potential buyers. Virtual promotion is based on two ideas. The first is based on marketing theory when to sell a product or service, you need to build a marketing channel. The second is that a search server is an intelligent machine. Then, to get the first position, we need to teach the virtual space, which consists of Internet nodes, to activate in such a way that the number of links to the WEB page with the desired product is maximum. To implement these ideas, two objects are synthesized as part of the virtual promotion: a semantic kernel and a promotion map. A semantic kernel is a description of a product or service or a training sequence of keywords. A map is a set of nodes on the Internet, where the semantic core should be placed to attract the maximum number of buyers of the product. The map is also a variant of marketing channels on the Internet. The paper considers an example of a situation where a semantic core and a minimal map have already been created using the classical approach (search optimization). In this case, the classic approach gave an increase in the number of visits to the WEB site, but there was not a single buyer of the product for six months. That is, the classical approach improved the key performance indicator, but it did not affect the sales performance in any way. The paper demonstrates how virtual promotion forms such a modification of the map that gives a given result in a given period. At the same time, it is not enough to synthesize a new map. It is necessary to apply a special mechanism for its implementation. For this purpose, the paper shows a real task of inter-functional coordination, which makes it possible to implement a promotion map. Real data for 2021, which was used to promote the product on the Ukrainian market, is given. The introduction of the new version of the map resulted in the first two orders within the first two weeks.

This paper considers the problem of quality measurement of business process models using the n-dimensional space distances. Business process models are graphical schemes similar to flowcharts or activity diagrams utilized in software engineering, usually represented using the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or EPC (Event-driven Process Chain) notations. Business process modeling aims to capture current enterprise workflows for their analysis and then improvement using automation through IT (Information Technology) systems deployment. Therefore, designed business process models should be of high quality, so all “weak spots” of described organizational workflows could be properly identified and replaced with more efficient solutions. Whereas process models, which are not understandable, un-structured, and/or uncertain, may cause even more issues when used to improve organizational activities. Therefore, this study proposes quality measures and a software tool that can be used to detect errors in BPMN and EPC business process models using distances in n-dimensional space. The formal problem statement based on the graph-based description of business process models was given. Business process model quality characteristics and measures that consider features of both BPMN and EPC notations were proposed. Distances in n-dimensional space were suggested for usage to measure the quality of business process models. The algorithm for business process model quality measurement was proposed. The software tool to measure the quality of BPMN and EPC business process models was designed and developed. The quality of sample business process models was measured using the software tool. Obtained results were analyzed and discussed. This paper considers the Euclidean distance only, while other existing n-dimensional space distance measures or, on the opposite, similarity measures, can be used to evaluate business process model quality in further research.

The Republic of Belarus uses traditional and modern systems of fare payment for public passenger transport. In the traditional system, paper tickets are used as proof of payment; such a system is common in all settlements of the country. Electronic tickets generated in mobile applications of various electronic systems, on physical media – contactless smart cards, as well as records of relevant transactions from bank card accounts are used in modern fare systems to confirm payment for a transport service. Both single trips and multiple travel tickets can be recorded in the form of an electronic ticket or an electronic entry on the contactless smart cards. The paper proposes measures aimed at increasing the level of payback of public passenger transport, analyzes the volume of passenger traffic for 2016–2020, the decisions of local authorities in force in the cities of Belarus that establish regulatory and cost indicators for fares in public passenger transport. The comparison of modern fare payment systems implemented in cities is carried out. TapXphone and T-PAY systems are recommended for distribution on public passenger transport in Belarusian cities on the basis of the comparison of the positive аnd negative aspects of the functioning of electronic fare collection systems from the position of a passenger and a carrier.

The proposed paper is a continuation of the author's theoretical work presented earlier in the development of the theory and methodology for calculating flexible orthotropic reinforced concrete plates on an elastic foundation, taking into account the physical nonlinearity of the plate material. The paper presents numerical results of elastic and nonlinear calculations of an isolated rectangular orthotropic plate on an elastic foundation, modeled by an elastic homogeneous isotropic layer rigidly connected to a non-deformable foundation under the action of an external static load, taking into account the own weight of the reinforced concrete plate. The change in its stiffness at the time of cracking and further active opening of cracks has been taken into account in the calculation of the structure under study. The nonlinear calculation of the studied structure takes into account the change in its rigidity at the time of cracking and further active crack opening. The calculation of a flexible orthotropic plate on an elastic foundation in a nonlinear formulation is performed iteratively by the method of B. N. Zhemochkin. A mixed method of structural mechanics has been used to determine the coefficients of canonical equations and free terms. At the first iteration, the reinforced concrete plate is calculated as linearly elastic, homogeneous, and orthotropic; at the subsequent ones – as linearly elastic, inhomogeneous, and orthotropic at each Zhemochkin site. Camber plates with a clamped normal in the primary system of mixed method due to the action of a concentrated force are determined by the Ritz method when the deflections were represented as a power polynomial in a new original expression that has been proposed for the first time in the Part 1 of the paper. The solution algorithm has been implemented using the Wolfram Mathematica 11.3 computer program. Numerical and graphical results of elastic and non-linear calculations of sediment concrete road plate, contact stresses and bending moment diagrams on the plate are presented in the paper.

business process model ,modeling notation ,structural measures ,modeling guidelines ,Technology - Abstract
Business process modeling is one of the main tools of the BPM (Business Process Management) concept. With the help of business process modeling, business scenarios can be presented in the form of graphical models that can be easily understood by both information technology (IT) professionals and non-IT professionals – business analysts, software customers, department heads, top managers, and other stakeholders interested in business process improvement. Business process improvement is usually done through the automation of activities, which were identified as “bottlenecks” after analysis. However, it is possible to analyze a business process model only if it is clear and correct in terms of compliance with both the notation used and the real business process it depicts. This paper considers the analysis of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) business process model structural measures. It is assumed that business process models, which by their structural features violate rules of business process modeling, are neither understandable nor suitable for further work with them, which also can lead to various errors occurring at the stage of business process analysis, as well as at the stage of its improvement and implementation of proposed changes, i.e., during development, testing and maintenance of distinct software components, information system modules or BPM-system scenarios that ensure business process execution. Therefore, in this paper, we propose to identify the main elements of BPMN business process models and their structural measures that affect models’ understandability and maintainability and could be sources of errors. Considering selected measures, it is proposed to calculate respective values for a large collection of BPMN business process models, and then study compliance with theoretical business process modeling guidelines on practice when real business process models are designed. In order to provide efficient storage and processing of a large collection of BPMN business process models data, there were developed a database, and a software component. Results of analysis of BPMN business process model structural measures obtained using developed database and software component are demonstrated and discussed. The conclusion is made, as well as future research directions in this field are formulated.

The paper considers an issue of international logistics development in Belarus under world coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of analytical reviewing of the up-to-date scientific literature on the problem under study, the expediency is stated for highlighting the logistics of international road freight transportation as an independent area of theoretical research and practical activity. Further development of international road freight transportation logistics in the Republic of Belarus requires a complex economic analysis of the present state and dynamics of the international road freight transportation market, which is the main purpose of the present publication. The paper contains the results of the analysis of the market for international and transit freight road transportation. Separately the paper points out the dynamics of transit goods transportation segment in this market in response to the reorientation of international freight flows. Interconnection is shown between the volume indices of international road freight transit through the territory of Belarus and the dynamics of goods import to the Russian Federation from the EU countries. For the first time a proposal is given to use the methodological tools of systemmatrix diagnostic analysis for investigation of the macroeconomic development process of international road freight transit logistics. The author’s set of initial parameters for the analysis has been formed, and its results are presented on the basis of the data of the State statistical reporting form for 2019–2020. A suggestion is given for joint usage of system-matrix diagnostic tools in combination with author’s methodology for assessing the effectiveness of transit (international) freight transportation while evaluating the competitiveness of economic entities in the industry. The most typical trends of the market development in the short term are stated, taking into account the more complicated market conditions.

Previously, the author obtained an analytical solution for determining the vertical displacements of the homogeneous isotropic quarter-space face, which is affected by a vertical concentrated force. This expression gave an exact solution for determining the vertical displacements of a quarter-space face made of incompressible material and an approximate solution for a Poisson ratio different from 0.5. Later, in the published paper by S. V. Bosakov and P. D. Skachek “Action of Concentrated Force on 1/8 of Homogeneous Isotropic Space”, it was shown that by combining solutions for determining the vertical displacements of a quarter-space and a half-space from the action of concentrated forces, one can find vertical displacements for one-eighth face of a homogeneous isotropic space. The resulting expressions allow solving contact problems for non-classical domains in the form of a quarter of a space and one eighth of a space. Below, the author obtains the first approximation for displacements of a quarter-space face from the action of a vertical concentrated force. In this paper, the author gives the first approximation for determining the vertical displacements of a quarter-space face from the action of a vertical concentrated force, widely using the special approximation method developed in the works of V. M. Alexandrov and allowing to calculate successfully improper integrals. The constructed graphs show good results when determining displacements with a Poisson’s ratio different from 0.5 and equal to 0.5. It should be noted that the approach indicated in the paper by S. V. Bosakov and P. D. Skachek can be successfully used in determining all displacements of the faces of one-eighth face of a homogeneous isotropic sharpened forces tangent to the edge of a quarter-space and this will allow to solve contact problems taking into account friction forces in the contact zone of the beam or plate.

soil liquefaction ,water-saturated fine soils ,dynamic and static loads ,pore pressure ,shear resistance ,Technology - Abstract
An analysis of the probability and conditions for the occurrence of soil liquefaction at the base and in the vicinity of hydraulic structures is presented in the paper. As a rule, hydraulic structures are erected in the valleys of watercourses, the structure of the soil in which contributes to the occurrence of liquefaction processes. These soils are fine-grained, non-cohesive, usually consisting of fine- and medium-grained or silty sands, sandy loams, interspersed with layers of loams. Massifs under pressure hydraulic structures are quite water-saturated. Soil liquefaction occurs as a result of the destruction of structural bonds between particles in water-saturated dispersed soils under the action of stresses of various types. An external dynamic or static load applied to a water-saturated massif composed of weak, finely dispersed soils can lead to a complete or partial loss of soil bearing capacity and its transition to a fluid state. The magnitude of soil resistance to shear is determined by the degree of its water saturation; at a moisture content of about 20 %, the angle of repose of sandy soils is significantly reduced. The restoration of the strength properties of soils is prevented by the pore water pressure, the process of compaction (consolidation) of the soil mass occurs after the water is squeezed out of the pores, the flow time of which depends on the filtration properties of the massif. Liquefaction of soils leads to a disruption in the normal functioning of a hydraulic structure, the creation of emergency situations. The paper provides examples of accidents at hydraulic structures in Russia caused by liquefaction phenomena. It is noted that the main directions of protecting the structures of hydraulic structures from dangerous liquefaction are to prevent the possibility of liquefaction and the reduction of its harmful effects. In this regard, several methods are considered – compaction and strengthening of soils at the base of structures; filtering surcharge device using geotextiles and geogrids; creation of an effective drainage system.

The paper studies the issue of improving the evenness of the prefabricated concrete pavement by changing the design of the slabs from which it is assembled. Irregularities of the prefabricated pavement mainly occur at the junction of the plates and are called “keyboard” effect. The reason for the unevenness is the vertical movement of the ends of the plates relative to each other when the car passes. In order to correct this situation, the authors propose to arrange transverse ribs of rectangular cross section at the ends of the plates. Such ribs will create a reliable support at the edges of the slab, which will reduce the vertical movement of its ends. To determine the effectiveness of the use of transverse ribs, a concrete slab with dimensions of 3´6 m has been examined in the paper. The transverse rib in cross section had the shape of a rectangle with sides 20´10 cm. In order to compare the test results, a concrete slab of the same dimensions, but without transverse ribs, has been studied. Deformations and stresses of the slab under load have been determined by the finite element method using the Lira software package. Calculations have shown the effectiveness of the slabs with transverse ribs mounted on its edges. The vertical displacements of the ends of the slabs with ribs are two times less than those of the slabs without ribs, and the stresses are 2.4 times less. It is obvious that the use of concrete slabs with transverse ribs at the ends will reduce the unevenness of the prefabricated coating at the points of their mating.

The main directions of the concept of national strategies for sustainable development are considered, taking into account the problems of energy and resource saving, as well as the need for the rational use of natural and secondary resources in many countries of the world community in order to transition to a “green” economy. An assessment of the energy potential of combustible waste that has not found technological application is given as one of the priority areas in the field of nontraditional energy. The paper presents aspects of research into obtaining and production of multicomponent solid fuels. A technology is described for briquetting wet mixtures with the addition of various binders, including various combustible wastes, in order to obtain solid fuel. The features of the fuel frame formation are given, taking into account the factors affecting the performance of the briquetting plant, as well as achieving the optimal density of the briquette. A qualitative assessment was made with respect to various ratios of the components of briquetted fuel, at which the best production and consumer indicators are achieved. The features of the preparation of materials and the technological equipment used as part of the preparation and briquetting line are considered. The practical aspects of the production, drying, use of briquetted solid fuels are outlined in the paper. The paper presents studies of the energy and physico-chemical characteristics of multicomponent fuel compositions using various research laboratory equipment and methods. The proposed algorithm for solving the problem makes it possible to rationally use substandard combustible production waste to obtain multicomponent solid fuel, while energy and environmental aspects are taken into consideration at the production stage.
