The urgency of work is caused by the necessity to determine new ways of organization of scientific knowledge to solve complex problems of human nature and society. The main aim of the study is to review the process of formation of a new scientific paradigm based on the dramatic changes of contemporary forms of knowledge production. The methods used in the study: synergetics, pluralism. Results: the path of practical implementation of scientific knowledge in the process is shown. By the example of social engineering as applied knowledge the paper demonstrates the way of occurrence of new system knowledge in interdisciplinary troubled field and implementation of its further practical realization. The paper describes in detail the technology birth from the research. It is shown that within such process science comes out as applied, directed to transformation, development, modification and construction of the surrounding world. The necessity of including new knowledge into the area of development of innovative industrial technologies, on the basis of applied research, such as social engineering.

The relevance of the research is caused by the acquisition of new knowledge on optimization of the technological parameters of centrifugal concentrator operation using the Knelson CVD technology, namely: setting the frequency of opening the valves and the time during which the valves remain open. The aim of the research is a statistical analysis of the results of semi-industrial studies of the Knelson CVD technology applicability on various products of the factory, using the method of group accounting of arguments, to derive dependencies between the concentrate yield and tunable parameters, which allow preliminary calculations of the effectiveness of implementation of this technology at the processing enterprises. Objects: products obtained as a result of hydrocyclone operation, as well as the technological parameters of the centrifugal concentrators. Methods: general methods of mathematical statistics, in particular, regression analysis methods aimed at constructing statistically significant models describing the dependence of a variable on the set of regressors. Also, along with the classical apparatus of regression analysis, the method of group accounting of arguments was used. The main idea of ​​the method is to build a set of models of a given class, and to select optimal one among them. Results. The authors have developed the effective method for processing the results of tests carried out on the processing equipment, based on the method of group accounting of arguments. Based on the obtained data, statistically significant models were constructed, describing the dependence of the content in tails and the concentrate on valuable components on various adjustable equipment parameters, and their effectiveness was justified, which makes it possible to apply these models in further studies on the application of CVD technology. The paper demonstrates the application of the method of group accounting of arguments using the example of constructing polynomial regression models containing non-linear combinations of regressors.

Relevance of research is caused by the need of expansion of application field of modern environmentally friendly technology of explosive works based on optimization of the drilling-and-blasting works parameters and development of new schemes of detonation and designs of charges. The aim of the research is to justify the technical capability of increasing the efficiency of drilling-and-blasting works on pits, due to optimization of parameters in various mining-and-geological conditions, as well as the development of new designs of the borehole charges reducing harmful effects on environment. Research methods: the analysis of the best practices in development of similar fields on materials of publications, physical modeling of parameters of explosive works and forecasting the ways of development of field exploration techniques. When carrying out the experiments the authors have used the complex technique of researches including the system and statistical analyses, experimental explosions, technological generalizations. Results of the research. The authors have developed the ecological pure technology of explosive works, taking into account modern methods and optimum parameters of detonation, assessing the role of strength properties and structural features of the massif, to obtain high-quality crushing of the massif of rocks. The paper introduces the results of the research in natural and laboratory conditions. It is shown that it is necessary to consider the massif fracture category and rock hardness coefficient for effective production of drilling-and-blasting works. The research proves the natural dependence of crushing quality on a grid of drilling-and-blasting wells which open pit should be arranged in the block in the way that tension concentration from explosion of simultaneously blown up groups of charges fell on near-axial large-block zones. The authors recommend the optimal detonation parameters. Application of the universal channel cartridge is the main factor of increasing the steady mode of detonation. Its distinctive feature consists in combination of the detonating explosive charge with a longitudinal hollow cavity. The drilling-and-blasting works rational parameters should be calculated and selected taking into account complex influence of natural and technogenic factors, using modern programs, techniques and computer. Thus, the major directions in the field of decrease in technogenic impact of iron ore production and processing are: development of a general concept of environmental protection from technological pollution, improvement and implementation of rational parameters of drilling-and-blasting works. Conclusions. Implementation of the latest modern technologies of production and processing of iron ores, improvement and implementation of rational parameters of drilling-and-blasting works, provide economic effect, due to decrease in technogenic load of mining enterprises on the environment and improvement of geoecological condition of mining regions.

Relevance. Mining production became «the recognized leader» in the impact on the environment, including the destruction of the earth's surface when mining, with catastrophic consequences. Minimizing harmful effects of mining technologies becomes a topical area of research at the global scale, but there is no practical solution on the way out of the situation. The aim of the study is to prove the ecological-economic efficiency of nature protection and resource-saving technologies of mining ore deposits of solid minerals and to substantiate their prospects. Methods of the research include analysis and synthesis of results of theoretical and experimental research carried out before, literature and patent data. Results. The paper introduces the historical information on the dynamics of mining industry evolution. It is shown that natural and anthropogenic factors of destruction of ecosystems increase each other due to synergetic effect. The authors have identified the areas of risk reduction: laying the technological voids with hardening mixtures; in situ leaching of poor and orphaned ores; heap leaching of low-grade ores; leaching of tailings of beneficiation and metallurgy of activated processes in activator-type disintegrator. Disposal of ore primary processing tailings after extracting metals to the level of sanitary requirements by combining chemical enrichment and activation is recommended as the perspective direction of solving environmental problems. Conclusions. Disposal of tailings is the real direction of survival of the technologically rich region of extraction and processing of mineral raw materials in the context of unpredictable technological advances, solving the problem of hardening mineral-raw material base ofmining enterprises and environmental conservation from degradation.

Relevance of the research is caused by the need to expand the application of sublevel caving with front draw owing to the trend of mining conversion to underground method. The conversion is limited by a high level of ore losses and dilution. The aim of the research is to study the possibility of reducing ore technical losses and dilution by rocks crumble at ore draw form the chambers by optimizing the design parameters of the system as a condition to ensure the profitability of the technique applied. Methods: analysis of the advanced experience in developing similar fields based on publications, physical modeling of extraction cleaning parameter and forecasting the ways of developing the technique. Results. The paper introduces the results of research in field and laboratory conditions. The efficiency of the technique with the collapse reduces due to decrease of breaking arrays. The authors have confirmed the logical relationship between the parameters of ore draw and their quality and recommended the optimal parameters of excavation panels. It was ascertained that the chamber 80 C decline enhances the quality indices. When extracting ore with the options with sublevel caving with front draw the parameters of the mining method: width and depth of a draw figure and volume of ore, drawn before dilution that enables controlling the quality of the extracted ore, are correctly aligned. The main factors of improving the extraction rates are the increase of substage height and checkerboarding of outlets with the 25 m increased height of ore bed and the distance between the unit vectors of 8 m. Conclusions. Ore extraction from bowels by the outlets checkerboarding scheme at the increased height of ore bed provides economic benefits due to reduce of the amount of first workings, allows decreasing the number of active stopes due to the growth of ore volume in a breaking layer, increasing concentration of mountain works and loading and haulage equipment congestion.

The relevance of the research is caused by the tendency to reduce the cost of managing the state of water-bearing rocks in underground mining of metal deposits of rock type. The aim of the research is to study the technical possibilities of minimizing strength of hardening filling mixtures while ensuring the safety of operations and maintain the quality of ore mined by taking into account the actual stresses. Methods: a review of theory and practice, using the results of field studies carried out with the involvement of material publications, simulation of the results of technological and economic research, summarizing the results of the study. Results. The authors have systematized the information on interaction of natural stress fields and the stress arising from man-made intervention in underground mining with laying voids with hardening mixtures. It is noted that the practice of ore deposits exploration proved the absence of satisfactory adjustment between the design parameters and actual strength, their discrepancy to geostatic distribution law. The authors proposed the model of relationship between quality ore production figures and the state of rock arrays by the strength of geomechanical system elements. The paper introduces the results of field studies of a powerful deposit array stress state, confirming and explaining the irregular stress distribution. Conclusions. Mountain massif and the rocks composing it are heterogeneous and stress in their elements may be determined adequately only instrumentally. The actual voltage can differ from the calculated values, being affected by geological faults of the crust. Differentiation of the filling mixture composition allows reducing the consumption of cement for their preparation taking into account the real state of the array. This improves the technical and economic indicators of technique while maintaining a safe conditions of ore production.

The paper introduces the results of investigation of processes occurring at introduction of ultrasonic oscillations into weld items considering the features of implementing press cold and continuous welding when forming spot, line, circular and extended continuous welds. The identified dependences of energy required for ultrasonic welding on properties of weld materials, welding speed (speed of weld materials tracking), forms of pressure roller, frictions when welding thin films made it possible to define optimal modes of ultrasonic exposure for welding rivet, line and circular weld of different forms and welds of complex closed loop. The developed welding units allow supporting quality of welding items of polymeric thermoplastic materials.
