Данная работа посвящена проектированию сталежелезобетонного перекрытия по металлическим балкам, где главные балки имеют жесткое защемление. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучение актуальности применения ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ в строительстве; 2. Расчет сталежелезобетонного перекрытия согласно актуальным нормативным документам; 3. Формирование расчетной модели в программном комплексе SCAD; 4. Формирование аналогичной расчетной модели в программном комплексе SCAD с применением железобетона; 5. Проведение анализа Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²; 6. Сравнение Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ формулирование выводов о проведенном исследовании. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра был разработан проект высотного бизнес-центра с Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ подземной автостоянкой. Здание имеет в плане форму квадрата. Фасады остеклены витражными моделями. Здание имеет каркасную конструктивную систему. Произведен расчет несущей способности здания бизнес-центра. Разработаны объемно-планировочные решения. Рассчитана длительность проведения строительно-Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ с использованием нормативной литературы, построен календарный график выполнения работ в программе Microsoft Project. Произведен подбор Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ строительного процесса ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½ и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð². В данной работе приводятся рекомендации по соблюдению пожарной безопасности. Разработана сметная документация на проведение Ð²ÑÐµÑ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾-Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚. Отличительной чертой данной работы является сравнение рациональности применения в строительстве перекрытия из сталежелезобетона и из железобетона. Работа рассматривает плюсы и минусы использования сталежелезобетона в строительной сфере., This work is devoted to the design of a steel-reinforced concrete slab on metal beams, where the main beams have a rigid pinching. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of the relevance of the use of steel-reinforced concrete structures in construction; 2. Calculation of steel-reinforced concrete slab according to current regulatory documents; 3. Formation of the calculation model in the SCAD software package; 4. Formation of a similar calculation model in the SCAD software package using reinforced concrete; 5. Analysis of the obtained results; 6. Comparison of the obtained data and formulation of conclusions about the conducted research. In the course of the bachelor's final qualification work, a project of a high-rise business center with a two-level underground parking lot was developed. The building has a square shape in the plan. The facades are glazed with stained glass models. The building has a frame structural system. The load-bearing capacity of the business center building was calculated. Space-planning solutions have been developed. The duration of construction and installation works is calculated using the normative literature, and a calendar schedule for the execution of works in the Microsoft Project program is constructed. The selection of necessary construction machines and mechanisms for the construction process was made. This paper provides recommendations for compliance with fire safety. The estimated documentation for all construction and installation and preparatory work has been developed. A distinctive feature of this work is the comparison of the rationality of the use of steel-reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete slabs in construction. The paper examines the pros and cons of using steel-reinforced concrete in the construction industry.

В данной работе представлена разработанная в соответствии с постановлением Правительства РФ №87 от 16.02.2008 проектная документация на строительство шестиэтажного многоквартирного жилого дома с устройством подземной автостоянки с применением Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ «Top down». Произведен анализ эффективного использования строительной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ с целью минимизации простоя ее ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², выполненный с помощью расчета комплексной производительности ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½, позволяющий рационально подобрать количество оборудования, задействованного в ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ°Ñ . По результатам анализа было выделено 3 варианта с наборами строительной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ для разработки грунта котлована, произведен Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡ÐµÑ‚ и сравнение, с выделением оптимального с точки зрения ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ для конкретного проекта., This paper presents the design documentation for the construction of a six-storey apartment building with the use of an underground parking lot using the «Top-down» technology, developed in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation №87 16.02.2008. In the sections presented, the following activities were carried out: • Formed a plan of the planning organization of the selected land plot; • Developed architectural and design solutions; • A project of a heating system with floor-by-floor piping was developed; • A project for the organization of construction with a calendar schedule has been drawn up, which takes into account the possibility of simultaneous production of underground and surface works on the construction of the supporting frame of the building, which is available within the framework of the application of the technology «Top down»; • The technology of the process of concreting the floors of the underground floor during the execution of works using the technology «Top down» is described; • Provides measures for fire protection, as well as ensuring access for people with limited mobility; • Considered measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building; • An estimate for the construction object has been drawn up. In this paper, the entire sequence of works performed during the construction of a building using the «Top-down» technology is considered, its main advantages are highlighted, as well as the conditions most suitable for use in the project. The analysis of the effective use of construction equipment in order to minimize the downtime of its key elements, performed by calculating the complex of productivity of construction machines, which allows you to rationally select the amount of equipment involved in construction processes. Based on the results of the analysis, 3 options were identified with sets of construction equipment for excavation of the pit, they were calculated and compared, with the allocation of the optimal from the point of view of economic costs for a specific project.

В работе представлена проектная документация на строительство офисного здания в соответствии с Постановление Правительства РФ№87 от 16 февраля 2008г. Разработаны план участка, Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ, объемно-планировочные и конструктивные решения, мероприятия по пожарной безопасности и доступу инвалидов, выполнен проект организации строительства и составлена сметная документация на строительно-монтажные работы. Часто создание уникального облика здания предполагает использование консолей, в том числе и в Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ . Применение ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¹ уменьшает количество Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð½ÐµÑÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¾Ð½Ð½ и увеличивает спектр Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. В данной работе выполнен расчёт ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑÑ‚ÐºÐ¾Ð² перекрытия и анализ армирования ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð±Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ðº с консолями вылетом 6000, 5100, 4440, 3770, 2440 и 2070мм. В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ работы были выполнены следующие задачи: • изучить литературу по теме исследования • выполнить сбор нагрузок на проектируемые консоли • создать модель из ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² • произвести расчёт в ПК SCAD, получить эпюру Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¸Ð±Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² в Ð±Ð°Ð»ÐºÐ°Ñ , рассчитать Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ðµ армирование • по результатам расчёта принять арматуру • выполнить расчёт напряжённо-деформированного состояния Принятое армирование Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÑÑ в традиционно используемом диапазоне. The site plan, architectural, space-planning and design solutions, measures for fire safety and access for the disabled were developed, the construction organization project was completed and the estimated documentation for construction and installation works was compiled. Often, creating a unique appearance of a building involves the use of consoles, including in high-rise buildings. The use of cantilever floors reduces the number of load-bearing columns used and increases the range of possible architectural solutions. In this paper, calculation of cantilever sections of the overlap and the analysis of the reinforcement of cantilever beams with cantilevers with a span of 6000, 5100, 4440, 3770, 2440 and 2070 mm were done. As part of research, following tasks were completed: • study the literature on the research topic • collect loads on the projected consoles • create a model from finite elements • make calculations in the SCAD PC, get a diagram of the bending moments in the beams, calculate the necessary reinforcement • according to the results of the calculation, accept the reinforcement • perform the calculation of the stress-strain state The adopted reinforcement is in the traditionally used range. A test was carried out for the II group of limit states, from which it follows that the design in question is suitable for operation. It is shown that the use of the studied consoles in unique buildings does not require special design measures.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Лексико-семантическое поле «строительство» в изучении русского языка как иностранного (на примере ÐºÐ¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²)». The novelty of this paper lies in the fact that by taking into account the correlation between vocabulary, it increases the efficiency of vocabulary learning by foreign students. В данной работе проводится анализ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² и сравниваются виды Ð¼ÑÐ³ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒ для апарт–отеля. После рассмотрения ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² для мягкой кровли, а также Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº, составляется сметная стоимость вариантов устройства и эксплуатации плоской кровли. Далее идет выбор оптимальный варианта устройства мягкой кровли для апарт-отеля., The theme of the final qualifying work: "The building of the apartment-hotel with a membrane roof in St. Petersburg." This paper analyzes roofing materials and compares the types of soft roofs for an apart-hotel. After considering the roofing materials for soft roofing, as well as their characteristics, an estimated cost of options for the installation and operation of a flat roof is compiled. The indicators of long-term planning of expenses for capital and current repairs are calculated and compared. Next comes the choice of the best option for installing a soft roof for an apart-hotel.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание гостиницы высотой 105 м в г. Санкт-Петербурге».В данной работе был проведен обзор ПК отечественного и иностранного производства. Далее подбирается наилучший вариант для строительства бизнес-центра., Theme of the graduate qualification work: « Business center building on a pile foundation in St. Petersburg ».In this paper, a justification procedure for the type of pile foundation for a business center is conducted, taking into account its cost-effectiveness in terms of the durability and time constraints of the device. After analyzing seven different types of pile foundation arrangement, an estimate of the pile foundation arrangement is made. Then the advantages, disadvantages and economic benefits are compared. Then the best option for the construction of a business center is selected.

Также были даны рекомендации по сборке и монтажу запроектированной фасадной системы.Результатом работы стал проект уникального бизнес-центра, выполненный в соответствии с требованиями действующей нормативной документации, способный удивить своим необычным внешним обликом за счет сочетания Ð½ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼, наиболее выделяющейся из ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²Ð»ÑÐµÑ‚ÑÑ конструкция, состоящая из Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, удивляющая своей уникальной формой, высокой функциональностью и простотой монтажа., Final qualification work theme: «Business center building with module facade panels».This paper presents sections of design documentation for the construction of a high-rise business center building, made in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 No. 87 «On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content» and the terms of reference.The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of project documentation, is to develop a unique facade system consisting of three-dimensional modular facade panels.To achieve the target goal, an analysis of the main features of modern facades of high-rise buildings based on recent publications was made, followed by a review of the main problems facade systems can face today, and the subsequent introduction of rational options for solving these problems. With the help of modern software systems, architectural and design solutions for modular facade panels were developed. Measures to improve energy efficiency and ensure the necessary fire safety regulations were envisaged. Recommendations on the assembly and installation of the designed facade systems were also given.The result of the work was the project of a unique business center, made in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation, capable of surprising with its unusual appearance due to the combination of several types of facade systems, the most prominent of which is a design consisting of modular facade panels, amazing with its unique shape, high functionality and ease of installation.

Для ускорения обработки информации, такие процессы можно автоматизировать. В ПК Revit существует возможность составления сценариев, так как имеет широко задокументированный и открытый программный интерфейс приложения API. Для обращения к элементам в модели в ПО Revit с помощью API, существует несколько способов. Начиная от написания ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð² и расширений на языке программирования C#, заканчивая визуальной средой программирования Dynamo. В данной работе будет рассмотрен последний вариант с использованием скриптов Python. Цель данной работы – написать сценарий, который позволит автоматически расставить отверстия в стене, через которую проведены трубы в связанном файле с расширением IFC. Для достижения поставленной цели были определены следующие задачи: адаптировать существующий скрипт к шаблону проекта ADSK; подобрать Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ параметры труб; проверить работоспособность сценария. В исследовательской части изложены основные этапы и представлен пример реализованного сценария., To speed up information processing, such processes can be automated. There is a possibility of scripting in Revit PC, as it has a widely documented and open API application programming interface. There are several ways to access the elements in the model in Revit software using the API. Starting from writing your own plugins and extensions in the C# programming language, ending with the visual programming environment Dynamo. In this paper, we will consider the last option using Python scripts. The purpose of this work is to write a script that will allow you to automatically place holes in the wall through which pipes are passed in an associated file with the IFC extension. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: adapt an existing script to the ADSK project template; select the necessary pipe parameters;  check the functionality of the script. The research part outlines the main stages and provides an example of an implemented scenario.

После чего сравниваются показатели каждого из подрядчиков и выбирается наилучший вариант для строительства научно-исследовательского института., Theme of the graduate qualification work: «The building of a research institute with an underground parking lot».This paper evaluates the goodwill of a contractor for the construction of a research institute. After selecting six different contractors and eight risk factors that could adversely affect the final result of the work on the construction of the building, the calculation of integral indicators at the same and different importance of the factors for each contractor individually. The performance of each contractor is then compared and the best option for the construction of the research institute is selected.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с подземной автостоянкой на 64 машино-места». Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта общественного здания бизнес-центра, включая проработку месторасположения башенного крана на СГП. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:  провести анализ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð²/методов к выявлению оптимального решения по подбору количества и размещению башенного крана;  воспользоваться модулем Генеративное проектирование в Revit для выбора рационального решения по размещению башенного крана на СГП. Проект разработан в соответствии с заданием на проектирование и действующими нормативными документами. В исследовательской части проекта было продемонстрировано, что скрипты Dynamo на основе BIM, могут генерировать решения Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ñ‡, в том числе для решения задачи, рассмотренной в данной работе. Предлагаемые решения могут быть реализованы на начальном этапе проектирования строительного проекта для планирования и оптимизации строительной площадки. Они будут более эффективны на динамичной строительной площадке, т. е. Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ð¾ использовать для управления изменениями на площадке по мере продвижения строительства. This work is devoted to the development of the project of the public building of the business center, including the study of the location of the tower crane at the SGP.  Tasks that were solved during the study:to analyze various approaches / methods to identify the optimal solution for the placement of a tower crane;use the Generative Design module in Revit to choose a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the SGP.  The project was developed in accordance with the design assignment and the current regulatory documents. In the research part of the project, it was demonstrated that Dynamo scripts based on BIM can generate solutions to various tasks, including for solving the problem discussed in this paper. The proposed solutions can be implemented at the initial design stage of a construction project for planning and optimizing the construction site. They will be more effective on a dynamic construction site, i.e. they can be used to manage changes on the site as construction progresses.As a result of the work, the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and structural solutions, building ventilation systems, fire safety measures, access for the disabled and compliance with energy efficiency requirements, the construction organization project and construction estimates are presented. In the research part of the project, in order to increase the efficiency of the placement of lifting mechanisms, such as a tower crane, this work used a computational method in the BIM environment (generative design) to select a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the construction master plan.

Данная работа посвящена определению наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия подземного паркинга высотного административного здания. В работе рассмотрены два типа перекрытий: монолитное балочное и кессонное. Сравнивались такие показатели, как: Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры и общая стоимость конструкции перекрытия. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: • Моделирование каждого типа перекрытия и произведение расчета в ПК ЛИРА-САПР; • Определение Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° арматуры и бетона по каждому типу перекрытия; • Расчёт общей стоимости конструкции перекрытия каждого типа; • Сравнение Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²; • Выбор наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия. По результатам исследования было выявлено, что кессонное перекрытие является наиболее оптимальным с точки зрения материалоемкости и общей стоимости конструкции. Оно сокращает Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона на 35%, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры на 40% и снижает общую стоимость конструкции на 40% по сравнению с балочным перекрытием. Полученные результаты могут быть применены к дальнейшим изучениям рассмотренной темы и при проектировании Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и сооружений. Вывод: в результате разработан проект высотного административного здания с подземной автостоянкой и определена наиболее оптимальная конструкция железобетонного перекрытия. Проект отвечает всем требованиям, предъявляемым к современным объектам капитального строительства. Для объекта разработана проектная документация согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ, No87 от 16.02.2008 г. «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ»., This work is devoted to determining the most optimal design of the reinforced concrete floor of the underground parking of a high-rise administrative building. The paper considers two types of floors: monolithic beam and coffered. Compared indicators such as: consumption of concrete, consumption of reinforcement and the total cost of the floor structure. Tasks that were solved during the study: • Modeling of each type of overlap and the calculation in the LIRA-SAPR software package; • Determination of the consumption of reinforcement and concrete for each type of floor; • Calculation of the total cost of each type of floor structure; • Comparison of the results obtained; • Selection of the most optimal type of overlap. The work was carried out with the study and use of regulatory documents for the design of public high-rise buildings and reinforced concrete structures. Also, during the implementation of the diploma project, the scientific works of Russian and foreign specialists were studied. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the coffered floor is the most optimal in terms of material consumption and the total cost of the structure. It reduces concrete consumption by 35%, rebar consumption by 40% and reduces the total cost of the structure by 40% compared to joist floors. The results obtained can be applied to further studies of the topic under consideration and in the design of new buildings and structures. Conclusion: as a result, a project was developed for a high-rise administrative building with an underground parking lot and the most optimal design of a reinforced concrete floor was determined. The project meets all the requirements for modern capital construction projects. For the object, design documentation has been developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, No. 87 of February 16, 2008 "On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content".

Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Обоснование актуальности проведения исследования; 2. Подробное описание Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² переноса отметок с Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ на монтажный горизонт; 3. Анализ применимости методов в контексте проекта высотного здания; 4. Выбор оптимальной методики для данного проекта; 5. Расчет стоимости работ выбранным способом; 6. Формулирование выводов о проведенном исследовании. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра был разработан проект высотного здания научно-исследовательского института с Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ подземной автостоянкой. Здание имеет в плане форму квадрата. Фасады остеклены витражными модулями. Здание имеет каркасную конструктивную систему. Произведен расчет несущей способности здания НИИ. Разработаны объемно-планировочные решения. Рассчитана длительность проведения строительно- Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ с использованием нормативной литературы, построен календарный график выполнения работ в программе Microsoft Project. Произведен подбор ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½ и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð², Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ строительного процесса. Также приводятся рекомендации по соблюдению пожарной безопасности уникального объекта. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Justification of the relevance of the study; 2. Detailed description of various methods of transferring marks from the source to the installation horizon; 3. Analysis of the applicability of the methods in the context of a high-rise building project; 4. Choosing the optimal methodology for this project; 5. Calculation of the cost of work in the chosen method; 6. Formulation of conclusions about the conducted research. In the course of the bachelor's final qualification work, a project of a high-rise building of the research institute with a two-level underground parking lot was developed. The building has a square shape in the plan. The facades are glazed with stained glass modules. The building has a frame structural system. The load-bearing capacity of the building of the Research Institute was calculated. Space-planning solutions have been developed. The duration of construction and installation works is calculated using the normative literature, and a calendar schedule for the execution of works in the Microsoft Project program is constructed. The selection of construction machines and mechanisms necessary for the construction process was made. It also provides recommendations for compliance with the fire safety of a unique object. The estimated documentation for all construction and installation and preparatory work was developed. A distinctive feature of this work is the comparison of working methods based on their distinctive features, requirements, limitations and necessary conditions for implementation. The paper considers the pros and cons of most methods of conducting works.

The given work is devoted to the assessment of cash flow when project’s completion percentage calculation. The aim of this research is the formation of a methodological basis for calculating the construction readiness of an unfinished object with an assessment of the expenditure of cash, taking into account the specifics of financing. According to the goal, the following tasks were solved: 1. The legal framework for the regulation of housing construction and modern trends and prospects for the development of project financing were studied; 2. The analysis of the forms and methods of financing investment projects of housing construction with the identification of problems, as well as the analysis of methods for calculating the construction readiness of the object; 3. Estimated cash flow when calculating the construction readiness of the facility. The research methods were general scientific methods of cognition, as well as methods: comparative analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, decision making. The paper considers the shortcomings of the existing methods for calculating the readiness of a building object, in particular, the methods for calculating the readiness of a real estate object, calculated on the basis of the amount of actually incurred construction costs and the methods for calculating the readiness of a building in accordance with the readiness of structural elements, due to the incompleteness of the information received according to the calculation results. An integral method for calculating the construction readiness of an object is proposed, in which the calculation is carried out simultaneously according to a number of parameters: the degree of readiness of the structural elements, the actual construction costs and other costs. A mathematical model has been developed for estimating cash expenditures depending on the construction readiness of the facility, which allows controlling cost overruns or cost savings during construction.

При проектировании разрабатывается три варианта конструкции моста и проводится Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-экономическое сравнение. Для наиболее выгодного варианта проектируется пролетное строение и опоры. Расчет пролетного строения выполняется в программном комплексе Midas Civil. Составляется Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ карта на возведение береговой опоры., This paper presents the development of a reinforced concrete bridge over the Oka river on the road 4 technical category. Three variants of the bridge design are developed and their technical and economic comparison is carried out. For the most profitable option, the superstructure and supports are designed. Calculation of the superstructure is performed in the software package Midas Civil. A technological map for the construction of a coastal support is compiled.

В данной работе разработан проект комплексного инженерного благоустройства коттеджного поселка с зонами индивидуальной застройки, рекреационной зоной и административно-бытовым центром. Также в составе коттеджного поселка был выполнен проект Ñ‚Ð°ÑƒÐ½Ñ Ð°ÑƒÑÐ° с проработкой его земельного участка. В пояснительной записке приведены инженерные решения с учетом Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ , ÐºÐ»Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ð¹ участка под застройку., In this paper, a project of integrated engineering improvement of a cottage village with individual development zones, a recreational zone and an administrative center is developed. Also, as part of the cottage settlement, a townhouse project was completed with the study of its land plot. The explanatory note contains engineering solutions taking into account the geological, climatic and topographical conditions of the building plot.
