Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание гостиницы высотой 105 м в г. Санкт-Петербурге».В данной работе был проведен обзор ПК отечественного и иностранного производства. Из Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° подробный анализ выбраны Revit и Renga, AutoCad и NanoCad.Для Revit и Renga, как комплексов, Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð¾-связную модель, проведено сравнение:проектирования типового этажа здания гостиницы;вывод информационной модели в расчетные программные комплексы;подготовка модели к ГосЭкспертизе;Выделены основные преимущества и недостатки каждого комплекса, сделан вывод о возможности Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° с Ð¸Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐŸÐš на отечественные – основные функции, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ для подготовки проектной документации имеются в Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ð¸Ñ ÐŸÐš.Â, In this paper, a review of PCs of domestic and foreign production was carried out. Revit and Renga, AutoCad and NanoCad were selected for detailed analysis.A comparison was made for Revit and Renga:1. designing a typical floor of a hotel building;2. output of the information model to the calculation software systems;3. preparation of the model for the State Expertise;The main advantages and disadvantages of each complex are highlighted, it is concluded that it is possible to switch from foreign PCs to domestic ones - the main functions necessary for the preparation of project documentation are available in both PCs.Â

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание бизнес-центра на свайном фундаменте в г. Санкт-Петербурге».В данной работе проводится процедура обоснования типа свайного фундамента для бизнес-центра с учетом его экономичности устройства с учетом ограничений по долговечности и времени устройства. После анализа семи Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² устройства свайного фундамента, производится сметное оценивание устройства ÑÐ²Ð°Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„ÑƒÐ½Ð´Ð°Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². После чего сравниваются достоинства, недостатки и экономическая выгода. Далее подбирается наилучший вариант для строительства бизнес-центра., Theme of the graduate qualification work: « Business center building on a pile foundation in St. Petersburg ».In this paper, a justification procedure for the type of pile foundation for a business center is conducted, taking into account its cost-effectiveness in terms of the durability and time constraints of the device. After analyzing seven different types of pile foundation arrangement, an estimate of the pile foundation arrangement is made. Then the advantages, disadvantages and economic benefits are compared. Then the best option for the construction of a business center is selected.

В данной работе представлена разработка проекта автодорожного путепровода в городе Санкт-Петербург. Представлен расчет и проектирование Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² сооружения. Предложена Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ строительства, Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‹ труда и контроль качества производства работ., This paper presents the development of a project for a road overpass in the city of St. Petersburg. The calculation and design of the main elements of the structure is presented. The technology of construction, labor protection and quality control of work production are proposed.

Данная работа посвящена определению наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия подземного паркинга высотного административного здания. В работе рассмотрены два типа перекрытий: монолитное балочное и кессонное. Сравнивались такие показатели, как: Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры и общая стоимость конструкции перекрытия. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: • Моделирование каждого типа перекрытия и произведение расчета в ПК ЛИРА-САПР; • Определение Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° арматуры и бетона по каждому типу перекрытия; • Расчёт общей стоимости конструкции перекрытия каждого типа; • Сравнение Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²; • Выбор наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия. Работа выполнена с изучением и использованием Ð½Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² по проектированию Ð¾Ð±Ñ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и Ð¶ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹. Также в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения дипломного проекта были изучены научные работы Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑÐ¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð². По результатам исследования было выявлено, что кессонное перекрытие является наиболее оптимальным с точки зрения материалоемкости и общей стоимости конструкции. Оно сокращает Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона на 35%, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры на 40% и снижает общую стоимость конструкции на 40% по сравнению с балочным перекрытием. Полученные результаты могут быть применены к дальнейшим изучениям рассмотренной темы и при проектировании Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и сооружений. Вывод: в результате разработан проект высотного административного здания с подземной автостоянкой и определена наиболее оптимальная конструкция железобетонного перекрытия. Проект отвечает всем требованиям, предъявляемым к современным объектам капитального строительства. Для объекта разработана проектная документация согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ, No87 от 16.02.2008 г. «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ»., This work is devoted to determining the most optimal design of the reinforced concrete floor of the underground parking of a high-rise administrative building. The paper considers two types of floors: monolithic beam and coffered. Compared indicators such as: consumption of concrete, consumption of reinforcement and the total cost of the floor structure. Tasks that were solved during the study: • Modeling of each type of overlap and the calculation in the LIRA-SAPR software package; • Determination of the consumption of reinforcement and concrete for each type of floor; • Calculation of the total cost of each type of floor structure; • Comparison of the results obtained; • Selection of the most optimal type of overlap. The work was carried out with the study and use of regulatory documents for the design of public high-rise buildings and reinforced concrete structures. Also, during the implementation of the diploma project, the scientific works of Russian and foreign specialists were studied. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the coffered floor is the most optimal in terms of material consumption and the total cost of the structure. It reduces concrete consumption by 35%, rebar consumption by 40% and reduces the total cost of the structure by 40% compared to joist floors. The results obtained can be applied to further studies of the topic under consideration and in the design of new buildings and structures. Conclusion: as a result, a project was developed for a high-rise administrative building with an underground parking lot and the most optimal design of a reinforced concrete floor was determined. The project meets all the requirements for modern capital construction projects. For the object, design documentation has been developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, No. 87 of February 16, 2008 "On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content".
