Tasks of the graduate qualification paper: â analysis of interpretations of the concept of personnel management system; â study of existing approaches to the elements of the personnel management system; â analysis of software for automation of personnel management processes and their classification; â analysis of the current personnel management system at the object of study; â development of recommendations for improving the personnel management system at the object of study.The work was carried out on the basis of the Laboratory "Industrial Systems for Streaming Data Processing" of the NTI Center of SPbPU.The research methodology includes classical scientific methods: systemic, comparative, content analysis, classification, etc.As a result, three options for improving the personnel management system were considered and their economic efficiency was assessed.The practical significance of the work is determined by the applied nature of the research results and the possibility of using them not only by the laboratory, but also in small IT companies in general.
