Tasks of the graduate qualification paper: − analysis of interpretations of the concept of personnel management system; − study of existing approaches to the elements of the personnel management system; − analysis of software for automation of personnel management processes and their classification; − analysis of the current personnel management system at the object of study; − development of recommendations for improving the personnel management system at the object of study.The work was carried out on the basis of the Laboratory "Industrial Systems for Streaming Data Processing" of the NTI Center of SPbPU.The research methodology includes classical scientific methods: systemic, comparative, content analysis, classification, etc.As a result, three options for improving the personnel management system were considered and their economic efficiency was assessed.The practical significance of the work is determined by the applied nature of the research results and the possibility of using them not only by the laboratory, but also in small IT companies in general.

Было выявлено, что Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´ на новую разработку значительно повысил эффективность работы сотрудников компании, что позволило уменьшить ФОТ отдела по работе с клиентами путем сокращения количества ÑˆÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ†., The goal of the research paper is a description of the development and implementation of the “1C: Business” data system at Ltd “Kompressor UK”. Tasks: – a description and analysis of the company’s activity by modeling the business’ architecture before and after the data system implementation; – formulation of a basis for the necessity of the software’s implementation; – formulation of the data system’s requirements and limitations; – description the stages of the data system’s implementation and development; – calculation of the capital and day-to-day costs of the implementation; – evaluation of the market efficiency of the project. The paper is based on the data from the day-to-day business of Ltd “Kompressor UK”. Methods used: the business process modeling, solution methods analytics, analytics of the company’s inside business activity, the development of terms of reference. The results: The building of the business’ architecture before and after the data system’s implementation, the planning and description of the stage-by-stage process of implementation in accordance with the system requirements. Practical value of the paper is based in the results of the implementation of the developed software for the company: after the move to the new data system we evaluated its efficiency in comparison with the previously used system. We determined that the move had increased the company’s employees efficiency and allowed for the reduction in costs by cutting down on the number of employees and their salary.

Целью работы является – исследование системы управления цепями поставок на базе концепции цифрового двойника, является актуальной. При этом в работе анализируется конкретной предприятие – АО ПКТ (Первый Контейнерный Терминал). Целью исследования является исследование возможностей автоматизированного документооборота, Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ на оптимизацию компании и трансформации большей части ИТ-инфраструктуры в ECM-систему Задачи исследования: - изучение Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¸Ð·Ð½ÐµÑ-процессов компании и составление модели документооборота, - формирование плана и результатов по автоматизации документооборота, моделирование будущей системы - сравнение Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ и расчет стоимости и периода окупаемости проекта. The purpose of the study is devoted to research of possibilities of the automated document circulation, their influence on optimization of the company and transformation of the most part of an IT-infrastructure in ECM-system. Tasks of the study: - study of the current business processes of the company and drawing up a workflow model, - formation of a plan and results for workflow automation, modeling of a future system - сomparison of planned changes and calculation of the cost and payback period of the project. The study is performed on the basis of LLC Optosens (St.Petersburg) Research methods: the basic general scientific methods of research were applied, observations and analysis of company activities were carried out, internal documents of the company were studied, model building was carried out with the help of internet resource app.diagrams.net, equipped with all necessary forms. The design and the technology itself of the automated production of rulers for die cutting have been analyzed. The main structural components for bending, broaching and stamping of the cutouts of the ruler are considered. The choice and initial development of software was carried out taking into account the restrictions imposed on the software project. The expected result of the work is the software and hardware of the machine for making rulers for die cutting capable of providing the entire range of necessary operations for bending, broaching and stamping of the product. Analysis was also used in its various manifestations. For example, to study the dynamics of development of fish farming in Russia. To assess the effectiveness of activities, a coefficient approach was used, as well as a normative method.The main part of the study is devoted to the process of quality management in the production of RAS. In particular, the installation of recirculating water supply is considered in detail, its advantages and disadvantages are highlighted, including from the point of view of quality management. In the final part of the study, the activities of Chistye Prudy LLC, which has its own RAS facilities, were studied. Bottlenecks in quality management in the company were identified and measures were proposed to solve them, after which their economic efficiency was assessed.As a result of the study, two measures were proposed that can have a positive impact on quality management in the production of RAS at Chistye Prudy LLC. A comparative analysis of deviations before and after the activities showed that the quality of water at the RAS production facility has improved. The problem of hearing impairments and methods for their diagnosis and correction are described. Existing tools for working with audiometers as part of the study of hearing acuity are considered, a comparison is presented, and their shortcomings are identified. A review of tools and methods for speech recognition, generation of report and random numbers is provided.The paper describes the traditional method of performing speech audiometry. An automated approach is also proposed, which consists of usage of a single software tool for all stages of the procedure. A method for storing user data and configurations of an ongoing hearing test is described. The usage of a service based on the Kaldi tool for patient speech recognition is considered. Methods for generating a list of audio recordings to be listened to based on random selection, as well as a text report with the results of audiometry, are presented.The proposed approach was implemented in a software tool for automated speech audiometry. The resulting tool allows to reduce the complexity of the procedure.The results present a comparison of the manual and automated methods of conducting the audiometry procedure, and conclusions are made about the advantages of using the tool in the work of an audiologist.

In this paper done a simulation of the magnetic system. The optimal magnetic system is selected in terms of the target sputtering efficiency and magnetron magnetic induction. A vacuum system and a jet gas supply system have been designed. An oil-free pumping system was selected for further obtaining higher-quality coatings during creating various electronic equipment devices. The substrate holder with the possibility of height adjustment and with the function of rotation were designed and created. The installation of magnetron deposition of various materials with a direct current source has been developed and created. An automated control system has been created for the installation using an interactive display. The purpose of the work was to create and further describe the installation, its comparison with analogues.

В работе выполнено исследование процессов библиотеки средней общеобразовательной школы. Поставлена цель разработки системы для автоматизации процессов с целью сокращения Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ на выдачу и возврат учебной литературы. Изучены нормативные акты, регулирующие данную сферу деятельности. В нотации EPC смоделированы и проанализированы соответствующие процессы.
