In this paper, we investigate the well-posedness for Cauchy problem for multi-term time-fractional heat equation associated with Dunkl operator. The equation under consideration includes a linear combination of Caputo derivatives in time with decreasing orders in (0, 1) and positive constant coefficients and one-dimensional Dunkl operator. To show solvability of this problem we use several important properties of multinomial Mittag-Leffler functions and Dunkl transforms, since various estimates follow from the explicit solutions in form of these special functions and transforms. Then we prove the uniqueness and existence results. To achieve our goals, we use methods corresponding to the different areas of mathematics such as the theory of partial differential equations, mathematical physics, hypoelliptic operators theory and functional analysis. In particular, we use the direct and inverse Dunkl transform to establish the existence and uniqueness of solutions to this problem on the Sobolev space. The generalized solutions of this problem are studied.

The growing volatility of the exogenous and endogenous environment in which economic agents operate causes increased competition for limited investment resources. A further challenge today is the need to stimulate socioeconomic development in Ukraine and strengthen the capacity of its regions to fulfill their social and infrastructural burden in the context of relations with key stakeholders, primarily local communities and businesses. The meaning of key in this context is to set up an adequate system at the micro and macro levels to support the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine’s regions. This situation actualizes the problematics of building an adequately functioning complex of investment attractiveness of the regions. The article is aimed at analyzing the essence of investment attractiveness of regions in the plane of identifying the main drivers of influence on this economic category and forming proposals for its strengthening both on the short and long term time horizon. The article studies the essence of the economic category of «investment attractiveness of region» as a key component of stimulating socioeconomic development. A set of key factors influencing the status and prospective dynamics of investment attractiveness of the region is studied. An analysis of analytical approaches to measuring the investment attractiveness of the region in the context of current challenges for Ukraine and the needs of post-war reconstruction is carried out. Proposals for the development of a complex of investment attractiveness of the regions of Ukraine in the context of post-war reconstruction are formed. The proposed research may be valuable for specialists and researchers in the analyzed sphere, be useful for private and public companies, business associations, international financial institutions, public authorities. A promising direction of future research is to expand the analysis of drivers influencing the state of investment attractiveness in the context of motivations and needs of the main groups of stakeholders.

The article presents a methodology for forecasting stock quotes of the Russian oil company PJSC Lukoil in the long term. The methodology is based on the creation of a system of indicators that affect the performance of PJSC Lukoil in external economic conditions and are used to predict the economic efficiency of foreign oil companies. The system of indicators includes the following parameters: stock quotes of PJSC Lukoil; oil prices in the world energy market; reserves of oil and petroleum products in the United States; the number of active oil rigs in the United States; gross domestic product of China; American natural gas prices. The indicators are studied in a long-term time interval, trends in their change are determined, correlation coefficients between them are calculated. The purpose of the forecasting methodology is to make an investment decision on its basis, that is, to determine the feasibility of long-term investment in shares of Russian oil companies. This research topic is relevant because the Russian economy is plunging into economic and energy crisis, free pri-cing in the stock market led to its collapse in a bad geopolitical environment, with the help of state regulation of pricing in the securities market, Russian stock quotes are being restored. The Russian stock market is revi-ving thanks to expectations of economic recovery, which appeared with the intentions of our government officials to stimulate economic activity in the country. All this creates preconditions for long-term investments.

Kirov Military Medical Academy, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation Epidermolytic drug reactions (EDR) are severe acute drug-induced allergic disorders characterized by extensive lesions of the skin and mucous membranes. Drug-induced Stevens-Johnson and Lyell's syndromes manifested with acute skin and mucous membrane disorders and often leading to lethal outcome may affect eyelids and ocular surface with different levels of severity and thus can cause serious functional ocular complications. The authors present two clinical reports of patients with ocular EDR manifestations in acute and long-term time periods and review the currently available effective treatment options for patients with such ocular complications and their consequences. The article describes surgical treatments which enabled to achieve satisfactory anatomical and functional results in patients with the above disorders. Timely treatment of Stevens-Johnson and Lyell's syndromes comprising systemic and topical conservative therapy in combination with surgical procedures during the acute stage plays an important role for the prediction of severe long-term ocular complications. The elimination of ocular complications caused by these syndromes is associated with multistage reconstructive surgery. The authors emphasize that long-term follow-up by ophthalmologist will be required for patients who survived Stevens-Johnson and Lyell's syndromes. The Kyushu Island, as well as whole Japanese archipelago, is equipped with dense GPS network (GEONET). It allows us to track the movements and deformations of the earth’s surface over long-term time intervals. In this study, based on daily determinations of the coordinates of GPS stations, analysis has been made on long-term trends in the accumulation of movements and deformations in large areas of the Kyushu Island before the series of April 14–16, 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes to identify deformation precursors and locked, immobile fault zones. The study of the seismic deformation process was performed using the data from 70 continuous permanent GPS stations for the period 2009–2016.The movement and deformation features found characterize the kinematics of the axial zone of the southwestern part of the island arc of the Japanese archipelago. The combination of coseismic compression and uplift in the center of the formed triad of deformation extrema and the consistency between subsidence and extensions at its edges demonstrate the mechanism of growth of the central region of the island arc under compression and the role of volcanism. Of particular interest in the context of the development of movements and deformations during the generation of the Kumamoto earthquakes is the behavior of the minimum displacement moduli of the GNSS sites. Analysis of their kinematics shows the formation of a zone of minimum displacements, in which subsequent strong seismic events were localized. It is shown that rather dense and extensive GNSS networks allow observing and studying the seismic-deformation process at the stages of seismic generation, discharge and relaxation, thereby providing an empirical basis for the development of models for predicting large seismic events.
