The purpose of this work is to аnalysis of the lexical-semantic field "construction" in the study of Russian as a foreign language (on the example of Chinese students). In order to fulfill the tasks, we used a number of general scientific and linguistic methods: comparative method, method of classification; linguistic methods: semantic, contextual and definitional analysis. The novelty of this paper lies in the fact that by taking into account the correlation between vocabulary, it increases the efficiency of vocabulary learning by foreign students. Practical Importance: the developed assignments and materials can be used to teach the RLI in Chinese classrooms.Â

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание апартамент-отеля с мембранной кровлей в г. Санкт-Петербурге». В данной работе проводится анализ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² и сравниваются виды Ð¼ÑÐ³ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒ для апарт–отеля. После рассмотрения ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² для мягкой кровли, а также Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº, составляется сметная стоимость вариантов устройства и эксплуатации плоской кровли. Рассчитываются и сравниваются Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ на капитальные и текущие ремонты, а также коэффициент амортизации Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð². Далее идет выбор оптимальный варианта устройства мягкой кровли для апарт-отеля., The theme of the final qualifying work: "The building of the apartment-hotel with a membrane roof in St. Petersburg." This paper analyzes roofing materials and compares the types of soft roofs for an apart-hotel. After considering the roofing materials for soft roofing, as well as their characteristics, an estimated cost of options for the installation and operation of a flat roof is compiled. The indicators of long-term planning of expenses for capital and current repairs are calculated and compared. Next comes the choice of the best option for installing a soft roof for an apart-hotel.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание гостиницы высотой 105 м в г. Санкт-Петербурге».В данной работе был проведен обзор ПК отечественного и иностранного производства. Revit and Renga, AutoCad and NanoCad were selected for detailed analysis.A comparison was made for Revit and Renga:1. designing a typical floor of a hotel building;2. output of the information model to the calculation software systems;3. preparation of the model for the State Expertise;The main advantages and disadvantages of each complex are highlighted, it is concluded that it is possible to switch from foreign PCs to domestic ones - the main functions necessary for the preparation of project documentation are available in both PCs.Â

Далее подбирается наилучший вариант для строительства бизнес-центра., Theme of the graduate qualification work: « Business center building on a pile foundation in St. Petersburg ».In this paper, a justification procedure for the type of pile foundation for a business center is conducted, taking into account its cost-effectiveness in terms of the durability and time constraints of the device. After analyzing seven different types of pile foundation arrangement, an estimate of the pile foundation arrangement is made. Then the advantages, disadvantages and economic benefits are compared. Then the best option for the construction of a business center is selected.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: “Высотное здание апартамент-отеля с подземной автостоянкой на 40 машино-мест ”. В данной работе запроектировано здание апартамент-отеля, а также рассмотрена и решена научно-практическая задача по определению актуальность добавок в бетоне. Identification of advantages and disadvantages of additives used in construction.- algorithm for selecting the most suitable additive for the production of concrete.the work was carried out on the basis of the SPbPU Federal State Educational Institution with the use of information technologies, as well as with the use of software complexes.

Также были даны рекомендации по сборке и монтажу запроектированной фасадной системы.Результатом работы стал проект уникального бизнес-центра, выполненный в соответствии с требованиями действующей нормативной документации, способный удивить своим необычным внешним обликом за счет сочетания Ð½ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼, наиболее выделяющейся из ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²Ð»ÑÐµÑ‚ÑÑ конструкция, состоящая из Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, удивляющая своей уникальной формой, высокой функциональностью и простотой монтажа., Final qualification work theme: «Business center building with module facade panels».This paper presents sections of design documentation for the construction of a high-rise business center building, made in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 No. 87 «On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content» and the terms of reference.The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of project documentation, is to develop a unique facade system consisting of three-dimensional modular facade panels.To achieve the target goal, an analysis of the main features of modern facades of high-rise buildings based on recent publications was made, followed by a review of the main problems facade systems can face today, and the subsequent introduction of rational options for solving these problems. With the help of modern software systems, architectural and design solutions for modular facade panels were developed. Measures to improve energy efficiency and ensure the necessary fire safety regulations were envisaged. Recommendations on the assembly and installation of the designed facade systems were also given.The result of the work was the project of a unique business center, made in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation, capable of surprising with its unusual appearance due to the combination of several types of facade systems, the most prominent of which is a design consisting of modular facade panels, amazing with its unique shape, high functionality and ease of installation.

Для ускорения обработки информации, такие процессы можно автоматизировать. В ПК Revit существует возможность составления сценариев, так как имеет широко задокументированный и открытый программный интерфейс приложения API. Для обращения к элементам в модели в ПО Revit с помощью API, существует несколько способов. Начиная от написания ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð² и расширений на языке программирования C#, заканчивая визуальной средой программирования Dynamo. В данной работе будет рассмотрен последний вариант с использованием скриптов Python. Цель данной работы – написать сценарий, который позволит автоматически расставить отверстия в стене, через которую проведены трубы в связанном файле с расширением IFC. Для достижения поставленной цели были определены следующие задачи: адаптировать существующий скрипт к шаблону проекта ADSK; подобрать Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ параметры труб; проверить работоспособность сценария. В исследовательской части изложены основные этапы и представлен пример реализованного сценария., To speed up information processing, such processes can be automated. There is a possibility of scripting in Revit PC, as it has a widely documented and open API application programming interface. There are several ways to access the elements in the model in Revit software using the API. Starting from writing your own plugins and extensions in the C# programming language, ending with the visual programming environment Dynamo. In this paper, we will consider the last option using Python scripts. The purpose of this work is to write a script that will allow you to automatically place holes in the wall through which pipes are passed in an associated file with the IFC extension. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: adapt an existing script to the ADSK project template; select the necessary pipe parameters;  check the functionality of the script. The research part outlines the main stages and provides an example of an implemented scenario.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание научно-исследовательского института с подземной автостоянкой».В данной работе проводится оценка деловой репутации подрядчика для строительства научно-исследовательского института. После подбора шести Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ€ÑÐ´Ñ‡Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² и восьми факторов риска, которые могут пагубно отразиться на конечном результате работ по возведению здания, производится расчет Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ñ€Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ при одинаковой и различной значимости факторов для каждого подрядчика в отдельности. После чего сравниваются показатели каждого из подрядчиков и выбирается наилучший вариант для строительства научно-исследовательского института., Theme of the graduate qualification work: «The building of a research institute with an underground parking lot».This paper evaluates the goodwill of a contractor for the construction of a research institute. After selecting six different contractors and eight risk factors that could adversely affect the final result of the work on the construction of the building, the calculation of integral indicators at the same and different importance of the factors for each contractor individually. The performance of each contractor is then compared and the best option for the construction of the research institute is selected.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с подземной автостоянкой на 64 машино-места». Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта общественного здания бизнес-центра, включая проработку месторасположения башенного крана на СГП. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:  провести анализ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð²/методов к выявлению оптимального решения по подбору количества и размещению башенного крана;  воспользоваться модулем Генеративное проектирование в Revit для выбора рационального решения по размещению башенного крана на СГП. Проект разработан в соответствии с заданием на проектирование и действующими нормативными документами. В исследовательской части проекта было продемонстрировано, что скрипты Dynamo на основе BIM, могут генерировать решения Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ñ‡, в том числе для решения задачи, рассмотренной в данной работе. Предлагаемые решения могут быть реализованы на начальном этапе проектирования строительного проекта для планирования и оптимизации строительной площадки. Они будут более эффективны на динамичной строительной площадке, т. е. Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ð¾ использовать для управления изменениями на площадке по мере продвижения строительства. В результате работы представлены ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° планировочной организации земельного участка, Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения, системы вентиляции здания, мероприятия по пожарной безопасности, доступу инвалидов и соблюдения требований энергетической эффективности, проект организации строительства и смета на строительство. В исследовательской части проекта для повышения эффективности размещения Ð¿Ð¾Ð´ÑŠÐµÐ¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð², Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº башенный кран, в этой работе использовался вычислительный метод в среде BIM (генеративное проектирование) для подбора рационального решения по размещению башенного крана на строительном генеральном плане. Â, The topic of the final qualifying work: "A high-rise building of a business center with an underground parking lot for 64 parking spaces". This work is devoted to the development of the project of the public building of the business center, including the study of the location of the tower crane at the SGP.  Tasks that were solved during the study:to analyze various approaches / methods to identify the optimal solution for the placement of a tower crane;use the Generative Design module in Revit to choose a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the SGP.  The project was developed in accordance with the design assignment and the current regulatory documents. In the research part of the project, it was demonstrated that Dynamo scripts based on BIM can generate solutions to various tasks, including for solving the problem discussed in this paper. The proposed solutions can be implemented at the initial design stage of a construction project for planning and optimizing the construction site. They will be more effective on a dynamic construction site, i.e. they can be used to manage changes on the site as construction progresses.As a result of the work, the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and structural solutions, building ventilation systems, fire safety measures, access for the disabled and compliance with energy efficiency requirements, the construction organization project and construction estimates are presented. In the research part of the project, in order to increase the efficiency of the placement of lifting mechanisms, such as a tower crane, this work used a computational method in the BIM environment (generative design) to select a rational solution for placing a tower crane on the construction master plan.
