Настоящая выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена перспективам развития городской улично-дорожной сети с целью интеграции Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð² сервисов доставки посредством внедрения велосипедной инфраструктуры.Проанализированы проблемы и особенности внедрения велосипедной инфраструктуры в Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ учетом действующей нормативной базы. Приведены международные требования и методологии проектирования велосипедной инфраструктуры. Проанализировано текущее участие сервисов доставки в улично-дорожной сети, а также перспектива Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ. Для решения задачи целесообразности проектирования велоинфраструктуры с целью интеграции Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð² сервисов доставки городскую среду в работе рассматривается методика, включающая в себя создание Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ для увеличения точности прогнозирования эффекта от внедряемой велоинфраструктуры на рассматриваемом участке городской улично-дорожной сети.Применение методики продемонстрировано на примере пересечения Выборгского и Калининского районов в Санкт-Петербурге. Оценен эффект от внедрения новой велосипедной инфраструктуры на среднее время доставки на основе имитационного моделирования в PTV Visum. В соответствии с произведенным анализом описаны перспективы внедрения велосипедной инфраструктуры в Ñ€Ð°ÑÑÐ¼Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð¹Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ñ ., This final qualification work is devoted to the prospects for the development of the urban street and road network in order to use of cycling flows to use delivery services.The problems and features of the introduction of cycling infrastructure in urban conditions are analyzed, considering the current regulatory framework. International requirements and methodologies for designing cycling infrastructure are given. Analyzed the current participation of delivery services in the road network, as well as the prospect of their development. To solve the problem of the feasibility of designing a bicycle infrastructure in order to integrate transport flows of delivery services into the urban environment, the paper considers a methodology that includes the creation of simulation models to increase the accuracy of predicting the effect of the implemented bicycle infrastructure on the considered section of the urban street and road network.The application of the methodology is demonstrated on the example of the intersection of the Vyborgsky and Kalininsky districts in St. Petersburg. The effect of the introduction of a new bicycle infrastructure on the average delivery time is estimated based on simulation modeling in PTV Visum. In accordance with the analysis, the prospects for the introduction of cycling infrastructure in the considered transport areas are described.

Данная работа посвящена исследованию ситуации на Ñ â€“ образном перекрестке, а после повышению эффективности дорожного движения на нем. Тема является актуальной по причине большого количества проблем, ÑÐ²ÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ транспортными заторами и затруднённым проездом по городу. Активное строительство городов приводит к увеличению Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð², а пропускные способности Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð³ становятся не адаптивными под такое количество Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð². В работе рассмотрена организация дорожного движения на пересечении улицы Салова и Ð‘ÑƒÑ Ð°Ñ€ÐµÑÑ‚ÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ улицы. Была смоделирована реальная дорожная ситуация, а после были выявлены проблемы исследуемого участка УДС. Так же в работе учитывалась динамика Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð², поэтому было важно не просто создать модель реальной ситуации, но и создать модель ситуации с увеличенными интенсивностями Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð², впоследствии изучить и ее проблемы, соотнести ÑƒÑ ÑƒÐ´ÑˆÐ°Ñ‚ÑÑ ли уже имеющиеся проблемы и добавятся ли новые. После было рассмотрено несколько способов решения проблем организации дорожного движения для Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, важно было чтобы это решение приводило к уменьшению Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð², а также уменьшению времени в пути ТС. После выбранный вариант решения был добавлен в имитационную модель для того, чтобы оценить помогло ли данное решение улучшить ситуацию, а также количественно оценить эффект. Сделаны выводы, а также добавлены рекомендации для дальнейшего улучшения дорожного движения на данном перекрёстке., This work is devoted to the study of the situation at the x–shaped intersection, and after that to increase the efficiency of traffic on it. The topic is relevant because of the large number of problems associated with traffic jams and difficult movement around the city. The active construction of cities leads to an increase in traffic flows, and the capacity of urban roads becomes insufficient for such a large number of vehicles. The article discusses the organization of traffic at the intersection of Salova and Bucharest streets. The real road situation was simulated, and then the problems of the investigated section of the UDS were identified. The work also considered the dynamics of traffic flows, so it was important not just to create a model of a real situation, but also to create a model of a situation with increased traffic flow intensity, subsequently study its problems, correlate whether existing problems will worsen and whether new ones will be added. After that, several ways to solve traffic management problems for both models were considered, it was important that this solution led to a reduction in traffic jams on the roads, as well as a reduction in the travel time of the vehicle. After that, the chosen solution was added to the simulation model to assess whether this solution helped to improve the situation, as well as to quantify the effect. Conclusions were drawn and recommendations were added for further improvement of traffic at this intersection.

Данная работа посвящена повышению безопасности дорожного движения в узле городской улично-дорожной сети (УДС), а также разработке варианта совершенствования организации дорожного движения на участке УДС. Выбранная тематика является актуальной по причине Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ повышения уровня безопасности дорожного движения в России, улучшения его организации и снижения вероятности возникновения Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð². Объект исследования – пересечение Коломяжского проспекта и проспекта Испытателей в Санкт-Петербурге. В работе проанализированы аварийность и нарушения правил дорожного движения, был рассмотрен вариант организации дорожного движения в узле УДС. Произведён сбор Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . The chosen subject is actual because of the necessity to increase the level of traffic safety in Russia, to improve its organization and to decrease the probability of traffic jams. The object of the research is the intersection of Kolomyazhsky Prospekt and Prospekt Ispytateley in St. Petersburg. The paper analyzes the accident rate and violations of traffic rules, the variant of traffic organization in the junction of the street and road network was considered. The initial data were collected. Simulation models of the research object were developed, experiments and analysis of the obtained results were carried out. The variant of perfection of the organization of traffic on an intersection is developed and simulated, the best variant of a traffic light regulation which will lead to decrease in quantity of infringements of traffic rules, decrease in probability of occurrence of traffic jams and road accidents, will raise traffic safety.

Introduction. Noise pollution is one of the three most significant environmental disruptions in the world. In urban areas, the main source of noise is road transport, which accounts up to 80% of all noise. Noise protection measures are an integral part of the design both at the feasibility study stage and during a project development. In the conditions of cramped urban development, high density of the road network and the shortage of free territories, it is more appropriate to use noise protection structures in the form of roadside noise (acoustic) screens - vertical walls that are installed as close as possible to the highway. However, as the experience has shown, in operating conditions, noise screens do not always fully fulfill their protective function. This article presents a critical analysis of the effectiveness of the noise screens installation on the example of a traffic interchange on 15th Rabochaia in Omsk.Materials and methods. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the design solutions for the installation of noise screens and the execution of these solutions was carried out with two methods. The first method is calculating. The calculation of the noise impact from the traffic flow on the residential development was carried out according to the methodology of ODM 218.2.013-2011 the Guidelines for the protection from traffic noise of territories adjacent to the roads. To perform the calculations, the content and intensity of the movement of transport at each section of the interchange was determined. The geometric parameters on the object are set. The second method is experimental. To confirm the calculation results, the full-scale measurements of the noise level at nine points at the indicated interchange were carried out.Results.Based on the results of the calculation it was concluded that the current noise protection structures do not fully fulfill their function. A residential development in the area under consideration is located in the noise discomfort zone. The results of field measurements are confirmed by calculated data. The article gives recommendations for correcting the shortcomings made in the design and construction of the noise screens.Conclusion. Considering the results of the research presented in this article and published earlier, it is advisable to consider the reconstruction of the transport interchange on 15th Rabochaia street in Omsk.Financial transparency: the authors have no financial interest in the presented materials or methods. Introduction. The authors propose to use a rational distribution of buses, taking into account their passenger capacity and the hours of the day, in order to optimize the operation of the rolling stock (RS) on the route. The usage of RS low-capacity on routes with significant passenger traffic increases the RS need, the load on the transport network and emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Operation of high-capacity buses on routes with low power passenger traffic leads to the large intervals of movement and to the increase of waiting time for passengers. The authors highlight that on the number and type of buses’ determining it is necessary to take into account the city specifics (on the example of Volgograd), such as the presence of only two main streets with three lanes in each direction, adjacent roads through which the routes pass, one lane direction.The length of the city along the Volga river in total is about 90 km, due to the peculiarities of the road network (RN) of the city, any irrational use of the RS leads to a significant load on the road network, and, as a result, to the congestion on the roads. Nowadays the PS is not operated effectively.On most routes of the city the capacity of RS does not correspond to passenger traffic on the route. Possible way to optimize the use of RS is taking into account the daily load on the road network.Materials and methods. The authors studied the technology of the movement organization of the rolling stock on the № 59 route. In order to optimize the transportation process, the authors used the method of determining the buses’ number by hour of the day on the base of the graph-analytical method. Buses of different capacity were used on this route.Results. The resulting distribution of buses made it possible to combine the interests of carriers and passengers, to increase the efficiency of rolling stock and to reduce the load on the road network.Discussion and conclusions. As a result, the authors present the measures for improving the efficiency of the rolling stock. These measures are the main for improving transport services for population.

The paper considers issues pertaining to creation of a model for controlling road traffic with the purpose to minimize delays on street and road network, which is proposed as an innovative one while developing an intelligent transport system of the large city that is Minsk. The developed model has a complex structure of algorithmic support. The first-level model has been implemented on the basis of fuzzy logic, for which a program has been developed and conditions have been determined, and operation of traffic light at a real local intersection of Minsk, which is included in the automated traffic management system, has been simulated. Innovation in the first-level model is an approach in determining conditions while detecting a fuzzy set without using a standard algorithm that is an algorithm of local flexible regulation. The paper proposes and investigates a model that works on the basis of operationally obtained parameters of traffic flow intensity at characteristic points (sections) of street and road network. Efficiency of the first-level model has been equal to 8 % due to optimization of a traffic light cycle (reduction of transport delays during passage of stop lines). Results of the simulation using the proposed computer program have made it possible to improve efficiency of traffic management on the studied highway (Logoysky trakt) in Minsk city of Minsk by 15 % due to decrease of delay level in case of unilateral coordination. The algorithm has been already implemented as part of the current automated traffic management system in the city of Minsk and it has shown its efficiency. However this efficiency can be increased if it is used together with an algorithm for searching maximum volume of motion in a cycle with a distributed intensity pulse. It has been planned to take into account this specific feature when increasing possibilities for algorithmization of traffic management.

Подход основан на сопоставлении относительного положения транспортных средств и центральной интерполированной линии перегона УДС. Existing methods to determine travel time on the road network links are based on the estimation of link saturation. Different formulas are used during the estimation but the ratio of traffic volume to link capacity is always the base for calculations. The main problem of such an approach is an insufficient justification of the lane capacity value which defines link capacity. It causes doubts about the background of the approach application regarding urban traffic flows. At the same time, authoritative traffic management guidelines declare that when there are signal-controlled intersections on the link then the link capacity is restricted by the intersection with minimal capacity. Thus, the alternative to the known traffic assignment approach based on link capacity can be created and then used to make the assignment on the base of delays at intersections. Evaluation of such an alternative is the actual task as the new approach to traffic assignment opens the scope for improving the accuracy of modelling the traffic flows in cities. Goal. The new approach to traffic assignment on the base of intersection delays needs to be tested for the usefulness for transport modelling practice. Methodology. The alternative approaches to traffic assignment were experimentally compared based on the parameters of the transport model, which provide the compliance of the calculated average vehicles’ speed with the factual one. Results. The new approach to traffic assignment based on intersection delays allows a more accurate calculation of traffic volumes. Originality. The new approach to traffic assignment based on intersection delays allows avoiding the need to set restrictions on road network links’ capacity. Practical value. Received results clarify the way to set the free-flow travel time of network objects in VISUM and allow increasing accuracy of urban traffic flows modelling, Рассматривается новый подход к распределению транспортных потоков наулично-дорожных сетях городов, основанный на оценке времени задержек транспортных средств на перекрестках. Обосновывается целесообразность спользования функции Р. Акселика при оценке времени задержки и приводятся практически приемлемые значения ее калибровочных параметров в программе VISUM, Існуючі методи визначення часу проїзду по ділянках вулично-дорожньої мережі основані на оцінці цього часу залежно від ступеня завантаження ділянки. При цьому використовуються різні залежності, але відношення інтенсивності транспортного потоку на ділянці до її пропускної спроможності всюди є основою для розрахунку. Головною проблемою такого підходу є недостатнє обґрунтування значень пропускної спроможності смуги руху, з якої формується пропускна спроможність ділянки, що ставить під сумнів обґрунтованість застосування такого підходу в міських умовах. В той же час, у авторитетних рекомендаціях з управління транспортними потоками вказується, що за наявності на ділянці мережі регульованих перехресть пропускна спроможність ділянки визначається перехрестям з найменшою пропускною спроможністю. Таким чином, можна сформувати альтернативу підходу до розподілу транспортних потоків на основі пропускної спроможності ділянок та здійснити цей розподіл на основі затримок на перехрестях. Оцінка такої альтернативи є актуальною задачею, адже подібний новий підхід до розподілу транспортних потоків відкриває резерви для підвищення точності моделювання руху автотранспорту в містах. Мета. Порівняльна характеристика двох альтернативних варіантів моделювання транспортних потоків у місті – на основі пропускної спроможності ділянок та на основі затримок на перехрестях. Методологія. Експериментальне дослідження розподілу потоків індивідуального транспорту на моделі реального об’єкта з використанням таких параметрів моделі, при яких забезпечується відповідність розрахункової середньої швидкості руху транспортних засобів її фактичним значенням. Результати. Підхід до розподілу транспортних потоків на основі затримок на перехрестях дозволяє досягти більшої точності розрахунку інтенсивностей руху. Оригінальність. Обґрунтовано новий підхід до розподілу транспортних потоків на основі затримок на перехрестях, в якому виключається необхідність задавати обмеження на пропускну спроможність ділянок мережі. Практична значущість. Отримані результати вносять визначеність щодо способу призначення часу проїзду об’єктів мережі у VISUM за вільних умов руху та дозволяють підвищити точність моделювання транспортних потоків у містах

В процессе работы проведены исследования Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² для генерации дорожного трафика и Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÑƒÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð² для разработки, Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð»ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ð¹ модуль. На основе ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ были выбраны наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ среда разработки, язык программирования и сторонние модули, позволяющие упростить и ускорить разработку. После проведённого анализа и выбора среды разработки была разработана и реализована настраиваемся система передвижения Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð², включающая в себя алгоритм движения, возможность настраивать конфигурацию и вид транспортного средства, а также несколько Ð´Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð². Помимо этого, данный модуль был интегрирован с модулем генерации виртуального городского окружения для проверки возможности соединения с другими проектами. Проведенное в конце функциональное и нагрузочное тестирование помогло выявить некоторые недостатки, которые впоследствии были исправлены., The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Development of a virtual road traffic generation module». During the work, I investigated the actual software products for generating road traffic and relevant development tools to create this module. Based on these investigations, the most suitable development environment, programming language and third-party modules were selected to simplify and speed up development. After the development environment was analyzed and selection of was made, I developed and implemented a customized vehicle movement system, that includes a traffic algorithm, the ability to customize the configuration and type of vehicle, as well as several road signs. In addition, this module was connected with the module for generating a virtual urban environment to test the possibility of integrating with other projects. Functional and load testing that were made at the end, helped to identify some bugs, that were corrected.

В статье предложен метод прогнозирования на основе нейронных сетей для решения проблемы предсказания трафика загруженности сети. Из существующих методов прогнозирования наиболее применим для определения пропускной способности на любых фрагментах транспортной сети метод Бокса-Дженкинса (ARIMA, ARMA), который опирается на один фактор – временной. Of the existing forecasting methods, the Box-Jenkins method (ARIMA, ARMA), which is based on one factor, is the most applicable for determining the throughput on any fragments of the transport network. The system analysis of external transport links focuses on the fact that the traffic flow is influenced by one of the main several factors as time. The presented neural network architecture is capable of displaying the dynamics and complexity of the traffic flow. A reliable and accurate system for predicting the congestion of the transport network is essential for the reliable functioning of the intelligent transport infrastructure. Данная работа посвящена исследованию загруженности улично-дорожной сети и разработки предложений по снижению ее уровня. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Сбор и анализ мировой практики снижения уровня загруженности УДС и тенденций использования мероприятий для достижения этой задачи. 2. Рассмотрение и изучение различных способов теоретической оценки влияния различных мероприятий на характер изменения работы улично-дорожной сети на уровне макро- и микромоделирования. 3. Расчет изменения характеристик движения общественного транспорта при внедрении выделенных полос ОТ. 4. Поиск закономерностей в изменениях характеристик движения общественного транспорта микромоделей для возможности использования этих данных в масштабах макромоделирования. 5. Оценка изменения характеристик движения общественного транспорта в масштабах макромоделирования в результате внедрения в модель данных об изменении характеристик движения, полученных в результате микромоделирования. Работа проведена на базе ООО «НИПИ ТРТИ», где собирались исходные данные для моделирования. Было проведено микромоделирование во множественных иттерациях и макромоделирование с изменениями на основе статистики данных микромоделирования. В результате было проанализировано внедрение выделенных полос и влияние, которое оно оказывает на улично-дорожную сеть как в масштабах конкретного транспортного узла, так и в масштабах целого города. Полученные данные позволяют оценивать влияние введения выделенных полос для учета в макромоделировании путем интерполяции без необходимости моделирования микромоделей., The given work is devoted to studying congestion of the road network and the development of proposals to reduce its level. The research set the following goals: 1. Analysing the world’s practice to reduce the level of workload of road network and trends to achieve this goal. 2. Consideration and studying of various methods of theoretical assessment of the impact of various measures on the nature of changes in the operation of the road network at the level of macro- and micromodeling. 3. Calculating the changes in the characteristics of the movement of public transport during the implementation of allocated PT lanes 4. Searching the patterns of changes in the characteristics of public transport micromodels for the possibility of using that data for macromodeling. 5. Assessment of changes in the characteristics of public transport movement on the scale of macromodeling as a result of the introduction into the model of data on changes in motion characteristics obtained as a result of micromodeling. The work was fulfilled on the premises of PLC “NIPI TRTI”, which included collection of data for modeling. Micromodeling was performed in multiple iterations and macromodelling with changes based on statistics of micromodeling data. As a result, the assessment of the allocated lanes and the impact that it makes on the road network both on the scale of a specific transport hub and on the scale of the whole city were analyzed. The obtained data omakes it possible to evaluate the effect of introducing the selected bands for accounting in macromodeling by interpolation without the need to use micromodels.

The issue of opportunities to improve the efficiency of intersections in the changing conditions of the traffic load of the city is considered. The influence of the duration of the time cycles of neighboring traffic lights on the length of the vehicle queue that appears between the traffic lights is studied. It is shown that the formation of the queue has a dynamic character, which should be investigated within the framework of the nonlinear dynamics approach.

The article introduces the general solution – to regulate air traffic flow through the implementation of a set of operational procedures and automated processes for tactical airspace planning and collaborative decision-making (AMAN, DMAN, CDM, A-CDM). The specific solution – to unite all airport operators in gross productivity is suggested. It gives them a single image of the air and ground space and the decision-making effectiveness. The acceptance rate of loaded aerodromes depends on the ability of ATS units at these aerodromes providing approach, arrival and departure for the required airspace capacity of the aerodrome area. The basis of module is a manual procedure, in which the air traffic controller arranges departures or arrivals in real time. Furthermore, there are problems that lead to sub-optimal control decisions especially in taxi procedures planning for departure and holding arrival/departure. According to the experience of airports workload in Europe, the optimal decision-making is successful implementation of new operational procedures and automated processes for tactical airspace planning and collaborative decisionmaking (AMAN, DMAN, CDM, A-CDM). Arrival Manager (AMANs) systems are primarily designed to provide automated sequencing support for the ATCOs handling traffic arriving at an airport, continuously calculating arrival sequences and times for flights, taking into account the locally defined landing rate, the required spacing for flights arriving to the runway. AMAN system can be an integral part of the A-CDM process for interested operators. Departure Manager (DMAN) is a planning system to improve departure flows at airports. Nowadays, the information on airport operations and aircraft readiness is used partly when ATMF is planning the traffic flow throughout the entire ATM system. The most important decision is the information exchange between the interested operators who are criticized for achieving performance indicators for the busiest airports. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) and Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) both contribute to solve all these problems.

This article is about air traffic flow organization, ICAO regulations describe the organizing of traffic flow as one of the purposes of air traffic control, but they don’t state exactly at what point the flow has to be organized and metered. The flight phase, where air traffic controller interferes with his instructions in order to begin organizing of all aircraft landing at a certain airport depends on the actual traffic volume per hour, airspace capacity and design.The example of air traffic situation in Moscow Domodedovo airport is described in the article, with runway 32 right in use, no significant weather, real usage of STARs, considering all the ICAO and Russian Federation regulations regarding speed control with the restrictions mentioned in AIP of Moscow Domodedovo. The purpose of the experiment is to prove the need of metering the air traffic flow on the entry points in Moscow TMA, because in case of unorganized air traffic flow approach controllers will have additional unnecessary workload.The conducted calculations show, that only 3 aircraft entering TMA on the same distance from initial approach point can be handled using only speed control and existing standard arrival procedures, in all other cases vectoring or holding areas should be used.In order to avoid such situations and increase the number of the aircraft that can be handled by the approach controller with less instructions, all the traffic arriving on the TMA entry point has to be metered by area control centre, because the air traffic control unit has much more space and time for long term speed control modifications, e.g. ±0,02 Mach. In conclusion a simple rule comes to mind – the bigger inbound traffic is, the earlier one has to organize it, in order to do it speed control, radar vectors, miles-in-trail can be used. Also new equipment and technology can help air traffic controller with this task, e.g. AMAN (arrival manager), in addition to this, the experience of London Heathrow airport, which increases the AMAN horizon from 150 nm to 600 nm, has to be studied by all concerned air traffic providers.

Статья посвящена разработке метода детектирования и классификации транспортных средств на спутниковых снимках сверхвысокого пространственного разрешения. В качестве входных данных метода применяются: набор спутниковых снимков сверхвысокого разрешения, географическая информация о расположении и ширине дорог на местности. Планируется обоснование выбора спутниковых снимков сверхвысокого разрешения в качестве источника данных о транспортных средствах. Для распознавания и классификации транспортных средств планируется использовать сверточные нейронные сети. Для улучшения качества работы предлагается выборочное внедрение нейронов высокого порядка. Приводятся основные задачи, проблемы, связанные с распознаванием и подсчетом транспортных средств. Целью работы является разработка метода, позволяющего с высокой точностью детектировать и классифицировать транспортные средства, проведение исследований по оценке качества работы метода. Планируется использовать методы обработки цифровых изображений, машинного обучения и распознавания образов. Ключевым элементом разрабатываемого метода является сверточная нейронная сеть второго порядка., The article is devoted to the development of a method for detecting and classifying vehicles on satellite images of ultrahigh spatial resolution. As an input data method are used: a set of satellite images of ultra-high resolution, geographic information about the location and width of roads on the ground. It is planned to substantiate the choice of ultra-high resolution satellite images as a source of vehicle data. For the recognition and classification of vehicles it is planned to use convolutional neural networks. To improve the quality of work, selective introduction of high order neurons is proposed. The main tasks, problems associated with the recognition and counting of vehicles. The aim of the work is to develop a method to detect and classify vehicles with high accuracy, to conduct research to assess the quality of the method. It is planned to use the methods of digital image processing, machine learning and pattern recognition. Мerging traffic junctions on high-class roads are considered as bottlenecks in the network and quality of their operation determines a probability for formation of traffic congestions. Investigations on congestion situations in the merging zones of ramp and freeway traffic flows have demonstrated that queuing ramp traffic flow leads to formation of so called “turbulence” effect due to re-arrangement of transport facilities and reduction in their speed on main road direction. Having high queuing traffic flow on main road the “turbulence” component can result in formation of an impact blow in the main traffic flow. It has been proved that an impact of the ramp traffic flow on congestion probability is higher in comparison with main road traffic flow. The paper makes it possible to establish that some transport facilities moving along a high-way simul taneously occupy two lanes in the merging traffic zones and they reduce capacity of the used road section. It is necessary to take into account this specific feature and it is necessary to pay attention to it in the zones of “turbulence” effect formation. The paper presents main approaches, methodology, principles and stages required for access control of high-class roads which are directed on higher quality of their operation including improvement of road traffic safety. The paper proposes a methodоlogy that allows to evaluate and optimize ramp control in the context of a transport queue length minimization at adjoining ramps for the purposes of probability reduction in transport congestion.

In this paper, we propose the unified procedure for the development and calibration of mathematical model for multilane urban road traffic flow. We use macroscopic approach, describing traffic flow with the system of second-order nonlinear hyperbolic equations (for traffic density and velocity). We close the resulting model with the equation of vehicle flow as a function of density, obtained empirically for each segment of road network using data from traffic detectors and vehicles GPS tracks. We verify the developed new model and calibration methods by using it to model segment of Moscows Ring Road.

In order to relieve the traffic flow and improve the ecological situation, a vehicle was designed on the basis of the modular construction principle. The number of vehicles has been increasing annually, the number of vehicles increases, the intensity and density of traffic flows increase as well, hence, the rate of road traffic injuries becomes important. If growth of an injury rate is connected, generally with non-compliance with the high-speed mode, then environmental pollution happens because of increased time of vehicles in traffic jams. Therefore, it is necessary to provide uniform promotion of traffic flows in the cities for decreasing the level of road traffic injuries and emissions in the environment. One of effective modern methods of ensuring uniform motion of traffic flow is the application of systems of a transport telematics, in particular, the management of systems of traffic signs, road boards and the traffic light alarm system. The analysis of the existing systems and methods of traffic light regulation is provided in the article. All analysed systems and methods are based on application of uniform data – data on standard parameters of traffic flows. Need of collection and the analysis of additional semistructured data on the factors exerting significant impact on parameters of traffic flows in the cities is shown in paper. As instruments of collection and the analysis of diverse data, it is offered to use the Big Data tools. The algorithm of forecasting parameters of traffic flows based on the original idea of resource flows and a combination of the Big Data methods is proposed ("the closest neighbor" and Kallman's filter) with an optimization method for searching the minimum covering tree on the resource networks describing functional dependences between the actual and forecast values of data., Ежегодно на дорогах России увеличивается число транспортных средств, возрастает интенсивность и плотность транспортных потоков и, как следствие, возрастает дорожно-транспортный травматизм и обостряется проблема загрязнения окружающей среды. Если рост травматизма связан, в основном, с несоблюдением скоростного режима, то загрязнение окружающей среды происходит из-за увеличения времени нахождения автотранспортных средств в заторах. Поэтому для снижения уровня дорожно-транспортного травматизма и выбросов в окружающую среду необходимо обеспечивать равномерное продвижение транспортных потоков в городах. Одним из эффективных современных способов обеспечения равномерного движения транс-портного потока является использование систем транспортной телематики, в частности, систем управление дорожными знаками, дорожными табло и светофорной сигнализацией. В статье представлен анализ существующих систем и методов светофорного регулирования. Все проанализированные системы и методы основаны на использовании однородных данных – данных о стандартных параметрах транспортных потоков. Показана необходимость сбора и анализа дополнительных слабоструктурированных данных о факторах, оказывающих значимое влияние на параметры транспортных потоков в городах. В качестве инструментов анализа разнородных данных предложено использовать инструменты Big Data. Представлен алгоритм прогнозирования параметров транспортных потоков, основанный на оригинальной идее ресурсных потоков и сочетании методов Big Data («ближайшего соседа» и фильтра Калмана) с оптимизационным методом поиска минимального покрывающего дерева на ресурсных сетях, описывающих функциональные зависимости между фактическими и прогнозными значениями данных.
