Introduction. The moral and physical deterioration of medium voltage power cables with phase and zone paper-impregnated insulation requires implementation of quality systems and reliable nondestructive electric diagnostic. Informative indicator of the insulation is the time decay curve of the charging current. It reflects the processes of accumulation of space charges (absorption). The measurements are carried out the 15th since the second direct voltage supply, then – on the 30th and the second on the 60th second. The ratio of the parameters measured in these times gives the dimensionless criteria – absorption coefficients. Three measurements are made at different times, provide a more complete picture of the state of insulation than the measurement of the value of steady leakage (conduction-through), adopted in conventional prevention trials. Purpose. Research and testing methods of diagnostics of power cables with paper-impregnated insulation by absorption and phase characteristics of the belt insulation based on the total measurements. Methodology. A procedure for determining the individual characteristics of phase and zone paper-impregnated insulation based realized on the use of the equivalent circuit of a three-core cable in the metal shell and solved of an over determined system of linear algebraic equations by least squares. Results. The proposed method allows determining the absorption characteristics of the individual phase and zone insulation medium voltage power cables in the overall metal shell at a direct voltage. Individual characteristics reflect the characteristics of cables and allow a greater degree to assess the degree of aging of each of the components of paper-impregnated insulation. Originality. Regardless of the cable connection diagrams probing electric field grabs as the phase, and zone insulation. The cumulative nature of the measurement leads to the fact that the differences in the properties of insulation components are smoothed: the aggregate results of the measurements do not differ for the different schemes of the same type. The individual characteristics of isolation, defined on the basis of the proposed method are more differences than total, indicating that non-symmetrical modes of operation of the cable. Practical value. The values of individual characteristics power cables 6 kV are 3 times more total, because of what their direct measurement may be a problem. The total resistance of several insulation spaces connected in parallel, behind the individual. Smaller values of insulation resistance are measured more easily, especially on short samples cables.

- Abstract
Examination covered 245 individuals and included characteristics of endocrine state of pulp and paper plant workers over 2011-2012, in comparison with data from 1990, as well as comparison with reference groups of male workers with no contact with chemical'industry in Arkhangelsk. Findings are both in main and reference groups general decrease in levels of cortisol, thyroxin;progesterone, testosterone, insulin, somatotropin and increased serum level of estradiol. With that, inside both groups, reliable tendencies to increased levels of cortisol, thyroxin, insulin, SSH and lower concentration of progesterone in the pulp and paper plant workers vs. the reference group members. Positive tendency was absence of abnormal concentrations of insulin, SSH and lower frequency of high cortisol levels in the pulp and paper plant workers nowadays.

In the optics of attention was the story of the Japanese writer Komatsu Sake "Paper or hair", written in 1963. According to the content, the loss of paper changed the usual way of life of people, becoming a source of existential fears. As we believe, the artistic narrative anticipates the events of our time associated with the spread of the coronavirus infection COVID-19. An artistic description of the situation by a Japanese writer, a phenomenological immersion in reality and theoretical reflections by M. Heidegger's work on the existential of fear helped to reconstruct the psychological States of people in the context of a pandemic and to identify the structure of fear. In modern life, fear manifests itself in three aspects: before-than fear, fearfulness and about-than fear. As a result of the all-embracing nature of fear, the fearogenicity of being is born, which violates the stability of the individual's existence, its being in, dwelling in, and mastering with. The above leads to the individual's awareness of the direction of life towards death, which forces him to adapt to new conditions. As a support of the personality in its opposition to fear, we can call hope and effective manifestations that perform the role of care.

The article examines the scientific work of one of the prominent representatives of the 20th century Azerbaijani piano performing school, Honored Art Worker, Professor Nigar Usubova (1914–1994). N. Usubova devoted an important part of her life to pedagogical activity, raising a generation of talented pianists. She made an exceptional contribution to the development of the Azerbaijani piano school and the definition of its future directions. N. Usubova’s pedagogical principles are reflected in her dissertation work and methodical manual. As it is known, N. Usubova studied in the class of A. Goldenweiser and wrote these scientific works under the guidance of the prominent pianist. An important part of these scientific works is devoted to the study of A. Arensky’s piano creative activity. Here, the musician touched upon the features of the composer’s piano performing, as well as the characteristic features of his music. The research also provides performing characteristics of the works analyzed and covering various genres. The purpose of the research is to study the fundamental results and main performing principles in the scientific works dedicated to A. Arensky’s piano creative work by Nigar Usubova, a brilliant representative of the Azerbaijani piano school of the twentieth century. In these scientific research works, N. Usubova touched upon the features of the prominent composer’s piano creative work, performing principles, circle of images; moreover, analyzed the form, genre, tone and other aspects and conducted research on the background of characteristic features of Russian music. We would like to bring to your attention that N. Usubova’s scientific works have not been published. This raises the scientific significance and relevance of the topic more. These scientific works are the first research work dedicated to the study of A. Arensky’s piano music in the Azerbaijani science of music. The research methodology is based on analytical and theoretical analysis, as well as on the source research method (work with archival materials). The main principle is the study and analysis of the fundamental results obtained by N. Usubova in the study of piano music by A. Arensky The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the scientific works of the outstanding pianist Nigyar Usubov are studied, their scientific significance, as well as the issues reflected in those works, are revealed. We would like to bring to your attention that these scientific works reflect N. Usubova’s method of approach to A. Arensky’s piano pieces as a pianist. For this reason, these scientific works are a valuable recommendation for every pianist who turns to A. Arensky’s piano creative work. Conclusions. Nigar Usubova is the author of two scientific works and her scientific creative activity is devoted to the definition of performing features of A. Arensky’s piano creative work. Each of these scientific-methodical works was written under the guidance of a prominent representative of the Russian piano school, pedagogue A. Goldenweiser. In these works, N. Usubova worked on A. Arensky’s creative work in a comprehensive and detailed way. According to the author, A. Arensky’s piano creative work is characterized by the clarity of form and texture, the richness of melodic material, which brings him closer to Tchaikovsky’s chamber music. Although the composer prefers miniature forms in his piano creative work, it is also possible to find virtuoso pieces, etudes, scherzos and capriccios. These works, in particular, influenced the formation of S. Rakhmaninov’s and A. Scriabin’s creative activity. The main characteristic features here are polyphonism, polymelodism and polyrhythmics of the piano texture. Simultaneously, N. Usubova thoroughly studied the influence of Western European composers on the formation of A. Arensky’s creative activity.

Ensembles of free standing particles of titanium, zinc, copper and iron oxides of 6-109 nm in size were sol-gel synthesized with a use of a cellulose paper as a template. The calcination time as short as 60 min at 550 °C in air was found to be sufficient for the formation of crystalline single phase TiO2 or ZnO nanoparticles, Cu2O+CuO or Fe2O3+Fe3O4 nanocomposites and to burn out the organic components. The impurities initially present in the cellulose (Сa, Na, Cl) were detected in the synthesized compounds. The original version of the paper was stolen by James Franklin and on-line published with the cut list of the authors in Journal of Nanomedicine and Nanotechnology 2017 without author permission.

This work is devoted to the study of the design of power electric cable with impregnated paper-plastic insulation and its electrophysical properties. The tasks that were solved during the research:Study of material on the topic of the diploma work.Consideration of the main structural elements and materials of the power cable with paper-plastic insulation and their purpose. Conducting an experiment in a drying cabinet to measure the conductivity. Processing and analysis of obtained data, drawing conclusions from the results. Experimental work was carried out in the research laboratory of SPbPU: to measure conductivity of samples an installation consisting of a two-electrode cell, insulated cabinet and A2-4 picoamperometer was used. As a result of the performed work current and temperature dependences were obtained, electrophysical properties of cables with paper-plastic insulation were investigated on the basis of the existing model and advantages of its use in the modern world were revealed.

Актуальность. Отходы ОАО «Байкальский ЦБК» несут реальную угрозу возникновения социально-экологической катастрофы озера Байкал и всего Южного Прибайкалья, поэтому особенно остро стоит проблема разработки комплексных решений по ликвидации накопленных лигнинсодержащих отходов. Одним из перспективных направлений переработки такого типа отходов можно считать использование естественных природных процессов, например, вымораживание в зимний период времени года вследствие отрицательных температур или самозарастание вследствие естественных процессов сукцессии. Цель: разработать экологически безопасную технологию переработки коллоидных лигнинсодержащих отходов целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности. Методы: опытно-промышленные испытания на Солзанской промплощадке ОАО «Байкальский ЦБК» по вымораживанию лигнинсодержащих отходов и получению из них почвогрунтов путем смешивания с добавками; выполнение количественного химического анализа с использованием методов атомно-абсорбционной и атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии, высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии, токсикологического анализа. Результаты. Опытно-промышленные испытания показали, что после вымораживания происходит разрушение коллоидной структуры лигнинсодержащих осадков с уменьшением объема до 40 %, влажности до 60 %, а также со снижением токсичности с третьего (умеренно опасные) в четвертый (малоопасные) и пятый класс (практически неопасные) опасности отходов в зависимости от его состава. После вымораживания полученный осадок при внесении различных добавок (золы ТЭЦ, осадок канализационных очистных сооружений) можно применять как почвогрунты и удобрения для рекультивации нарушенных земель и выращивания сельскохозяйственных культур. Таким образом, разработана экологически безопасная технология переработки отходов целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности с получением почвогрунтов, которая является малоэнергозатратной и не содержит дорогостоящего импортного оборудования. The relevance. The waste of Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill causes a real danger of a social and environmental disaster for Lake Baikal and the entire Southern Baikal region, therefore, the problem of developing integrated solutions for dumping the accumulation of lignincontaining waste is especially acute. One of the promising areas for processing this type of waste is the use of natural processes, for example, freezing in winter, temperature detection or self-overgrowth of the occurrence of natural succession. The main aim of the research is to develop an environmentally friendly technology for processing colloidal lignin-containing waste from the pulp and paper industry. Methods: pilot tests at the Solzan industrial site of Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill for freezing lignin-containing wastes and obtaining soils from them by mixing with additives; performing quantitative chemical analysis using the methods of atomic absorption and atomic emission spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, toxicological analysis. Results. Pilot tests have shown that after freezing, the colloidal structure of lignin-containing sediments is destroyed with a decrease in volume up to 40 %, humidity up to 60 %, and also with a decrease in toxicity - from the third (moderately hazardous) to the fourth (low hazardous) and fifth class (practically non-hazardous) of hazard of the waste depending on its composition. After freezing, the resulting sludge with the introduction of various additives (CHP ash, sewage treatment plant sludge) can be used as soil ground and fertilizers for reclamation of disturbed lands and crops. In this paper I present some commentaries to the paper by Yu.A. Poluyanov that was written in 2007 and is published in the current issue. The importance of his work is evident in the context of the actual tasks of raising the quality of psychological and pedagogical training of teachers in the present-day stage of development of the general education system. In the focus of the paper is the problem of spontaneous independence of initiative in primary schoolchildren at a particular stage when a teacher works with the children on the concepts of their drawings. Several examples are given to illustrate how the teacher can support the children in constructing plots for their drawings through discussions and individual work.

The problem of mass plagiarism in scientific publications and qualification research papers is fairly acute in today’s Russia. Incorrect borrowings and plagiarism have extended not only to scientific articles and dissertations, but also to students’ courseworks and graduation research papers and diploma thesis. The author has recently faced with a case of 100% plagiarism of his article published in the Russian journal and in this paper describes the possible practical steps to protect the author’s rights. In addition, the paper analyzes the problems of scientific and publication ethics in the conditions of rapid development of information and communication technologies, estimates factors of the paid publications market development in Russia. The author points to the information asymmetry leading to various forms of manipulation in academic sphere including relations between laypersons and professional plagiarists.

The problem of the comparative assessment of the scientific journals for the selection journal for publication of the papers of Russian scientists in the journals, included in database Web of Science (WOS), with consideration of their thematic discusses, and methodology for the solution of this problem suggests in the presented article. It applies for the specific subject category WOS and takes into consideration impact factor of the journal, number of the papers of Russian scientists, published in this journal in the previous years, average citations of these papers and their relative citations for the analysis of the list of journals of this subject category.The analysis of applicability of the suggested methodology has been implemented for the subject category of WOS mathematical&computational biology. A ranked list of journals, recommended for the publication of Russian scientists articles, has been achieved. The sustainability of this list for the different times intervals has been shown.As it has been concluded, suggested methodology may be applied for the journals of another subject categories WOS and can be useful for the Russian scientists, publishing their articles in the journals from WOS journals list. An applicability of the Bradford’s law for the porpoise of this analysis has been shown also.

The author considers the significance of teaching post-graduate students the module of written scientific communication to avoid problems facing them in future publishing career. The notion ‘academic writing’ is interpreted as the key to realizing national differences in intercultural written interaction. The author highlights the inevitable interference of the English scientific language and the native language of a researcher, the international part of a modern academic paper being English as lingua franca. Typology of cultures helps to explain possible misunderstanding in reading academic papers. Linguistico-culturological analysis of several scientific articles written in English by investigators from various countries allows the author to conclude that any researcher writes in English under unconscious domination of his national features.

Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Consider the factors that ensure the quality of paper products for household and sanitary purposes. 2. To assess the quality of paper products for household and sanitary purposes from different manufacturers, with the rationale for the choice of samples and research methods. 3. Develop recommendations for the choice of goods for consumers and trade enterprises based on the analysis of the results of sample studies. 4. Analyze the actual assortment of goods of a retail trade enterprise and, based on the data on the study of consumer preferences, develop proposals for its improvement. The studies were carried out on the basis of consumer goods examination laboratories of the Higher School of Service and Trade. Work methods: (list the main ones) The studies were carried out on the basis of the laboratory for the examination of consumer goods of the Higher School of Economics and Technology. The work used standard and generally recognized research methods in commodity science: determination of the maximum deviation from the nominal value of the mass of paper with an area of 1����^2,, destructive force, capillary absorbency, pH of the aqueous extract. A comparative assessment of the quality of the studied samples showed that toilet paper sample No. 5, made in Russia, has the highest values. It was decided to supplement the assortment of the store with this trademark in order to improve the assortment of the trade enterprise "Climbit SPb". The research results have practical application in improving the range of household and sanitary-hygienic paper products in trade organizations.

A review of the wastewater treatment plant system was carried out, as well as an analysis of the pollutant components in the discharged effluents prior to the modernization.Solutions for minimizing the damage to water objects from polluting were considered, an exhaustive comparative description of the equipment for the introduction into the system of water treatment plants was presented.As a result of the study, the choice of equipment for the disc filter system and its implementation at the stage of deep treatment was proposed and justified, as well as a diagram of water treatment facilities and an analysis of the indicators of polluting components in treated effluents after the introduction of this equipment.Finally, an economic justification for these activities was carried out according to the calculations of environmental and economic damage, as well as total payments for compensating for the negative impact on the water body.

ГОСТ 26493–85 регламентирует параметры вибрации оборудования целлюлозно-бумажных производств. Однако этот стандарт устарел, не учитывает современные конструкции технологического оборудования и требования новых государственных и международных стандартов. В статье сделана попытка нормирования и мониторинга вибрации технологического оборудования с учетом современных требований. Установлено два критерия оценки вибрационного состояния оборудования. Первый критерий нормирует среднее квадратическое значение амплитуды вибрации в октавных полосах частот, второй – тренд амплитуды вибрации по общему уровню. В качестве примера рассмотрены нормирование и мониторинг вибрации мельниц. Выявлена необходимость разделения по конструктивному признаку на две группы. Численно определены границы зон и тренда вибрации мельниц. Вибрационное состояние оценивается по четырем критериям: хорошо; удовлетворительно; необходимо улучшение и недопустимо. После чего принимается решение о возможном ограничении формы функционирования оборудования (предупреждение или останов). Внедрение норм и мониторинга вибрации оборудования ускорит переход к ремонтам по техническому состоянию. Методы нормирования и мониторинга вибрации технологического оборудования могут быть применены в других отраслях промышленности. GOST 26493–85 regulates parameters of vibration of equipment of pulp-and-paper manufactures. However this standard is obsolete, does not take into account modern designs of the process equipment and requirement of new state and international standards. In article attempt of normalization and monitoring of vibration of the process equipment is made in view of modern requirements. It is established two criteria of an estimation of vibrating condition of equipment. The first criterion normalizes average quadratic value of amplitude of vibration in octave strips of frequencies, on second – trend of amplitude of vibration on the general level. As an example normalization and monitoring of vibration of mills is considered. Necessity of division to constructive attribute on two groups is revealed. Numerical borders of zones and trend of vibration of mills are determined. The vibrating condition is estimated by four criteria: well; satisfactory; improvement is necessary and is inadmissible. Then it is made decision on possible restriction of the form of functioning of the equipment (the prevention or stop). Introduction of norms and monitoring of vibration of the equipment will speed up transition to repairs on a technical condition. Methods of normalization and monitoring of vibration of the process equipment can be applied in other industries.

The paper considers the question that has gained relevance in the last decade: whether the cryptocurrency bitcoin is money. The economic literature provides different opinions on this issue. The analysis shows that disagreements arise because of the different understanding of the category of ‘money’ rather than because of the nature of bitcoin. The author analyzes popular interpretations of money in terms of their applicability to the definition of the role and place of cryptocurrencies in the financial system. The purpose of this study is to define money as a financial instrument that linksthe creation of gross social product with its distribution. The author believes that money emerged and exists as a tool that ensures a connection between the contribution of each economic entity to the total product of society and the right to receive an equivalent amount of goods from this gross product. At the same time, the author defines money as an ‘ideal right’ to receive a share of the gross social product. In this regard, the analysis of bitcoin shows that this cryptocurrency allows obtaining goods from the gross social product in many countries, while bitcoin owners do not contribute to the gross social product. Based on this, bitcoin cannot be considered money; it is a money substitute, or surrogate money. At the same time, bitcoin was created as money and performs the functions of money, but to a limited extent. Bitcoin can only perform the functions of money as a supplement to an existing official currency. It is not capable of functioning as the only currency in a society. The interpretation proposed in this paper can be used for the purposes of developing the Russian law on cryptocurrencies is currently being worked on by the Government and the Central Bank of Russia.

The article discusses the role of the poet, writer, journalist and translator Rinaldo Küfferle (1903–1955) in the distribution of Ivan Bunin’s works in Italy in the 1920s and 1930s. Küfferle’s critical essays about Bunin in Italian literary journals, his translations of Bunin’s poems and short stories, different stages of promotion of the writer's works in Milan publishing houses (a novel “The Life of Arsenyev” and a collection of short stories) are identified and analyzed. The article also provides a number of archival materials on Küfferle’s personal relations with Bunin.

An analytical review of the digital facial anthropometry application in the scientific and practical problems of the contemporary human world is presented. The research includes a brief history of anthropometry emergence (as a descriptive and comparative science, the subject of which is human) and its transformation into contemporary computer methods of digital anthropometry. We have considered the application features of digital facial anthropometry. They are: the concepts of the morphotype and phenotype of the face, problems of morphology and morphometry, as the basic means of digital facial anthropometry, methods of quantitative and qualitative assessment of the characteristics and parameters of individuals, the task of finding associations between gene sets in the genome and human facial features, the task of assessing the attractiveness and beauty of individuals, the relationship of facial anthropometry with "Chernoff Faces" and cognitive computer graphics used in practical medicine, the phenomenon of the human face and the problem of determining the emotions, sex and psycho-type of a person, special cases of face image recognition tasks, methods for solving them within the framework of digital facial anthropometry and examples of their solution. We have determined the prognosis for the close connection of digital facial anthropometry and the “Internet of things” in the contemporary world.
