This paper gives the results of studies of magnesium recovery by ferrosilicon (75%) from the calcined dolomite of Ural deposits (Boitsovskoe and Chernorechenskoe). Analysis of chemical composition of dolomite samples showed that their quality is rather high (there are almost no impurities of alkali and heavy metals), but they differ by high content of calcium carbonate, which determines the peculiarity of their use in magnesium production. It is established that the structure of dolomite samples is characterized by a grain size of calcium carbonate inclusions. The sample I is characterized by CaCO3 inclusions with the particle size of 10-20 μm (7%), and the sample II is larger - CaCOj inclusions with the particle size of 20-30 μm (12.5%). The paper presents the results of the rmodynamic modeling of multi-component system MgO - CaO - Si - Fe - Mg - Ca2SiO4 - Ca3SiO5, according to which the excess of calcium oxide in the mixture (CaO/Si = 2.2-2.5) makes possible to recover magnesium from its oxide with ferrosilicon with formation of Ca3SiO5 compound. This paper discusses the features and parameters of magnesium recovery process, which laboratory simulations were carried out using high-temperature setting consisting of electric furnace, high-alloy chromium-nickel steel retort, vacuum pump and vacuum gauge. During the experiments, the pressure and the temperature in the retort were maintained at 0.1 kPa and 1195 °C, while the temperature in the condenser was maintained at 475-500 °C. The mixture of calcined dolomite with ferrosilicon (FS 75 (φC 75)) was extruded at a pressure of 1000 kg/cm into cylindrical pellets (diameter, equal to 20, height, equal to 20-22 mm) weighing 12-13.5 g. During the experiment, there were identified the optimal parameters for magnesium recovery, which reached the output of metallic magnesium, equal to 81.2%. It is established that the increase of content of calcium oxide in the charge to CaO:MgO:Si = 2.5:2:1 leads to the reduction of magnesium output by 3% and increase the flow of charge by 9.5%. Allocated in the course of dolomite processing, magnesium condensate has a high quality (content of magnesium is 99.5%), so it can be recommended to use for alloy production without further refining. The formed retort residues containing 57-60% CaO, 20-24% SiO2, 6.0-6.5% MgO, 3.8-4.0% Fe, 1.3-1.7% A12O3, have similar composition with the Portland cement and, after the separation of metal component, they can be used as an additive in its production.

Методами теории функционала плотности с РВЕ градиентным функционалом и дисперсионной поправкой D3(BJ) в базисе локализованных орбиталей пакета CRYSTAL17 рассчитаны параметры кристаллической структуры, электронный и колебательный спектры, упругие постоянные ромбоэдрических двойных карбонатов М1М2(СО3)2 (М1, М2: Mg, Ca, Mn, Cd, Zn) со структурой типа доломита. Показано, что для постоянных решетки, междуатомных расстояний, упругих постоянных и поликристаллических модулей, волновых чисел отдельных колебательных мод можно установить линейные зависимости от радиусов катионов, а для параметров химической связи и энергий образования — от их электроотрицательностей. Параметры решетки увеличиваются с ростом среднего радиуса катиона, а упругие константы и модули уменьшаются. Наибольшая сжимаемость карбонатов предсказана в направлении оси с, что согласуется с характером химической связи, где более сильные связи углерод — кислород присутствуют в плоскости ab, а более слабые связи металл — кислород — в направлении оси с. Энергия образования двойных карбонатов из твердых оксидов и газообразного СО2 в CaMg(CO3)2 равна -2.82 eV, в CaCd(CO3)2 -2.71 eV, а из простых карбонатов соответственно -0.054 eV, 0.023 eV. Полученные формулы могут использоваться для оценки и прогноза физических свойств твердых растворов карбонатов переменного состава., Density functional theory with a PBE gradient functional and a dispersion correction D3(BJ) in the basis of localized orbitals of the CRYSTAL17 package are used to calculate crystal structure parameters, electronic and vibrational spectra, elastic constants of rhombohedral double carbonates М1М2 (СО3)2 (М1, М2: Mg, Ca, Mn, Cd, Zn) with a dolomite-type structure. The paper demonstrates the possibility for establishing the linear dependences for lattice constants, interatomic distances, elastic constants and polycrystalline moduli, wave numbers of individual vibrational modes on the radii of cations. The same possibility is shown for the dependences of the parameters of chemical bonds and formation energies on their electronegativities. The lattice parameters increase along with the average cation radius, but the elastic constants and moduli demonstrate their decrease. The highest compressibility of carbonates is predicted in the direction of the c axis, which is consistent with the nature of the chemical bond, where stronger carbon — oxygen bonds are present in the ab plane, and weaker metal — oxygen bonds are in the direction of the c axis. The formation energy of binary carbonates CaMg(CO3)2 produced from solid oxides and gaseous CO2 is equal to -2.82 eV. It is equal to -2.71 eV for CaCd(CO3)2, and -0.054 eV, 0.023 eV for simple carbonates, respectively. The resulting formulas can be used to assess and predict the physical properties of solid solutions of carbonates of variable composition.

Целью работы является оценка потенциала нефте-битумопродуктивности анализируемых отложений. Были проведены исследования 13 образцов керна из различных интервалов 4 скважин. В данной работе представлены результаты анализа состава и свойств углеводородов, выделенных из керна карбонатных и прилегающих к ним отложений с интервала 1631,2-1774,8 м. Анализ выполнен на основе результатов термогравиметрических, хроматографических и оптических исследований. Произведена обработка результатов с применением расчёта линейной и ранговой корреляции. Отмечается значимая взаимосвязь между значениями параметров, полученных в результате хроматографических исследований и лабораторных исследований по определению состава нефти и процессов, протекающих в них при нагревании по заданной программе, а также между результатами хроматографических и оптических исследований. Анализ показал значимый вклад легких фракций изоалканов и лёгких фракций нормальных алканов при термических преобразованиях, то есть в процессе хранения, доставки в лабораторию и при пробоподготовке не произошло существенной потери лёгких компонентов углеводородов кернового материала. Не обнаружена корреляционная связь между оптическими и термическими методами, так как эти методы направлены на выявление различных запасов органического материала, которые также требуют применения различных методов воздействия при их разработке. Детальный анализ образцов с выявлением заметной потерей массы при термовоздействии и низкими величинами коэффициента светопоглощения позволяет выявить образцы горной породы с не преобразованным в битумоиды органическим веществом. Полученные результаты позволяют оценить применимость как методов исследований, так и систем разработки с теми или иными технологиями воздействия на призабойную зону и межскважинный объём пласта., The aim of the work is to assess the potential of oil and bitumen productivity of the analyzed deposits. Research was conducted on 13 core samples from various intervals of 4 wells. This paper presents the results of an analysis of the composition and properties of hydrocarbons extracted from the core of carbonate and adjoining deposits from an interval of 1631.2-1774.8 m. The analysis is based on the results of thermogravimetric, chromatographic and optical studies. The results were processed using the calculation of linear and rank correlation. A significant relationship is noted between the values of the parameters obtained as a result of chromatographic studies and laboratory studies to determine the composition of oil and the processes that occur in them when heated according to a given program, as well as between the results of chromatographic and optical studies. The analysis showed a significant contribution of light fractions of isoalkanes and light fractions of normal alkanes during thermal transformations, i.e. during storage, delivery to the laboratory and sample preparation, there was no significant loss of light components of the core material hydrocarbons. No correlation was found between optical and thermal methods, since these methods are aimed at identifying various stocks of organic material, which also require the application of various methods of exposure in their development. A detailed analysis of the samples revealing a noticeable mass loss during thermal exposure and low values of the light absorption coefficient makes it possible to identify rock samples with organic matter that is not converted to bitumoids. The results obtained make it possible to assess the applicability of both research methods and development systems with various technologies for influencing the bottom-hole zone and inter-well volume of the formation., Нефтяная провинция, Выпуск 2 (22) 2020
