The paper presents a review of the state-of-the-art of subgradient and accelerated methods of convex optimization, including in the presence of disturbances and access to various information about the objective function (function value, gradient, stochastic gradient, higher derivatives). For nonconvex problems, the Polak-Lojasiewicz condition is considered and a review of the main results is given. The behavior of numerical methods in the presence of sharp minima is considered. The detector DANSS is located under n industrial nuclear reactor at Kalininskaya Nuclear Power Plant. This location provides ~ 50 m.w.e. reduction of the cosmic muon flux in the vertical direction, which places the experiment in an intermediate position between ground and underground experiments in terms of shielding from the cosmic rays. The paper presents an analysis of dual-polarization observations of the Crab pulsar obtained on the 64-m Kalyazin radio telescope at 600 MHz with a time resolution of 250 ns. A lower limit for the intensities of giant pulses is estimated by assuming that the pulsar radio emission in the main pulse and interpulse consists entirely of giant radio pulses; this yields estimates of 100 Jy and 35 Jy for the peak flux densities of giant pulses arising in the main pulse and interpulse, respectively. This assumes that the normal radio emission of the pulse occurs in the precursor pulse. In this case, the longitudes of the giant radio pulses relative to the profile of the normal radio emission turn out to be the same for the Crab pulsar and the millisecond pulsar B1937+21, namely, the giant pulses arise at the trailing edge of the profile of the normal radio emission. The Russian Academy of Sciences and Federal Space Agency, together with the participation of many international organizations, worked toward the launch of the RadioAstron orbiting space observatory with its onboard 10-m reflector radio telescope from the Baikonur cosmodrome on July 18, 2011. Together with some of the largest ground-based radio telescopes and a set of stations for tracking, collecting, and reducing the data obtained, this space radio telescope forms a multi-antenna ground-space radio interferometer with extremely long baselines, making it possible for the first time to study various objects in the Universe with angular resolutions a million times better than is possible with the human eye. The project is targeted at systematic studies of compact radio-emitting sources and their dynamics. Objects to be studied include supermassive black holes, accretion disks, and relativistic jets in active galactic nuclei, stellar-mass black holes, neutron stars and hypothetical quark stars, regions of formation of stars and planetary systems in our and other galaxies, interplanetary and interstellar plasma, and the gravitational field of the Earth. The results of ground-based and inflight tests of the space radio telescope carried out in both autonomous and ground-space interferometric regimes are reported. The results of 2D MHD simulations of solar magnetogranulation are used to analyze the horizontal magnetic fields and the response of the synthesized Stokes profiles of the FeI 1564.85 nm line to the magnetic fields. Selected 1.5-h series of the 2D MHD models reproduces a region of the network fields with their immediate surrounding on the solar surface with the unsigned magnetic flux density of 192 G. According to the magnetic field distribution obtained, the most probable absolute strength of the horizontal magnetic field at an optical depth of tau_5 = 1 (tau_5 denotes tau at lambda = 500 nm) is 50 G, while the mean value is 244 G. On average, the horizontal magnetic fields are stronger than the vertical fields to heights of about 400 km in the photosphere due to their higher density and the larger area they occupy. The maximum factor by which the horizontal fields are greater is 1.5. Strong horizontal magnetic flux tubes emerge at the surface as spots with field strengths of more than 500 G. These are smaller than granules in size, and have lifetimes of 3.6 min. They form in the photosphere due to the expulsion of magnetic fields by convective flows coming from deep subphotospheric layers. The results of simultaneous multifrequency observations of giant radio pulses from the Crab pulsar, PSR B0531+21, at 23, 111, and 600 MHz are presented and analyzed. Giant pulses were detected at a frequency as low as 23 MHz for the first time. Of the 45 giant pulses detected at 23 MHz, 12 were identified with counterparts observed simultaneously at 600 MHz. Of the 128 giant pulses detected at 111 MHz, 21 were identified with counterparts observed simultaneously at 600 MHz. The spectral indices for the power-law frequency dependence of the giant-pulse energies are from -3.1 to -1.6. The mean spectral index is -2.7 +/- 0.1 and is the same for both frequency combinations (600-111 MHz and 600-23 MHz). The large scatter in the spectral indices of the individual pulses and the large number of unidentified giant pulses suggest that the spectra of the individual giant pulses do not actually follow a simple power law. The observed shapes of the giant pulses at all three frequencies are determined by scattering on interstellar plasma irregularities. A survey of 27 galactic star-forming regions in the 6_K-5_K, 5_K-4_K, and 8_K-7_K CH3CN lines at 110, 92, and 147 GHz, respectively, is made. Twenty-five sources are detected at 110 GHz, nineteen at 92 GHz, and three at 147 GHz. The strongest CH3CN emission arise in hot cores in the regions of massive star formation. CH3CN abundance in these objects is larger than 10^(-9) due to grain mantle evaporation. Weaker CH3CN lines are found in a number of sources. They may arise either in warm (30-50 K) dense (10^(5)-10^(7) cm^(-3)) clouds, or in hot regions accompanied by colder gas., Comment: 11 pages, 5 figures, to be published in Russian Astronomy Reports
