Osteopikilosis is a rare benign sclerosing bone dyspalsia transmitted with an autosomal dominant pattern. The diagnosis is often accidental. Only 15-20% of pacients are symptomatic. They may have mild arthalgia and joint effusion. The diagnosis is radiological, with bones look like "spotted bones" because there are multiple small radiodense foci located in metaphises and epiphyses of long bones, in tars bones, carp bones and pelvis bones. Our pacient was hospitalized for symmetric distal arthitis. Hand radiograph performed to determine the etyology of joint suffering revealed multiple lesions characteristic for osteopoikilosis.
