Abstract

The recurrent miscarriage stands for at least three spontaneous abortions without a successful birth. The real mechanisms of this pathologic entity are still unknown despite the variety of the hypotheses therefore the treatment goals are still very hard to achieve. This paper tries to elucidate the main aspects related to the histopathology and the clinical features of the recurrent pregnancy loss; at the end we'll elaborate an useful algorithm for investigation and therapy.
