ChatGPT was released on November 30, 2022 by OpenAI. After its launch, it started to be used by many users for different fields of interest. Several scientific articles have even been published in which ChatGPT appears as an author because text generated by him was used. The impact it had on technology is enormous and that is why many materials have been published on how to use it in different fields as well as in different usage scenarios.In this material, we carry out an analysis of the materials that were published in three months after the appearance of ChatGPT (December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023). For this synthesis, the materials indexed by Google Scholar, Scopus and Web of Science were analyzed. Within the analyzed materials, scenarios of using ChatGPT and how to interact with it are identified. We also present the way of involvement or use of ChatGPT in education, science and research and in the final part of the material we present some suggestions for future research that can be carried out with the help of ChatGPT.

The insulation of an oil-filled transformer is based on materials of organic origin - oil and wood pulp. The state of insulation is a key factor in the reliable operation of a power equipment, and much attention is paid to the insulation state assessment by researchers. To assess the cellulose insulation state, indicators such as the degree of polymerization and paper moisture are deter-mined. The existing methods for determining the moisture content and the degree of polymeriza-tion of a paper insulation have disadvantages, as they require a complex process of sampling the insulation, which is a time-consuming operation. The purpose of the work is to develop new methods for determining the moisture content and the degree of polymerization of the paper in-sulation of a power transformer. This goal is achieved by obtaining the reflection spectra of the paper insulation samples and constructing two correlation lines to determine the degree of polymerization and humidity. The most significant result of the article is the establishment of the dependence of the reflection coefficient of the paper on the concentration of water exceeding 4% and the position of the minimum in the reflection spectrum of paper insulation on the degree of polymerization. The significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the optical method for determining the moisture content and the degree of polymerization of paper insulation using the constructed correlation lines is highly accurate and does not require the use of additional re-agents and complex calculations.

Adapting to the information age, providing #liveintelligence to costumers, PC-mediated interaction and collaborative platforms for collecting, storing, labelling, analysing and capitalizing on national security information are major changes, difficult to implement when resistance to change is very high. The change is so profound that some perceive it as an affront to their education (because their parents did not (mis)educate them). In reality, the new technologies are user friendly, they have a lot of technology based on intuition, meaning you know what to do if you know how the product of your own creation should turn out. Moreover, the introduction of modern concepts of communication and public relations such as the blog and wiki platforms, software dedicated to data analysis, can bring an unsuspected benefit, which we present below.

I consider that the second edition of the book “Conceiving, Writing and Publishing a Scientific Paper. An approach in the context of economic research” is a work of high scientific standing, excellently documented, addressed to knowledgeable readers but also to the new generations of PhD students and researchers interested in attaining the highest academic and scientific performances in the field of Economics. From my point of view, both editions of the book are highly useful for the academic environment. I especially appreciate the authors’ efforts to improve and expand the second edition. This fact is due to the changes occurred in the evolution of scientometric indicators, to the feedback received from readers, but also as the result of the desire to include multiple networks and platforms that take into account professional and institutional profiles, such as to facilitate the researchers’ dissemination of their results obtained in the scientific research activity. The authors benefit on an unanimous recognition and are highly appreciated., fact proven for example by the ten existing reviews of the book’s first edition, published in journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus and other international databases. I am mostly impressed by the authors’ permanent concern to improve their book’s scientific content. The first edition was awarded the distinction “The Best Book in the Field of Economics” published in 2016 in Romania by the Association of Romanian Economic Faculties, but also by The Association of Cultural-Educational Cooperation from Suceava (ACCES prize in 2016)

Scientific research is a complex process that ends up with a results dissemination stage. This dissemination of results can be accomplished through several methods and practical tools aimed at meeting a number of objectives that are usually defined by the research program. One of the most frequently formulated objectives in the last decades is the writing of papers that can be published in prestigious research journals, particularly in the mainstream journals of that research field. Drawing up such papers implies meeting a series of content, structure and language requirements that must be known and well-understood. The fulfillment of such requirements calls for the existence of competences based on the knowledge acquired from the literature and from the practice of writing a research paper.

Nowadays when information, knowledge is a driving force of development, when technical and scientific progress is in a spectacular ascent, a particular attention deserve to be paid to the quality of scientific publications. Strong competition in all the fields, including science and innovation, huge sources of information, challenges of life dictate the rules - prosper the best. It’s a well known fact that the quality of a scientific paper depends on the situation in the area, technical facilities and specialists’ professionalism. In addition to the ability to conduct investigations, to study thoroughly the processes, phenomena, the researcher must have competent skills of written, analysis and synthesis of scientific results. This article is going to facilitate the work of the actors involved in the writing of publication, to clarify the stages and issues related to these activities. Delimitation of steps in writing a scientific paper has a particularly important role in improving writing skills and sequencing activities, in efficient researcher’s time organization, in enhancing the quality of published materials. The practical implementation of these findings will contribute to the effective use of science results, will discipline researchers, experts, analysts, ensure transparency, comparability and reproducibility of the processes

Lucky Jim was a runaway best seller and a book that defined a generation. That was not quite true of Martin’s early books, but he had enough precocious reward. No other father-son tandem has produced a corpus as sizable and significant as that of Sir Kingsley Amis and his son. They have maintained not only a quality of writing, but also duration of productivity that other literary families have simply not matched.

However, not only families and communities, but also educational systems encourage competition, because it is seen as the only way to achieve success, by doing that, the power of cooperation is completely ignored. Still, from an economic point of view, cooperation and competition represent essential elements of progress, both being parts of the corporate culture. This paper proposes research in the evolution of alliances in airline companies, the regulations of the domain, with consideration of a competitive labor market, the efficiency and the benefits among consumers.

Îndelungata stare de fragmentarism teritorial şi de separatism politic între români a generat o criză a conştiinţelor liderilor din spaţiul românesc, tensiune din care s-a cristalizat ideea „daco-românismului”. Aceasta s-a concretizat prin iniţierea unei lupte naţionale, în special în spaţiul transilvănean, al cărei punct final a fost constituirea unei Românii întregite, rotunda şi adevărata patrie a tuturor românilor, care a reuşit să fixeze, în memoria urmaşilor, fireştile sale contururi geografice la 1 decembrie 1918. Astfel, ideea „daco-românismului” a devenit coşmarul guvernelor maghiare din perioada dualistă, neamul românesc fiind proiectat, potrivit acestei „legi nescrise” de la nivelul mentalului colectiv al elitei româneşti, ca un tot unitar, graniţele artificiale reuşind să despartă persoane, dar nu şi simţămintele sufleteşti fireşti. Esenţială şi necesară pentru transformarea vechii idei a „daco-românismului” în principiu politic-cultural a fost sinteza cultural-naţională a românilor din monarhia austro-ungară şi a celor din Vechiul Regat, care a pregătit conştiinţele pentru actul istoric de la 1 decembrie 1918. „Daco-românismul” a avut marele merit de a fi chemat la reflexie angajată în jurul unor idei majore, precum: „istorie”, „naţiune”, „neam”, „confesiune”, „conştiinţă naţională”, „limbă”, „cultură”, „politică”, ce-şi resemnifică mereu, pentru fiecare dintre vremuri în parte, conţinuturile. Cuvinte-cheie: naţiune, mişcare naţională, drepturi politice, unitate, modernitate, idei politice, intelectualitate.

The idea of using poetry and literature as channels to contemporary architectural design dates back to the last years of the 1980s when the poetics of architecture was recognised as an academic discipline. In the West, the first publication on the subject was released in 1990. Concurrently, although independently, the studio-workshop bearing the same title of this discipline was set up by Shota Bostanashvili at the Technical University of Georgia. Paper architecture, a movement developed in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was the preferred medium utilised to teach architecture at the studio-workshop. This workshop, which is still run today by David Bostanashvili, introduced metacultural discourse in architecture. The Bostanashvilis’ poetics of architecture is based on a triad, namely Image-Name-House. For Shota Bostanashvili, poetics of architecture meant the relationship between ideas, words and things. For David Bostanashvili, it meant an interdisciplinary theoretical framework wherein the concept of Image refers to phenomenology, that of Name refers to semiotics, and House infers the philosophical reflections on architecture.
