Objective: This article aims to identify and analyze the influence of imposter feelings and stereotypes in relation to gender, race and sexuality in the academic experiences of Accounting students who belong to minority groups. Methodology: The research was carried out with the application of survey to students of undergraduate courses in Accounting Sciences of Higher Education Institutions in the state of Minas Gerais, and the final sample consisted of 113 students. For data analysis, descriptive analyzes and multiple correspondence analyzes (MCA) were performed. Results: From the results, it is clear that imposter feelings are strongly present in the accounting imagination and permeate the career of minority groups in the area, suggesting even a lack of reflection on the theme in the general context of the profession, by the groups themselves. minorities and other subjects. Study Contributions: The present research provides subsidies that indicate that students belonging to social minorities may somehow feel segregated and oppressed in the accounting environment, due to the moderate and frequent levels of imposter feelings resulting from the data collection.
