This study aimed to analyze the image of the secretarial profession transmitted by South Korean dramas. The research is classified in the qualitative approach and is characterized as descriptive and exploratory, having used the Film Analysis method in the drama "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?", selected through Rakuten Viki, one of the largest global streaming sites of East Asian productions. As a result, it was identified that South Korean dramas have transmitted a secretarial image with a good professional profile, through mature characters who perform secretarial activities with regard to the planning, organization and execution of meetings, trips and events. Many of the stereotypes that affect the secretarial profession were not identified in the analyzed drama, although the stereotype of the relationship between boss and secretary is much worked on in the drama, the secretariat has been built and transmitted in order to value this profession. E-commerce is growing over the years, to keep up with this progress it is necessary to use ERP to integrate information from organizations. However, difficulties in relation to the implementation have been drawing the attention of researches. In this sense, the aim of the research is to analyze the implementation of ERP in an e-commerce located in the region of Presidente Prudente/SP. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory and used a case study, for data collection, 3 interviews were carried out with employees in the financial area of all levels and, based on the results, a content analysis of the interviews with help of Atlas software. The research findings show difficulties regarding the people involved in the implementation process, mainly related to training, seen by employees as an important step. Employees highlighted the difficulty of planning the implementation time and the new layout. They emphasize that the ERP serves in a positive way, offering reliable and easy-to-use information and, above all, coherent data. Consequently, managers highlight the importance of this information for more assertive decision making. It is concluded the importance of information systems in organizations, whether strategic, tactical or operational. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract: Advancements in production technologies and materials have facilitated the use of additive manufacturing (AM) (i.e., 3D printing) in the large-scale production of finished products with high level of customization, simplification of the factory floor, and fast delivery. Production sequencing is a well-established topic in this research area; however, its application to an AM environment suffers from specific issues that are yet to be explored. This paper presents a systematic literature review for mapping the state-of-the-art production sequencing methods in AM and for discussing the content of 26 articles published in magazines between 2017–2020. The main mathematical models, algorithms adopted for their solution, and main characteristics of computational experiments performed in these articles are identified; the results indicate that some characteristics of the problem can still be included in these models, such as the possibility of outsourcing and technology restrictions, which are yet to be explored in the literature. Further, authors observed the need for more robust computational experiments to better evaluate the proposed solutions.

UNIVERSAL design , *SCHEDULING , *LESSON planning , *HIGHER education , *QUALITATIVE research - Abstract
This article intends to present the Universal Design for Learning, with its principles and its use in educational practices fundamentally on the essential components of the curriculum: objectives, methodologies, resources and evaluation. From a qualitative research, developed through a bibliographic research on the UDL with a focus on Higher Education. We consider that working with UDL can mean a change in the way of thinking about educational practices, since it proposes, from the approach of ideas to achieve the motivation of the learners, a flexibility in the ways in which the information is presented and in the way proposal for students to express the knowledge acquired. We found that various researchers proposed other ways of organizing their classes and/or scheduling activities, so that all students could interact and learn, as well as be able to reflect on their own learning, with a more motivating connotation. This shows the need to think about the inclusion of the UDL principles in teaching planning for a school of quality, equity and for all. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

GOVERNMENT agencies , *SECONDARY analysis , *SCHEDULING , *DATABASES , *BUSINESS continuity planning - Abstract
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the economic-financial performance of Brazilian private health plan operators and investigate possible sources of relative variations in the studied indicators. The article also discusses the question of regulation based on an economic-financial analysis of the regulated entities. Methodology: this is an empirical, analytical study with analysis and inference based on secondary data. The methodological base of the article is comprised of standardized economicfinancial indicators, indicators adapted to the operational specificities of private healthcare plan operators and multiple range tests. The database in panel form was elaborated using information published by the National Private Healthcare Regulatory Agency and refers to a sample containing the fourteen largest health plan operators in activity in Brazil. Results: It is concluded that the health plan operators are well-situated in economic-financial terms and that the form of corporate organization, the relative size of the market and the operators' regional markets have a significant influence on their performance. It is considered opportune to discuss whether the current regulatory model for private health provision in Brazil is adequately fulfilling its declared objective of ensuring the continuity of service while charging reasonably modest rates. Study contributions: the study contributes by showing how a relatively simple technique can benefit not only the regulatory process but also the evaluation of the regulation itself. It further contributes by revealing that the healthcare plan operators in Brazil are in a good situation in economic-financial terms thereby raising the question as to whether the current regulatory model for private health provision in Brazil is adequately fulfilling its declared objective of ensuring the continuity of service while charging reasonably modest rates. This work aimed to verify the applicability of the law of equalization in studies with groups in metacontingencies, analyzing the maximization of reinforcements, the maintenance of the distribution of responses with the addition of the delay in variable and concurrent time schedules in the production of culturants. The instrument of this research was the Software developed with the Java programming language version 8, for data collection with nine participants divided into three groups. The purpose of the game was to produce meat as a cultural consequence in six conditions with delays ranging from 5 to 20 seconds. In the phases with less delay in the distribution of responses, group 1 was not sensitive to the programmed contingency and groups 2 and 3 were more sensitive, the latter being the one that maximized the most reinforcements with the distribution of responses. MINE waste , *SCHEDULING , *MARBLE , *QUARRIES & quarrying , *TOPOGRAPHY - Abstract
Mine development is an activity that must be carried out in a controlled manner and executed according to the needs of the mining enterprise. One of the main structures linked to the development of a mine is the construction / adaptation of access roads and the deposition of waste generated at the mine. For this reason, good planning and execution of activities is necessary in order to achieve good operating results for the enterprise, generating less losses and increasing its productivity. In this work, a topographic survey using a drone was used and the data were treated and applied in software such as CloudCompare, where it was possible to analyze the development of a marble quarry mine in the region of Itaoca - district of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim - ES, having as main focus the access roads existing in the place which indicated insecurity and inefficiency in relation to the standards adopted in the enterprise due to the extension in some stretches exceeding 20%. This article aims to evaluate the implementation process of the Early Childhood Program in SUAS, in the city of Recife/PE, focusing on the implementation and training processes. The methodology was bibliographic and empirical research. In data collection, 35 executing agents of the Program were interviewed remotely through semi-structured interviews. Conclusions: although municipal management has made efforts to incorporate the PCF into the Social Assistance Policy, offering counterpart, qualifying the technical team, planning its activities and necessary flows with the social assistance network, as a response to the cause of Early Childhood, it was inevitable to follow the regulations s of the Program; the effort of municipal management proved powerless to minimize the obstacles contained in its formulation and nature as a public response to the problem of Early Childhood with the usufruct families. The Program is limited in its potential response to the problem, as its reason for being. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

WORKING hours , *ERGONOMICS , *LEAD time (Supply chain management) , *SCHEDULING - Abstract
The article by Charles Gadbois, published 30 years ago, proposes, in a forward-looking approach, lines of work to develop research in ergonomics on atypical working times. Based on the premise that there was a lack of knowledge on the issues raised by these rapidly expanding schedules, Charles Gadbois defended the importance of calling on and articulating several disciplines to deal with this complex problem as well as the need to design new models integrating the real activity. Since then, the development of ergonomics as an interdisciplinary science and the pursuit of work on atypical working time has led us to propose a systemic and multifactorial approach for research and action on working time. An original approach that identifies a set of dimensions crossed by the issue of atypical working time, in which work activity and conciliation activity contribute to maintaining balance. This text consists of a presentation of a public interview conducted with friar Oswaldo Rezende by the "Núcleo de História Oral do Laboratório de História do Tempo Presente (NHO/LHTP)", on december 13th, 2018, followed by its edited transcript. Frei Oswaldo became a dominican friar in the 1960s, when he also studied Philosophy at "Universidade de São Paulo (USP)" and worked in planning activities for the "Ação Libertadora Nacional (ALN)", an armed struggle organization. On the day of the 50th anniversary of the AI-5, in the context of the return of the far right to power and in the presence of a student audience, Oswaldo narrated his memoirs about the surroundings of 1968, assuming this task with a sense of "duty" of memory towards the younger generations. This research objective to plan and execute a gamified activity for a class in the Advertising course, aiming to identify which teaching knowledge and game elements are present in the development and execution of this activity, mediated by Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT). To do so, a theoretical foundation was sought in relation to the themes of gamification and teaching knowledge. The investigation was observational and qualitative. The teacher relied on digital wisdom for the use of DICT and appropriated conceptually the elements of the games (dynamics, mechanics and components) to plan the gamified activity and, from its execution, identified that the most significant teaching knowledge for the study was the curricular and experiential knowledge. The objective of this article is to present the results of a research that contemplated the challenges and possibilities inherent to the realization of extension courses for the continuous training of Portuguese Language teachers. This research is inserted in the applied field of language studies, based theoretically, above all, in the conceptions of sociod is cursive interaction ism (SDI). From a methodological point of view, this is a qualitative case study. The results point out that the activities, discussions and reflections fostered in the extension courses can provide relevant reconfigurations in the ways of thinking and acting of teachers in continuing education in service regarding the use of the didactic sequence of gender as a didactic instrument, however, the management of school time / space in planning activities that articulate and equanimously contemplate the axes of use (reading, writing and speaking) and reflection on the language (linguistic analysis) remains a challenge. MATHEMATICAL models , *HEURISTIC , *MACHINERY , *COST - Abstract
This paper addresses the two-stage production problem with parallel machines. We present two mathematical models that consider the production of different products with two stages of production in parallel machines and buffer between the stages. The two models consider minimum and maximum time of permanence of the items in the buffer, and the second considers costs of discarding, reprocessing and acceleration of the lots. Also, we propose several strategies of Fix and Optimize heuristic that start from an initial solution, through a constructive heuristic of decomposition. In general, the results show that the heuristic strategies can achieve competitive solutions in short computational time, outperforming the results provided by the optimization solver. PINEAPPLE , *FRUIT quality , *PLANTING , *EXPERIMENTAL design , *BULBS (Plants) - Abstract
Several factors may interfere in the cycle of the pineapple crop and the quality of the fruits produced, among them the cultural treatments, especially with regard to the treatment of floral induction. The harvest period and the uniformity of the fruits can be regulated by the use of floral inducers. In this context, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of floral induction (FI) on different days after planting (dap) on the characteristics of pineapple fruits of the cultivar Pérola cultivated in the city of Araguatins/TO. The experimental design was in randomized blocks. The treatments consisted of 4 periods of FI (T1-305dap, T2-320dap, T3-335dap, T4-350dap) and 5 replicates. The duration of the phases between planting at harvest, Total Soluble Solids (TSS), Total Titratable Acid (TTA), TSS/TTA ratio, fruit weight with and without crown, fruit diameter and yield were evaluated. The phase comprised between induction-flowering ranged from 41 to 43 days and flowering-harvest from 100 to 104 days. The total culture cycle ranged from 450 to 492 days. The weight of fruit with and without crown was not affected by treatments, ranging from 1,388 to 1,552 g, and from 1,381 to 1,489 g, respectively. As for the chemical characteristics of the fruits, only the TSS was influenced by the different treatments, and the T4 allowed the development of fruits with higher °Brix. The productivity was not influenced by the different treatments and ranged from 39,413 to 44,794 kg.ha-1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

FARM management , *SOIL management , *SOIL sampling , *SCHEDULING , *GEOLOGICAL statistics - Abstract
The objective of this study was to generate information through the analysis of variability and given structure of spatial dependence as well as the linear correlation of physical and chemical attributes of the soil, in order to assist in the planning of agricultural activities in six cities in the province of El Oro, Ecuador. The soil sample collections were carried out every two kilometers in the form of a grid with small changes in the field with a Dutch-type auger and GPS for georeferencing, with a depth of 0-0.20 m, thus totaling 368 points in the sample grid. Chemical and physical attributes of six municipalities in the province of El Oro were evaluated: Huaquillas, Machala, Chilla, Atahualpa, Portovelo and Las Lajas. The sampling was carried out in each city, but not between them. Distances between cities were 20,000 km to 180,000 km. Each soil attribute was subjected to an initial descriptive analysis, geostatistics and simple linear correlation matrix. Only pH and sand showed a high variation coefficient (22.02% and 25.42%) and all other attributes showed very high variation. Most of the semivariograms were adjusted to the spherical model. The longest range was indicated by magnesium (41,500 m) and the shortest by copper (7,740 m). The Mg pair versus sum of bases was the highest linear correlation among all the analyzed attributes. The pH stood out with a greater linear correlation between the other chemical attributes of the soil and its specific management zones. In view of the great taxonomic variation of the soil, climatic types, cultures used and management adopted, a specific analysis in each city is recommended for better agricultural recommendations. This paper presents the technique of Line of Balance (LDB) as a tool for programming projects that have some set of activities, called the basic unit, which will be repeated several times until the completion of the work. Using the methodology of the LDB is growing in Brazil due to its advantages in planning and controlling the activities in relation to other forms of programming. The paper also discusses the steps for implementing LDB, since the determination of the unit until the construction of the lines effectively. At the end of the design work of the LDB for a residential development is accomplished through the parallel and non-parallel balanced programming, demonstrating the difference between them. This article aims to discuss the challenges of territorial planning to face the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil based on the result of the demand analysis of the Vale do Rio Grande Development Consortium (CODEVAR). Comprised of 25 intermediate and smallcities in the west of the State of São Paulo, a concern of CODEVAR's municipal managers was or detailing the planning of hospital coverage for the most serious cases of COVID-19 in the region, especially the beds of ICU asks patients in need of respirators. Although the CODEVAR municipalities seek to act together, see if they belong to different health conditions. Thus, the present study demonstrates the need to deepen research on regionalization in health. For this, the study shows the difficulties for territorial planning at this time and the public emergency in public health. Thematic maps were prepared for responses and understanding of health practice in the consortium region, using the cartographic analysis of the composition of different regional bands and the analysis of the distribution of the equipment used. The study points to the need for further details of the regional health regulatory framework in Brazil, considering the conceptual contribution of Geography. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Knowing the territory in which the Basic Health Unit works is a important element for the creation of strategies aimed at improving health services and the environment in which the population lives. In order for this identification to be efficient, it is necessary to seek out, create and explore tools to assist in this process. The objective of this research was to rescue the concepts and the stages for the territorialization in health and the strategies for its realization. A survey was conducted on Google Academic and Lilacs databases, academic bibliography and institutional websites. It was found the existence of various concepts of territory and various instruments for the realization of health territorialization with or without the use of technologies, such as questionnaires, maps, models and computerized systems. These instruments help in the process of planning and execution of activities at each stage of the process of knowledge of the territory and the population that inhabits it. Thus, territorialization allows the reorganization of health practices based on the humanization of care and the needs of the community. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The literature has already shown the need to consider the integration of several functions of productive systems. Based on this, the current paper introduces a constructive algorithm for the integrated scheduling-distribution problem, where the productive environment is a single machine and the distribution is composed of a single vehicle capable of performing multiple routes. A series of seven initialization rules is evaluated. The analyses performed are based on the gap found in optimal solutions (in the case of small scale problems) or among the algorithms (for the remaining problems.) For the analyses, the problems are analyzed according to the parameters that were used for their generation. It is evident that the efficiency of the insertion operator depends substantially on the objective that is to be minimized. Further, that the set-up based ordering times enabled the insertion operator to obtain better results was evident.

This paper has the objective to evaluate the use of different methods to obtain an initial solution for the branch and bound algorithm with the objective of minimizing the makespan in a flowshop with zero buffer environment. As the problem is known to be NP-Hard, the branch and bound algorithm may take long computational time to find the best solution. The use of an initial solution may reduce the computational time, by providing an initial upper bound. In this work, the efficiency of the use of an initial solution to the Branch and Bound algorithm was evaluated by comparison of the algorithms. The branch and bound algorithm used, as well as the lower bound, was proposed by Ronconi (2005). Four heuristic methods (MM, PF, wPF, and PW) were tested using a 180 problems data. Results show that the use of an initial solution does considerably reduce the computational time.

Mine planning is developed considering economic variables, grades, lithology, spatial position. These variables are used to determine the final pit limit and sequencing of operations. Normally, only the variables related to the grade are exhaustively sampled. The other variables are configured with average values. Multivariate statistical techniques make it possible to determine the variables with the greatest impact. Using a geological model of copper and gold, the final pit and mining sequencing will be determined using the Lerchs-Grossmann algorithm. The resulting block model will be evaluated for non-standard variables in the population. The population elements were standardized and properly transformed into continuous variables. The principal component analysis technique will be used to determine the most important variables of the mine and final pit sequencing. The objective of this work is to determine the most influential variables in determining the final pit and mining sequencing. Mine planning tools only present the end result of planning. They do not point out the most sensitive variables. It is important to determine the variables in which a small change in value is capable of turning a mined block into barren. The work confirmed the importance of economic variables related to the benefit function, however, it quantified that the spatial positioning of the block has similar importance to some economic variables.

Internationalization represents a concept that has received increasing attention in the policies and agendas of higher education. This term requires more discussion and theorizing, regarding, problematizations that go beyond the aspect of academic mobility in devising broader meanings on this matter, with emphasis on the local aspect. This article will explore the internationalization aspect as local practice or internationalization at home, pointing to strategies for implementing actions focused on the role of language in the internationalization of higher education. To this end, the English club will be discussed as a space for linguistic development activities planned and implemented as an extension activity by academics of the medicine program of a public university. Discussions will rely on the studies of Knight (2008), Rocha and Maciel (2015, 2018), Martinez (2017), Menezes de Souza (2018), Vergara and Maciel (2018a.b.), Baumvol e Sarmento (2016), among others.
