Resumo Fundamento As doenças associadas ao aparelho circulatório são as principais causas de morbidade e mortalidade em todo o mundo, implicando a necessidade de implantes vasculares. Assim, a produção de biomateriais vasculares tem se mostrado uma alternativa promissora às terapias utilizadas em estudos e pesquisas relacionados à fisiologia vascular. Objetivos O presente projeto visa ao desenvolvimento artificial de vasos sanguíneos pela recelularização de scaffolds vasculares derivados de vasos placentários bovinos. Métodos A superfície corioalantoide da placenta bovina foi utilizada para produzir biomateriais descelularizados. Para a recelularização, 2,5 x 104 células endoteliais foram semeadas acima de cada fragmento de vaso descelularizado durante três ou sete dias, quando a cultura foi interrompida e os fragmentos foram fixados para análise de adesão celular. Biomateriais descelularizados e recelularizados foram avaliados por histologia básica, microscopia eletrônica de varredura e imuno-histoquímica. Resultados o processo de descelularização produziu vasos que mantiveram a estrutura natural e o conteúdo de elastina, e não foram observadas células e gDNA remanescentes. Além disso, células precursoras endoteliais se ligaram ao lúmen e à superfície externa do vaso descelularizado. Conclusão nossos resultados mostram a possibilidade de usos futuros desse biomaterial na medicina cardiovascular, como, por exemplo, no desenvolvimento de vasos artificiais. Background Diseases associated with the circulatory system are the main causes of worldwide morbidity and mortality, implying the need for vascular implants. Thus, the production of vascular biomaterials has proven to be a promising alternative to therapies used in studies and research related to vascular physiology. Objectives The present project aims to achieve the artificial development of blood vessels through the recellularization of vascular scaffolds derived from bovine placental vessels. Methods The chorioallantoic surface of the bovine placenta was used to produce decellularized biomaterials. For recellularization, 2.5 x 104 endothelial cells were seeded above each decellularized vessel fragment during three or seven days, when culture were interrupted, and the fragments were fixed for cell attachment analysis. Decellularized and recellularized biomaterials were evaluated by basic histology, scanning electron microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. Results The decellularization process produced vessels that maintained natural structure and elastin content, and no cells or gDNA remains were observed. Endothelial precursor cells were also attached to lumen and external surface of the decellularized vessel.Conclusion: Our results show a possibility of future uses of this biomaterial in cardiovascular medicine, as in the development of engineered vessels.

The aim of the present article is to analyze how strategic renewal, as a process of firm’s rethinking path, influences its international survival in the long run. More specifically, we explore how firms strategic renew themselves and disrupt their path dependence to survive in international markets. Using a qualitative methodology, this study has adopted a single-case design, through a historic and process-driven analysis of an emerging market firm. The paper leads to the start of debates about path dependence transition. O presente trabalho busca analisar como foi o comportamento da produtividade total dos fatores (PTF) de algumas empresas do setor agropecuário brasileiro que receberam crédito do BNDES, entre 2012 e 2015. Pretende-se, então, apurar se as empresas que receberam mais crédito são aquelas com o melhor desempenho produtivo para o setor agropecuário. Para isso utilizou-se a técnica Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA), com o cálculo do Índice de Malmquist, a partir de uma amostra de 14 empresas do setor. Constatou-se que, na média, apenas quatro empresas apresentaram variações positivas de produtividade. O valor financiado pelo BNDES, pode ter tido impacto positivo sobre o desempenho das empresas do ponto de vista tecnológico, mas não foi suficiente para melhorar sua eficiência técnica. Além disso, foi possível verificar que as empresas que receberam mais crédito não foram, necessariamente, as que tiveram o melhor desempenho produtivo.

The current Physical Education addresses important roles in social formation and practices of regular physical activity, showing that through the teacher students learn to agree in a group, respect indifference and a very important aspect not to stop practicing regular physical activities not only in the school environment . The present work aims to show the reality in the school environment experience of high school students in Physical Education classes. Assessing the level of physical activity, through the SOFIT evaluation system and relating the results to the theoretical foundations, thus obtaining the true role of Physical Education practice in the development of socialization among students. Relating the importance of Physical Education classes and the applicability of activities that work on interpersonal relationships making students more active and mainly forming conscious and autonomous citizens, through the practice of physical activity. It is clear that there is little participation and interest in the practice of Physical Education classes in high school, due to the lack of activities that stimulate students. In the study, the Quanti-Qualitative, Exploratory and Observational approach is highlighted, in which (15 girls and 15 boys) from a high school in the city of Itapeva / SP were observed, which were evaluated through the system SOFIT. There was a low proportion of students who actively participated in Physical Education classes with regard to student behavior, with approximately (40%), and they remained lying down (20%), sitting (93.3%), standing (63.3%) and walking (63.3%). Regarding the contexts worked in classes, the results indicated more the practice of games (73.3%) and other contexts (33.3%). As for the teacher's behavior at classes, they occurred in management (13.3%), observation (86.7%) and other tasks (60%). It is concluded that few high school students in the school surveyed practice regular physical activities, due to the lack of application of content and activities that instigate participation in classes. The teacher becomes very important in the creation, applicability and interference of the activities worked in class, leading the student to participate and relate building according to the time I like to practice regular physical activity, especially when talking about students who are soon going to include in adult society.

The Moroccan legislator’s approach to the offense of terrorism financing has been quite fragmented, due to the fact that the offense has been constructed in successive layers. The initial version of Article 218-4 of law 03-03 on the fight against terrorism has been amended several times. The first time by law 43-05 on the fight against money laundering, the second time by law 13-10 amending law 43-05 and the criminal code, the third time by law 145-12 amending again law 43-05, and the fourth time by law 12-18 amending the criminal code and law 43-05 on money laundering. These successive amendments lead to a lack of clarity and visibility for lawyers regarding the exact contours of the offense, both in terms of incrimination and sanctions. By wanting to perfect the repressive field of this offense too much, we ended up scattering it among several legal texts. The legal tinkering with penal policy is simply detrimental to the sacrosanct principle of criminal legality as it should be deployed in a State of Law. L'approche du législateur marocain de l'infraction du financement du terrorisme se révèle être une approche assez fragmentée, du fait de la construction de cette infraction par couches successives. La version initiale de l'art 218-4 du code pénal, issue de la loi 03-03 relative à la lutte contre le terrorisme a été amendée à plusieurs reprises. Une première fois par la loi 43-05 relative à la lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux, une deuxième fois par la loi 13-10 modifiant la loi 43-05 et le code pénal et une troisième fois par la loi 145-12 amendant de nouveau la loi 43-05. Puis une quatrième fois par la loi 12-18 modifiant et complétant le code pénal et la loi 43-05. Ces amendements successifs entraînent une absence de clarté et de visibilité pour les juristes en ce qui concerne les contours exacts de cette infraction, aussi bien au niveau des incriminations qu'au niveau des sanctions. A vouloir trop perfectionner le champ répressif de cette infraction, on a fini par l'éparpiller entre plusieurs textes juridiques. Ce bricolage juridique de la politique pénale est tout simplement préjudiciable au principe sacro-saint de la légalité criminelle tel qu'il doit se déployer dans un État de Droit.&nbsp

O presente artigo teve como finalidade realizar uma revisão literária acerca do acometimento da asma em crianças e seus impactos na qualidade de vida dos afetados pela doença. A asma é uma doença que provoca inflamação crônica das vias aéreas inferiores causando limitação do fluxo aéreo acompanhada por hiper-responsividade brônquica e hipersecreção do muco. Embora seja uma doença relativamente de fácil controle, ainda é encontrado o aumento de sua prevalência em muitos países, sendo a patologia de maior prevalência na infância. Portanto, a criança asmático deve ser muito bem acompanhada pelos profissionais da saúde, visto que a doença impacta em sua qualidade de vida, podendo implicar em afastamento da rotina, restrições físicas e sociais. O tratamento se baseia em fatores não farmacológicos, como evitar a exposição domiciliar a mofos e também em medidas farmacológicas para controle de crise, como o uso de inalatórios beta agonistas de curta duração (SABA). Assim, quanto melhor for acompanhado o paciente, procurando estudar e analisar fatores desencadeantes, ambientes desfavoráveis, fatores de melhora ou piora, melhor será a qualidade de vida proporcionada. Por fim, o estudo teve como limitação a falta de dados financeiros específicos a respeito dos custos do tratamento medicamentoso e informações sobre quais drogas são ofertadas pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).

Resumo Fundamento: O desconhecimento do paciente sobre o infarto agudo do miocárdio, suas complicações e os benefícios da revascularização precoce é um ponto crucial na determinação dos desfechos. Além disso, a relação entre fatores socioeconômicos e apresentação do paciente à intervenção coronária percutânea primária (ICPP) não foi totalmente estudada. Objetivos: Nosso objetivo foi investigar se o desconhecimento do paciente e outros fatores socioeconômicos impactam na apresentação do paciente à ICPP. Métodos: O estudo compreendeu 570 pacientes com infarto agudo do miocárdio com supradesnivelamento do segmento ST (IAMCSST) revascularizados por ICPP. Os pacientes foram classificados em dois grupos de acordo com o tempo total de isquemia (tempo desde o início dos sintomas do IAMCSST até a dilatação com balão); grupo I: Pacientes com apresentação precoce (1-12 horas). Grupo II: Pacientes com apresentação tardia (>12-24 horas). Fatores socioeconômicos, desfechos clínicos incluindo mortalidade e eventos cardíacos adversos maiores (ECAM) foram avaliados em cada grupo. O valor de p < 0,05 foi considerado estatisticamente significante. Resultados: Existem diferentes fatores socioeconômicos que afetam a apresentação do paciente à ICPP. A análise de regressão multivariada identificou os preditores socioeconômicos independentes da seguinte forma: baixa escolaridade - OR 4,357 (IC95% 1,087–17,47, p=0,038), isolamento social - OR 4,390 (IC95% 1,158–16,64, p=0,030) e desconhecimento sobre os benefícios da revascularização precoce - OR 4,396 (IC95% 1,652–11,69, p =0,003). A mortalidade e ECAM foram mais altas no grupo II. Conclusão: O desconhecimento do paciente e o baixo nível socioeconômico foram associados à apresentação tardia para a ICPP, com desfechos mais adversos.

For that, a classification was adopted that separates the robots according to the locomotion system. This generated four different classes: ground robots, sliding/climbing robots, aerial robots and hybrid robots. When analyzing the four classes, it was observed that the sliding/climbing robots have greater autonomy and more simplified mechanisms than the other robots. These types of robots are able to interact with the obstacles found in the workspace without creating large contact forces. Considering the advantages offered by sliding/climbing robots, this work presents the study and conceptual design of a new sliding/climbing robot for inspection of power distribution lines with emphasis on motion planning to overcome obstacles. This robotic system is capable of moving over the power distribution lines, which can easily overcome obstacles such as insulators present in these installations due to its kinematic motion planning of collision avoidance. This approach avoids obstacles by the adoption of a sequential motion planning, making the robot’s articulated suspensions to retract when it is close to the obstacle and to distend after it passes over it. This kind of movement is controlled by a geometric motion planning method which is performed by a fifth order polynomial interpolation law. The kinematic equations were deduced and then the motion planning methodology was discussed and optimized. The kinematic modeling uses the screw-based jacobian method in combination with virtual kinematic chains which allows the use of the Kirchhoff-Davies method, thus obtaining the inverse kinematic model of the sliding/climbing robot. Finally, some simulations were carried out and the simulation results showed the potential use of this technique to cope with the sliding/climbing robots. Com o intuito de aplicar robôs móveis a tarefas de inspeção de linhas de distribuição de energia elétrica, e consequentemente aumentar a segurança e eficiência dessas operações, foi realizado, primeiramente neste trabalho, um estudo sobre os sistemas robóticos utilizados na inspeção de linhas de transmissão e distribuição de energia elétrica. Para tanto, adotou-se uma classificação que separa os robôs de acordo com o sistema de locomoção, o que gera uma divisão em quatro diferentes classes: robôs terrestres, robôs deslizantes/escaladores, robôs aéreos e robôs híbridos. Ao analisar as quatro classes, observa-se que os robôs deslizantes/escaladores possuem maior autonomia e mecanismos mais simplificados, podendo interagir com os obstáculos encontrados no espaço de trabalho sem criar grandes forças de contato. Levando em consideração as vantagens oferecidas pelos robôs deslizantes/escaladores, este trabalho apresenta o estudo e o projeto conceitual de um novo robô deslizante/escalador para inspeção de linhas de distribuição de energia elétrica com ênfase no planejamento de movimento para superação de obstáculos. Esse sistema robótico é capaz de se deslocar sobre as linhas de distribuição de energia elétrica, podendo facilmente superar os obstáculos como isoladores presentes nessas instalações, graças ao seu planejamento de movimento cinemático para evitar colisões. Essa abordagem evita os obstáculos com a adoção de um planejamento de movimento sequencial, fazendo com que as suspensões articuladas do robô se retraiam quando ele estiver próximo ao obstáculo e se distendam após sua passagem. Este tipo de movimento é controlado por um método de planejamento de movimento geométrico executado por uma lei de interpolação polinomial de quinta ordem. As equações cinemáticas foram deduzidas e então a metodologia de planejamento de movimento foi discutida e otimizada. A modelagem cinemática utiliza o método jacobiano baseado na teoria dos helicóides em combinação com cadeias cinemáticas virtuais, o que permite a utilização do método de Kirchhoff-Davies, obtendo assim o modelo da cinemática inversa do robô deslizante/escalador. Finalmente, algumas simulações foram realizadas e os resultados da simulação mostram o uso potencial desta técnica para lidar com o controle de robôs deslizantes/escaladores.

The objective was to investigate the effect of combined low-intensity training twice a week on the glycemia of elderly type 2 diabetics. This is a semi-experimental, longitudinal, quantitative study of primary data that made a comparison between moments pre-intervention with post-intervention moments. A voluntary group of 26 elderly people, of both genders, type 2 diabetics, monitored at a basic health unit was conveniently selected. Quantitative and qualitative analyzes of postprandial capillary blood glucose collections were carried out for a period of 30 days and exercise sessions were carried out twice a week, of approximately 50 minutes, of low intensity, estimated by the Borg scale. To compare the results within the group and between female and male subjects, the Shapiro-Wilks tests were used to determine the normality of the data, followed by Anova Ane Way with Tukey's Post Hoc all with 5% significance through the PrismStat 5.0 program. After the comparisons of the total group from the pre-intervention moment with the moments after the beginning of the intervention, there was no statistical difference between them, a similar effect when compared by sex, where the results showed no differences (p>0.05). Thus, low-intensity exercise twice a week applied to the elderly diabetic was not able to cause additional effects on the glycemic levels of the participants. El objetivo fue investigar el efecto del entrenamiento combinado de baja intensidad dos veces por semana sobre la glucemia de los diabéticos de tipo 2 de edad avanzada. Se trata de un estudio de datos primarios, semiexperimental, longitudinal, cuantitativo que comparó momentos preintervención con pos intervención. momentos de intervención. Luego de las comparaciones del grupo total desde el momento preintervención con los momentos posteriores al inicio de la intervención, no hubo diferencia estadística entre ellos, efecto similar al compararlos por sexo, donde los resultados no mostraron diferencias (p> 0.05). Por lo tanto, el ejercicio de baja intensidad dos veces por semana aplicado a los ancianos diabéticos no pudo causar efectos adicionales en los niveles glucémicos de los participantes. Foi selecionado de maneira conveniente um grupo voluntário de 26 idosos, de ambos os sexos, diabéticos tipo 2, acompanhados em uma unidade básica de saúde. Foram realizadas análises quantitativas e qualitativas das coletas de glicemia capilar pós-prandial, por período de 30 dias e realizadas sessões de exercícios duas vezes por semana, de aproximadamente 50 minutos, de intensidade baixa, estimada pela escala de Borg. Para se comparar os resultados intragrupo e entre sujeitos do sexo feminino e masculino foram utilizados os testes de Shapiro-Wilks para se determinar a normalidade dos dados em seguida a Anova Ane Way com o Post Hoc de Tukey’s todo com significância de 5% por meio do programa PrismStat 5.0. Após as comparações do grupo total do momento pré-intervenção com os momentos após o início da intervenção, não houve diferença estatística entre eles, efeito semelhante quando comparados por sexo, onde os resultados não demostraram diferenças (p>0,05). Sendo assim, o exercício de baixa intensidade, duas vezes por semana aplicados à idoso diabético não foi capaz de causar efeitos adicionais nos níveis glicêmicos dos participantes.

The purpose of this essay is to present the critique of Hegelian universalism carried out by Franz Fanon’s concept of the zone of non-being, by Enrique Dussel’s zone of the exteriority and by Paulo Freire’s pedagogy of the oppressed. The (re) reading of the Hegelian dialectic operated by the three thinkers helps to understand the substratum of thought that guided the European conception of freedom inscribed in the field of political practice, locating it in time and space. In addition, his proposals for “decolonization of dialectics” renew the imagination and philosophical-political praxis of countries subordinated by the context of power relations in the modern/colonial world, in search of other symbolic-epistemic references necessary for the social transformation of the reality of inequalities of the Latin American continent. The gesture of the three thinkers opens the philosophical text or, more specifically, Hegelian thought, to an infinite, non-totalizable dialogue, to a critique of the metaphysical and/or ontological closure of knowledge, its universalization. O objetivo deste ensaio é apresentar a crítica do universalismo hegeliano realizada pelo conceito de zona do não-ser de Franz Fanon, pela zona da exterioridade de Enrique Dussel e pela pedagogia do oprimido de Paulo Freire. A (re)leitura da dialética hegeliana operada pelos três pensadores auxilia na compreensão do substrato do pensamento que orientou a concepção europeia sobre a liberdade inscrita no campo da prática política, localizando-a no tempo e no espaço. Além disso, suas propostas de “descolonização da dialética” renovam a imaginação e a práxis filosófico-política dos países subalternizados pelo contexto das relações de força do mundo moderno/colonial, em busca de outras referências simbólico-epistêmicas necessárias à transformação social da realidade de desigualdades do continente latino-americano. O gesto dos três pensadores abre o texto filosófico ou, mais especificamente, o pensamento hegeliano, a um diálogo infinito, não totalizável, a uma crítica às tentativas de fechamento metafísico e/ou ontológico do conhecimento, a sua universalização.

Para a construção dessa teoria, utilizamos as ideias de diferentes autores, como as de Mikhail Bakhtin sobre o cronotopo, de Antonio Dimas e Osman Lins sobre o espaço e a ambientação, e os pensamentos do próprio Lovecraft sobre a atmosfera. A nosso ver, a junção das três (espacialidade, ambientação e atmosfera) gera o chamado locus horribilis, o qual defendemos ser extremamente importante para as narrativas de horror. Para complementar nossas ideias, também abordaremos as teorias do gótico, do medo, do horror e terror, assim como as da ficção científica e weird tale, buscando ter uma ampla visão sobre tudo o que ronda as obras de Lovecraft e suas temáticas. Nosso objetivo é compreender como o locus horribilis age nas obras de horror, por quais meios ele opera, e quais são seus caminhos na geração da atmosfera macabra de horror. Utilizamos diferentes autores para nos auxiliar nesse trabalho, como Fred Botting, Sandra Vasconcelos, Zigmunt Bauman, Mircea Eliade dentre outros. Dessa forma, buscamos compreender a importância do locus horribilis nas narrativas de horror de Lovecraft, analisando as espacialidades, ambientações e atmosferas criadas nos contos escolhidos, assim como a geração de horror neles provocada. This work presents the analysis of three tales by Howard Phillips Lovecraft, “Herbert West — Reanimator”, “The Colour out of Space” and “The call of Cthulhu”, seeking to understand how what we call locus horribilis is built in these tales, and how it influences the generation of horror within the author's narratives. For the construction of this theory, we used the ideas of different authors, such as those Mikhail Bakhtin on the chronotope, Antonio Dimas and Osman Lins on space and ambience, and Lovecraft's own thoughts on the atmosphere. In our view, the combination of the three (spatiality, ambience and atmosphere) generates the so-called locus horribilis, which we defend to be extremely important for horror narratives. To complement our ideas, we will also address the theories of gothic, fear, horror and terror, as well as those of science fiction and weird tale, seeking to have a broad view on everything that surrounds the works of Lovecraft and its themes. Our goal is to understand how the locus horribilis acts in the works of horror, by what means it operates, and what are its paths in the generation of the macabre atmosphere of horror. We used several authors to assist us in this work, such as Fred Botting, Sandra Vasconcelos, Zigmunt Bauman, Mircea Eliade, among others. Thus, we seek to understand the importance of the locus horribilis in Lovecraft's horror narratives, analyzing the spatialities, ambiences and atmospheres created in the chosen stories, as well as the generation of horror caused in them.

El propósito de la comunicación es presentar la crítica del universalismo hegeliano a través de las formulaciones neoracionalistas del filósofo iraní Reza Negarestani. Desde su inhumanismo, es posible vislumbrar la reedición del proyecto emancipatorio a través de la tesis de una mayor autonomía cognitiva (teórica y práctica) inscrita en la sociabilidad semántica y lingüística de una comunidad racional (ya sea de humanos o de máquinas). Brevemente, haremos algunas consideraciones sobre la tesis de un programa permanente de colonialidad del pensamiento que surge de la adopción negarestaniana de las prerrogativas principiológicas del suelo epistémico de la Ilustración., O objetivo da comunicação é apresentar a crítica ao universalismo hegeliano por meio das formulações neorracionalistas do filósofo iraniano Reza Negarestani. A partir do seu inumanismo é possível vislumbrar a reedição do projeto emancipatório por meio da tese da maior autonomia cognitiva (teórica e prática) inscrita na sociabilidade semântica e linguística de uma comunidade racional (seja a de humanos ou máquinas). Brevemente, teceremos algumas considerações sobre a tese de um programa permanente de colonialidade do pensamento advindo da adoção negarestaniana das prerrogativas principiológicas do solo epistêmico iluminista.

Sabe-se que o órgão mais afetado pela febre amarela é o fígado. Em estágios mais severos desta doença é possível identificar alterações histológicas, tal como a presença de pontos necróticos, esteatose hepática, formação de corpos apoptóticos e entre outros. Alguns estudos demonstram variações nas produções de citocinas mediadoras de inflamações como resultado da infecção aguda. Entretanto, a febre amarela pode se desenvolver sem apresentar sintomas de que há alterações ocorrendo nos órgãos afetados. Apesar disso, nossa hipótese é que o hepatócito do camundongo afetado com o vírus da febre amarela apresenta variações de expressão gênica desde a fase inicial da doença. Depois da infecção das células em cultura será realizado uma análise de qPCR nos hepatócitos e será observado modificações na expressão dos seguintes genes: pró (Tnf-α, Ip-10, Il-1β e Il-8) e anti-inflamatórios (Tgf-β) e indicadores de apoptose (Casp3) em hepatócitos murinos AML2 após 72 e 144 horas de infecção in vitro pelo vírus da febre amarela. Nossos resultados demonstraram uma elevação de expressão gênica significativa após as 72 horas de inoculação nos genes Casp3, Il-β, Il-8, Tgf- β e Tnf- α. Enquanto o Ip-10 não demonstrou elevações significativas quando comparado ao grupo controle. Os resultados do grupo de 144 horas foram inconclusivos e estão em andamento, serão acrescentados ao trabalho posteriormente. Logo, com esse trabalho é possível afirmar que, existem variações gênicas presentes no fígado desde o início da infecção pelo vírus da febre amarela. It is known that one of the organs most affected by the yellow fever virus is the liver. In severe stages of the disease, macroscopic alterations are seen, such as the presence of necrotic points, hepatic steatosis, apoptotic body formation, and others. Some studies report variations in the production of pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines as a result of acute infection. However, yellow fever often develops as an asymptomatic infection, without evident clues that some alteration is occurring in the targeted organs. Thus, our hypothesis is that murine hepatocytes infected with the yellow fever virus present variation in the gene expression since early stages of infection. After the infection of culture cells, a qPCR analysis in the hepatocytes will be performed to analyze the expression of the pro (Tnf-α, Ip-10, Il-1β e Il-8) and anti-inflammatory (Tgf-β) and indicators of apoptosis (Casp3) genes in murine hepatocytes AML12 after 72 and 144 hours of the infection with the yellow fever virus in vitro. Our results show a significant elevation of the gene expression after 72 hours of the virus inoculation in the genes: Casp3, Il-β, Il-8, Tgf- β e Tnf- α. While the Ip-10 did not express significant elevation when compared to the control group. The results of the 144 hours group were inconclusive and are in progress, which will be added to the work later. Therefore, with this research it is possible to affirm, there is genes variation present in the liver since the beginning of the infection by the yellow fever virus.
