Objective: to understand the perceptions of individuals undergoing cancer treatment regarding the use of music in the hospital environment. Methods: descriptive and exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, conducted with 12 individuals, including adults and the elderly, hospitalized in the oncology sector in the largest public hospital in the west of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Data collection took place in the first semester of 2019, through semi-structured interviews, after the musical intervention in the hospital environment. The data were organized into thematic categories and analyzed using the content analysis method. Thus, three categories emerged: 1) Hospitalization and its implications for the lives of individuals; 2) Concept of health and health promotion in the face of the hospitalization process; and 3) Music as a health promotion tool. Results: hospitalization is a difficult, remarkable process that can be traumatic. Music, as a health promotion strategy, allows for distraction, reduction of stress and anxiety, providing significant effects, such as joy, inner peace and distraction for hospitalized people. Conclusion: from the perceptions of hospitalized individuals, it can be understood that music contributes to the promotion of health in the hospital environment, as it awakens different sensations and meanings, contributing to a less difficult hospitalization process. It also strengthens the bond between professionals, hospitalized individuals and their families, contributing to the humanization of care for people undergoing cancer treatment. Objective: To understand the practices developed by nurses in primary care in southern Brazil., Method: Qualitative study, with data collection via online interviews, conducted between October 2020 and May 2021, and recorded. 174 nurses from 24 municipalities in southern Brazil participated. Data analysis used inductive thematic analysis., Results: The activity that stood out among nurses was the nurse consultation, for all age groups and health conditions, especially when dealing with chronic disease, prenatal care, attention to women and children, mental health, home visits, and the management of the nursing team and the health unit., Final Considerations: This study demonstrated that an excess of responsibilities associated to care and management, added to a lack of balance in the activities common to the team make it difficult for nurses to develop clinical practices.

- Abstract
In this article, we analyzed the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) as a Healthy Public Policy (HPP). The Brazilian Law No 11,947/2009 established that at least 30% of the resources from the National Fund for Educational Development (FNDE) for school feeding must be employed in purchasing food from family farming. In addition, a HPP is a public policy whose formulation takes into account different domains that determine the population's health. The demand for purchasing food from family farming includes not only the appreciation of organic and local agricultural production of family farmers, but also the prioritization of a healthy diet for students, thus contributing to shape healthy eating habits. In view of this, the PNAE contributes to health promotion and hence can be understood as a HPP. The PNAE, by the articulation of actions from different sectors, makes public policy more effective and more efficient, generating positive results beyond health and maximizing the returns for society. In order to improve and strengthen the PNAE, in this article we propose mechanisms that aim to complement and reinforce actions carried out in SUS (Brazilian Unified Health System, called Sistema Único de Saúde).

- Abstract
This study analyzes the incidence of transaction costs in the regionalization process of health policies in the Brazilian federal system. In this work, regionalized health actions contracted and agreed between federal agencies have assumed a transactional nature. A conceptual theoretical essay of reflective nature was prepared with the purpose of questioning and proposing new approaches to improve the health regionalization process. The main considerations suggest that institutional management tools proposed by the standards and regulations of the Unified Health System have a low potential to reduce transaction costs, especially due to hardships in reconciling common goals among the entities, environment surrounded by uncertainty, asymmetries and incomplete information, bounded rationality and conflict of interest. However, regionalization can reduce the incidence of social and/or operational costs, through improved access to health and the construction of more efficient governance models.
