Healthcare must provide an appropriate response to individual and family needs, engaging the community, promoting shared responsibility, and aligning existing resources with citizen requirements. Individuals in situations of dependency often rely on family caregivers, necessitating family adjustments and specific training to fulfil the caregiver role. The present study aimed to analyse the relationship between satisfaction with social support and the burden on informal caregivers. This observational study employed a cross-sectional, quantitative, and descriptive-correlational approach. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire. A total of 51 informal caregivers participated in the study. Of these caregivers, 78.4% were women, 29.4% had a medium/low level of education, and 52.9% assumed the role of informal caregiver for five or more years. We observed some level of burden in 80.4% of informal caregivers, with a more significant impact on those who had assumed the caregiver role for approximately 1-2 years. The most sought-after support involved social support for economic assistance (76.5%) and caring for the family member (49%). The study highlights the importance of nurses implementing interventions to enhance caregivers' knowledge, promote health literacy regarding social support, and facilitate group dynamics, allowing informal caregivers to share experiences and navigate situational transitions. In the article, from a qualitative approach and in an applied research perspective, the municipality of Triunfo-Pernambuco. The objective is to describe the city in its historical aspects and understand the search for the singularization of the municipality in the context of generic modernization of the state urban network. The model of communication studies as culture is adopted, with the disciplines of cultural geography and folkcommunication as support and folkmarketing as thematic specificity. It is argued by the cultural landscapes built in the municipality, which includes the refunctionalization of the historical center in two aspects: the endowment o symbolic value for the conservation of the idea of place and the transformation into spaces o cultural and artistic information flows. It is concluded that, in the paradox between spaces of places and spaces of flows, cultural landscapes can be triggered as symbolic resource, and possibly as economic resources. Objective: To map, from the literature, health systems and services worldwide, characterizing them as to the type of social protection, service provision, organizational structure of the PHC and origin of financing. Methods: This is a Scoping Review of databases: Virtual Health Library, Embase, ProQuest, National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health and Scientific Electronic Library Online. The descriptors and their combinations were used Health Systems, Health Services, Structure of Services and Primary Health Care, between 2009 and 2019, available in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese. They were analyzed considering study objectives, type of social protection, service provision, structure and organization of Primary Health Care and financing. Results: Twelve studies that followed the research proposal were included. The systems shown are related to the countries Iraq, Ecuador, Denmark, Argentina, Netherlands, Canada, Ireland, Belgium, France, Sweden, United Kingdom and Italy. Conclusion: Among the health systems and services of the analyzed countries, some are guided by the market model, others by the public offer of health care and there are those that integrate the two models. Health systems must offer services that reach the entire population, organized based on Primary Health Care. Those who adopt the social security model are the closest to this scenario. This article analyzes the behavior of the Grubel-Lloyd indices of intra-industry trade between Brazil and other Mercosur members from 2011 to 2018. From these indices, the temporal evolution of sectoral results and possible structural and conjunctural explanations for the results are presented. A brief comparison is made with previous studies and Grubel and Lloyd theoretical predictions in order to assess the degree to which the obtained results corroborate theory. Next, an econometric investigation is presented aiming at showing the main intra-industrial trade determinants between Brazil and its Mercosur partners. In the analyzed period, the indices follow a downward trend, being mostly higher for more differentiated products and lower in sectors more related to commodity trade. Econometric analysis shows that intra-industrial trade between Brazil and its Mercosur partners is negatively influenced by differences between resource endowment and per capita income, which explains the low volume of intra-industrial trade between the countries. Objective: To describe the quality of life of elderly people with chronic diseases monitored by the Family Health Strategy. Methods: A descriptive and cross- -sectional study, carried out with 90 elderly people monitored by health teams in the city of Ceará, Brazil, between October and November 2017. Data were collected in the homes of the elderly using a questionnaire of social and health profile and validated instruments on quality of life of the elderly, WHOQOL- -BREF and WHOQOL-OLD. For data analysis, descriptive statistics is used. Results: An average self-assessment of quality of life of 48.75. There was a higher score in the domain of social relations (57.98) and a lower score in the domain of the environment (45.45) where the facets that point the most damage to the quality of life of the elderly were financial resources (35.00) and recreation and leisure (26.07). The intimacy domain used the highest score (53.04) and the past, present and future activities lowest score (37.23) domain by WHOQOL-OLD. Study performed with the aim of characterizing the socio-demographic and clinical profile of patients suffering from eating disorders and the use of alcohol and other drugs. This is a descriptive research, developed with patients treated between from July 1997 and July 2013 in a Psychosocial Care Center type III in the Midwest region of Minas Gerais. The sample comprised 780 patients and the main results were the greater proportion of females (59%); the age group 10-20 years (49.9%), the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa (47.6%) and bulimia nervosa (21.8%) and the most used drug was alcohol (42.8%). This data indicates an alarming situation and of significant epidemiological importance, notably for the local population, and may provide subsidies for proposing actions related to prevention and control, especially in regard to the group of women with anorexia with drug abuse. The research aimed to understand the needs of family caregivers in child care / adolescent with diabetes in the family context. It is a qualitative descriptive study with data collected by unstructured interview and treatment supported by thematic analysis. Study participants were 11 family caregivers of children and adolescents with diabetes. The needs family caregivers to care for children with diabetes mellitus were grouped technical and instrumental support scale ranging from the needs of need for financial support to meet the nutritional/dietary requirements; support needs for care in home and school contexts. Background: This work aims to discuss the high skills / superendowment, through a psychoanalytical reading, in where we propose to study the superendowment as constituting a peculiar to answer the parental ghost, above all, with what is related to the maternal wish, putting itself as something that is beyond the structure, present in the neurosis, as well as in the perversion and psychosis. From this, we will approach the psychoanalytical conception of the process of psychic structuring, in order to emphasis the constitution neurotic of the subject, for circumscribing in what form the same found referred to the significant superendowment and how this will be reflected in its relation with knowing. Such being the case, we will try to analyze the notion of psychic structure and unconscious structure, verifying how this theory introduces the maternal figure in the process of psychic constitution concerning the subject and how this reflects in the cognitive processes. For this study, we carried out a bibliographic type qualitative research where were selected books and articles capable to explain the theme. Purpose: to try to understand how the high intellectual performance of the gifted child it appears as a form to answer the narcissus wish of the parents. Conclusion: in accordance with the literature revision, the gifted child, though on one form unconscious, can be a substitute capable to recover the losses of infancy, the return to the lost time, the lost loves, the parental ideals, answering promptly to the unconditional demand of the other.
