Abstract The desirable principles required for a general classification and methods to be applied inpre-coordinate indexing have been examined and are based on some psychological evidence of the nature of knowledge. A scheme compatible withboth has been devised. This has been found to require a primary division into basic concept types, the subdivision of these types into several parallel columns, the arrangement of terms orconcepts, within each column, at different levels of complexity, the representation of generic classesat any level, and a separate display of morecomplex types of concept or terms which areheterogenous with respect to the basic concept types. These different lines of development of concepts can be represented by different directions in a multidimensional diagram. The different dimensions display the fundamental relations between concepts. Other less fundamental relations not thus incorporated can be introduced in the form of symbols between concepts expressing explicit relations. Such a scheme which is now better called 'concept organization' than classification is particularly valuable for information retrieval.

Sustainability education policies are widely focused on modern technologies, green profits, and development projects in many Indigenous communities. However, there has been minimal attention given to critical areas such as: Indigenous world views, spiritual and relational practices, culture, lands, and revitalization. This imbalance, combined with the destruction and lack of recognition to Indigenous knowledge (systems), suggests that Indigenous environmental education policies are still in a state of adolescence as a field of academic inquiry. The present study examines how an Indigenous community understands sustainability and analyzes these understandings in relation to the literature on the politics of nature as well as Indigenous and postcolonial studies. This research followed a relational Participatory Action Research (PAR) research approach with a focus on the researchers’ relational accountabilities and obligations to study participants and site.

Sirtuins are of central importance in many cellular functions and promote cell survival under stress. However, little information is available regarding the relationship between sirtuins and female reproductive biology, especially in response to thermal stress. This study investigated the influence of moderately high (40°C) and low (37°C) thermal stress during in vitro maturation on the development competence of bovine oocytes and embryos. The expression and abundance of sirtuins and other proteins involved in stress response were also studied. The cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) of Simmental (Bos taurus) cows underwent in vitro maturation (IVM) at different temperatures (37°C, 38.5°C and 40°C). Before maturation, the oocytes were stained with Brilliant Cresyl Blue (BCB) and categorized as labeled (BCB+) or unlabeled (BCB-). Embryo production was analyzed at the different IVM temperatures. Polar body extrusion was evaluated following IVM, and the mRNA and protein abundance of sirtuins and P53 in oocytes and cumulus cells were analyzed. The differing temperatures during IVM did not significantly alter polar body extrusion and cleavage rates; however, significant differences in blastocyst production were observed. COCs matured at 38.5°C (control) had the highest blastocyst rate, in contrast to those matured at 37°C (33.2%) and 40°C (21.5%). In all groups, the blastocyst rates were higher for BCB+ oocytes than for BCB- oocytes. In BCB+ oocytes, the expression of SIRT1, SIRT2, SIRT3, and SIRT5 genes was higher after maturation than that before maturation and in most of the cases, the expression was higher when IVM was performed at 38.5°C. In the cumulus cells of BCB+ COCs, only SIRT2 remained unaffected by the maturation temperature. In summary, the temperature change of ±1.5°C for 24 h during bovine oocyte maturation impaired in vitro embryo development. This lead to several cellular biochemical alterations in oocytes and granulosa cells from COCs with higher developmental competence (BCB+). Thus, SIRT1 is important for in vitro embryonic development and may protect against cold and heat stress.

Mathematics ,QA1-939 - Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the new concept of gradient h-almost η-Ricci soliton. We discuss here a steady or expanding gradient h-almost η-Ricci soliton warped product Bn ×f Fm, m > 1. We show that the warping function f of this warped product attains minimum as well as maximum and it will definitely be a Riemannian product under certain conditions. We also describe some suitable restrictions to these constructions for the compact base of this warped product. Later, we study h-almost η-Ricci soliton and gradient h-almost η-Ricci soliton on warped product manifolds including a concurrent vector field.

My paper talks about post-human spaces and technological afterness associated with the physiognomy of humans. Mechanical alteration in biological mechanisms is directly experienced in seizing of organic consciousness. The rupture in consciousness splits it into two distinct parts—one belonging to the disappearing human, the other to the emerging cybernetic. The new being is not another human, but (an)other human, an evolved different sameness. In the film Realive (2016) we encounter an extension of the self beyond death by re-placing it into another body. However, this enhancement diffuses all ‘natural’ responses and meaning-making vehicles, primarily the cognizance of death and mortality. In a classic Frankensteinian restoration, Marc is reanimated in 2084 through extensive methods of cryonization under the banner ‘Lazarus project’. The post-human ‘humachines’ dissolve the position of the teleological man and stretch DNA to digitality. Upgrade (2018) shows us the metamorphosis of Grey Trace, a luddite, by an installed biomechanical enhancer chip, Stem. The roach-like implant not only erases Grey’s quadriplegic body, but ironically ‘desires’ to possess and manoeuver the host’s body. Robotic consciousness in these assimilated after-humans is borrowed consciousness activated by infusing the evanescent biological particle – life. Nanotechnology, molecular machines, nerve manipulators, cameras implanted inside the brain, self-generating nanobots, artificial mechanical limbs have emerged as elements of posthuman utopia/dystopia. Paradoxically, in both the films the protagonists, after their reanimation and upgradation, try to return to their original position of death and disability. In their quest to retrieve the lived body they lose their embodied reciprocations with animals, machines and other forms of life. The mysterious, irreducible, unknown and unknowable potentiality of life is levelled and dissipated by surplus information. This paper attempts to discuss the reactions of embodied body as memory post-cryonization, and to understand limits of psychological disability and death of consciousness after technological reconstruction of the disabled body.

In applications of the Calculus of Variations, Optimal Control and Differential Inclusions, very important real-life problems are nonconvex vectorial and subject to pointwise constraints. The classical Liapunov convexity theorem is a crucial tool allowing researchers to solve nonconvex vectorial problems involving single integrals. However, the possibility of extending such theorem so as to deal with pointwise constraints has remained an open problem for two decades, in the more realistic case using variable vectorial velocities. We have recently solved it, in the sense of proving necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for solvability of such problem. A quick overview of our results is presented here, the main point being that, somehow, convex constrained nonuniqueness a.e. implies nonconvex constrained existence.
