This article is derived from master's research, whose objective is to understand how analogue and digital communication tools have been used on Oeste FM community radio to provide community participation, in order to achieve the principles of a community radio. The community broadcasting service was legalized in Brazil in 1998 through law 9,612/98, which establishes the guidelines for the service. This investigation was carried out based on a Case Study, conducted with the support of bibliographical and documentary research, semi-structured interviews, a study of the usability and design of the homepage and a study of the station's programming. The main hypothesis of this work is that analogue and digital tools bring the community closer together in radio actions and create new relationships, intensifying participation. However, the research results show that, despite the availability of analogue and digital tools, community participation is extremely limited and is reduced to entertainment, with an emphasis on musical requests. New communication technologies such as digital social media offer subjects multiple possibilities to see themselves in other Internet users, in their words, audios, videos, shared memes. As an essay, we will go through some authors who will allow us to develop reflections in order to explore the psychological dimension of hate speech, produced and transmitted in digital social networks. In this manuscript we will defend the proposition that the subject is a central element that converts and organizes the chaos of meanings that populate reality. As long as we are not able to advance in more efficient communication strategies, structuring counter-discourses that do not take all our interlocutors as subjectively inferior, in a degraded moral status in relation to our supposed superiority, we will fail in any action of moving towards scenarios in which preserve not only freedom of expression, but the inherent dignity of the other. This study examines the use of Instagram by a group of federal deputies elected by the state of Mato Grosso in 2022, focusing on their digital communication tied to the image of Jair Bolsonaro. The goal is to comprehend the attributes employed by the candidates in constructing their public image and how these characteristics align with Bolsonarism. The text engages in a theoretical discussion centered around the concepts of political alignment, right-wing populism, and public image. In terms of empirical data, 1,292 posts were gathered from August 15 to October 30, 2022, and the top three posts with the highest engagement per week for each candidate were selected, resulting in a total of 231 publications. A content analysis reveals that the public image of the candidates invokes specific attributes that indicate varying degrees and forms of alignment with Bolsonarism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Using Martín-Barbero's Map of Cultural Mutations, it points out ways to reflect communicative citizenship from the perspective of the relationship between sensorialities and disputes in inhabited, produced, imagined and practiced spaces. Communicative citizenship is understood as the formalization, recognition and exercise of the right to communication, with the challenge of promoting the guarantee of parity for social actors to be heard and seen in the media in a context marked by the centrality of digital platforms. To this end, the universalization of access to information and communication technologies, the empowerment of appropriations through media literacy and social participation for the democratic regulation of the internet become central issues in this debate. The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the implementation of emergency remote teaching at public and private schools. This explorationqualitative study points to the positive and negative impacts that the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) caused in the development of socioemotional abilities of elementary students in São Paulo State. Based on educational theorists and document collection, a Google Forms questionnaire was sent to public and private school teachers, obtaining 32 answers. The results suggested a better sense of organization of students due to digital agendas, schedules, and automatic calendars. It also provided a brainstorming activity composed of 02 mind maps answered by the teachers. The mind maps pointed to the main ideas, active learning with group activities and using games as pedagogical activities to improve social interaction and focus enhancement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As gender equality is a democratic priority worldwide and sport is a platform with repercussions for its discussion, this article aims to understand how the Brazilian Football Confederation, the entity responsible for the regulation and administration of Brazilian football, represents gender in its online communication. Using quantitative content analysis, we have systematized 12,836 CBF publications on football and futsal by themes and content formats, on their official online channels, between January 1 and March 31, 2022. The results reveal the sub-representation of women's football in seven of the eight communication channels studied; and in the eight channels, in the case of futsal. The study aims to contribute to critical studies of digital sports communication involving the notion of gender equality and to research on sports communication within the scope of regulatory bodies. In the context of digital culture and with the advent of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC), pedagogical practices have taken new directions, with diverse and innovative possibilities for the teaching-learning process. Currently, there are several options for tools, software and products, with different functionalities, that have the potential to assist in educational practices. However, so that these technological resources can be used in a critical, intentional and qualified way, teacher training is necessary that fits the expectations and needs of the new generation of learners. In this context, specialization courses for continuing education stand out, especially the Education and Technologies course (EduTec), offered by the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), in the distance modality. This article aims, therefore, to share the experiences of the curricular component offered in the course, called "Pedagogical practices with digital technologies", highlighting the challenges of pedagogical flexibility and the clash involving public policies. In addition, it discusses data from a form applied to 499 students of the EduTec course, indicating at the end a set of digital technologies and suggestions for pedagogical practices that can be applied in the educational field. Teaching through research is a proposition based on balanced participation between individual and collective work, in which the teacher analyzes the conditions for creating and developing a pedagogical practice that encourages the continuous participation of the student, understood as a subject, who, when entering the school, brings with it, in addition to their experiences, different types and levels of competence. Teaching through research also refers to the possibility of freeing thought in relation to the regimes of truth about the world, to mobilize disarrangements and bring about a space for the production of more authorial knowledge, considering the use of digital information and communication technologies in the field. teaching. The theme unfolds in the following research problem: how can DICT, combined with teaching through research, help in the planning and implementation of pedagogical practices? As a general objective, it was defined to analyze possibilities and limits of the integration of TDIC to teaching through research, in pedagogical practices, at the Federal Institute of Maranhão. As for the specific objectives, it is intended: 1) to analyze how IFMA professors make use of TDIC in their pedagogical practices; 2) identify, in the pedagogical practices developed by the professors, elements of the relationship with teaching through research and the use of DICT; 3) propose forms of integration between TDIC and teaching through research in teachers' pedagogical practices. The investigation took place with 31 effective professors from the Federal Institutes of Maranhão, Maracanã campuses, Historic Center and Monte Castelo. Data were collected through the following instruments: questionnaire and application of a focus group, with data being discussed based on discursive textual analysis, as an investigative posture for the interpretation of phenomena and the identification of meanings produced by teachers on the subject. The results showed that research as a dialogue with reality requires active participation for immersion in the horizon of scientific investigation, based on the recognition of the relationship between research and teaching. The article addresses the influence of digital culture on the evangelization of the Catholic Church. This is a bibliographical reflection that aims to explain part of the cultural changes that have emerged in recent years and that lead to changes in religious behavior. The popularizations of the internet, social networks, digital means of communication are a phenomenon that encompasses religiosity, the transmission of its message of conversion and profession of faith. It is understood that the new ways of communication, languages, technologies and interactivity affect the human relationship with God and the perceptions about the sacred. We evaluate this dimension of evangelization and digital culture from the Second Vatican Council, which proposes a dialogue with society and with the advancement of other sciences. From Inter Mirifica, the Church opened up to immerse itself in social communication (and consequently digital). Cyberculture presents itself as a means of evangelization that must be deepened by the Church. There are channels and networks that are the result of studies and follow the doctrine of faith, but numerous digital influencers, speakers, among others, who deserve and need attention so that there are no discrepancies in the announcement of the Good News message. No cenário atual, uma das principais habilidades requeridas pelos sujeitos diz respeito ao desenvolvimento de novas estratégias para melhor utilização das tecnologias digitais, que têm demonstrado um grande potencial no desenvolvimento da sociedade. Na busca de alternativas formativas para o âmbito da Educação Básica, a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) inseriu uma nova disciplina curricular, denominada Cultura e Tecnologias Digitais, ou Cultura Digital. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo principal investigar a nova disciplina curricular Cultura Digital, inserida nas escolas estaduais no contexto do novo Ensino Médio. Para a realização deste estudo, baseamo-nos nas diretrizes presentes no Referencial Curricular Gaúcho e na BNCC do Ensino Médio, documentos oficiais desse contexto. Especificamente, desenvolveu-se uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), investigando as publicações dos periódicos nacionais de melhor avaliação no Qualis CAPES da grande área Ensino, com foco em publicações nas subáreas de Ensino de Física e Educação em Ciências. A análise dos dados obtidos foi realizada a partir das cinco etapas de investigação descritas por Yin [21]. Podemos concluir no sentido da importância da implantação da disciplina Cultura Digital em todas as modalidades de Ensino, devido ao fato de potencializar a construção do conhecimento através do auxílio das tecnologias. A implementação da Cultura Digital desperta e motiva o interesse dos alunos nas atividades associadas às práticas educativas, por meio das tecnologias. Nesse âmbito, cabe ao professor atuar como mediador de conhecimentos por meio da integração das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC), fomentando um processo de ensino e aprendizagem que faça sentido ao estudante. Ademais, como essa disciplina foi recentemente introduzida em sala de aula, entende-se necessário um estudo mais aprofundado, debatendo a opinião da escola, dos professores, dos alunos e da comunidade que estão atreladas à sua implementação, no sentido de identificar os avanços e obstáculos nesse âmbito e, a partir daí, buscar caminhos e possibilidades de promover a qualidade da integração da mesma. up to the teacher to act as a knowledge mediator through the integration of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), fostering a teaching and learning process that makes sense to the student. This research aims to understand the strategies of communication advisors for the construction of Juliette Freire's image on Instagram during her participation in Big Brother Brazil 21. To this end, the specific objectives are: to remember the trajectory of the advisory communication of BBB 21 participant Juliette Freire; to describe the communication strategies used by the participant's staff; to comment on the media representation strategies used by the advisory team; and also to expose how and if the growth in the number of followers affected the communication strategies used by Juliette's team. The work is qualitativequantitative and used the content analysis proposed by Bardin (2016) to analyze the data. This research contextualizes some communication strategies supported by authors such as Marcélia Lupetti, John B. Thompson, Martha Gabriel and Rafael Kiso, and the attributions of a advice of communication and Big Brother Brazil. It is evident that Juliette has become a remarkable case of digital communication and therefore analyzing the strategies used in this trajectory became relevant for this research. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) and media in education in contemporary society and their influences on legal education. Such analysis is relevant in view of the changes in contemporary society and the pedagogical practices of legal education, still marked by tradicionalism, which does not always corresponding to students needs. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a bibliographical research was used through the analysis of works that address DICT, media in education and legal teaching. Based on a reflection on DICT and digital media, we discuss the use of DICT in Education, from the perspective of renowned authors, exposing various approaches and methodologies that can be adopted. Finally, we deal with the use of DICT in legal education in Brazil, briefly discussing the historical context of Law Courses and methodologies that can be used, modifying educational practices and encouraging student center role, making the student not only a consumer, but also a producer of informations, with the possibility of elaborating contents, becoming digitally included and author of his own knowledge. The digital network since its creation has been a space for reflection and practice of faith, therefore, a theological and pastoral place. The research seeks to identify the challenges and opportunities for pastoral action in the metaverse, through the case study of LagoVerso, the first Brazilian Christian church in this digital ecology. The article analyzes the characteristics of this environment and investigates its potentialities as one of the new agoras where the Gospel can be communicated. The research used to develop the case study, besides the method of participant observation of two services, an in-depth interview with the developer of the project. Just as the experience of the web affects our living and spiritual habits, the experience of faith impacts the development in the digital communication ecosystem. This article presents the results of the author's PhD research and analyses the performance of black women youtubers and its potential to ensure Communication Rights in digital media. The theoretical frameworks are the Brazilian laws about communication and broadcasting, the perspective of mediatization and mass self-communication, potentialized by new media, and black feminism studies. Videos and comments of four YouTube channels were analyzed based on methods as exploratory analysis and netnography. The main results were the importance of the approach of topics as beauty and aesthetics to achieve media visibility, the potential of the platform in ensure a space of dialogue to its users and lack of knowledge about racism in Brazil. Postfeminism is a neoliberal discursive formation that has characterized contemporary cultural products and propagated a highly conservative mode of empowerment that undermines feminist causes. Research has shown that postfeminism obscures the causes of gender inequality and how they overlap with other categories of oppression that intersectional feminism has sought to address. Although advertising is a recurrent object of study in feminist research focused on this issue, institutional communication is still little studied in this regard. To identify dimensions of this phenomenon, in this study we examine, from a qualitatively oriented content analysis, the digital communication conducted by Brazilian brands on their LinkedIn pages on International Women's Day. The results are unpromising, as they account for the dominance of post-feminism in corporate rhetoric. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation process, significantly changing how educational organisations communicate. These changes brought numerous challenges that required the development of suitable communication strategies within the context of the pandemic crisis. In light of this situation, the objective of this article is to investigate how an educational organisation in Portugal adjusted its communication strategies during three distinct periods in 2020: before the pandemic (January-March), during the pandemic and lockdown period (March-June), and the back-to-school phase (September-December). Furthermore, this study aims to identify and analyse the challenges faced by the educational organisation during these periods and explore the communication strategies implemented. A case study was conducted within the educational organisation to accomplish these objectives. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey to parents and semi-structured interviews with heads and directors of the organisation. The findings suggest that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the crisis context significantly increased digital communication, particularly through various digital platforms such as blogs, Instagram, and YouTube channels. This shift amplified the importance of communication within the educational organisation under study and resulted in profound changes in communication dynamics between the teachers/educational organisation and parents. Therefore, it is deemed crucial to establish strategic plans for crisis communication in educational organisations. Additionally, it is important to ensure the continued implementation and use of new technologies and digital communication tools. This article addresses the development and application of the educational product, which consists of a guide entitled “Animation - guide for video production with animation techniques, providing teaching support material for video animation production. The objective is to encourage the use of Digital Communication and Information Technologies and provide students with a leading role. To this end, the guide is presented in a digital and interactive format, considering a teenage audience. Prepared based on the theory of Creative Learning, proposed by Seymor Papert and Michel Resnick. It was applied in a real classroom context, in a public school in Joinville, SC, with students in the 2nd year of high school, inserted as a resource for carrying out a video production activity by students as a proposal for an activity in the Active Room Methodology Flipped Class. Validation took place through an anonymous questionnaire applied to students who had contact with the e-book. The results indicate that students were satisfied with the content and presentation of the material, highlighting the following as positive aspects: the ease of understanding the texts, the fun and informative nature of the material.
