This study reflects the need to establish a new face on the legal nature of condominiums edilicio in order to demonstrate the possibility of access to justice these entities , provided that plaintiffs , in actions for recovery of condominium shares , by way outlined by Law the Special Civil Courts (Law 9.099/95).
