In this paper, we aim to identify aspects pointed out by kindergarten teachers which are considered in the elaboration of the planning of their pedagogical action. To this end, we carried out a qualitative study, examining responses from 45 teachers from Early Childhood Education Centers of the Municipal Education Network of a city in Santa Catarina to a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with six of the participants who agreed to participate. For the methodology, we opted for content analysis, seeking significant elements in the participants' responses. The results point to in-service training and teamwork in the educational space as aspects considered in the elaboration of pedagogical planning in the context of Early Childhood Education. The guiding documents and the registration were also mentioned by the teachers. In this sense, it was possible to infer from the data the recognition of the importance of planning that considers the context and, mainly, the child as the protagonist of all teaching activities.

During the muscle contraction induced by exercises there is an increase in the reactive oxygen species production, causing oxidative stress in several organs, including liver and heart. The exercise may can increases antioxidant defenses and decrease oxidative stress in these organs. However, the number of the sessions a week necessary to improve the parameters of oxidative stress is not to well defined. The aim of the study was to investigate the frequency effects of exercise performed two and three times a week on changes in biomarkers of oxidative stress in the liver and heart. Were used 18 male mice (CF1), young (30 to 35g) and divided into groups (n=6/group): not trained (NT) trained twice a week (T2) and trained three times a week (T3). The animals were subjected to training for eight weeks. Forty-eight hours after the last session, the animals were killed. The liver and heart were removed and stored in - 70°C. Were analyzed the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, protein carbonyls, content of total thiols, superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase. Our findings showed that the group T3 reduced oxidative damage. There was increase in content of total thiols, superoxide dismutase and catalase in the T3 group when compared to NT. The glutathione peroxidase activity showed no significant difference between groups. This study demonstrated that only the frequency of training performed three times a week was able to reduces oxidative damage and increases the efficiency of antioxidant system of mice

Estresse oxidativo ,Oxidative damage ,Physical exercise ,Antioxidantes ,Antioxidant enzymes ,Training frequency ,Exercício físico - Abstract
Intense muscle contraction induced by physical exercise increases the production of reactive oxygen species, which causes oxidative stress in several organs, such as the liver and the heart. Physical training may increase antioxidative defenses and decrease oxidative stress. However, it is not clear what training frequency improves oxidative stress parameters. This study evaluated the effect of training two and three times a week on oxidative stress biomarkers in the liver and the heart. Eighteen young male mice (CF1) weighing 30 to 35 g were divided into three groups (n=6): no training (NT); twice a week training (T2); and three times a week training (T3). The training program lasted eight weeks, and the animals were killed 48 hours after the last training session. The liver and the heart were removed and stored at -70o C. The following analyses were conducted: thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, protein carbonylation, total thiol content, superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase. Oxidative damage was reduced only in the T3 group, and there was an increase in total thiol content, supeoxidase dismutase and catalase in T3 when compared with the NT group. Glutathione peroxidase was not significantly different between groups. Only training three times a week seemed to reduce oxidative stress and increase the efficiency of the antioxidant system in mice.
