This work, of bibliographical character, has for main objective to analyze thework A hora da estrela (1977), focusing the biographical-historical-cultural relationship that crosses such production. It is sought, here, to analyze the historical context of the time, inspecific the decade of 1970, and all the cultural transformation that this period proposes, forinstance the Military Regime and the development of the broadcastings. The researchhypothesis is to question that Clarice Lispector was, in some way, concerned with the politicaland cultural movements that were happening, to the point of to observe such events in theconstruction of her histories that, perhaps for that reason, have a more realistic stamp. It isaimed to discuss the paper of the intellectual front to the literary production of her time and itsreflex to the society. Este trabalho, de caráter bibliográfico, tem por objetivo analisar a obra A hora daestrela (1977), enfocando a relação biográfico-histórico-cultural que atravessa tal produção.Procura-se, aqui, analisar o contexto histórico da época, em específico a década de 1970, etoda transformação cultural que esse período propõe, a exemplo do Regime Militar e odesenvolvimento dos meios de comunicação de massa. Tem-se como hipótese de pesquisa oquestionamento de que Clarice Lispector estivesse, de alguma forma, preocupada com osmovimentos políticos e culturais que estavam acontecendo, a ponto de observar taisacontecimentos na construção de suas histórias que, talvez por isso mesmo, tenham um cunhomais realista. Objetiva-se assim discutir o papel da intelectual frente à produção literária desua época e seu reflexo perante a sociedade.

Para as transaccionarem, actuam no mercado monetário. Neste artigo apresentamos um modelo que analisa o comportamento dos bancos no âmbito do período de constituição de reservas, supondo que estes apresentam uma atitude de aversão ao risco. Este modelo permite obter uma explicação para o padrão de evolução das taxas de juro ao longo do período de constituição das reservas obrigatórias. The banks are required to hold reserve assets. They trade this funds in the money market. This paper presents a model that explains the banks’ behavior in the settlement period, supposing that they are risk averters. This model gives an explanation for the interest rate patterns during the settlement period.

Ensure reliability of production systems is a goal constantly sought by companies. Greater focus is usually given to technical issues. However, the guarantee of continued operation of these systems also passes through the human system. And more than that, the restoration of normal operation when there is variability in the system the human factor role is often decisive because the technical characteristics don’t have some human characteristics as common sense, anticipation, perception, among others. It becomes, in this paper, a theoretical argument about the human factor as a source of reliability of production systems, listing the conditions for that to become possible. To illustrate the concepts and ideas put forward, some situations are presented in a refinery, where the complexity and danger of the system require a higher degree of reliability than other production systems. The article presents the reflections that lead to think the human factor as the active maintainer of system reliability and not as a simple vigilant of the premises. Keywords: Human reliability, human factor; production facilities Garantir a confiabilidade dos sistemas de produção é um objetivo buscado constantemente pelas empresas. Grande foco é dado, normalmente, às questões técnicas. Porém, a garantia da manutenção da operação desses sistemas, também passa pelo sistema humano. E, mais do que isso, no restabelecimento da operação normal, quando surgem as variabilidades do sistema, o fator humano tem papel, muitas vezes, decisivo, devido às características que o sistema técnico não apresenta, como bom senso, antecipação, percepção, entre outras. Faz-se, nesse artigo, uma argumentação teórica sobre o fator humano, como fonte de confiabilidade dos sistemas de produção, elencando as condições necessárias para que isso seja possível. Para ilustrar os conceitos e idéias expostas, são apresentadas algumas situações existentes em uma Refinaria, onde a complexidade e a periculosidade do sistema exigem um grau maior de confiabilidade que outros sistemas de produção. As reflexões que o artigo traz, levam a pensar o fator humano como o mantenedor ativo da confiabilidade do sistema e não como um simples vigilante das instalações. Contém 2 arquivos (português e inglês) Resumo: O texto parte da hipótese de que, em uma longa duração, uma educação do corpo é lentamente elaborada por diferentes sujeitos e instituições, com a finalidade de criar gestos comuns, usos comuns do corpo voltados ao cuidado de si, de sua aparência e, mais amplamente, da proteção de suas próprias forças. Trata-se, assim, de um tipo de educação que, neste tempo longo, produz, seja de forma silenciosa, seja de forma eloquente, conselhos, prescrições, normas voltadas ao corpo, constituindo, assim, processos educativos. O texto examina e analisa alguns desses processos educativos capturados em traços no conjunto de fontes constituído por textos religiosos, tratados de pintura, romance, tratados de boas maneiras e de civilidade produzidos entre o século XII e XVIII. Para os propósitos e o espaço deste texto, a breve análise realizada demonstra a existência de uma abundância de referências ao corpo e aos gestos nesses registros e constitui, sem dúvida, um bom ponto de partida para esboçar apontamentos acerca da historicidade da noção educação do corpo Abstract: This paper assumes the hypothesis that an education of the body is produced, in the long-term, by different subjects and institutions for the purpose of creating common gestures and uses of the body, aiming at taking care of oneself, one’s appearance and, moreover, the protection of one’s strengths. In this sense, this education produces, in the long-term, advices, prescriptions, regulations on the body and, therefore, establishing educational processes. This text examines and analyses some of these educational processes captured in a set of sources constituted by religious texts, treatises on painting, romances, treatises on good manners and civility produced between the 12th and the 18th centuries. The brief analysis presented here shows the existence of an abundance of references about the body and the gestures in these records, constituting undoubtedly an adequate starting point to outline notes on the historicity of the notion of education of the body Aberto

Esse artigo avalia uma atividade garimpeira, garimpo de ouro do Engenho Podre, com base nos princípios de desenvolvimento sustentável. Esse estudo partiu da hipótese de que a implementação de um sistema de gestão ambiental, compromisso assumido pela Cooperativa dos Garimpeiros de Mariana (COOPERGAMA), na assinatura de um termo de ajuste de conduta, associado a uma melhora no desempenho técnico operacional, é possível, sendo que tal atividade pode ser levada adiante de forma sustentável com foco no tripé ambiental, econômico e social. Embora ainda marginal, do ponto de vista técnico, a COOPERGAMA adotou, durante o período de estudo, práticas ambientais e socio-econômicas em atendimento aos princípios de desenvolvimento sustentável. Entretanto aspectos administrativos, falta de investimentos e desorganização da cooperativa, entre outros fatores, ainda afetam a sustentabilidade de tais práticas a longo prazo. Esse artigo mostra que, uma vez adotadas as boas práticas ambientais e administrativas, é possível atender aos princípios de desenvolvimento sustentável numa atividade garimpeira. Based on sustainable development principles, this paper evaluates artisanal gold mining activity in Engenho Podre. This study followed the hypothesis that the implementation of environmental management according to a conduct adjustment agreement firmed by the Cooperativa dos Garimpeiros de Mariana (COOPERGAMA), associated with operational performance improvement would permit continuation of this activity in a sustainable way from the environmental, socioeconomic and cultural point of view. Although still illegal, from the technical point of view, the artisanal mining at Engenho Podre is adopting environmentally-accepted strategies to promote reasonable socioeconomic development. However, administrative issues and lack of investments still affect the sustainability of such practices in the long-term. This paper shows that when good administrative and environmental practices are adopted, it is possible to meet the sustainable development principles in na artisanal mining activity.

Resumo O presente trabalho busca articular aspectos conceituais relativos à evolução da prática psicanalítica freudiana no que tange, fundamentalmente, ao trajeto compreendido entre a utilização da hipnose e o balizamento da interpretação. Em constantes articulações da técnica freudiana com as perspectivas de autores atuais, delimitam-se os alcances e destacam-se as transformações e inflexões cruciais da práxis ao longo do percurso freudiano. Inicia-se tendo por foco os primeiros escritos produzidos por Freud, numa retrospectiva do progresso técnico rumo à consolidação do método interpretativo, discutindo-se a evolução da técnica psicanalítica, seus limites, e a própria eficácia da hipnose e da interpretação enquanto recursos técnicos. O texto fornece ainda outros subsídios, auxiliando na pontuação de questões significativas do arcabouço psicanalítico e contemplando: (1) o motivo pelo qual o psiquismo por tantas vezes mostra-se impenetrável, (2) como a retirada do material recalcado move o afeto e (3) como são delineados os limites da evolução técnica da psicanálise. Abstract The present paper searches to articulate conceptual aspects of the evolution of the Freudian psychoanalytic practice regarding, fundamentally, the path between the use of hypnosis and the beaconing of interpretation. In constant joints of the Freudian technique with perspectives of current authors, scopes are delimited and transformations and crucial inflections of the praxis throughout the Freudian passage are distinguished. Initially, the text focuses on the first writings produced by Freud, in a retrospect of the technic progress to the consolidation of the interpretative method. The evolution of the psychoanalysis technique, its limits, and the proper effectiveness of the hypnosis and interpretation as a technic resource are discussed. The text still provides important subsidies, assists on the points of significant questions of psychoanalysis structure, contemplating (1) the reason for which the psyche for as many times reveals itself as impenetrable, (2) how the removal of the repressed material moves the affection and (3) how the limits of the technique of psychoanalysis evolution are outlined. Resumen El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo articular aspectos conceptuales relacionados con la evolución de la práctica psicoanalítica freudiana con respecto, fundamentalmente, al camino comprendido entre la utilización de la hipnosis y el balizamiento de la interpretación. En constantes articulaciones de la técnica freudiana con las perspectivas de autores actuales, se delimitan los alcances y se destacan transformaciones e inflexiones cruciales de la praxis a lo largo del recorrido freudiano. El comienzo se concentra en los primeros escritos producidos por Freud, en una retrospectiva de progreso técnico hacia a la consolidación del método interpretativo, examinando la evolución de la técnica psicoanalítica, sus límites, y la propia eficacia de la hipnosis y la interpretación como recursos técnicos. El texto proporciona todavía otros subsidios, auxiliando en la puntuación de cuestiones significativas del esquema psicoanalítico y contemplando (1) el motivo por lo cual el psiquismo por tantas veces se muestra impenetrable, (2) como la retirada del material recalcado mueve el afecto y (3) como se detallan los límites de la evolución técnica del psicoanálisis.

O trabalho compõe a primeira parte de uma lista de cogumelos paraenses, publicado na revista Hedwigia, [cf. Vol. xxxix p. 76-80. 1900]. Os cogumelos apresentados foram descobertos por funcionários da seção Botânica do Museu Goeldi e determinados Museu Botânico de Berlim. The paper composes the first part of a list of Paraense mushrooms, published in the journal Hedwigia, [cf. Vol. Xxxix p. 76-80. 1900]. The mushrooms presented were discovered by staff of the Botanic section of the Goeldi Museum and certain Berlin Botanical Museum.

The purpose of this paper is to present the descriptive mechanism of semantic structures, developed in partnership by logicians, linguists and specialists in computational processing of natural languages, called sometimes model-theoretic semantics, which uses a logical metalanguage to describe linguistic structures. After an introduction in which the nature of analytical models in Linguistics is discussed and a section in which the characteristics of formal systems are discussed, the characterization of the formal semantics based on Richard Montague's works is presented. Finally, some clearly simplified examples of the formal procedures used by the model-theoretic semantics are presented. El propósito del texto es presentar un mecanismo descriptivo de estructuras semánticas, desarrollado en colaboración por lógicos, lingüistas y especialistas en procesamiento computacional de lenguas naturales, llamado algunas veces de semántica de modelos teóricos, que utiliza un metalenguaje de naturaleza lógica para describir las estructuras lingüísticas. Después de una introducción en la que se discute la naturaleza de los modelos analíticos en Lingüística y una sección en la que se discuten las características de un sistema formal, se busca la caracterización de la semántica formal desarrollada, en gran parte, con base en las obras de Richard Montague. Finalmente, se presentan algunos ejemplos, claramente simplificados, de los procedimientos formales utilizados por la semántica del modelo teórico. O propósito do texto é a apresentação de um mecanismo descritivo de estruturas semânticas, desenvolvido em parceria por lógicos, linguistas e especialistas em processamento computacional de línguas naturais, denominado por vezes semântica de modelo teórico, que se serve de uma metalinguagem de natureza lógica para descrever as estruturas linguísticas. Depois de uma introdução em que se discute a natureza dos modelos analíticos na Linguística e de uma seção em que se discutem as características de um sistema formal, em geral, busca-se a caracterização da semântica formal desenvolvida, em boa parte, com base nos trabalhos de Richard Montague. Para finalizar, apresentam-se alguns exemplos, claramente simplificados, dos procedimentos formais de que faz uso a semântica de modelo teórico.

The predictability of stock market’s behavior is a topic studied by different academic circles for long time. A popular tool to make predictions about the stock market behavior on short term is the technical analysis. Such tool is based on the analysis of quantitative indicators and also chart patterns in order to identify the time to entry (buy) or exit the market (sell). A quantitative approach that is related to charting is the use of the non-parametric approach of nearest neighbor algorithm in order to produce forecasts of the time series on t+1. The main objective of this paper is to study the forecasting performance of the nearest neighbor method for the Brazilian Equity data in two versions, the univariate and also the multivariate case, which is also called simultaneous nearest neighbor. The main conclusion of the paper is that the ability of the algorithm in forecasting the values of the stock prices is mixed. A comparative analysis with the random walk model showed that this naïve approach has more explicative power in numerical accuracy. For the case of directional forecasts, the NN presented better results, resulting in correct directional forecasts moderately higher than 50% for most of the assets and with a maximum of approximately 60% correct market direction forecasts, which indicates that the method may add value in quantitative trading strategies. Comparing the results for both versions of the algorithm, its clear that both presented very similar results, but the univariate case was slightly better.

O trabalho realiza uma análise empírica dos determinates do uso de crédito a partir de amostra de 50 mil empresas formais e informais por conta própria ou empregadoras até cinco empregados a partir da Pesquisa Economia Informal Urbana (ECINF) do IBGE. O objetivo é contribuir para o desenvolvimento do crédito produtivo popular no Brasil. O mercado de microcrédito se revela incipiente: apenas 13,7% dos nanonegócios apresentavam dívida pendente, a concentração dos estoques de dívida entre os 10% mais altos valores neste segmento é de 98,5% contra 60,8% do faturamento e 59,4% do lucro. Complementarmente, 7% dos nanonegócios obtiveram acesso a crédito nos três meses anteriores à pesquisa. Apresentamos o padrão de correlações do uso do crédito produtivo popular com outras variáveis, baseadas em um modelo logístico rodado a partir dos microdados da ECINF. Constatamos que alguns elementos do capital social como participação em cooperativas, indicadores de formalidade e posse de equipamentos apresentam correlação significativa com o acesso a crédito. Em geral, os resultados são consistentes com a importância atribuída na literatura a garantias reais e alternativas na obtenção de fontes de financiamento. The paper aims to contributing to the development of microcredit policies in Brazil. The current paper benefits from the survey about the Informal Urban Economy - ECINF, performed by the IBGE, where almost 50,000 self-employed and those employing up to five employees were interviewed. The microcredit market reveals to be incipient in the country's urban areas; only 7% of small businesses attained access to credit in the three months prior to the survey. We describe the pattern of correlation of access to productive credit use with other variables, in particular those connected with the ownership of real guarantees or social capital elements. The possession of equipments and the membership to cooperatives are positively correlated to the attainment of credit. The formality of businesses also presents strong correlation with access to loans. Overall, our results are consistent with the importance attributed in the literature on credit to both real and alternative forms of collateral.

Para tanto, o trabalho reconhece o papel dos letramentos na aquisição das disciplinas técnicas e, consequentemente, sua contribuição no processo de humanização em meio a um ensino profissionalizante. Faz referência às teorias sobre Educação Profissional de Moll (2010), na perspectiva do direito à Educação Integrada de Ciavatta (2008). E, com o Programa em transição para um PROEJA FIC (Formação Inicial e Continuada), são apresentadas discussões curriculares baseadas em Lopes (2011) e na ótica dos letramentos de Rojo (2012) e (2016), voltando-se para o aluno de Educação de Jovens e Adultos como participante das experiências de multiletramentos, a partir da presença das tecnologias digitais na vida social. Numa abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, houve dois momentos: a análise documental e análise das informações produzidas em entrevistas com os envolvidos. Os dados obtidos demonstram como o letramento digital dos alunos jovens e adultos está muito voltado para a instrumentalidade das disciplinas técnicas e não como um elemento de fortalecimento das relações socioculturais. É proposta, então, como ação interventiva, a organização de um núcleo de produção de webdocumentários, cuja produção coletiva pretende valorizar as experiências de aprendizagem de multiletramentos e trajetividades identitárias dos estudantes-autores. ABSTRACT This paper aims to understand the experiences of learning, from the perspective of the various literacies, in the classes of Building Course of PROEJA (National Program for Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education in Youth and Adult Mode) at the Federal Institute of the Sertão - PE, trying to consider the importance of the knowledge and implications of the students. Therefore, the work recognizes the role of literacy in the acquisition of technical subjects and, consequently, its contribution to the process of humanization in the midst of vocational training. It refers to theories on Professional Education of Moll (2010), from the perspective of Ciavatta's right to Integrated Education (2008). And, with the program in transition for a PROEJA FIC (Initial and Continuing Training), discussions are presented on the implementation of a new curriculum based on Lopes (2011) and in Rojo's (2012) and (2016) perspectives of literacy, turning to the Youth and Adult Education student as a participant in multi-literacies experiences, from the presence of digital technologies in social life. In a qualitative research approach, there were two moments: the documentary analysis and analysis of the information collected in the interviews of those involved. The data obtained demonstrate how the digital literacy of young and adult students is very focused on the instrumentality of the technical subjects and not as an element of strengthening the socio-cultural relations. It is proposed, therefore, as an intervention action, the organization of a web documentary production nucleus, whose collective production intends to value the learning experiences of multielements and identity trajectories of the student-authors.

There have always been discussed in the literature the categorical status of Small Clauses (SCs (STOWELL, 1981, MORO 2000 and others), PrP (BOWERS, 1993), PredP (BAILYN, 2001), RP (DEN DIKKEN, 2006) etc.) and since an exocentric labeling theory of phrase structure demand that Syntactic Objects have labels to Full Interpretation interpreting them on CI, then it is important to ask what label a SC have. The main goal of this paper is to argue that the system presented in the two recent papers, Problems of Projection, PoP (CHOMSKY, 2013, 2015), can explain case and inflectional morphology inside SCs across languages, discussing data from Portuguese and Russian. I propose that, in the PoP system, SCs can be labelled as ϕ, when subject and predicate share these features. Otherwise, when subject-predicate case morphology doesn’t match, the subject must raise, in order for the case feature of the predicate to be checked. El estado categórico de las Small Clauses siempre se discutió en la literatura (SC (STOWELL, 1981; MORO 2000 y otros), PrP (BOWERS, 1993), PredP (BAILYN, 2001) etc.) y, dado que una teoría de estructura de frases exocéntricas pide que los objetos sintácticos tienen rótulo para Interpretación Plena los interprete en CI, por lo que es importante preguntar cuál es la etiqueta de las SC. El objetivo principal de este artículo es argumentar que el sistema presentado en los dos artículos recientes, Problems of Projection, PoP (CHOMSKY, 2013, 2015), puede explicar la morfología del caso y el acuerdo dentro de las SCs interlingüísticamente, discutiendo los datos del portugués y ruso. Propongo que, en el sistema PoP, las SCs se puedan etiquetar como ϕ, cuando el sujeto y el predicado comparten estos rasgos. De lo contrario, cuando la morfología del conjunto sujeto-predicado no coincide, el sujeto debe ser elevado, de modo que se verifique el rasgo de caso del predicado. O principal objetivo deste artigo é argumentar que o sistema apresentado nos dois artigos recentes, Problems of Projection, PoP (CHOMSKY, 2013; 2015), pode explicar morfologia de caso e concordância dentro das SCs interlinguisticamente, discutindo dados do português e do russo. Proponho que, no Sistema de PoP, SCs podem ser rotuladas como ϕ, quando o sujeito e o predicado compartilham estes traços. De outra forma, quando a morfologia do conjunto sujeito-predicado não combina, o sujeito deve ser alçado, a fim de que o traço de caso do predicado seja checado.

This paper presents some reflections built from a bibliographic review of the academic production related to teaching reading from 2013 and 2016, related to the actions of implementation of the Right Age Literacy National Pact (PNAIC, Brazilian abbreviation). The methodological procedures were guided by the definition of categories which emerged during the investigations to explain the objects of study identified regarding teaching reading. The analysis revealed that the studies related to the PNAIC have increased significantly in post-graduation programs, demonstrating the researchers’ concern with the study and understanding of how the pact has been made concrete in literacy practices. It is noticeable, however, that there is a gap between theory and practice and the valuation of tacit knowledge in the government proposal for elementary school teachers’ education. Este artículo presenta reflexiones tejidas a partir de una revisión bibliográfica de la producción académica relacionada a la enseñanza de la lectura, entre los años de 2013 a 2016, referente a las acciones de implementación del “Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PNAIC)”. Los procedimientos metodológicos fueron guiados por la definición de categorías emergentes de las investigaciones para explicitar los objetos de estudio que se delinearon en cuanto a la enseñanza de la lectura. El análisis permitió constatar que los estudios relacionados con el PNAIC han aumentado sustancialmente en programas de postgrado, demostrando la preocupación de investigadores en estudiar y comprender cómo éste se ha consolidado en las prácticas de alfabetización. Es perceptible, por lo tanto, en las propuestas gubernamentales para la formación de alfabetizadores, la desarticulación entre teoría y práctica y la valoración del conocimiento tácito. Este artigo apresenta reflexões tecidas a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica da produção acadêmica relacionada ao ensino da leitura, entre os anos de 2013 a 2016, referente às ações de implementação do Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PNAIC). Os procedimentos metodológicos foram norteados pela definição de categorias emergentes das investigações para explicitar os objetos de estudo que se delineiam quanto ao ensino da leitura. A análise permitiu constatar que os estudos relacionados ao PNAIC têm aumentado substancialmente em programas de pós-graduação, demonstrando a preocupação de pesquisadores em estudar e compreender como este tem se consolidado nas práticas de alfabetização. With the evolution of mobile technologies, the maturation of web 2.0 and the speed and protagonism of unlimited and broadband internet, the current scenario of the communication market, also due to media convergence, is becoming increasingly conducive to experimentation and development of innovative communication products. There is currently a need to meet the demands and new experiences of specific audiences. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to verify how newsgames can be used in journalism and to understand how the language of games is appropriately used in informative product content. After a theoretical reflection on the terms serious games and newsgames, transmedia products and their potential to be a new journalistic format, a case study of the Brazilian transmedia product Filosofighters is developed, developed by Superinteressante magazine. (Multifunctionality of agriculture and territorial development: implications and challenges for uniting these approaches). The paper addresses the relationships between the notions of multifunctionality of agriculture and territory aiming at discussing the implications and challenges for uniting the approaches of multifunctionality and territorial development. Its reasoning is based on the results of field research in eight areas or territories located in different regions of the country whose focus was to identify if territorial dynamics and collective projects in these areas take into account family farmers in their multiple functions and social heterogeneity.
