The organization of data on the scientific production of a period contributes to the continuity of research and development of a particular field of knowledge. The main objective of this study is therefore to quantitatively analyze what occurred in relation to the programming problem in Production Systems Flow shop permutation, involving tardiness measurements. This was a study of bibliometric analysis, using data from the database Web of Science and its treatment by ResearcherID® and VosViewer® software. For the research, we used the following key terms: "permu* flow* and tard*" or "permu* flow* and atras*", generating a sample of 133 articles published. At the end of the study were presented descriptive statistics results with several identifications such as the main authors and the articles and journals most referenced by researchers worldwide.
