This work is the result of a didactic project developed in the discipline of Supervised Curricular Internship in Portuguese III at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), which aims to awaken, in sixth year students of the regular modality of a state school of Igarassu-PE, besides the interest and curiosity for reading the literary text, a creative sense for building rereadings of the timeless stories of fairy tales. The project meets a regency of 20 hours-class and was held following the period of observation of the school and class, held in the same duration. Thus, for its planning, issues of daily life and school culture, classroom relations and the teacher’s (a) supervisor(a) pedagogical practice were analyzed. Therefore, from the provocations generated by the reading/listening of fairy tales and the tension of the elements that make up its multi-semiotic materiality, moments of research, reconversion and production of rereadings were conducted, in which it was possible to deepen (and even introduce) students into the magical universe of these stories as well as recreate them ludically through alternative ways of imagining and conceiving their characters.

- Abstract
After feminist and psychoanalytic criticism showed interest in fairy tales in the 1970s, those narratives were upscaled from mere folkloric curiosities to authentic literary modes, suitable to be included in official school syllabuses. This article suggests ways of making use of fairy tales to introduce literature to EFL learners in different age groups and teaching contexts, taking into account archetypical, linguistic, discursive, thematic, critical and/or stylistic aspects of these texts. PSYCHOANALYSIS & literature , *PSYCHOANALYSIS & fairy tales , *FAIRY tales , *SYMBOLISM in fairy tales - Abstract
This work is built up from an interdisciplinary approach between literature and psychoanalysis, whose link consists of a contemporary fairy tale A Moça Tecelã, Marina Colasanti. In this study, we create possible meanings related to human development, under the watchful psychoanalytic walking, so the paths of analysis of Bruno Bettelheim (2007). Thus, we assume that fairy tales help in the understanding of unconscious conflicts, inherent in every human being. From the psychoanalytic meanings achieved, we seek to broaden the discussion by proposing symbolizations possible regarding the type of reader that the story suggests. In A Moça Tecelã, we see the representation of adulthood, as well as the symbolization of a mature reader, and therefore, productive. Thus, from the meanings of the tale, it was possible to observe the relationship between literature and psychoanalysis, which together favor the formation of subject-readers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper, in the tradition of comparative interdisciplinary studies, analyses the film The Woodsman as a re-reading and recreating of the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood, analyzing the inter-textual dialogue that establishes with the two most famous versions of the children's story, by Charles Perrault and by the Grimm Brothers. The investigation of these crossovers focus on the issue of pedophilia that is openly treated in the movie and symbolically in the tales. With this purpose it is also approached the Vladimir Nabokov’s novel Lolita, emblematic work in the treatment of the subject, that configures itself as a point of confluence for the narratives analyzed and it brings to the discussion another work of children's literature, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll., Esse artigo, na tradição dos estudos comparatistas interdisciplinares, analisa o filme O lenhador como releitura e recriação do conto de fadas Chapeuzinho Vermelho, investigando os diálogos intertextuais que instaura com as duas versões mais famosas da estória infantil, a de Charles Perrault e a dos Irmãos Grimm.

This work is built up from an interdisciplinary approach between literature and psychoanalysis. The link between the both knowledge is the concept of reading, which is sometimes just a background, and sometimes is in the foreground of discussion. Initially, we highlight important questions about the concept of reading, as well as the formation of readers, in order to contribute to this process, having in view, trainers and mediators. In a second stage, we trace a historical overview of traditional and contemporary fairy tales, and we also emphasize their importance not only in the formation of readers, but also as helpers in coping with unconscious conflicts. In order to analyze both contributions we have included the tales Sleeping Beauty, by the Brothers Grimm, and The Weaver Girl, by Marina Colasanti. In the first one, we see the construction of meanings already held by Bettelheim, within psychoanalysis, and expanding our focus of analysis, we achieve possible symbolizations regarding the type of reader that the story suggests. As for the second one, we perform the same movement, coming from our analysis, of psychoanalytic symbolizations, and that which refers to the readers. In this way, it was possible to see relations between literature and psychoanalysis in several aspects, from the intertwined paths of these subjects in the historical context, even the meanings we built from the tales, which relate to reading and life.
