Connective syntax or attributive connective syntax - expression derived from the logicalsemantic concepts of "connecting", "predicate", "attribution of a quality" - is a descriptive model of how different languages establish attribution in several types of verbal and nonverbal head sentences. This formal model, based on a distinction between connective syntax and nuclear syntax, is situated within the framework of the theoretical reflection of several researchers gathered around C. Clairis (Clairis et al. 2005) and affiliated to the functionalist tradition of André Martinet. It is on the theoretical proposals of these authors, already applied in different languages, that we have relied on to present the functioning of connective syntax in the Portuguese language. This paper is written in honor of Prof. Maria da Graça Castro Pinto. May the subject, even outside the mainstream of theoretical conceptions and editorial priorities, be of interest to the honored Professor, always attentive to the cognitive and linguistic processes of the act of reading and of the writing proficiency, of the oral performance and of the grammatical knowledge, both inside and outside the school, in lifelong learning. Since the 1980s of the 20th century the relationship between media literacy and citizenship has been included in political and academic discourses. In a simplistic way, bureaucrats and researchers have long recognized that with basic media literacy skills and competencies, individuals will change their citizenship practices: they will be better citizens. This paper summarizes some results of research developed between 2009 and 2013 in CIES-IUL, and show that the relationship between media literacy competencies and citizenship practices was insipid -- or even non-existent. On this paper, a corporal experience during 3 months in the lessons of physical education is carried through, with ninety pupils of 1a; series of basic education, cycle I of the Public School Profa; Marly Diva Bonfanti, in the city of São Paulo with the practice of YOGA. The experience includes the execution of yóguicas positions ( ãsanas), practical respiratory and meditation through the visualization technique, objectifying the development of the corporal sensitization and physical capacities of flexibility, force, balance and resistance, beyond the overcoming of limits in the accomplishment of ãsanas with varied degrees of difficulty. Through this practical motor and mental, that is closely linked on to the cognitive development, affective and psychological, objective, as pedagogical strategy, to also develop the concentration, the calm, the valuation of auto-esteem and the way that the fence, by means of practical respiratory and the meditating ones. And, in such a way, to search to fight the related aggressiveness, anxiety and too much aspects that influence directly in the indiscipline of the pupils and that as much intervenes with education learning of the current education and with the integral and harmonious formation of the human being. This paper evaluates the effects of education on the individual'income in Brazil. Three econometric methods are the object of a critical assessment, as well as the necessary conditions and the limitations of their aplication to brazilian data. In addition, the influence of the family background and of the individual abilities on the determination of the labor income are analysed. In the final part of the paper, the PNAD-96 (Nacional Research of Household Samples) data are used to estimate the education return rate for occupied persons inBrazil. There are evidences that, given the restrictions in the available data, this estimative is prone to present bias, that may distort the comprehension of the role that education plays in the process of income distribution.

Orientador: Cristina Pontes Vicente Dissertação (mestrado profissional) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Biologia Resumo: De acordo com os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs), o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades dentro do currículo promove a articulação das disciplinas e atividades escolares com aquilo que é esperado como resultado do aprendizado do aluno ao longo dos anos, porém, as fragilidades conceituais dessa abordagem, a insatisfatória orientação dada nos textos oficiais ao professor e a dificuldade de se obter dados e interpretá-los a fim de verificar se a escola está desenvolvendo as competências pretendidas, desafiam sua implementação na sala de aula. O presente trabalho, objetiva analisar as competências e habilidades propostas pelos PCNs para a área de biologia no ensino médio, apresentando instrumentos que facilitem o desenvolvimento dessas habilidades e o ensino por competências, visando esclarecer, diferenciar suas definições e propor sugestões para a implementação dessas práticas na escola. Para obter uma melhor compreensão sobre os conceitos e fundamentos propostos como competências e habilidades no âmbito educacional, e como este entendimento pode contribuir para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico, visando esclarecer e diferenciar suas definições, e sugestões para a implementação dessa prática na escola. Também foi aplicado um questionário a professores de biologia das escolas da rede pública, alunos do mestrado profissional em Ensino de Biologia (ProfBio), a fim de verificar como estão sendo trabalhadas as competências e habilidades propostas pelos PCNs e/ou as suas dificuldades em compreender e inserir esse novo paradigma no seu programa curricular. Como produto final, foi desenvolvido um manual explicativo contendo informações e sugestões, com sequências didáticas abordando temas relacionados à 2ª série do ensino médio, fornecendo subsídios para vencer as limitações sobre o tema da pesquisa, explicitando a sua relevância e, exemplificando a articulação entre competências, habilidades e conteúdos, servindo assim, de modelo para análise, aplicação e criação de programas de ensino-aprendizagem em biologia. Abstract: According to the National Curriculum Parameters (PCNs), the development of competences and skills within the curriculum promotes the articulation of school subjects and activities with what is expected as a result of student learning over the years, however, the conceptual weaknesses of this approach, the unsatisfactory guidance given in the official texts to the teacher and the difficulty of obtaining data and interpreting it in order to verify if the school is developing the intended competences, challenge its implementation in the classroom. This paper aims to analyze the skills and abilities proposed by the PCNs for the biology area in high school, presenting instruments that facilitate the development of these skills and the teaching by skills, aiming to clarify, differentiate their definitions and propose suggestions for the implementation of these practices in school. To obtain a better understanding of the concepts and foundations proposed as competences and skills in the educational scope, and how this understanding can contribute to the teaching-learning process, a bibliographic survey was carried out, aiming to clarify and differentiate their definitions, and suggestions for the implementation of this practice at school. A questionnaire was also applied to biology teachers from public schools, students of the professional master's degree in Biology Teaching (ProfBio), in order to verify how the skills and abilities proposed by the PCNs and / or their difficulties in understanding are being worked on. and insert this new paradigm into your curriculum. As an end product, an explanatory manual was developed containing information and suggestions, with didactic sequences addressing themes related to the 2nd grade of high school, providing subsidies to overcome the limitations on the research topic, explaining its relevance and, exemplifying the articulation between competences , skills and content, thus serving as a model for analysis, application and creation of teaching-learning programs in biology. Although it is not an easy task, one that aims to practice ethics with children in primary school seems to be necessary. In the beginning of the 21st century, Ethics faces touchy issues in which famous institutions common wellness proposals are doubted and people considered ethical become a mean of anti-ethical conflicts. Political, business, institutional and social events cause astonishment e goes against ethic issues. The problem considered in this task is in variance with one of these institutions, in order to reconsidering its actions by doing an analysis of how this process started e in which situation it is now and in the occasion it was asked How does ethics contribute to the professional and citizen development in primary schools? . Dealing with the task about ethics in primary school is justified in understanding that the man s development lays on the first age and there is not a preparation of the future. We aim to demonstrate that the discussions and reflections about ethics in primary school are a crying need for building a base structure in citizen formation and in the future education praxis. This task deals with the hypothesis of bringing in education programs in Brazil without an ethics project. Another hypothesis derives from philosophy in order to observe if it offers important contributions to understand the ethical subject process dynamic and if it is possible to establish education references which consider the complete human development and its professional and social abilities. This paper is split in three distinct and bonded chapters. The first one intends to identify the ethics absence and/or its positive evidences in a variety of documents and periods of time within a historical revision. The second chapter intends to offer an analysis about the contribution of some philosophers to the man and society development conception, as well as the interest of how to use those examples for a better society. The third chapter intends to show strategically how the education mediation must occur mainly in primary school and which means and actions must be taken in order to allow the appropriate development of citizens and professionals. As questões éticas estão diretamente ligadas a atitudes vinculadas à concepção de um cidadão reflexivo. Urge um trabalho que visa a praticar a ética com crianças no ensino fundamental. Mas também se sabe que não é tão fácil assim. A ética no início do século XXI passa por questões delicadas quando instituições renomadas começam a ser dúvidas de suas ações e propostas de bem comum, logo o problema que norteia este trabalho vem ao encontro de uma dessas instituições no sentido de rever suas ações, fazendo uma análise de como começou esse processo e em que situação se encontra, portanto questionou-se como a ética na escola de ensino fundamental contribui para a formação cidadã e profissional futura. O objetivo deste trabalho é mais do que nunca demonstrar que as discussões e reflexões sobre a ética são urgentes no ensino fundamental, pois só assim se constituirá em elemento de base na formação do cidadão e na prática educativa futura. A primeira hipótese é se as implantações dos programas educativos no Brasil não contemplaram pressupostos da relação ética. A segunda hipótese transcorre pelo mundo da filosofia para saber se ela traz contribuições importantes para entender a dinâmica do processo de maturação do sujeito ético e saber se é possível estabelecer referências para a educação que tomem em consideração a formação integral da pessoa e sua competência como cidadã e profissional. O trabalho divide-se em três capítulos distintos e entrelaçados. O primeiro capítulo propõe-se, dentro de uma revisão histórica, a identificar nos diversos períodos e documentos a ausência da ética e/ou seus indícios positivos. O segundo capítulo procura analisar a contribuição de alguns filósofos para a concepção de formação, de homem e de sociedade, bem como o interesse de como usar esses exemplos para uma sociedade melhor. O terceiro capítulo propõe-se a mostrar estrategicamente como a intervenção educativa deve ocorrer preponderantemente no ensino fundamental e quais mecanismos e ações devem ocorrer para que ocorra uma formação de excelente qualidade, formando, nesta mesma intenção, cidadão e profissionais com o mesmo intuito.

The target of this work is to reflect about the teacher s formation of religious education in Strict Sense, with sights in an including qualitative formation, capable to supply skillfully the sources of secular and confessional Religious Education, in aiming the occupation of both spaces. For that, we point out differentiated suggestions in epistemology, while Religion Science, in what refers the paper of Theology, focusing on the rupture of paradigms of the Sacred Bible use, as one of the didactic materials in the professor s practice. This new way is argued from professors personal experiences in this related area and from the perspective of multiple looks that are located against or in favor of Religious Education in the public education system. In this way, is developed a field research of exploratory character, based on questionnaires applied to 35 professors of Religious Education in the public education system in Uberlândia/MG and is aimed to know the practical pedagogical reality in its school environment. Aiming to know the multiplicity of opinions, in favor or against Religious Education in the public schools, a virtual research was made in the site: www.educacaopublica.ri.gov.br/discutindo/discutindo.asp?cod_per=25 whose samples are pertinent to this research objective. The structure of the work was thus systemized with the following axles: Introduction; uncovering the field of professor s performance of Religious Education: Research; The Religious Education in Public Schools a controversial question; Reflecting on the formation of professors for Basic Education. Through all the work is perceived the insistence of a qualified professional construction, well prepared, suitable to take care of real necessities of its action field, in the construction of a new man, molded by the noble values of the soul. The text concludes enunciating suggestions that could be used in a possible professor formation in the courses of Strict Sense of Religious Education. Religious education. O escopo desta dissertação é refletir sobre a formação do professor de ensino religioso dentro de uma licenciatura plena, com vistas a uma formação qualitativa abrangente, isto é, capaz de suprir habilmente as vertentes do ensino religioso laico e também do ensino religioso confessional, ao visar a ocupação de ambos os espaços. Para tanto, apontamos sugestões diferenciadas na epistemologia, enquanto Ciência da Religião, no que se refere ao papel da Teologia, enfocando a quebra de paradigmas do uso da Bíblia Sagrada como um dos materiais didáticos na prática docente. Discute-se esse novo caminho a partir das experiências pessoais de docentes dessa referida área do saber, e da perspectiva de múltiplos olhares, que se posicionam contra ou a favor do Ensino Religioso no sistema público de ensino. Nesse ensejo, desenvolve-se uma pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório, fundamentada em questionários aplicados a 35 professores de ensino religioso do sistema estadual de ensino em Uberlândia/MG e visa-se conhecer a realidade da prática pedagógica no seu ambiente escolar. Visando conhecer a multiplicidade de opiniões, a favor ou contra o ensino religioso nas escolas públicas fez-se uma pesquisa virtual, no site: www.educacaopublica.ri.gov.br/discutindo/discutindo.asp?cod_per=25 cujas amostras são pertinentes ao objetivo da pesquisa. A estrutura do trabalho ficou assim sistematizada com os seguintes eixos: introdução; desvelando o campo de atuação docente do ensino religioso: pesquisa; o ensino religioso nas escolas públicas uma questão polêmica; refletindo sobre a formação de professores para o ensino básico. Por todo o trabalho percebe-se a insistência de construção de um profissional qualificado, bem preparado, apto para atender as reais necessidades do seu campo de ação, na construção de um novo homem, moldado pelos valores nobres da alma. O texto conclui enunciando sugestões que poderão ser usadas numa possível formação de docente nos cursos de licenciatura do ensino religioso.
