Creative processes and their relationship with social innovation are the central theme of this study because they are differentiating factors for companies in the face of current social and economic change scenarios. In this context, the question imposed is: how do creative processes relate to social innovation actions in the three large companies surveyed? The objective of this investigation, then, is to analyze the relationships between the creative process and social innovation practices in three organizations, based on 2020 sustainability reports. bibliographical and documental analysis through reports of three large companies, in a qualitative theoretical research. The organizations correspond to three different sectors of the economy that, for the purposes of this study, were named as "Company 1 - Clothing Industry and Trade", "Company 2 - Pulp Industry" and "Company 3 - Financial Institution". they are classified as large companies because they have more than a thousand employees and all have one of their headquarters in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre/RS. Among the results, it was observed that, of the three companies surveyed, the company with the greatest tendency towards social innovation is also the one with the most factors that promote the development of practices to make people more creative.
