Przedmiotem artykułu jest filozoficzny namysł nad klasyczną koncepcją wychowania w świetle rozróżnienia dynamizmu w człowieku i dynamizmu człowieka. W aspekcie podmiotowym zasadniczą racją wychowania jest konieczność doskonalenia ludzkiego działania z uwagi na obecność w człowieku różnorodnych dynamizmów, które nie są z sobą w dostateczny sposób zintegrowane. Ich kształtowanie i integracja dokonuje się zawsze według określonej koncepcji człowieka oraz odpowiadającej jej naczelnej zasadzie tej integracji. Klasyczna koncepcja wychowania zakłada zaś, że człowiek jako podmiot wychowania jest bytem osobowym, którego duchowo-cielesna natura jest spotencjalizowana. Właściwa aktualizacja tej natury dokonuje się za sprawą nabycia cnót moralnych, którego podstawą jest prymat dynamizmu człowieka (rozumu i woli) względem dynamizmu w człowieku (sfera witalno-cielesno-popędowa).

In patients with CKD, anaemia mainly develops due to a decreased renal synthesis of erythropoietin. The anaemia, both normochromic and normocytic, becomes more severe as the glomerular filtration rate progressively decreases. Tumor markers are used to detect or monitor proliferative diseases. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is usually produced in the gastrointestinal tract, but its production is terminated before birth. The main application of this indicator is to monitor the treatment and the presence of metastases of colorectal cancer. We present a case of 86-year-old woman who was diagnosed with renal anaemia in stage 4 of chronic kidney disease (CKD), treated by periodic blood transfusions. This paper presents the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of anemia with complex and different than renal origin anemia in patients with CKD. Patients require the detailed haematological diagnosis. Pointed out the usefulness of CEA in the diagnosis of lymphoma with co-existing renal failure. The use of erythropoietin in doses of nephrology allowed to avoid further blood transfusion.

The multipotential progenitor cells called ,Mesenchymal Stem Cells" (MSC) are capable of differrentiation at least into bone, cartilage, and adipose tissues. The commonly recognized role of these cells is the formation of connective tissue which participates in formation of every organ. The progeny of MSC produces also the hematopoietic microenvironment, recently it have been documented that these cells are capable of the modulation of the immune system activities. MSC are isolated from the tissues of fetal origin (umbilical cord, cord blood, or placenta), or from several adult donor sites, in particular from bone marrow and adipose tissue which are most useful for practical purposes. The capability of multipotential differentiation, immunomodulation, and the regulation of the endogenous tissue repair are the reasons why mesenchymal stem cells are widely applied for regenerative medicine purposes.

In a 44-year-old woman on the basis of short hospital medical observation and gynaecological consultations, malignancy of reproductive organs was preliminarily diagnosed. During the operation the gynaecological-surgical team confirmed the presence of generalized neoplastic process in the abdominal cavity. In the obtained surgical specimens actinomycosis was diagnosed by histological examination. Longterm antibiotic therapy caused an improvement of the patient's condition, increase of body weight, improvement of blood morphologic picture, regression of tumour-like changes in the liver. The case reminds the necessity of taking into account actinomycotic infection in the differential diagnosis of conditions suggesting a neoplastic process in the abdominal cavity.
